Sunny and the others were having picnic. Then the scouting group teleported to Maretime Bay.
Sunny responded by asking , "Where were you?"
"Scouting for the Tomb of Loyalty." Pinkie answered.
"Well, What happened here while we're gone?"
The Main 6 then explained about new earth pony magic, Izzy's creative streak, the hologram of Twilight herself, and Potrait Day. The Mane 6, Pillars, Young 6, Starlight and Sunset were shocked that those events happened in the span of two months.
"Wait, A hologram.... of me!!!" shouted Twilight.
"Earth Pony magic?!" was all Applejack said before being spoken by Pinkie, "Is anypony in there." Pinkie casually knocked her head which got her back to reality.
"You something about finding the Tomb of Loyalty." said Zipp
"EE-YUP!! You possess the Spirit of Loyalty, So you need to come." said Rainbow.
They were teleported after the Main 6 nodded. They reached a mountain peak. They were walking through the treacherous path. And then they arrived at the mausoleum.
The mausoleum was adorned with banners of Rainbow's element and had a gray, stone, brick wall and a rainbow roof, with stained glass on Rainbow's adventures. In the courtyard lies flowers along with a marble column. Zipp then places Rainbow's Wonderbolt badge on the pedestal and then it is immediately covered in a glass case and the door instantly opens.
The inside was the same as Applejack's Tomb with impassable door. Then two figures appeared. One had a gray blue coat with a rainbow mane and amber eyes. He wore a green jacket and shirt with Rainbow's cutie mark. He also had a rainbow and cloud with a horseshoe. The other had a cerise eyes with a scarlet and orange mane with cornflower blue coat. She wore a yellow jacket and a shirt. She had a cloud with whistling wind symbols.
"Rainbow Dash!!!" they shouted.
"Mom... Dad...." Rainbow responded with a dejected look.
"Who are they?"
"My parents, Bow Hothoof and Windy Whistles."
"Well, Let's get to one of our favorite stories." said Bow as he started the reading. "We were minding our business when Scootaloo came through our lawn. She immediately screamed that she almost broke Whistles's Princess Celestia commemorative plates. Then she revealed she was our dear Rainbow's biggest fan but we countered by saying WE are her biggest fans."
Windy continued, "We let her tour the house, and then we finally showed her Dashie's room."
"Mom!!" Rainbow said clearly embarrassed.
She continued the story, "We showed her around her room when Scootaloo said that Rainbow Dash is a Wonderbolt. We immediately visited Wonderbolts HQ. Then she got us informed about Dash's time in the Wonderbolt Academy, Wonderbolt Reserves, and Wonderbolt Member. Then after much... embarrassment, she finally lashed out at us. We then got a surprise from Scootaloo, a performance from Rainbow Dash herself."
Zipp listened attentively while writing down notes. She was finally questioned by the mega-fans.
Bow asked, "Who crashed through our lawn?"
Zipp answered confidently, "Scootaloo."
He nodded and Windy goes next, "Where was Rainbow Dash stationed at?"
"Wonderbolts HQ."
"And what is the surprise?"
"A performance from Rainbow Dash."
They nodded and let her pass. The next room had a door and decorated with flowers and pictures. Then a spirit appeared with a gold coat, orange mane with amber stripes, and orange eyes. she wore a military outfit with sunglasses, and had a stylized phoenix as her cutie mark.
"Rainbow Crash, glad to know you're still adventuring."
"Spitfire, I thought you're retired."
"Not at the moment, let's get on with the test, shall we?"
"You bet."
Spitfire then started her story, "I was encountering Rainbow Dash and told her she is going to be a Wonderbolt, and she got excited. Then told I told her the rules, especially rule number one, looking both before crossing the runway." She then glares at Dash, and Dash shifts uncomfortably.
She continues, "She then forgot the rule and crashes in a garbage can. She was embarrased then she tried imitating her friends, then tried to alter our scheduled performance, which worked out poorly. I then chewed her out for changing the performance and endangering the other 'Bolts. Then she said she was sorry, saying that she was not Wonderbolt material. Then we gave her our nicknames. Soarin's Clipper, Fleetfoot's nickname is Flatfoot, Then there was Dizzy, Slowpoke and Hoof-and-Mouth. As for mine, you don't want to know."
Spitfire then tells Smolder, Flash, and Zipp, who are shocked by it. She then finishes the story, "She was given a month of probation but she improved since."
She then asks Zipp questions, "Alright, newbies, what is rule number one?"
"Look both ways before crossing the runway."
"Correct, where did Crash crash on?"
"A trash can."
"You're right, how long is her probation?"
"A month."
"Correct again, you may pass."
They, along with Spitfire, went to, you guessed it, another door. Then a spirit appears. He is wearing a formal Wonderbolt outfit. He had a cornflower blue coat, phthalo blue mane, green eyes. and has a lightning bolt going through a cloud as his cutie mark.
"Hello, Soar."
"Dash, Good to see you too."
They then proceed to kiss each other before introducing himself.
"Soarin, Second-in-command of the Wonderbolts."
