Rainbow Dash vs Discord : Sky Goddess vs Mad God of Chaos
In a world where friendship is magic, and magic is what keeps the world going, there is only one force greater than the power of friendship. The force of love. Not the sentiment but the actual true feelings of care, protection, and nurture. A love passed down from a father who didn't have the time to show he cared. Beamed into a daughter who had given up on finding it. The bonds between the two opened. The pegasus almost reaching the end of her perilous fall was hit by the force of a love she didn't know existed. The desires of the heart fulfilled causing an unending wave of resolve to burst from her body. The force of such magic caused a tiny crater to hit the ground as the Pegasus steadied herself in the air inches above the ground. The young filly scared out of her wits silently sleeps in her grasp. She had one goal in mind and that was to destroy the god of chaos. She wasn't an ordinary pegasus in her mind she was a goddess of the sky. She knew the sky would obey her as she surpasses the limits bound to those who don't have the will to be better.
The sky goddess with her new resolve and her determination into overdrive has risen from the wounded pegasus. Her wounds healed from the magic that caused the crater beneath her. Her body ready and even refreshed. She felt young again not as she was old but she felt her youth shining through her coat. She was ready and she had one stop to make before she could enact revenge on the God of Chaos. She had to get to Canterlot and meet her friends one last time before she went into his realm and rescued her beloved. It would be a battle of titans. Rainbow Dash the Wonderbolt and self proclaimed Goddess of the Sky against the diabolical Discord God of Chaos.

A dark menacing figure approaches a canary pegasus "It seems the stage is set Fluttershy. Are you sure you want to go through with this? It is after all your decision. I am only doing as you will." He said with his one tooth overlaying his smiling row of teeth. "She seems determined not to die and to 'rescue you' and I am not sure if I can stop her."
Fluttershy looked to Discord with pleading eyes. "Stop her anyway you can. I can't get hurt again... She hurt me so badly, I still don't know if I will be able to move on and be happy. Please Discord don't let me get hurt again." She said sobbing knowing that her worse fears are coming true.
Fluttershy sought refuge with Discord after the events at the Canterlot Castle. He appeared before her and was talking to her while being invisible from the group asking her to signal with nods and head shakes. She remembered the event and how she ended up into this world.

Flashback
Fluttershy was side by side with Rarity as Rarity went on about something. They left The castle entrance and were roaming through canterlot to head to the train station. The canary mare heard a voice and saw Discord and who had a finger to his lips.
"Fluttershy only you can hear me and see me. I will ask you questions and you will either shake your head for no, or nod your head for yes, is that clear?" He asked which earned him a nod from the timid mare. "Alright now then do you want Rainbow Dash dead or disfigured in any way?" He asked while she shook her head furiously. "Alright I get it. Want her to suffer in any way?" she nodded slowly but before she could finish she shook her head no again. "Well ... would you like to be free from the pain you are in and live in a world where you don't have to worry about her hurting you... I can bring your animals too, it will be an infinite tea party in this garden dimension that is just... beautiful.... before you decline may I mention that no one can harm you in it, and you will get to choose who can do what there. So I can't try anything funny." He said as convincing as he could. She thought about it. If I leave this world and bring my animals I can be happy.. Rainbow Dash has chosen her life so why can't I live my own life? I can be free from worry of seeing her again and free from my heart. I would be stupid to not agree to this. I just hope my animals want to come along. she nodded her head and Discord silently chuckled. "Alright then get your animal friends ready and I shall meet you at your house, don't tell anyone about this got it?" She nodded again before Discord disappeared.
Rarity was still gabbing on about some arbitrary thing and Fluttershy kept on listening till they got to the train station. She had a smile on her face and was going to not have to worry about some pony stepping on her heart anymore. I am going to be free of hurt. I just hope you are happy Rainbow... I am doing this for us so you can be free to live your life and I can't worry about you and yours. I wish we could have been together Rainbow. I would have made you so happy. I hope one day... never mind silly Fluttershy. She isn't going to change.

Fluttershy was lost in thought as she was still having her tea party that never ended. each day was a new day and she never had to worry about being hurt. She was with all her animal friends in a fantasy world that never had any problems. Discord would hang out with her sometimes and they would sip tea and talk about things. Fluttershy never had anything new to talk about but Discord did. He didn't live in that eternal 'bliss' of a dimension. It was just one he created out of boredom and sympathy.
