When Gavin reached the hospital, he was very tired and very out of breath. He was a fairly good flyer by this point, but due to the lack of practice his wings struggled. He landed on the ground outside the hospital, panting and huffing.
"Oh god" he croaked, patting his chest. It didn't help that he'd been going the fastest he could.

He soon caught his breath and trotted through the hospital doors, the white clinical building triggering his memory. He trotted up to the counter and flashed a quick smile to the receptionist.
"Good morning!" she greeted, "hey, have I seen you before?" she asked.
"Yeah, I was one of those dudes who collapsed n' stuff, but right now there are ponies that need your help" he explained.

The mare nodded and scribbled something down on to a piece of paper.
"Would you like me to send an ambulance?" she asked seriously.
"Yes please" he replied with a smile.
"Ok... Now just tell me where to" she requested.
"Well, I don't really know the area to be honest. Could you just get it to follow me?"
"Certainly" she agreed, before trotting into a door behind her.

Gavin turned around as a white chariot pulled by two bulky, white, pegasus stallions. The chariot was decorated with green crosses, and had plenty of room for four ponies.
"Cheers" Gavin thanked.
"No problem!" she returned as he hopped into the air.
..................
When he landed the chariot landed son after, just a few feet behind him.
"Applejack!" he called after landing. The orange mare turned around and looked at the stallion running towards her.
"What's up Gavin?" she asked.
"The ambulance is here, we need to get Long Shot, Rainbow Dash, Fluttershy and Twilght onto it" he replied. Applejack looked down and hoofed the ground.
"We can't get Twilight down though" she muttered.
"Why?"

Applejack trotted over to a nearby tree and looked up. Gavin didn't know why she'd lead him to a tree until he looked up too. There was Twilight. However she was unconscious and hanging from the tree by her horn. Her horn was trapped in between two branches, her body hanging limply from it.
"Holy crap!" shouted Gavin, looking at the unicorn.
"Ah don't know whut t' do" sighed Applejack.
"Can't we just lift her down?" asked Gavin.
"Not without risking her horn" replied Rarity, walking over to the tree.

The two stallions with the chariot trotted over, jaws dropping when they saw her.
"Is that Twilight Sparkle?" asked one of them in a deep voice.
"Yeah" answered Applejack. The stallion nodded slowly and whispered something into the other stallion's ear.
"Somepony will have to levitate her down immediately, it's the only way" he replied.
"Ah that's easy!" said Gavin happily, "Rarity can just do it".
"I'm afraid not, my magic is playing up due to me banging my horn when I fell, it'll be fine in a while but I can't help Twilight" explained the white unicorn sadly.

Gavin sighed sadly, what else was there to do. There were no unicorns for miles... Except for Dan! Gavin's face lit up as he galloped over to the sleeping unicorn.
"Dan! We need you now!" he yelled into Dan's ear. Dan opened one of his eyes and groaned grumpily.
"No"
"Dan seriously..."
"No"
"Dan!"
"No you exploded me!" he yelled, opening both eyes and glared at Gavin.

He expected Gavin to be laughing or smiling or at least look annoyed, but instead he looked worried. His face looked rushed and scared, like he knew something bad was about to happen.
"Gavin... What's actually wrong?" asked Dan, realising the seriousness of the situation.
"Look" mumbled Gavin, pointing his hoof to the purple unicorn hanging from the tree.

Dan's eyes widened, his heart races as he jumped up onto four hooves.
"Oh shit!" he yelled, staring at twilight.
"Yeah, exactly" grunted his pegasus friend, "now you need to get her down now so you better leg it" he added before running over to the tree with Dan. The chestnut unicorn stopped in front of the tree and looked upwards.
"Alright, what am I meant to do?" he asked, eyes still fixed on Twilight.
"Ya need t' levitate er down Dan" replied Applejack with an encouraging smile.

Dan nodded quickly and bowed his head. He pictured Twilight in the tree in his mind, the mental image almost making him stop in itself. He forced himself on, imagining her floating gently down to the ground. His horn began to glow the warm chocolate brown colour of his magic, and so did Twilight. This was incredibly hard. All he'd ever levitated was smaller than his hoof, never mind a full grown mare!

The magic became stronger, the light intensifying gradually until Twilight was completely glowing. Dan opened his eyes now, he'd established the spell, now he needed to focus on moving her safely. Twilight began to move upwards slowly, her horn making it tough for Dan to move her safely. He carefully lifted her enough for her horn to lift out of the branches. She was a lot easier to move from there.

He managed to safely lift her out of the tree and onto the ground where he lay her down gently. Her horn was scratched, but other than that she was absolutely fine.
"Good job" said the ambulance stallion with a warm smile patting Dan on the back gently. As they lifted her onto the chariot Dan sat on the floor, clutching his head.

Gavin trotted over to him and sat down.
"Sup Dan?" he asked softly.
"I got a heck of a headache" replied Dan.
"Oh" muttered Gavin, "you did good B"
"Cheers" chuckled Dan with a smile.

The ambulance stallions then trotted over to Applejack, who stood watching Gavin and Dan from a distance.
"Who else are we taking to the hospital mam? one of them asked. "Those three over there" answered the mare, pointing to Rainbow Dash, Fluttershy and Long Shot.
"Thanks" he said, before his partner and him walked over to the three ponies.

Gavin got up and trotted up to Rainbow Dash, Fluttershy and Long Shot, before giving them all a hug.
"I hope you're all alright" he sighed happily. The ambulance stallions loaded them onto the chariot and took their places at the front.
"You can all head to the hospital, just say the names of the patients and you'll be lead to them" explained one of them with a smile.

The five ponies that were there nodded and smiled, before the chariot flew away into the distance.
"We should probly git goin'" said Applejack.
"Yeah" agreed Pinkie.
"Ok, but Gavin, on th' way, you're explain' whut in Celestia's name happened in the first place" she chuckled.
"Alright" he agreed, "well..."
