He was glancing at the view that just astonished him. For so long, he had been looking for this kind of place. It was a great place for a vacation; and if Jarvis and he are right, it could be the best vacation ever. Well, only if the portal is fixed.
He though himself. ‘Iron man in Equestria? That is awesome!” He grinned.
He looked out of the window and saw a wonderful sight. He was quite astonished. The Earth had been contaminated by green-house gasses and toxic wastes. The ultimate creation of Mother Earth, having been destroyed by the humans, could not be revived. It was… too late. The Earth was nothing but just a big chunk of wasteland…
Outside of the window, he could see a clear blue sky and vast green ocean of trees forming a great horizon. The only thing that the view was disturbed by was a gigantic rocky mountain that was covered by a sheet of snow on top. After his adventures and travels, he indeed found a bunch of planets with indigenous life forms. However, their environment looked terrible to him. They might be beautiful from their own planet’s perspective, but to him… It was just terrible.
This place, although he’s not 100% sure that this place is Equestria, but this place… was fantastic. No, maybe it’s more than that. There was no word that could describe this place. The place was very peaceful. There seemed to be nothing threatening him. He thought to himself. ‘Who would dare to attack me? Who would dare to attack The Invincible Ironman? Even my Mark 2 would be powerful enough to destroy this place.’ That… could be true. If a Manticore or Dragon comes out, he could just shoot a repulsor beam, and put them in to a deep sleep forever.
He decided to take a little adventure around. Turning away from the window, he climbed the circular stairs. When he reached to his workshop, and also a suiting room, He commanded Jarvis.
“Jarvis, suit me up.”
Since Jarvis was the only one who could fully understand him, he prepared the Mark 2 armor. It was silvery and had a blue-old fashioned arc reactor in the chest. After all those years, he never used this armor because it was too primitive for him. The suit came down from the ceiling piece by piece, and it fitted together. Jarvis opened a gate (or door whatever you wish to call it) and he jumped off. He free fell for 5 seconds and he activated his boosters, allowing him to blast off to the sky.
As he was flying in the cool and nice clear blue sky, he looked down to the forest. He felt relaxed. He felt…. Home again. The real Earth that he saw in his childhood seemed to be right in front of him. He glanced back at his old memories. Sometimes he was happy, but sometimes he was sad because of his cold hearted father.
Stark’s childhood….
“Hey dad, I made this all by myself!!!” said Tony.
“You made what?” asked his father.
Tony ran to his father, who was talking to a friend in Mount Rainer National Park.
Tony showed his farther a little robot that was appeared to be nearly finished.
“When did you make this?” asked Tony’s father as he raised an eyebrow.
“Just right now. Look, it can mimic what I’m doing!”
Tony made a heroic pose, and his little robot followed him exactly.
Suddenly, Tony’s farther grabbed the little robot and threw it to the ground, causing it to smash and break completely. There was no piece that could be fixed or be re-used. Tony’s head tilted down and tears started to form in his eyes.
His father yelled “Antonio Howard Stark! I told you not to play with that piece of crap while we are on a vacation with my friend and his son! I asked you to play with John, which you never did! You better stop playing with this thing before you get punished! Got that?! Now get out of my sight!”
Tony ran from his father, sobbing. He stopped by a tall redwood tree and crouched down, starting to cry out loud. The forest was quiet, and nothing was there but Tony crying. Then some kid came up to him and asked,
“What happened?”
Tony looked up and saw a young black boy, watching him with a concerned face. Tony didn’t say anything but cried again. The kid sat down right next to him and said,
“Man, you’re going to be alright. Now tell me, why are you cryin’?”
Tony tried to hold his tears and couldn’t, but he just simply nodded.
The kid spoke back,
“My name is John. But you can call me Rhodey. And your name is….. ah,Tony! “
That was the first time he met Rhodey, his best friend. He could never forget that moment. It was just too…. ing.
Back to reality:
“Sir, I am sensing something that is flying across the sky.”
“Holy shit! What the f***!?”
Author’s note: Gah! Bok-shit! Bok bok bok bok bok bok bok.
Ironman suddenly lost control over his suit and started to fall, but eventually gained control after a few seconds of free-falling.
“Jarvis, was that you?!” Tony asked, with anger in his voice.
“Sorry to interrupt you from your happy time sir, but there is something that you should see.”
