Chapter two
The next morning I got up and made a decision, I was going to tell Christine about my feelings for her today. I was bound and determined to tell her today. I was going to make it happen. I walked out the door and flew to where Christine normally trained. Oh, did I forget to mention that Christine was training to be a Wonderbolt? Well, now you know, she was going to join the Wonderbolts next year.
So I flew to the training ground and then I saw her. Her beauty made me stop in my tracks. I couldn't get over it. It also made me feel like I'd been punched in the gut. I wanted to hold her, to be with her. No, not like that you pervert! Well, maybe... No, well, I mean. ARGGG! I'm just so confused!
"Hey babe, I'm home." Christine said.
"Oh, you're home early." I said.
"Yeah, well, I took the rest of the day off because I felt so-"
"Hot?" I guessed.
"Yes," She admitted,
"Well, there is one way we can take care of that." I implied.
"Well... I don't... Alright." She said
"Well, why don't we take this into the bedroom?" I said.
"Okay, lets go." She said
We went into the bedroom. The door closed...
I was snapped back into reality by her beautiful sing song voice.
"Oh, hey Solar. What are you doing here?" She asked me.
"Oh, um, I was just... I really have to..." I said.
"Yeah?" She asked.
"I have to tell you something really important." I said.
"Yes?" She said
"Um, well, I just wanted to tell you that, I really, really, like,
your mane!" I said, a little to loud.
"Oh, um, okay, thank you." She said.
"You're welcome, uh well, I uh, have to go." I said.
"Oh, um, okay then, bye, I guess." She said.
"Um, okay, bye." I said.
Well, that went well Solar? I asked myself. You did really well. Totally nailed it.
I went back home and decided to call up my old friend Rainbow Dash. I picked up the phone, and called her.
"Hello?" She asked.
"Hey Rainbow, it's me, Solar Flare. I was just wondering if you wanted to hang out? Fly around maybe?"
"Sure! I'll be right over." Rainbow said.
"Cool, well, I'll see you soon." I said.
"Okay, awesome, bye."
"Bye."
"Well, first thing's first, I gotta tidy up." I said to myself. "Where do I start?"
So I spent the next twenty minutes frantically trying to tidy before Rainbow got there.
*ding dong went the door bell.
"Hey Dash, how are you?" I said.
"Good. So, are we going to get this party started or what?"
"Um, sure, come on in."
"Hey Rainbow?"
"Yeah?"
"You know that mare I told you about, the one that I really like?"
"Yeah?"
"Well, I tried to tell her about my feelings for her today, but I couldn't get it out. I ended up telling Christine liked her mane instead."
"Is that why you called me? Because you were down?"
"Yeah."
"Well, I have some Apple Family cider at my house, why don't we go there, have some cider, and talk?" She said.
"Well, I'm not sure I should drown my sorrows in alcohol."
"Come on, it'll be so awesome! We can have a party, go crazy, do anything!"
"Well, it does sound fun, and I haven't been to a real party in years."
"Yeah, it'll be really fun!"
"You know what, lets do it. Lets go, just let loose.
"Awesome! Oh, and Pinky Pie will be there too!"
"Oh, okay, well if that's the case I better grab some essentials. Pinky Pie parties are always crazy."
"Alright, but hurry, I want to go soon."
Ten minutes later...
"Okay I've got my passport, a thousand bits, and a snake.bite kit. I think I'm ready." I said.
"It's not gonna be exactly like last time!" Rainbow said.
"Alright, lets go!"
One day, two train rides and about five gallons of cider later...
"Ugh, my head." I groaned.
I sat up in a huge bed in what looked like a luxury sweet on a train. I looked to the right, and there was Rainbow to my left, Pinky pie to my right, and Doughnut Joe to right above me! Swinging from a chandelier.
"Mother of Celestial, what did we do last night?" I said to myself.
Rainbow woke up soon after and was just as confused as me.
"Wait! Where are we?!" She said.
"Don't know." I said.
"Wait! Did we-?!"
"Yeah, I think so."
"With Pinky?!"
"Yeah, I think so."
"Where did Doughnut Joe come from?!"
"Rainbow! I don't know! I know as much as you do!"
"Okay, well, lets just try to get back home."
"HEY! I KNOW WHERE WE ARE!" said a certain pink pony who made my head hurt even worse.
"Okay, Pinky, where are we?" I asked.
"Wait, i don't know where we are." She said.
"Well, that's just gr-!"
"But I do know where we're going!"
"Oh really? And where is this Pinky Pie?" Said Rainbow.
"We're obviously going to Appleloosa!" She said.
"Oh, that actually makes sense. Good job Pinky." I said.
We arrived in Appleloosa about thirty minutes later.
"We should go see Braeburn and Strongheart and-" Pinky said.
"No Pinky, we're getting on the first train out of here!"
"Yeah Pinky, sorry, but I have some really important weather control duty's today." Rainbow said.
"Oh alright, but we better come back here soon." Pinky said.
"Okay Pinky, we will..."
