My little Chrysalis

To Equestria

(5 years later)
It's been 15 years since Crissy came into my life. But I had a bad feeling our time was coming to an end. Today I was planning on taking her on a cruise. Yes, I was going to take her on a cruise. We were packing up when there was a knock on the door. I didn't want Crissy to be seen, so I told her to go to her room while I answered the door. I asked who it is. The most beautiful yet strangely commanding voice asked if they could come in. It was so commanding, it was like I was in a trance. I walked up to the door and opened it. The person…or rather pony standing there brought back two feelings. One was old brony excitement. Two was a horribly sad feeling that I knew why she was here. Standing there, in my doorway, was Princess Celestia.
"May I come in," she asked.
All I could do was stand aside. I couldn't form any words as she entered. But what followed her nearly made my heart explode. It was Princess Luna.
"Please, make yourselves comfortable," I said. I lead them into the living room. They laid down on the floor while I just stood there, jaw on the floor.
"Now," Celestia said, "I believe you know who we are?"
"That you're fictional cartoon characters from a cartoon, then yes," I said.
"Yes, and we believe you also know why we are here," Luna asked.
"Actually," I said, "I have no idea what cartoon characters are doing in my house." But I knew deep down, I was lying to myself. I just didn't want to believe this was going to happen.
"But you do," Celestia said.
I looked down in defeat.
"Yeah, I know why you're here. You're here to take her back."
Celestia nodded.
Just then, I heard something that made my heart stop.
"Daddy," Chrysalis called from her room, "Is everything okay?"
I just stood there, staring at Celestia and Luna. Luna seemed surprised, but Celestia had the best fucking poker face I've ever seen.
"I'm sorry," Luna said, "But did I just hear Chrysalis call you dad?"
"Yes," I said, "Right now she is in her room."
"How are you so acquainted with her," Celestia asked.
That pissed me off, her saying I was just acquainted with her.
"You have no right to say that," I said, anger seething in my words, "I'm not even going to consider forgiving you for saying that. Not to mention what the fuck you did?!"
They seemed put off by my sudden outburst.
"I'll go get her," I said as I walked up the stairs.
I stopped and looked back at Celestia.
"Oh, and you better start thinking of how the FUCK you are going to apologize for saying that."
I continued up the stairs and walked into Crissy's room. I explained to her who was down there. She seemed curious. I lead her back down stairs and into the living room. There she saw Celestia and Luna. She saw Luna first and gave her a nod, but then she saw Celestia. I saw the anger in her eyes. She looked like she was going to kill her. Then her horn started to glow. I saw this and dove in front of Celestia and the spell hit me instead. I fell to the ground, my chest smoldering. I don't know why I did that. I heard Crissy shout and run to my side. I looked at her and smiled. Then I looked at Celestia. My eyes filled with anger. She knew about my race, so she must know of our insults. So I raised my hand, and flipped her the bird. Then my eyes closed, and I took one final breath, and lay still.
(POV change to Celestia)
I watched as Chrysalis's horn glowed, then fire a spell at me. I couldn't block or dodge it in time, so I just sat there. Then I saw I blur and something hit the floor.
"DADDY," Chrysalis shouted and she ran to the man on the floor. The man that had just saved my life, FOR NO REASON!!! I saw him look at me. Then he did what these humans called flipping off. It was a horrible insult that didn't need any words. Then his eyes closed and his chest lay still.
"DADDY!!!" Chrysalis kept nudging the man. I was heart-broken. This man had just saved my life, for NO REASON!!! And I just let him die. I couldn't live with myself knowing this man’s blood was on my hooves. I walked over to the man and put my horn on his side. My horn glowed and so did his body. Soon, I heard a gasp of breath and the man sat up. He looked around and realized where he was. He looked at me, and the look of anger returned.
(POV change to Jonathon)
I sat up and looked around. I realized I was in my living room. Then I looked again and saw Celestia standing next to me. The realization of why she was here returned. I was filled with anger.
"DADDY!!!" Crissy hugged me and I hugged her back.
"I'm fine honey."
I stood up and walked over to my chair and sat down. Then Crissy walked over and hopped on my lap. She was almost 5 feet tall now, but she was still pretty light. I ran my fingers though her mane and stared at Celestia and Luna.