Discord really cared about Fluttershy but had no sexual interests in her. He just had to pretend he did for Rainbow to take the bait. She took it well. The anger in her eyes it made him smile. She deserved more torture. unfortunately for him his gambit of ultimate victory had failed. Instead he accidentally gave his enemy resolve. He didn't tell his friend of his cruel actions. He had kept her in the dark about everything. After all he vowed to only use his magic for good ... most of the time.
At first she was happy here but slowly he could tell she was still missing that cyan punk. He was her friend and hated the fact he couldn't make her as happy as that stupid Wonderbolt traitor winged pony.
"So you don't want me to kill her but want me to stop her any way I can? Well what if she wants in? I can't stop her here only you can. If she comes in and tries to win you back. How will you react my dear Fluttershy?" He asked while sipping another cup of tea. He hated this place it was too boring. But seeing a friend happy was worth it.
"Win me back... don't be silly.. she doesn't want me Discord... she can have any mare she wants. Why would she want little ole me?" She started to frown and look down. Discord had a plan in his head. He could crush the cyan one in front of the timid one if she allowed it. Though it would put him in bad taste with Celestia and Luna... though they really can't do much about it since the elements of harmony are the only thing that can stop him. Well there was also Fluttershy.
"Not the question Fluttershy... I asked what do you want me to do if she gets inside this world? She is coming for you. I don't know her intentions but I am sure it isn't to talk and play tea. She wants you Fluttershy. Do you want her? Or do you want her gone?" He said carefully. He could eviscerate Rainbow Dash with ease. Though only if his magic connects. If he misses with her speed and power it could cause quite a problem but all he needs is one good shot in and bam instead cooked pegasus.
"I don't know... I don't know... I honestly don't know Discord... I am scared though. I don't want to be hurt." She said shivering, her time here was spent in peace and solitude, though her animals kept her company she had no pony else. She wasn't ready to face the real world yet. Though if Rainbow Dash truly loved her as much as Discord is letting her believe than maybe... it could work? Maybe she has changed. Maybe she quit the Wonderbolts... Why are you doing this Rainbow Dash I left you alone why try to come for me?
"If you don't want to be hurt then I shall prevent that. I have to go now though it seems a guest has arrived and soon the curtain closes for this show down. Also remember you control this world Fluttershy. She can't do anything to you don't her to do in it. You can do anything you want to her in this world." He said mysteriously before he vanished.
The usually shy mare was left in her thoughts. Maybe in this world I can make her stay by my side and keep her here with me. She can be mine. Wait Fluttershy that isn't right. I don't even have to worry Discord won't let me down. Then again Rainbow will do anything to get to me. She has fought several stallions off protecting me. This is unfair either way I lose.

Rainbow Dash was inside the Canterlot castle looking better than brand new. Her resolve and her will was strong and her emotions were in check. She was overwhelmingly calm and had the sleeping foal on her back. "Hey girls, I am back just in time Celestia. I have passed my test and now I seek the answers as to the location of Fluttershy. " She said as a matter-of-factly. "Before you answer me I met her keeper so I will be sparing no time in rushing off. Then we can have this reunion of the elements. Right now I am not in the mood to talk. I just want my answers and then I am off."
She gently placed Scootaloo on a chair and rubbed her little frame with a wing affectionately. "I am coming back Scootaloo and we will be a family. not only will I be happy but you and Fluttershy will be too." She whispered before meeting the gaze of her friends and the Princess who ruled the land.
"Rainbow Dash you seem different. I am sure you are eager to find Fluttershy. I will have you know your task was not only extraordinary but you showed true compassion even when your cause was rushed. For this I shall grant you the location of Fluttershy but I do warn you Discord isn't keen on letting her go and she is truly happy there. Are you going to make sure you don't slip up again? I would hate to lend you aid to retrieving her if all you will do is disappoint her again." She said sternly
"Honestly Celestia I don't give a buck about what you want. I have done as you asked. I have even went above and beyond your stupid mission. I got all my friends back and will keep working at repairing our friendships I donated a huge chunk of my wealth to repair Ponyville and to reinstate businesses there. I have done everything in my power to get stuff done even at the risk of my own life. I am going to be a better pony and have a good future. My journey doesn't end here I know that. Once I rescue Fluttershy from Discords grip I will have to prove myself to her. I know my task is ardu- hard. But I won't fail Fluttershy again. I hereby swear my undying love to the pegasus Fluttershy. I will do whatever it takes to make her happy. If she is truly happy there and I can't convince her to join me in the real world then I will let her live there in her false reality. I seen what Discord has her in and I just want a way in." She was puffing her chest as she spoke. Her pride and determination bolstering in the moment.
