"Docteur vos invités attendent en bas." said the pony who had walked into the room. The room's only light were the flashing screens of the computers with ponies constantly typing.
"Très bon. Dites-leur que je vais être en panne peu de temps." Dr. BlastBurn replied coolly.
"Oui docteur...." The pony had half way turned around before the doctor spoke up again.
"S'il vous plaît me parler en anglais mon cher, je sais que c'est dur, mais à cause de la pratique s'il vous plaît le faire."
"Yes dolctor, my appahlogeez." The pony had severe difficulty in speaking english.
"That's a good dear. You are dismissed." The doctor playfully waved her off as she bowed and left the room.
'Thankfully i had learned french while working as a scientist for Ponyville so i could speak to my new most helpful allies.' The doctor shuddered after thinking about his time in Ponyville. 'Such a dreadful... ungrateful town..' Blast Burn was giving himself a headache thinking about such a touchy subject for him. 'Calm yourself... that town won't be standing for long...' He smirked as his headache went away at the thought. 'All of those times i had saved their flanks.. restored order when that mayor couldn't even think straight! Not once was i given credit for anything.. the mayor, the farmers, the pegasi, the other scientist had always taken my work and slapped their names on it like I didn't even exist!' Blast Burn took a deep breath that caught the attention of a pony working at a computer but turned back to the screen after looking at the doctor. 'All of the stressed they caused me to have sleepless nights.. I read so many books on what to do in these situations but none had an answer that applied to me. I read a book that insomnia could lead to insanity, that word.. used by my former partners who met..' The doctor chuckled to himself. 'A cruel fate. I think of myself not insane, but as misunderstood, soon they will all see things my way. Time to attend to my guests.' Doctor Blast Burn had headed for the exit, the light searing his eyes for a moment but then headed towards his elevator.

"Coming up on destination, there appears to be a party, we assume that is Dr.Blast Burn's mansion." Dawn Cruise started slowing down.
"Well ah suppose if we want to find out real information we need to go in that party ourselves." AppleBloom specialized in disguise and information probing. "Ah see ya already have your disguise on Gummy, glad to see you thought ahead."
Gummy turned his head and stared at AppleBloom and then turned his attention back to Dawn Cruise's glowing dashboard.
"Agent AppleBloom I took the liberty of choosing a party disguise for you. One moment please." The glove box in front of AppleBloom shifted slightly and folded out into arms that slid a dress over her head and then added a touch of make-up to her face.
"Thank ya kindly Dawn." AppleBloom coughed and cleared her lungs of dust. "I mean.. Thank you Mr.Cruise for this lovely dress." She smiled as her voice changed from her normal country drawl to a more classy tone.
"You're very welcome miss." Dawn Cruise always showed his manners to all agents.
Dawn Cruise had slowly rolled up to the gates of the mansion where a gate-keeper awaited them.
"Business?"
"Expected party guests." AppleBloom replied coolly.
"Enter."
Dawn Cruise had parked along the driveway. "Okay agents, please contact me if there is any quarrel. Standby mode on."
"Come along Gummy we need to get inside."
Gummy broke out of his trance as Dawn Cruise's dash board flickered off and heard AppleBloom and obeyed a familiar voice and trailed beside her.
"Once inside we should separate to gather as much information as possible. Good luck Gummy."
They entered the mansion and AppleBloom took a left to blend in with the crowd. Gummy lost sight of AppleBloom so he stared ahead for a moment before hearing a pony call his name from a crowd and started making her way over.
"Hullo Mr.Gummy, I ahm Elise. It is a pleasure to finally meet a man of your stature, I ave heard so much about you." Elise extended her hoof towards Gummy who promptly stared at it for a moment before biting it as his instinct told him to snap at anything close to him. Elise blushed and replied after taking her hoof back. " I had heard you were a ladies man , your reputation proceeds you. Shall we talk at a place more... quiet?" Elise smirked and turned around and waved her tail in Gummy's face at which he bit the tip and held on slightly levitated above the ground. He was led up a small flight of stairs to the mansions 2nd floor and Elise walked down a corridor that held several rooms and had entered the 1st room to the right.
Inside the room Elise allowed Gummy on the bed and gave a slight shake to her tail for Gummy to release his grasp. Elise turned towards Gummy and slowly walked back.
"Care for some champagne Mr.Gummy?" She turned and opened a closet.
As Elise opened the closet two stallions emerged and slowly walked towards Gummy as Elise ran out the door after saying. "Have fun boys.. perhaps we could meet in the after-life Mr.Gummy."
The Stallion on the right was the one to talk. "Okay agent Gummy, we can do this the short and painless way or the long and painful way."
The two stallions closed in on Gummy with sinister looks on their faces.
The stallion on the right fell to the ground with a thud and the stallion on the left turned around to see AppleBloom in a fighting stance with a spot of blood on the front of her right hoof. The stallion dived at AppleBloom, who effortlessly side-stepped and allowed the stallion to fall. AppleBloom followed up with a dive on her own and grabbing his back hoof so he couldn't regain his balance and broke his knee joint causing him to scream in pain for a moment before being silenced by a blow to the back of the head.
"Consarnit! Looks like they know we were comin'!" AppleBloom picked up Gummy and laid him on her back after AppleBloom broke a window with a nearby chair in the room. AppleBloom jumped out of the window and started trotting towards the driveway. "Communicator on!"
"Agent AppleBloom?"
"Dawn start your engine they found us!"
Dawn's engine roared as a posse of stallions almost broke the mansions front doors all yelling "Get them!" and "Don't let them escape!"
AppleBloom dived into Dawn Cruise and he sped off away from the cursing stallions.

