P.S: I discovered that the first part of the Doctor's name is ACTUALLY the name of the series! "Doctor WHOoves"!

Chapter 1: Um... Twilight? What is going on?
Doctor Whooves never saw that coming, it started as a simple misunderstanding, but now it caused itself to turn into a MADLY crush! And the cause of all of this? Only one name: Twilight Sparkle. It was like somebody gave a love POISON to Twilight, that caused her to chase the doctor, but the big mystery is... WHAT made it happen? It all started one week ago, when the both Twilight and the Doctor came back to the library after the TARDIS crashed the library's floor...
One week ago...
The TARDIS crashed through the library's floor, breaking a part of the second floor, the TARDIS opened, revealing Twilight and Doctor Whooves getting out of it
"Not going to sleep before I could tell you, I TOLD you we were going back to the library!" Whooves said
"But you didn't tell me that you would've made a burning CRATER in my floor!" Twilight answered
"AH! Details... details... At least we're back at the right time!" Whooves said, trying to cheer Twilight up
"Uh... Fair enough!" Twilight said "Now, I've got to make a few studies about what happened to Equestria in the past! It was really fascinating!"
"Really? Aren't you gonna write about that little monster we saw in the way?" Whooves said, a little outjoyed about the lil' monster
"That'll be a hoof-note!" Twilight said, Whooves got a little confused
"A hoof-note?" he asked
"You know, those notes at the bottom of a page?" Twilight explained
"OH... You mean a foot-note!" Whooves said, now it was Twilight's turn to be confused
"A wha?" She asked
"You wouldn't know..." Whooves said, then, a strange noise was heard by both Twilight and Whooves
"Did you... hear that?" Whooves said
"Hear what?" Twilight said, a little confused
"Heh... Must have been my imagination..." Whooves concluded, then, Twilight started to search for something
"Oh darn... where are my quills? I think I locked them upstairs... Stay here, I'm going up to get my quills..." Twilight said, while she went upstairs, Whooves heard that strange noise again.
"But what is this noise?" He asked himself...
"Hmm... It must be here..." Twilight said, trying to find her quills "let's see... Book... Element of harmony... Parasprite, I don't even know why I am guarding this one here... Fluff dolls... AH! Here are they!" She found her quills, but that same noise appeared again
"Doctor? Is that y-" She never got to finish her sentence when a sudden blink happened to hit her, after this happened, she started to feel a little... weird...
"TWILIGHT!!!" Whooves was worried "Oi for goodness sake, how long is to a pony find a qui-" She came down "OH! Oh! Right, there you are hello!"
"Yes... thank you... how long... Doctor..." Twilight said, in a little of a different voice, strange to Whooves
"Um... Twilight? Are you feeling OK?" Whooves asked
"Um... Oh my... I... well... I do feel a little strange... I do feel much a bit tired..." Twilight said, in the same tone again
"Uh... Twilight have you... you are acting a little...... Strange..." Whooves said, in total confusion, just then, he saw that her eyes were blinking in a crazy way "Why are you blinking your eyes like that?"
"Like what?" She asked
"Like that, in a... fluttering motion, you happen to be stuck in there?" Well... a little dumb question for a smart pony like her... (great... What am I doing?)
"No......" Twilight said
"You sure?"
"Yes...... Although... I never noticed how nice your mane is... and that tie!" She strangely said to him
"Oh! oh well... Thank you! I DO look very nice with that tie on..." He tried to follow her but then...
"How smart you were... That... Intellect!" Now things were getting a little heated up, Twilight was moving closer to him!
"Uh...... Twilight? Your eyes are doing that blinking again" Whooves said
"Aren't they smirking either, I'm doing again!" (Sorry for the bad quote, I'm trying as HARD as I can to copy some of the video's quotes, but it's just too hard!) Twilight said
"Are you sure you OK? Lemme do a quick scan" Whooves said, already holding his screwdriver on his hoof
"Oh... Go on ahead, I'm doing... just fine..." Twilight tried to say she was OK
"O.... Kay then..." Whooves said before he could scan her, he started to see the readings of her
"ha... Hey, Wait a minute!" Oops... maybe it wasn't a good idea to scan after all... "Your brains activities are... SHUCKS!" Uh Oh... "Doopening, catering, EVERPLATE! This isn't normal! Twilight, we need to get you to a-" Interrupted
"I don't care!" She said
"What the?! Twilight... Ah... I... well... What are you doing?" Now the doctor was LOST for words, Twilight was acting VERY STRANGE, she was FLIRTING with him, and she looks like she wants to rape him! (THIS IS NOT A RAPE FIC SICKO!!!)
"Don't worry doctor, I've read books like this!" By now, the doctor was scared at WHAT book she was talking about (You should know about the book right? By here, I'll change the quotes of that story and make myself a 2nd part of that movie)
"WHAT?! W-Wha-What kind of books?!" He asked her
"Ah... well... let me say that..." she came close to his ear "... they are secret..." This was everything she needed to do to make the Doctor blush
"So Doctor? Care to check me up?" Twilight said before holding her hooves on his neck
"AH!!" Now Whooves was REALLY scared, but if the doorbell didn't rang then he could be done for "phew!"
"Oh great..." Twilight said in disappointment, when the door opened, Whooves quickly escaped through it
"Whoa! What was that?" Rarity, who was in the door asked
"That was Dr. Whooves escaping from me... But I'll catch him" Twilight said, but before she could go out, Rarity stopped her
"Hey! Hold your horses! I need a book!" She said
"Oh! Right then" Twilight said before they could start searching the book
Doctor Whooves ran as fast as he could from the library, what made Twilight act like that? Maybe it was that noise he heard before Twilight started to act strange? Or it was something other than that? Before Whooves could finish his thoughts he bumped into someone, which appeared to be Star Racer (Wait 'till I make a story about him, and you will know who he is, simply, he is my primary OC who drives cars)
"Oops... Sorry there Star Racer... I was escaping from Twilight after she started to act-"
"Wait, Wait, explain right, what the bloody hell is going on with Twi?" Star Racer asked on his British accent (Star Racer has various accents, you will see all of his accents on his story, he even has Applejack's accent!)
"Twilight is acting very strange! She is flirting with me! PLEASE help me Racer!" Whooves scaredly said when...
"Doctor Whooooooooves!" Someone called him
"OH BLOODY HELL!!!" Whooves screamed and ran away from Twilight, which tried to give chase but...
"STOP" Star Racer ordered Twilight "Hello Twilight, may you come to my house? I would like to do something with you" (not a lemon)
"OK then..."
Star Racer was magically studying Twilight to see what's wrong with her, when he saw, it was not his fault, but it looks like... "My element of love made an effect on you!" he said
"What?!" Twilight asked confused "I don't even know why..."
"I know why" Star said "and the answer is only one name"
"And what name is that?" Twilight asked
"DOCTOR WHOOVES" Star Racer said
"Ah... HIM..."
"Well... If my element is doing this, then Whooves will have to live with it, and I think I have the perfect idea for you to call his attention..." Star Racer said, with a little Rape face on Twilight.
"Oh really...?" Twilight said, with the same rape face
