A couple of days after the trip; Twilight's parents' house...
"Wow, Spike. It seems that you have a sac that's extruding a lot of heat." Twilight said as she looked at her monitor.
"Cool. Does that mean I can breath fire?" Spike said as he took off the wires that were attached to him.
"That'd be interesting." a voice from behind them said. They whirled around and saw a tall, thin boy about her age dressed in a ninja suit sitting on the steps down to Twilight's lab.
"Stay back." Spike said with a growl.
"I just want to talk." He said, standing as he removed his mask. He had black hair that swept past his eyes and cold, piercing blue eyes. "I'd like to know where the bottle is, if you please." He said with a boyish smile. Two small fangs gleamed.
"I-I don't know what you are talking about..." Twilight said nervously as she backed herself into a corner.
"Oh, I think you do." He narrowed his eyes slightly as he took a step closer.
"Stay back." Spike said as he opened his mouth. Small embers of fire came out and hit the ninja boy in the foot. The boy winced and completely lost his pleasant expression. His eyes hardened to ice, and his smile twisted into a scowl, his fangs suddenly becoming a little more frightful.
"Grr... You. Ninjask, Fury Cutter!" Something quick shot past, knocking Spike back a bit.
"Spike!" Twilight exclaimed. Suddenly remembering about her Pokémon, she tried to reach for the Pokéball but something took it in a blur.
"Looking for this?" the ninja asked smugly as he spun the ball on one finger, a frog-like Pokémon now standing beside him.
"Give that back!" Twilight exclaimed as two girls dressed similarly to the boy came down the stairs.
"Stryker, we have company." the one standing next to a Nuzleaf said.
"Okay then. Zoey, use Grass Whistle to put them to sleep." Stryker said as he put on his mask.
"No!" Spike yelled as he opened his mouth to breathe a fireball.
"Disable!" Stryker said. Spike exhaled but shot nothing out.
"What the...?"
"Nuzleaf, do the honor please." Zoey said as Nuzleaf pulled a leaf out and started to play a melody.
"You... are not.... Zzzzz" Spike said, passing out.
"Spike..." Twilight said as she too, passed out on the floor.
"Aria, can you run decoy?" Stryker asked coldly, turning to the other girl.
"I guess I could." Aria said with a shrug.
"Good, let's go." Stryker said as he picked up Spike.
"Hey! Why do I have to carry her?!" Zoey exclaimed, getting a glare from Stryker. "Never mind." She grumbled as she picked up Twilight.
Outside...
"You think she's in there?" Sour Sweet asked as the Shadow 5 and Silver walked up to Twilight's house.
"From what Sunset texted me, yes." Sunny Flare said as she rang the doorbell.
"Well, it seems she's not there." Sour said after a moment of silence.
Silver saw something out of the corner of his eye. He turned and saw something through a window. "I think someone else is in there." He said as he reached for a Pokéball.
"If you think. Here." Indigo said as she bent down and picked the lock with ease.
"How do you know how to do that?" Sunny asked cautiously as the door opened.
"I learned it so I can do more pranks, like the one where I put a bunch of water ballons in a locker." Indigo answered as she entered the house.
"That was you who put those in Fleur's locker?" Lemon said with a chuckle.
"Yeah- Wait." They stopped at the top of the stairs, where a light could be seen at the bottom. Everyone nodded. When they got down, they saw a girl with purple pig-tails sitting there at the desk.
"Took you long enough." she said as she played finger football.
"Where's Twilight?" Indigo exclaimed. The girl kept playing and ignored her.
"Who're you working for?" Silver asked, narrowing his eyes.
"What do you think? She said as she got up and stretched casually.
"Team Galactic." He said as he pulled a Pokéball out and released Sneasel.
"Good anwser. Zangoose." She said as Zangoose came out of the shadows.
"After you..." she said, smirking.
"Bad choice. Sneasel, use Brick Break!" Sneasel ran up with his arm up.
"Counter." Zangoose dodged the attack and pounded Sneasel in the gut.
"If that's how you want to play... Ice Beam!" Sneasel shot a blue beam.
"Detect." Zangoose's eyes glowed as it kept dodging the attack. Something lit up on her belt. "Well, this has been fun, but it's time for me to leave. Flamethrower!" Zangoose stopped dodging and shot a burst of flame, hitting the Ice Beam and created a thick steam cover. When the steam cleared, she was gone.
"That-"
"Wahza. What happened here?" Pinkie asked as she popped into view behind the door frame.
"Pinkie, what are you dong here?" Sugarcoat asked.
"Well... an old frenemy showed up and told us what her sister was up to soo... here we are!" Pinkie explained with a grin.
"Yep." a blue haired girl said as she appeared behind Pinkie.
Later; outside after telling Twilight's parents what happened...
"So... now we look for the headquarters then?" Sugarcoat asked.
"Hell yes! When we find those no-good bastards, I'mma give them a peace of my mind!" Rainbow exclaimed. A red blur rushed past them.
"What was that?" Lemon asked. Everyone shrugged.
