Going to Equestria

Tour

The wedding was over and it now became morning. I sat up from the bed in the guest section of Canterlot. I still had my jeans on, but no shirt. I slowly sat up, letting all of my joints to pop. I yawned and put on my red t-shirt, then my black jacket. I ran my fingers through my hair to get the bed hair out. I laughed a little because I noticed I looked like the guy from Prototype.

I opened the shutters and placed my hands over my eyes, slowly letting them to adjust.

"My first night in Equestria." I sighed to myself. I began to walk towards to door when Princess Luna opened the door. She stepped back, a little shocked since she hasn't seen my up close. I was still taller than her my a good few inches with her horn just a bit over my head since she was not as tall as Cadence or Celestia.

"Oh good, you are up." she said.

"Good morning to you too." I said. "So what do you want?"

"Tia asked my to bring you to her." Luna answered. "She would like to speak with you." Oh crap, I hope that this not bad.

"Okay." I nodded.

"Great, now follow me." she said. I began to walk behind her, letting her lead the way. I looked around sometimes to see some amazing art placed on the walls and pedestals. I turned and saw the hall way with a window with a design of the mane six with the Elements of Harmony.

A few times I would see guards who would glare at me, waiting for me to make a move. Once we got to the main room where Celestia's throne was at I was stopped my two guards with long spears. Luna turned around and ran up.

"Halt, I order you to lower your weapons." she ordered.

"But princess, this thing is not to be trusted." said the guard on the left.

"I'm a he." I said in boredom. I've gotten used to be called a 'thing' and a 'it'.

"What ever." he said back.

"I'm ordering you to let him in. He's with me." Luna said again.

"As you wish princess." said the other guard. They lifted their spears and let me in. I started to walk in when the guard on the left stopped me again.

"If you cause any problems, you'll have to deal with." he threatened me. I raised my hands and took his hoof off of me. He continued to stare at me as Luna and I continued to walk up to Celestia.

"I brought Wyatt." Luna said.

"Thank you Luna. You can go now." she said. Luna nodded and walked off. Celestia then turned to me.

"So, you're the human that's friends with my student." Celestia said.

"Uh...I guess." I said.

"First, I must ask where you came from." she said.

"Well, I'm from a place called Earth. I can't go into the full details about it because I would take years to explain everything." I said.

"I see." Celestia said. "Well, how did you get here?"

"Well, I was on a flight, which is how humans travel in the air, to Los Angeles. That's a city on Earth, but in the middle of the flight there was this blinding light. I can't really remember much after that. Until I woke up on a beach and met Twilight with her friends.

"Hmm, that's interesting." Celestia said rubbing her chin.

"So now I'm here, went to a wedding and now I"m here." I finished.

"I have a question for you." Celestia said.

"Okay, shoot." I said.

"How were you able to survive those blasts from the changeling queen?" she asked.

"Now that you mention it, I don't know." I said. "They still hurt like hell."

"I'll asked Twilight if she can look into it." Celestia said to herself.

"So, is that it?" I asked.

"Well, no. I would wish to give you a tour of Canterlot." she said.

"I guess that would be nice." I said. Celestia stood up and nodded me to follow her. I've only seen a few small sections from episodes of the show. I looked around and noticed the guards giving me their stare again, but some stopped since both princesses trust me. I guess that's a get out of trouble card for me.

"Here's the fine art section of Canterlot." she said. I looked around her and saw the most beautiful art room I've ever seen. Pictures, sculptures and other arts were placed everywhere, even the shy light window was designed with different colors. Which made the room look like it's shining under a rainbow.

"Damn." I whispered to myself.

"Let's continue on our tour shall we." Celestia said continuing down the hallway. I took one more look at the room and quickly began to run to the princess.

The hallway lead to a large door. Celestia opened it with her magic and we both stepped outside. We stopped at the railing of the balcony with the Royal Guard Training grounds below us. Dozens of guards were using there magic to swing swords and throw spears.

Others were over by Blacksmith stations, creating different weapons. Celestia started to walk down the stairs, so I followed. We stopped in front of an empty Blacksmith station with only one pony, a unicorn, making a sword.

"Good evening Silver Shield." Celestia said.

The unicorn looked up and stepped out into the light. Now that I got a better look, I noticed that he seemed a bit old. He was a tan looking unicorn with a grey man and tail. He had a small grey beard under his chine. He had black spots all over his face and mane, most likely from the smoke.

"Hello Celestia and..." he began until he saw me.

"Name's Wyatt." I said, holding out me hand. He looked at my hand, then at Celestia, then at my hand again. He slowly reached out to until he finally shook.

"This is Silver Shield, the best Blacksmith in Canterlot." Celestia said.

"I don't mean to brag, but she's right." Silver Shield said.

"If you need anything from him, just ask." Celestia said.

"If you need anything with metal, just send me a letter or come on by." he said.

"I'll keep that in mind." I said. I just came up with a great idea. Hopefully he can make a sword for me. I've always wanted on back home.

"Well, see you two later." he said waving.

"You too." I yelled back also waving.

We continue to walk out to the Royal Garden and passed it. We continued up the steps until we ran into Twilight and her friends.

"Ah, there you are Wyatt." said Twilight.

"Celestia was just giving me a tour." I said.

"Well, we're about to head off to Ponyville." Apple Jack said.

"Is it okay we cut the tour short?" I asked Celestia.

"It's fine. I have to get back to my duties any way." she answered.

"Okay, well see you later." I said and walked off with the rest of the group.

We walked up to the train leaving for Ponyville and jumped on.

"That was one crazy wedding." I sighed laying back in my seat.

"You got that right." Spike said. Everyone started to laugh and began to talk about other things like what we're going to do now. All I did was stare out the window, watching as Canterlot began to get further and further away.

Once it was out of sight, I began to visualize the design for my new sword.