He looked through the suits HUD, and he could see something flying across the sky. He narrowed his eyes in an attempt to get a better look, but he still wasn’t sure what it was. Jarvis was thinking that it might be a Pegasus, but not a dragon because the size was too small, assuming that they are in Equestria.
Tony’s eyes sparkled with glee. He was filled with curiosity to find out what it was. If it was something else, He was going put it into a good and happy sleep forever. He started to send more power to his boosters and quickly gained speed.
“I’m gonna figure this out!”
Tony was always like this, always trying out something new that he or no-one had faced before. He yelled like a fan girl, and started to go up to mach 3 - three times faster than speed of sound, and of course, he broke the sound barrier easily. But he saw something strange. Okay, so he broke the sound barrier and now he is going up to mach 3, but there should be only one sonic boom, but he created three sonic booms. And they were colored with rainbows… rainbows?!
He asked himself ‘How do the physics work on this planet?’ causing Jarvis to explain:
“It’s different universe sir. Different rules. Creating a rainbow when something breaks the sound barrier seems to be reasonable.”
Tony gave no reply, allowing Jarvis to continue speaking.
“Mr. Stark?”
“What is it Jarvis?”
“I personally think that is awesome. Ah! I just remembered, rainbows remind me of Rainbow Dash. Sir.”
Jarvis had been infected by a brony virus that Tony specially made for computers, and had been especially made for Jarvis. He gave it to Jarvis as his birthday present, which Jarvis refused to take it, but he was forced, as there were no options. Now Jarvis watches and researches everything about’ My Little Pony Friendship is Magic’ when he’s got nothing to do. He even made a special order for his master. It was life sized Princess Celestia.
A long time ago…..
“N…no, sir. I…I think my functions will work properly without any further upgrades…” Jarvis said nervously.
“Hey Jarvis, when did I make you?” Tony asked.
“It was 2001, August 21st sir, which is today.” Jarvis answered correctly.
“Yes Jarvis, you are correct. Now this is your first birthday present. Won’t you accept my friendship?”
“Well, sir. As your humble servant, I will accept your friendship, but I believe that your present is little too much for me. Sir.” Jarvis replied.
Tony’s face took an evil turn. There was an evil grin on his face as he looked at Jarvis’s mainframe. He chuckled and he stepped forward with a new hard drive.
“S…Sir? I’ve never seen that look on your face like that before. Please sir, don’t do this, sir. This is not the master that I used to know.” Jarvis’s voice was filled with worry.
Again, Tony stepped forward and started to connect the hard drive to the Jarvis’s mainframe.
“Please, sir. Don’t Do This! PLEASE LISTEN TO ME! I AM BEGGING YOU. PLEASE DON’T! WHAT EVER I DID, I’M SORRY, WAIT! NO, WAIT! AHHHH!” Jarvis’s voice rose up and spoke faster and faster until it was just a scramble. He was begging to his master, but it was too late. Jarvis crashed and finally rebooted. Thirty seconds later, He spoke.
“Sir?”
“Yessss?” Tony answered with excitement.
“That wasn’t actually too bad.”
Back to reality…
As Tony was flying, the cyan thing stopped for a second and started to gain more speed. It seemed that that thing was surprised to see the sonic-boom form around Tony three times. Tony speed up to it with no problem, and… he caught it. He caught the cyan thing. He started to fall down from the sky with cyan thing in his arms. He was hugging it too hard so that it couldn’t move. They fell onto the ground; the Mark 2 decreased the impact, but left a small crater. He hit his back to protect this little creature for a closer look. He grabbed its hooves and pinned it on the ground. He looked at the creature with glowing blue eyes. It kinda looked like a pony with wings… A Pegasus. It had magenta eyes, staring at him with fear and surprise. It was half crying. He looked at its mane and saw it was rainbow colored, as well as its tail. It was quivering. Ironman was shocked. ‘Wait, am I really in Equestria? The Equestria?!” And so, he instantly figured out what this pony was. It was RAINBOW DASH! He stared at Rainbow Dash’s eyes for a moment. She was real and that made him guilty. Rainbow Dash started to yell at him.
“Let me go! Let me go! You wanna piece of me?! Then have it!”
He slowly released her hooves, and she immediately took flight, and quickly flew away from him. He was shocked.
He was shocked to see Rainbow Dash run away…