The other girls were unable to form thoughts it seemed as if Rainbow Dash had matured and she was a new pony. It wasn't a bad change and it seemed she wasn't as afraid to be 'sappy' or 'mushy' as before. Still she had her ego and her pride but it wasn't as severe as before. While all this sentimental and emotional conversation and moment was ebbing on something decided it was time for the talk to end and the action to start.
Discord's laugh echoed the room and he appeared next to Celestia. "Tell me Rainbow Dash did you come here to win back Fluttershy or just stop me from getting it on with her... Be honest. I want to hear your sappy comments again." He started laughing loudly at her. He wanted to provoke her and wanted her to charge. She didn't eve budge an inch and he was unnerved by it.
"Are you done talking Discord? Words are pointless bring me to Fluttershy. " She was determined to see her love no matter what. She wasn't going to let some dickless draconquus get the best of her. "Because as you recall your attempt at making my death worse than it would have been not only failed but it made me have clarity and new found resolve." She was puffing her chest out and her wings flared as a display to intimidate. "So there is two ways you will bring me to Fluttershy either by you voluntarily bringing me there or... I will kick your flank till you submit and bring me there." She cracked her bones in her body and grinned "The choice is yours."
Discord frowned "Rainbow Dash why are you so hateful towards Fluttershy? She is happy where she is. Do you really hate her that much? Alright then we shall go see her but before you approach her. You will have to defeat the me that is inside that realm protecting her. If you can do it. Then that means you really love her. If you can't then you will die. Are you willing to face those terms?" He asked before forming the famous evil grin of his. This is it Fluttershy the gambit , she isn't going to accept that. Even the smallest amount of doubt in a lover's heart and she would fear death.
"So what happens after I kick your flank then? Do you promise to let me speak with her and bring her back?" She asked with her body in full flare her wings out displayed and her chest puffed. Determination oozing from her body." I am Rainbow Dash and I never turn down a challenge." She was ready to face anything. Dad I am going to finally be happy soon. I just need you to help me out a bit more. I just need you to watch me so you know that I am making your proud still. I am going to prove that I am not only tough but that I can be tough and still feel in my heart. I will be better and I will prove that being a Wonderbolt isn't just being an empty shell.
Discord was out of stalls. "Fine then enjoy your trip and remember don't say I didn't warn you. " with a snap of his fingers a portal appeared. "Enter if you must but when you die don't come crying to me. I will not be giving you second chances. I hope your speed is greater than it was when your friends chased you on that balloon." He said with a dark laugh.
Rainbow Dash didn't give anyone else a chance to speak no last second cries of "don't" because she had already bolted in... in ten seconds flat.

Fluttershy was sipping tea with her animals. Angel bunny was well behaved because he had no choice but to be. He wasn't able to retaliate because of the rules set in this fantasy world. Fluttershy was law and all had to obey her. She was finally important and respected. "Now now mr bear you are supposed to eat your sandwhich before drinking your tea, you will just get hungry again." She said with a tsk tsk.
A loud noise was heard which meant some pony was visiting but the only visitor was supposed to be Discord. She looked towards the spot the noise came from and she started panicking. It wasn't Discord at all and before she could stop the person from rushing towards her the guardian of the land himself Discord approached. "Don't worry Fluttershy she won't get passed me. I will end her life and you will be free from false lovers."
The cyan pegasus was flared out with a loud proclamation of love she shouted with a loud bellow "I love you Fluttershy, I have been through hell and back and I will go through it again. I am not leaving without you. So get ready because I am coming for you." She snorted as she started charging at blazing speeds towards Discord.
Discord wasn't concerned all he had to do was get Fluttershy's support and his power would flourish here. She had limited his powers because while she trusted him a bit she was still wary of him because of his odd behavior. While he had access to some of his power it wasn't enough to take down a fully pissed off newly improved Rainbow Dash. He didn't know this and she didn't either. Rainbow Dash and Discord truly felt the other was mightier and both fought for just reasons.
Rainbow Dash fought for her loves future, she was going to win Fluttershy back and bring her home. She would even settle down and have a family with her. It was all she needed in her life everything else could go to the birds. While her cause is just that doesn't make her competitors resolve any less noble.
Discord had the cause of friendship backing up his aim. He wanted to protect his friend from the incoming fiend. Killing her would be bad on all levels but if he could cripple her and cause her to give up maybe he can avoid killing the cyan wonder. He did want to kill her but he could feel Fluttershy's hesitance. They were linked in this state. While Discord's true self was outisde the world maintaining the portal, the version of him inside was more of a guardian than an evil chaos god. still he looked the same and acted the same just his will wasn't his own. He was under the rules of this world.
