In a warehouse in South Dakota, Pete Lattimer, Myka Bering, Artie Nilsen, Claudia Donovan, and Steve Jinks were taking inventory of artifacts in the writer's isles in Warehouse 13 (A Secret Warehouse where they store "Magical" artifacts.) Just then Pete accidentally bumped a shelf and knocked down a pen. Then the pen glowed and shot a beam a light and a wormhole opened out of nowhere and suck everyone in.

Meanwhile in Sweet Apple Acres, Applejack was bucking apples when she saw a beam of light near the barn and she went to the barn to investigate. When she got there there was five ponies on the ground unconscious.

Pete was the first one to woke up and saw a orange pony looking a him. "Howdy I'm Applejack and what is your name sugar cube?"

Pete was freaking out and shaking Myka to get her up. Myka wake up to a panicked Pegasus and she asked who he was.

"It's me, Pete, your partner remember? and There's a talking pony over there."

"um... Pete why are you a Pegasus?" asked Myka.

"I don't know but your a Pegasus too Myka!" Replied Pete.

Then Claudia, Artie, and Steve woke up and found out that they turned in pones. (Note: Pete was a Gray Pegasus with brown mane and a funny face for a Cutie Mark, Myka was a Navy blue Pegasus with light brown mane and a eye for a Cutie Mark, Artie was a brown unicorn with a gray mane and a scroll as a Cutie Mark, Claudia was a black unicorn with a orangery-red mane and a computer as a Cutie Mark, and Steve was a Jade green earth pony with brown mane and a Polygraph as a Cutie Mark.)

After a few minutes the Warehouse team introduce themselves to Applejack.

"Well it's nice to meet you all. And can somepony tell me what that flash of light was?" Asked Applejack.

The team explained that they work at a warehouse that stores "Magical" artifacts so no one can misuse/use them and how they got here.

"hmm... so let see if I got this right. you'll got here by a magic pen and you protect the world from these "artifacts" right?" Asked Applejack.

"In a nutshell." replied Pete.

"So Um... Applejack what's that mark on your flank?" asked Claudia.

"Why, shoot! This here's mah cutie mark!" Replied Applejack.

"What's a Cutie Mark?" asked Pete.

Then Applejack explained what a Cutie Mark was. (Note: Pete's talent is to see "the bright side" of things and makes people/pones laugh, Myka's talent is to remember small details that most people would miss or didn't see, Artie's talent is to remember the history and ability of every artifact, Claudia's talent is to hack and fix things that are electronic, and Steve's talent is to tell if someone/pony are lying to him or not.)

Then Artie spoke "Myka do you remember what fell on the floor before we got here?"

"It was Lauren Faust's pen. why?" replied Myka.

"Aha! that why we are pones. Because the pen turns you in to a pony; But how can it make a wormhole to a Alternate Universe?"

"Who's Lauren Faust?" asked Applejack.

Artie explained that Lauren made a kid show that was like this universe. (If not a copy.)

Steve asked "Artie do you know how we get home?"

"I believe we need to find the pen and use it again." Replied Artie

"But that would take forever to find it tho." whined Claudia

"I think Twilight can help you all" said Applejack.

"Well led was like the wind Applejack" said Pete.

Then everypony went to Twilight's house.

Before the Warehouse team and Applejack got to Twilight's house a pink pony jumped out of nowhere and yelled "Hi I'm Pinky Pie and who are you?"

After the team calmed down they introduced themselves to Pinky Pie and explained everything that happen up to this point.

"By the way a friend of yours told me to give you these." said Pinky Pie and handed them their Testellas (a gun that shoots electricity to stun bad guys.)

Before Artie asked who gave the Testellas to her, Pinky Pie was already gone.

"Don't mind her much, She always this strange to everypony." said Applejack.

When they got to Twilight's house Applejack knocked on the door. After Twilight opened the door, she invited them in for a cup of tea.

Then the Warehouse team introduced themselves and explained everything that happen up to this point.

"That shouldn't be to hard to find with my magic" said Twilight and then her horn glowed and a portal showed a mint green unicorn mare with a light green and white mane and a lire/harp for a Cutie Mark picked up the pen and turned in to a human.

"I know who that pony is, that's Lyra Heartstrings." said Applejack

"OK let's go and find her" said Myka

"I think it's a good idea to go find some of my friends first." suggested Twilight and she explained that she and her friends are bearers of the Elements of Harmony. "What are these elements you speck of?" asked Artie. Twilight explained that the elements are the magical gems each represents the traits of friendship: Honesty, Kindness, Laughter, Generosity, Loyalty, and Magic.

So, the Warehouse team, Applejack, and Twilight got out of Twilight's house and whet to find Pinky Pie, Rainbow Dash, Fluttershy, and Rarity. After an hour they got to Lyra's house. Pinky Pie knocked on the door and after a few minutes a light green haired women came out and asked "Hi Pinky Pie, what's up?"

Pinky Pie asked Lyra if the Warehouse team can have the pen back.

"No!" said Lyra.

"Why not?" asked Pinky Pie with a sad puppy face.

"Because I always wonted to be a human and you can't do anything about it." Replied Lyra.

Then The Warehouse team shot Lyra with their Testellas and the Main six used the Elements of Harmony to change Lyra back to a pony. After the Warehouse team bagged the pen. Princess Celestia and a brown Alicorn walked up and introduced themselves.

"How did you get here Mrs. F?" asked Pete. Mrs. Frederic (She is the caretaker of Warehouse 13 and She was a brown Alicorn with black mane and a deed as a Cutie Mark.) that she was an old friend of Celestia. Before Celestia send the Warehouse team back home, the Warehouse team said their goodbyes to the Main Six and then they whet home.
