This chapter takes place in Ponyville during the "Power Ponies" episode. Spike didn't go, as Shadow went instead. Hope you all enjoy.
It was another day in Ponyville as the ponies are enjoying their day as usual. Right now, our favorite dragon, Spike, was just finishing dusting the Golden Oak Library. He was glad that Shadow went with the girls to the Twin Sisters Castle. It was boring over there. There wasn't really anything interesting that would get his attention. Feeling his duty to save Shadow from the wrath of boredom, he lend the Enderpony his latest comic of "Power Ponies" Although Shadow was a bit confused as to why he would need a comic book for entertainment, he still thank the little dragon for it. Besides, he thought he would get bored anyway. He did go to many castles a lot in Craftia.
Anyway, as Spike was finishing on tidying the last part of the library, he heard a noise come from the kitchen. He then gotten down from the ladder he used for support, Spike made his way into the kitchen where he sees a familiar scaled friend going through the fridge.
"Galaxy?! What are you doing?! I just cleaned that!" Spike yelled
"I'm just looking for something to eat. I'm famished." Galaxy replied.
Galaxy Bright has been living with Twilight and Spike for about a week ever since his arrival. He somehow, mysteriously appeared out of nowhere when Twilight became an Alicorn that night. His backstory didn't really made any sense. He claimed that he was minding his own business, till the next thing he knew he was there. The others seemed rather confused and suspicious that he doesn't know how he ended up in Equestria in the first place. For his appearance, and to the surprise from everyone, he was a small dragon just like Spike. Actually, he's pretty much is Spike look-alike. Except, instead of the baby dragon's natural lavender scales and emerald green eyes and spikes, he has tar black scales with midnight purple eyes and grey spikes. He is also taller that Spike by 5 inches. He's even older then Spike too. ( I can't really pin-point the age ratio on pony and dragon years. Sorry.)
"You just ate a daisy sandwich a few minutes ago."
"~And, it wasn't enough. I'm still hungry."
Spike is not really in a mood to deal with Galaxy's complaints. He was about tell the rude house-mate what for when a knock came from the door.
"*Groan* I'm going to get that. Please clean this mess up."
To Spikes annoyance, Galaxy just shrugged in reply. Spike walked over to the door to reveal a familiar crossed-eyed mare.
"Oh! Hi Derpy!" Spike greeted.
"Hi Spike!" Derpy replied cheerfully. "I came to deliver a package to... Galaxy Bright."
"Package? What did he-"
"-Ah yeah! It's here! Thanks Derpy!" Galaxy said as he took the package.
"You're welcome, have a nice day you two!" She says as she flies off, almost crashing into a nearby tree.
The reptile duo went back inside, but Spike was curious to what was in the box.
"Say, what's in the package?" Spike asked.
"Just a little something to make this day more awesome."
Spike wasn't sure what was Galaxy was talking about until he saw a pair of very familiar jewels that sent shivers down his spines.
"The Alicorn Amulet?! I thought we gotten rid of that!" Spike yelled in panick.
"Spike, cool your fins." Bright said bluntly. "This one is different from the one that 'Trixie' pony had. This one gives of good intentions instead of darker ones."
Spike seemed to be interested know. "Where did you even get this?"
"Oh... let's just say that I've got connections."

*CLINK "Hello, this is the Dimensional Delivery Services, Rosalinda speaking..."
"Hi, I would like to order one pair of Light Alicorn Amulets, dragons special please."
"Oh, certainly. Would you like it gift wrapped?"
"Umm... no thank you."
"Very well, what is your address?"
"My address is My Little Pony: Friendship is Magic, Equis, Equestria, Ponyville, and at the Golden Oak Library."
"Thank you, your package will arrive in 30 minutes. Have a nice day."
"Thanks, and you too."

*CLINK "Hello, this is the Dimensional Delivery Services, Rosalinda speaking... for the 16th time Amy Rose, we don't sell Sonic clones!"
*CLINK
"...Anyway, try it out."
"I don't know..."
"Come on! I know you want to."
With hesitation, Spike lifted up the white amulet and put it around his neck. For a moment, nothing happened, the only thing that change was that he now had an itch in his back.
"Wow, your right, this is cool." Spike said sarcastically.
"Just look in the mirror." Bright said bemused.
With a groan, Spike did as he was told. When he looked at his reflection he something that he never that he would see till he was older. He saw himself in the mirror, but he was a lot taller and he grown a pair a awesome wings.
"Oh my Celestia! I'm older... and I finally have wings!" Spike screamed with both shock and joy.
"See, what did I tell ya."
"But, won't I become greedy again like last time?"
"No, like I said, these ones are different then the ones Trixie had. Now, let's go have some fun." Galaxy said as he put on his own amulet and too gotten taller and grew a pair of wings.
"You know... I thought of you as a rude freeloader when you started living with us, but now, you cool in my book, Bright."
"Thanks, now, lets head over to Sugar Cube Corner. I ordered some crystal sprinkled cupcakes from the Cakes."
With a nob, the reptile duos left the treehouse and went on their quest to the house of sugary goodness.