(30 minuets earlier)
The french pony tapped on Dr.Blast Burns shoulder and whispered the word "Ellipsis."
"Excuse me my friends, i have pressing matters to attend to. Farewell." Dr. BlastBurn hurried off to his elevator being trailed by his assistant. He turned and gave his instructions."Everything is set. Go distract the agent and lead them to it."
"Yes sir." The pony turned and went to a crowd to start a conversation.
Dr.Blast Burn tapped impatiently on the elevator doors as he waited to head to his secret surveillance room. The elevator had stopped and he walked into a very small room that held several screens. "Have they arrived yet?"
"No Sir." The surveillance pony was rotating cameras searching for the targets if he missed them. "Wait a moment.. I think that's them sir" he pointed at AppleBloom and Gummy. He flinched as he felt his chair being clenched and felt Blast Burn's arm shaking.

(30 minuets later)
The elevator door's slid open and a scared stallion walked into the room where Blast Burn spaced out at the screens.
"S-s-sir... They escaped.." The stallion gulped as he saw Blast Burn turn around.
"I know." A sound of thunder filled the room making the surveillance pony try to close both his eyes and his ears.

"Agent AppleBloom I got the connection with your flash drive as soon as it was plugged in the computer, we got quite alot of information and I sent it to the commander, excellent work." Dawn Cruise was driving at a modest pace.
"Thank ya Dawn, but ah think this mission got alot harder than before, now Dr. Blast Burn knows we are after him and now his security will just get tighter." AppleBloom was in a negative attitude.
"You both did a fine job today and im sure the commander is proud and we will always find a way to finish the mission."
"Yeah ah s'pose your right Dawn... its gettin' late do ya think you can drop me off by the farm?"
"Of course agent AppleBloom."
It was a short ride to Apple Orchards where AppleBloom departed from Gummy and Dawn Cruise. Dawn Cruise then took Gummy to the edge of Ponyville to keep his cover. Gummy was familiar with Ponyville for he had often wandered off when he was out of Pinkie's sight and made his way back to Sugar Cube Corner smelling the sweet bread Mrs.Cake was preparing earlier. Gummy was standing outside the door as Pinkie came up from behind and scooped him up.
"Hi Gummy! That party was great! Shame you couldn't come.. Oh! Time to make that punch I promised you!" Pinkie Pie was smiling hard... but it didn't look like her normal smile.

AppleBloom wasn't ready to go to bed quite yet, she still felt excited from the action earlier so she decided to give Spike a visit. AppleBloom walked to the library and knocked at the door with a smile on her face. Twilight Answered the door.
"Hi AppleBloom! What are you doing here so late? Twilight asked clearly pondering the question.
"Ah'm here to see Spike, is he home?"
"No, actually I haven't seen him all day, I'll tell him you came by AppleBloom." Twilight smiled as she closed the door.
AppleBloom was a bit disappointed really hoping to spend time with Spike and as she turned around to trot home Spike ran into her with their heads bonking together. After they regained their poise AppleBloom was the first to talk.
"Hi Spike, Twilight said you were gone all day today, where were ya'?"
"I was helping AppleJack with work today after you left this morning, where were you?
The question caught AppleBloom off guard. "Oh.. well ah was just hanging out with my friends all day." AppleBloom smiled at spike, a certain smile with her eyes half closed that she knew made spike melt. "Ah was just wonderin' if you wanted to spend some time together, maybe watch a movie?"
Spike returned the smile. "Sure that sounds great AppleBloom."
They walked in the library and went upstairs to watch their favorite movie together as Twilight studied downstairs. They both preferred the movie 'The Hitchhiking Pony’s Guide to the Mind’s Galaxy' even though it was a comedy to be enjoyed with humor, neither of them watched it.