"Now," I said, "Would your royal bitchiness like to continue?"
She obviously didn't like the way I was treating her, but I didn't care. They were taking my Crissy away, so I was going to piss them off before so.
"Yes well, we are here to take her back," Celestia said.
"I have to warn you," I said, "I will fight to defend what she wants."
"What do you mean," she asked.
"I mean, Crissy will make her choice. If you have good reason to take her, say your world will be destroyed, then I will let you take her. But if you are her to take her because she doesn't belong here, yet she would want to stay here, then I will fight you to defend her." I stared her down.
"Then you leave us no choice," Celestia said. Then her horn started to glow. I saw this and pushed Crissy away and pulled a sword out of nowhere. This was my darker side. I was never entirely human. See, I was born with a curse, but I’ve made it into a kind of blessing. When I reached up into the air, the doctors were scared as a baby bottle appeared out of nowhere. I had the ability to conjure up whatever I wanted. I swung the sword and it cut the spell in half. I saw the shocked look on her face.
"How…what…WHAT JUST HAPPENED!?!?"
"See," I said, "I'm not entirely human. I have a special ability to conjure up whatever I want. You can't defeat me."
She charged up another spell and fired. This time I dodged it. It sailed past me, but I didn't realize that there was someone behind me. I heard a scream and turned to see my sister fall to the floor. She and my brother must have come over to see Crissy. My eyes widen with anger. I looked back at Celestia and she froze with fear. My gaze wasn't normal. My eyes were pure black, like a demons eyes.
"YOU BITCH, I'LL KILL YOU FOR HARMING WHAT FAMILY I HAVE LEFT!!!"
I charged her and sliced through the air. My sword hit her legs. She screamed and fell to the ground. Then Luna tried to attack, but I pick Celestia up and put held my sword to her throat.
"Move," I said, "And she dies."
I looked at Crissy.
"Check on Kristen," I said.
She nodded and walked over to the barely breathing body on the ground. I looked back at Celestia.
"If you EVER, show your face here again, I will not hesitate to rip it off and plant it on the wall above my fireplace."
She looked terrified. I looked at Luna.
"You, stay here, I need to talk to you."
I threw Celestia across the room and she hit the wall; leaving cracks in it.
"Leave," I said.
She looked at her sister with worry, and then in a flash of light, she was gone. I looked at Luna and sighed.
"I'm sorry I did that to your sister. I should've been easier on her. I'm sorry."
She walked up to me and put a hoof on my shoulder.
"It's alright," she said, "You were just defending your family. I would've done the same thing."
I smiled at her.
"Well," I said, "I need to talk to you about Chrysalis."
She nodded her head.
"Why are you taking her?"
"Because, she doesn't belong in this universe. She has a home," she said.
"Where I'm sure you're hunting her down and trying to imprison her," I said.
She sighed.
"Yes, we were looking for her."
"I'm sorry, but I can't let you take her without me."
Her eyes widen.
"But, what do you mean?"
I looked at my sister.
"I'm going to give up my life here on earth to protect Crissy."
I looked back at Luna.
"But," she said, "What about your friends and family?"
"My family are all dead except my siblings. That is why I almost killed Celestia. They are my only family left."
I walked over to my sister who was just waking up.
"Ow, what the hell happened," she asked.
"Kristen, come here please," I said, "I need to show you something."
She stood up and walked over to me. I put my hand on her forehead and focused.
"Just as I thought," I said as I removed my hand.
"What?"
"She has the same ability as I do, but hers is locked up. Let me see if I can unlock it."
I put my hand on her head again. I found what I was looking for and unlocked it.
"There," I said, "Now you can summon anything you want anywhere."
Her eyes widen.
"What do you mean," she asked.
I focused on pulling a sword from in front of me and showed it to her.
"If you focus on something," I explained, "You can make it."
She focused and reached her hand out. When she pulled, she held a sword.
"Woah," she said.
"Pretty cool huh?"
I walked over to Justin who was helping Kristen and did the same with him.
"Alright," I said. I walked over to Luna with a changeling queen in my arms.
"Kristen, Justin," I said, "You probably won't see me again, so take care. And tell my friends I'm in heaven. They'll know what I mean."