The charging pegasus was not aiming for the mad god of chaos she was feigning an attack her true aim was just to get past him so she could plant a good kick to his spinal cord to render him immobile. She knew that a lengthy battle between a magic user and a speed demon was based on an initial contact. Unicorns and other beings with magics were always more formidable in combat because of the unpredictability of it all. However with one well placed attack a magic user is rendered useless. Because of this information, when training for combat against foreign enemies, was already the victor of this fight. After all a Sky Goddess trumps the God of Chaos when the decision is based on speed.
Discord was firing his spell and grinning but his grin fade when he missed. He saw not hair or hide of his would be victim instead he saw a rainbow trail that lead behind him before he could turn around fully he was given a swift and forceful kick to his side which his body didn't take well. "Fluttershy... help." He said while looking at the owner of this world.
Fluttershy's mind was in a constant state of clashing. I should help Discord... but Rainbow Dash seems determined. She is just going to play me.. maybe she isn't... she seems like she really wants me but discord is my friend too. I don't know what to do. If I help her and she hurts me Discord won't help me anymore. If I let her win and she actually loves me I can be happy. Who do I trust?
Rainbow Dash used this opportunity to apply some of her Wonderbolt's training when continuing an attack on a magic user after the first one succeeded and they were still able to fight. Got to get in fast and avoid line of sight. They can't hit what they can't see. the first move was just to create the opening the next moves are to continue the assault. You miss the match is over because most likely you are dead... keep fighting and aim, be precise in each attack. The difference between a hit and a miss is life and death. She rushed in and kept attacking each swift kick and and stomp was continued by another. Her speed and power were too much for Discord to physically take. His magic while strong was his only strength his body wasn't durable and his speed wasn't impressive all he had was an amazing amount of magical stamina. He could create chaos and not drain him of magic. Which is why before she came here she had planned the fight down to the very detail. All she had to do was keep on the offensive and eventually she would be able to land a killing blow.
Discord wasn't able to keep up with the cyan blur. Each time he tried aiming a spell or thinking about conjuring some kind of chaos his train of thought was broken by pain, fear, and anger. He wanted to get one shot in because he knew that is all it takes. Magic users had the best advantage against non magic users. His ability was prime for he was an ancient being. Though he has never fought against a sonic pegasus he has fought against other magical beings. So why is it that this one pegasus could kick his flank? While pegasus in the olden ages were great fighters none of them were sleekly built like today. Rainbow Dash had a body built for speed. Her toned muscles and sleek frame only made her that much more deadly since velocity + force = impact damage. The speed of a sonic moving pegasus with well trained legs was the equivalent of fighting a gun. Magic doesn't trump gun unless magic goes first. In this case The gun was pulled first and thus Discord's chances of winning now relied on Fluttershy's decision.
If Fluttershy stops Rainbow Dash for even a second or gives Discord a chance by teleporting him away it would mean the end of Rainbow Dash. on the other hand if she allows Rainbow Dash to keep going then Discord's guardian self is done. Which would mean she could finally have a chance to talk. I want .... I want... I want to be loved I ... I will trust you one last time, please... please don't hurt me, please love me and make me feel loved.
Rainbow Dash was getting tired out even with her swift and forceful attacks the God of Chaos was still trying to retaliate. If she kept this up she should be able to win but if she falters for even a second than she is at the mercy of the once evil Draconquus. She is Rainbow Dash though. greatest flier in all equestria and greatest soon to be ex Wonderbolt ever. She commands the air with her wings and makes the sky bend to her will. Her kingdom made just for her to soar in the infinity that is the sky. No end as it goes on forever. She was in her element speed. no monster or pony could match her speed. While she was in the zone she was the winner.
Discord was angry Fluttershy seemed to be giving up on him. Rainbow Dash was not going to get her girl. He didn't want her to have a happy ending. He wanted her to suffer for what she did to Fluttershy... I am doing this for you fluttershy. I am sorry but say good bye to the one you love. He waited for Rainbow to get close enough before yelling "gotcha." and imploded causing a huge explosion in the surrounding area while maintaining it not to spread too far so it doesn't hurt fluttershy.
Fluttershy could only watch in horror as Discord self destructed with Rainbow Dash in such close range. When she saw the explosion settling and a feather slowly floating towards her she had feared the worst...
