"Mayor Mare will give you your next clue," river read, "C'mon! Let's go!"

Vinyl was about to grab the clue, when Octavia tripped over her, causing both of them to fall, letting the Cakes grab their clue first.

Just as they ran off Vinyl and Octavia had gotten up and read the clue, they then ran off.

"Let's go!" Shining armour said, dashing out of the office, while the crusaders slipped in, "YAY! We get ta go to Sugar Cube Corner!" Shouted apple bloom, running out of the office with Babs.

The next scene was spike sitting at a table in S.C.C, "a Roadblock is a task that only one team member may peform, in this one, one team member must order a milkshake, and drink it without stopping, if they stop and there's still some left they must get it refilled.
"Shining, I think that's you."
"Babs, I wanna do this one."

Meanwhile Octavia and vinyl scratch, Rainbow Dash and Applejack, and Sptfire and Soarin had all found the office together, and they all dashed off.

While they were sipping their drinks, Apple Bloom and Babs (surprise) arrived at button mash's house.

The next scene had spike standing in between a hoof pong machine, and a Pony Entertainment System.
"A detour is a choice between two tasks, each with it's pros and cons, In this one, teams must choose between, modern, or ancient."
"In ancient, teams must play take turns playing hoof pong, one team member at a time, they must win, once the team member's wins add up to five, Button's mom will give them their next clue, they must take turns, and if a lot of teams are doing this, you'll have to wait longer, but it is really easy"
"In modern, teams must play fighting is magic on the P.E.S, they must win five times as a team,
It's a bit harder, but both team members are able to do it at the same time, once they have five wins, Button will give them their next clue"
"Ah say we do Ancient, we're way ahead anyway." Apple bloom said.

They went upstairs and played on the P.E.S.
Meanwhile, Rainbow dash had done it on her second attempt.

Just after, Shining Armour finally finished.

Twilight Sparkle and Shining armour are currently in 4th place
Finally, Snips and Snails and the Cakes made it to the sugar bowl,
"Snails, I got this one" snips said.

Meanwhile, at Button's,
Apple bloom wins: 1
Babs seed wins: 2
Pinkie and sky arrived, right behind them were both teams Rainbow dash and applejack, and Twilight and Shining.
"Let's do Modern" Sky said to Pinkie
"I think ancient is good for us" said twilight to shining
"Heh, modern for sure!" Rainbow said to no pony, no pony was gonna argue with this decision in her perspective.
"An who made you leader?!" Apple jack replied.
"Me, it's perfectly reasonable, I'm awesome, the awesomest is the leader."
Applejack growled but let it go, she didn't have time for this.

"Gotcha" twilight said starting the game, while that happened, Rainbow dash had defeated her opponent, and Button handed her the clue.

"Make your way to the pit stop," Applejack read, "at twilight's library."
"I know where that is! Let's go!"

Meanwhile, Mrs. Cake had completed the milkshake race on the eleventh attempt.
Mr. And Mrs. Cake are currently in sixth place

They ran off.
On the eighteenth attempt for Vinyl, and the seventh attempt for vortex, they both finished, and grabbed the next clue.
Vinyl Scratch and Octavia and Vortex and River Dash are currently tied for seventh place
Meanwhile, at the library, Applejack and Rainbow dash stepped on the mat.
"Rainbow Dash and Apple jack,"
"Yes?"
"You are team number one!"
"Yes!"
"And a have a surprise, by winning this leg, you win an express pass, which will let you skip any task, and you get another one, that you can give to another team.
"Yes!" They both shouted