They nodded their heads and I walked over to Luna.
“I’m ready,” I said.
She nodded and cast the spell.
(3 years later)
It’s been three years since Luna brought me too Equestria. Celestia didn’t seem to know I was there. Ever since we got here, Crissy and I have been staying in the Everfree forest. One night, we were lying in the clearing next to our little house.
“Hey dad,” Crissy said.
“Yes sweetie,” I asked.
“Why did you give everything up for me?”
I looked over at her, and I hugged her close.
“I gave up everything because I love you,” I said.
“I love you too,” she said.
I got up and walked to the edge of the clearing.
“You ready to go home,” I asked.
“Yeah,” she said.
We walked home and got into bed. I closed my door. I laid in bed but I never fell asleep. I waited for a few hours and went to check on Crissy. She was asleep. Now was the time. I walked out of the house and towards Cantorlot. I had a certain alicorn princess that I needed to have a talk with. I walked to the castle gates.
“HALT,” the guards said.
“I need to see the princess,” I said.
“I’m sorry, but you can’t pass.”
I sighed and summoned a baseball bat. I hit the guards, and they fell to the ground, unconscious. I walked into the castle and up the stairs. I was surprised at how easy it was to sneak passed the guards. I made my way through the castle and soon found the room I was looking for. On the doors to the room was a sun. I quietly opened the doors and snuck inside. I closed the door without so much as a squeak. I walked up to the bed that was in the room. The blankets were slowly rising and falling, like breathing. I pulled the covers away and saw what lay beneath. It was Princess Celestia. I stood there for a moment, before putting my hand over her mouth and waking her. As soon as she saw me, her eyes widen with fear.
“Look,” I said, “I just want to talk.”
Her eyes were still wide with fear but she nodded her head. I removed my hand and sat down.
“H-How are y-you here,” she asked.
“I told your dear sister Luna to bring me here,” I said.
Her eyes flashed with anger.
“If you hurt my sister,” she began, but I cut her off.
“I didn’t hurt or touch your sister.”
She relaxed but I could tell she was still scared.
“What did you want to talk about,” she asked.
“Chrysalis.”
Her eyes widen.
“What about her?”
“I’m here to tell you, that if Crissy gets hurt by you, Luna, or any pony else, they will not live to see another day.”
I saw her eyes grow even bigger.
“Do you understand,” I asked.
"Yes, I understand."
I nodded.
"Oh and one more thing." I walked up to her until I was right in her face.
"I was never here, got it?"
She nodded.
I walked out onto the balcony and jump down to the ground. I made my way back to the house and walked inside. I got into bed and fell asleep, knowing that Crissy was safe. At least, for now.
I woke up the next morning to find that Crissy wasn't there. I looked around the forest but couldn't find her anywhere. I ran as fast as I could to the castle. I ran past the guards and inside. I made my way through the halls and found Luna's room. I burst through the door and found Luna reading a book.
"Jonathon," she said, "What are you doing here?"
"It's Crissy, she GONE!!!"
She got up immediately ran out the door. I told her to look around the town while I looked in the castle. I made my way to the throne room. I ran through the doors and saw Celestia on the throne talking to…THE MANE 6! I would meet them later. But right now, I had a Princess to hurt. The princess saw me and her eyes widen with fear. I guess she saw the anger in my eyes. The mane 6 looked to see what she was looking at and saw me. I ran past them and tackled the princess. We flew through the window and fell to the ground. I heard the 6 shout something, but I didn't pay attention. As we were falling, I hit Celestia in the face and flipped over her. I grabbed her neck and held her below me. She hit the ground, hard. I grabbed her neck and put my sword to her throat. I saw the 6 and Shining Armor running towards us. Shining charged up a spell, but before he could fire it, I put my sword closer to Celestia's neck and said,
"Attack, and she dies."
Shining dropped the spell and I looked back at Celestia.
"Where is she," I asked, really pissed off.
She was to scared to answer.
"ANSWER ME!!!"
"She's in the dungeon," she stuttered.
"I told you if she was hurt, someone wasn't going to see day. Now, if she is hurt in anyway, nopony will see the sun again. Because the one who raises it will be dead."