"It's a pleasure to meet a handsome stallion." Pipp said when Rainbow gave her a glare.
Pipp responded, "It's not crime to admire a married stallion."
"I agree with you on that statement." Rarity said.
"Let's get to the story, please." Soarin asked. The two mares nodded.
"We were practicing for the Equestrian Games. Then I got distracted and clipped my wing. Dash saved me and I gotten myself to the hospital. Then my teammates persuaded Rainbow to join them. She was hesitant but accepted. Twilight discovered what Dash was doing and confronts her. Then the Wonderbolts asked if Rainbow Dash will join them. Rainbow was uncertain so she avoided the decision by pretending to injured. I got envious because I wasn't visited. Rainbow then realized that they were lying. Spitfire and Fleetfoot were confronted by Rainbow for trying to replace me. They commended her for her loyalty. The Ponyvile team qualified along with the Wonderbolts."
"Not my best work." said Spitfire.
"So what got me to the hospital?" Soarin asked Zipp.
"A clipped wing."
"Correct, Who confronted Dash?"
"Twilight Sparkle."
"Correct again, what team qualified along with the Wonderbolts?"
"The Ponyville team."
"Correct, You may enter."
Just then, the door opened to the grave of Rainbow Dash and a marble pedestal. Sitting on it was a key with Rainbow's cutie mark. A figure was watching the key. It was a filly with a gamboge coat, cerise mane and purple eyes. She had a wing inside a lightning bolt on a red, pink, and purple shield as a cutie mark.
She then saw Dash and charged towards her and are hugging, "I miss you, Dash."
"You too, Scoots."
Apple Bloom then ran to the filly and also hugged her.
"How are you? Scoot."
"Fine as ever."
She then noticed that the Main 6 surprised and introduce herself.
'Hi, I'm Scootaloo, 'little sister' to Rainbow Dash and founding member of the CMC's."
"Hi, I'm Zipp."
"Zipp's a cool name."
As they were going outside, they were ambushed by the Sirens.
"Well, well, well, if it isn't Sunset Shimmer." said Adagio
"Adagio, Sonata, and Aria, why are you here?"
"To kill you, of course." said Aria.
"You're not taking any lives under our watch!" shouted the confident Rockhoof as the Pillars, Sunset, and Twilight readied themselves.
The Sirens then tried to seduce them but they were countered by covering their ears with nearby moss. They then attacked using their Knives of Greed and the unicorns made shields to protect the mausoleum. The earth ponies offensively attacked the Sirens with Meadowbrook slinging potions while the others were hurling stones at them. The pegasus are flying around them, confusing them. Sunset then summoned her phoenix wings and attacked. But the mausoleum was on it's last legs, but Luna and Lightning Dust then came and reinforced the defending force. Luna wore black armor with the cresent moon on her helmet and had a sheath sitting on her belt. Lightning was wearing chainmail with light pieces of armor.
"We will return, Sunset!" they shouted before being teleported to... wherever in Equestria.
Rainbow, Spitfire, and Soarin then noticed Lightning and made a offensive form and tried to attack but Sunset stopped them.
"Wait." Sunset said to them and the Wonderbolts rescinded the attack.
"Luna, gathering the Nightmare Knights, I see." Sunset said.
"Correct, Equestria will need them in this time of crisis." Luna stated.
"Uh... I'm confused." Applejack said, tilting her head slightly.
"For the record who are the Nightmare Knights?" Sunny asked.
Luna then announced, "The Nightmare Knights were originally made to recover my stolen magic, but they currently serve as one of the two teams summoned by Princess Twilight after the attack of the Terrible Trio. They are consisted of former and current bullies, and villains, such as Starlight, Sunset, myself, and Dust."
"One question, WWWHHHHYY!?" shouted Dash.
"To protect Equestria against threats like Sombra, Tirek, Cozy Glow, Chrysalis, and Tenebris."
"The Pillars, Mane 7 and Young 6 and other wielders are currently known as ' The Guardians of Harmony' lead by Twilight. Other heroes such as Daring Do and some members of the Wonderbolts are known as 'The Knights of The Sun' led by Celestia while I lead the 'Nightmare Knights' which consist of both former and current bullies, rogues, rejects, antagonists, and villains, like Sunset, Garble, Capper, Dust, and Wallflower. They're called only when others threatens to destroys Equestria and its allies."
"Well, let's return to Maretime Bay" Twilight said as she teleports them back.
Meanwhile
The Sirens were standing in the cockpit of the airship in front of the very displeased Tenebris and other villains.
"As usual, you are defeated by the heroes yet again but thanks to your distraction, Cozy was able to place cameras to spy on our enemies." Tenebris said. "And it looks like the Nightmare Knights, Guardians of Harmony and Knights of the Sun are reforming once again." Tenebris said, but he was interrupted by a satyr
"Tenebris, we got word from 'Opal..ine'. Says she's intrested in joining our cause." said the black satyr
"Don't pay attention to her, she's still just an amateur villain. We'll recruit her once she gets her act together." Tenebris said as he grins evilly.
