"Everyone! Listen up!" Ironbutt said, getting the attention of the ponies working in the Naval Headquarters.
"Ladies and Gentlecolts of the Equestrian Navy, I have dire news for us all. Today, moments ago, a letter arrive from the Princess, saying that the EQN Canterlot, one of our prestigous ships, has been sunk." A clamor of gasps and disbelieving gossips erupted quickly.
"Silence! Now, as I was saying, the ship has been sunk by 2 mysterious ships. I don't know how do they do it, but we must avenge the Canterlot. Any questions?" One hoof is raised. He pointed at him, and the stallion asked:
"But, if you don't know those 'mysterious' ships capabilities to sink the Canterlot, how are we gonna deal with it?"
"I don't know, all of us don't know, but we must take the risk. Deliver letters to the other ships and tell them to join the pursuit." They were 'aye sirs' and the ponies get back to work. The pegasi delivery team got up and get to work, flying towards the ships that will pursue those lambasting ships. Little did they know, that these ships have outgunned and outclassed their ships with ease.
-Kriegsmarine-
The crew was waiting patiently for an order, but one of the crew member yelled and pointed at the sky. Everyone looked up and see multiple flying horses, scattering in opposite directions. Mistaken for a dive-bombing attack, alarm sirens were sounded, and AA crews darted for their Anti-Aircraft Guns, and firing at the flying horses with all they have got. In the bridge, the Captain and Admiral got notified what was happening in the deck.
'Fliegend pferde?(Flying horses?)' The Captain thought. He would normally see horses in the ground but horses flying in the air is totally absurd. He gave the order for the AA crew to keep firing until all of them were killed, or got scared and go home crying. The crew did as what they have been ordered, and soon, the sky was filled with flak as the crew take out 10 flying horses in a matter of minutes.
'Gut, gut.(Good, good.)' The Captain thought with satisfaction as droves of flying horses were shot down, now rising in about 100. The other flying horses flew around and fly away from the German ships, with the crew celebrating what they did. The Captain and Admiral also smiled, and those horses will now the might of the Kriegsmarine!
-Naval Headquarters-
"They did what?!" Ironbutt shouted in disbelief as one of the pegasus reported.
"Yes sir, they did it. Black things in the sky and shot down most of our buddies. 100 out of the 150 got shot down, and I was one of the lucky 50." The pegasus said.
"I thought they are just mediumly harmful. Now I'm aware that these ships are more extremely powerful and deadly." Ironbutt replied.
"Me too sir. However, we failed to deliver the letters as you commanded as to do."
"That's okay. I shall, with the Princess, pursue those ships and must know their intentions here. Then we could make an agreement with those who commanded those ships."
"As you wish sir." And with that, Ironbutt left the room and started going towards Manehattan Harbor.
-Manehattan Harbor-
The ponies were utterly afraid when they saw the 2 ships firing black things into sky, sending 100 pegasi down. Rainbow Dash and Fluttershy were the most terrified, thinking that going there with those ships helping the other pegasi would be a folly. The princesses were also afraid, thinking the same thing. However, a voice cut them from their thoughts.
"Your highness, can I speak with you?" The ponies turned around and saw none other than the Grand Naval Chief himself.
"Ironbutt, what brings you here?" Celestia asked him.
"Well, I wanted to give those ships a lesson from sinking one of our prestige ships, but with the reports I'm having, I have no choice but to do diplomatic solutions."
"Well, if that's the case, let me go with you with my sister." Celestia replied. The ponies, not wanting to get the princesses in harm's way, begged her not to, but her decision is final. With another nod of agreement, the princesses and the chief got into a boat and goes sailing towards the 2 dangerous and mighty ships.
-Kriegsmarine-
The Captain and Admiral were having a conversation of what is their next course of action, but a crew member notified them.
"Vorgesetzten, nehmen ein Aussehen diese.(Superiors, take a look of this.)" The Captain and Admiral took their binoculars and take a look on the harbor. Sure enough, they could see a boat with 3 horses in it. They are surprised by the fact, but those horses seemed in no threat. However, one of the crew stated that they want to board the ship. Without any other evidence, it's a coincidence. The Captain ordered the crew to be in state of alert, while allow the horses to board the ship, with some precautions as well.
'I tun hoffen sie nicht sabotieren meine Schiff.(I do hope they don't sabotage my ship.)' the Captain thought as he ordered his men to take up arms for precautions.
-Royal Diplomatic Boat-
The princesses and the Grand Naval Chief has been sailing towards the 2 mysterious ships for nearly 30 minutes, and they could still see the 'turtle shells' with the 'sticks' pointing still at the harbor. But a closer inspection of the ships will get the Equestrian Navy in shock. The very design of the ships is elegant, much wider than the other ships of the navy. Painted in iron-grey, the ships has nice curves on it. But another closer inspection revealed another shocking surprise.
'The hell?' The chief thought as the bipedal beings ran through and back, clad in more stylish naval clothing. Another thing to their note is that they have metal clubs with them, and the 2 bipedal beings had binoculars pointed at them, and they have a black colored cross on their neck.
'What are those?' Celestia thought as they near the mysterious ships.