I threw her to the ground and kicked her towards the castle.
"Now take me to her."
Celestia slowly got up and walked into the castle. I reached in front of me and pulled a pistol. I aimed it at her and told her to move. She lead me through the castle until we arrived at the dungeon. She walked in and lead me to a cell. I walked up to her and opened the door. Inside, Crissy lay on the floor, barely alive. Celestia seemed surprised.
"How did this happened," she asked, "She was just fine."
I, on the other hand, was pissed. I looked at Celestia and grabbed her neck.
"I told you what would happen, yet you did it anyway. Now, you will pay the price."
I threw her across the hall and she crashed into the wall. I walked over to her and sliced her across the side. She screamed in pain. I was about to kill her when I heard,
"WAIT!!!"
I looked back and saw Crissy trying to stand. I ran over to her and helped her up.
"Are you okay," I asked.
"Yeah," she said, "But it wasn't Celestia who did this, it was a guard."
"What did he look like," I asked, furious.
"He had a blue coat and white mane."
I was ready to kill this pony, but first, I had to help Celestia. I walked over to her and put my hand on her wound. After a minute, my hand glowed and the wound mended. I fell to the floor. Celestia stood up and I walked over to her. She looked scared.
"Look," I said, "I'm sorry for attacking you. My guardian instincts took over when I saw Crissy was hurt. I shouldn't have attacked you without knowing if it was you who hurt her."
She nodded.
"But Crissy told me who did hurt her."
I looked at Crissy and nodded my head. I saw her focus. Then she changed into the pony that attacked her.
"This is what he looked like," she said.
Celestia eyes widen.
"Th-that is my personal body guard," she said.
She walked out of the dungeon and I followed. She walked a while before I spotted the guard responsible. I pointed at him and Celestia saw him. She walked over to him.
"White Shadow," she said, "Meet me in the throne room in 10 minutes."
"Yes your highness."
We followed her to the throne room and waited. 7 minutes later, White Shadow walked in. I glared at him, and he froze in fear.
"Come forward," Celestia said.
He slowly walked forward.
"Shadow," she said, glaring at him, "Did I not tell you that Chrysalis was not to be harmed?"
"B-but your maje-"
"I don't want to hear it," she said, "You violated the law, AND disobeyed my order. Your punishment, you will be stripped of your rank and thrown in the dungeon until I see fit you can leave. Is that understood?"
He was about to argue, but thought better of it.
"Yes your majesty."
He went to leave but I stopped him. I bent down to meet him eyes level.
"You're lucky your princess is so nice. If I were in charge, I'd have you beaten until you couldn't stand, then I'd hang you up as a trophy. I'll see you later."
I walked away and stood beside Crissy. Shadow walked through the door led by 5 royal guards. Celestia looked at me with a regretful face.
"Listen, Jonathon," she said, "I'm sorry about what happened. I never wanted her to get hurt. And I shouldn't have taken her and put her in the dungeon. If I hadn't done that, none of this would have happened."
I wasn't ready to forgive her for taking Crissy, and I wasn't about to except her apology.
"What you did was unforgivable," I said, "I asked you not to take or harm Chrysalis, yet you did anyway. And look what happened. One of your guards went and nearly killed her, even if you told them not to. I'm sorry, but I can't forgive you."
She looked down in sorrow, and nodded her head.
"But," I said, walking up to her and putting a hand on her shoulder, "I am willing to forget."
I looked up at me, happy.
"Well," she said, "That's good to hear. I don't want you as an enemy. I'm glad that you're at least willing to forget this ever happened."
I nodded my head in agreement. I walked back over to Crissy.
"You ready to go home," I asked.
She nodded her head.
"Good." We walked out of the castle and into the Everfree. We made it home and went inside. By the time we got there, the moon was already rising. We went upstairs and got into bed. About an hour later, I was reading a book. I set the book down and turned the lamp off. As I was about to lay down, I saw my door open. I looked to see Crissy standing there.
"Is everything okay Crissy," I asked, concerned.
"Well," she said, "I was just wondering if I…could…stay with you tonight?"
I smiled at her.
"Of course you can."
She smiled and hopped into the bed. We laid down and fell asleep.
