Atlantis 11:50 AM 3/10/5657
The Doctor with Rose, River, Amy, and Rory had checked the west area of the building. They saw several consoles there. There were several monitors there. Amy went to check out the monitors. The group could see Apate in the lobby talking with Homonoia on the screen.
"This must be the security room." The Doctor said. "But where are the guards?"
Amy said "River can you use the camera to look for the missing ponies?"
River said "Sure why not I could use the experience for when I return to the Stormcage." She went ahead and pressed several buttons. The screen now has shown Cheerilee, Toola Roola, Starsong, and the 3 fillies in the northeast area of the building.
Rose noticed something moving close to the group. She took a blaster and went out. River switched to the southeast part of the building. There they saw Minty, Ditzy, Flitter, Cloudchaser, Lyra and Bonbon searching. The Doctor noticed something on the wall behind some curtains and said "Can you put an infrared filter on?"
River found a button with "infrared on it and pressed it. The screen now went into a monochrome red. There was a brick red rectangle behind those curtains. By this point the chronosteel in the bag was glowing.
Rory said "A hidden room?"
The Doctor felt unsure about something.
Meanwhile Rose was busy guarding the hallway. She was sure she'd seen something move in the shadows. She decided to go left.
Back at the security room River took off the filter. River said "I have a feeling that the past may hold the answer in to this puzzle." She rewound the tape back in the lobby around 2 to 4 hours. The screen now shows Apate with Twilight, Rarity, Rainbow Dash, Fluttershy, Pinkie Pie, and Applejack. River thought 'I knew it!' The Doctor noticed that Rose went missing. He said "I'll be right back. You go find out where that door leads."
River said "Okay sweetie." The group split up. The Doctor to find Rose, and the Pond-Williams to find the ponies and see where the invisible door leads.
Eventually The Doctor saw Rose but with one major difference from when she left: She was marked.

Atlantis 12:00 NOON
Cheerilee was with Toola Roola, Starsong and the Cutie Mark Crusaders. The fillies were a little sad knowing that their loved ones had vanished. The teacher noticed a something opening from behind the curtains. She said "Um girls?"
The other 5 ponies looked to see the curtains open and reveal a corridor. She said "I'll go look for them in here alright?"
The others nodded as the plum earth pony galloped inside.

Pinkie Pie was still trying to keep on the path. Bur she began remembering the fun times she spent with her friends. She said "What's going on? I don't remember these." She saw imaged of her in a dress partying in a ballroom in Canterlot, She saw Ponyville in utter chaos, she seen a party inside Applejack's barn. She covered her head in pain. She said "Make it stop. Make it stop."
She heard a voice saying "You must remember."
The pain and memories stopped. She had seen everything up to meeting a particular donkey. She said "What's going on?" She had found herself at Sweet Apple Acres. Strangely enough the place was deserted. She decided to take a peak inside. She saw various decorations and balloons and a cake in the center. She examined the cake and found her face there, drawn in frosting.
She was confused. She memories had returned. She said "Is today my...birthday?" She looked at the banner above the doorway. The banner said "HAPPY BIRTHDAY" as if confirming her suspicions. But she thought 'But why is nopony there?' She noticed the absence of her friends. She decided to try the cake. It was...
"Stale!" Pinkie Pie said. "Oh my gosh. Oh my gosh. Oh my gosh. I have to find them." the memories were pouring back into her as she made her way into a fork. The left led so a strange cherry orchard but the right led back to the bakery. The pink mare was confused. She felt conflicted. She felt something urging her to the left and so she took the left path. Unaware that the barn had suddenly became flooded. As well as Sugarcube Corner

Dodge Junction ??:00
Applejack was still working the cherry orchard. She saw a certain pink earth pony in the distance coming toward her. She knew what would happened and decided to move away before she was noticed.
"Applejack?"
Too late. Pinkie Pie bounced up to the orange earth pony and said "Hiya Applejack."
Applejack said "Pinkie what are you doing here?"
Pinkie said "I don't know. I just turned left looking for you and the others after you missed my surprise party."
Applejack was befuddled. She just stared blankly at Pinkie. The farm pony said "Well y'all need to git on out of--" She began seeing some images. Mostly of her making cider against two tall stallions. She wan kneeling over in pain.
Pinkie said "Applejack are you okay?"
The orange mare heard a voice saying "You must remember."
After a while the pain had numbed. Applejack began standing up and saying "Yeah Ah'm fine." before almost collapsing.
Pinkie Pie said "Here, you need some rest. Let me help." And began to carry her to the nearest building.
"Pinkie Ah don't need your help!" Applejack said. But she was too tired to budge.
Pinkie said "You're gonna work yourself to death if you continues going at these cherries non-stop. Have your forgot what happened the last time you did that?" Applejack was a little stunned. The blossoms were flying away from the trees. And Pinkie realized something. She said "Hey wait. What are you doing here in the first place. Did you lose another rodeo?"
Applejack was baffled, befuddled, confused. She said "Another? Pinkie how did you know?" The orange mare then saw images of a chase scene with her evading her friends. She saw Rainbow Dash know her bag with the medals open. She knew that she shouldn't be here now.
The two ponies were at a fork in the road. the left path led to a cloudy staircase while the other led to where the orchard workers would rest.
Pinkie said "Hey we could go rest here." and began to go right.
Applejack said "Left."
Pinkie stopped and said "Excuse me?"
"Go left. Something's telling me that we'll be better off there."
Pinkie said "But you're tired. If you go at it longer than this you coul--"
Applejack said "Ah'm not gonna die on you Pinkie Pie. Ah promise."
Pinkie said "Do you Pinkie Promise."
Applejack said "Yes" and did the appropriate gestures "Ah promise not to die of exhaustion until we get out of here."
Pinkie Pie said "Okay." and took the left path. She then said "By the way you haven't answered my question last time we were here. Which do you think is better: Chimi-cherry? Cherry-changa? Chimi-cherry-changa?.." as they ascended the spiral staircase.
Applejack thought that this is gonna be a long trip. When they started ascending the staircase the orchard around them began to turn to stone.

Atlantis 12:11 PM
Rose and the Doctor were covered in tally marks. They had stopped a battalion of Silents. The two noticed someone on the ground...
"Donna?" The Doctor said. The Doctor took a look and saw not only was it Donna Noble but she appears less Gray-scale then before. She was unconscious. The Doctor was a little confused. He and Rose carried the unconscious woman and went to find the others.
Meanwhile River, Rory and Amy had found Cherrilee's group... only without Cheerilee. They were a little confused... 'til they say the an empty corridor.
River said "Okay where's Cherrilee?" immediately thinking that she didn't think she would say that afterwards. By then Minty's herd of ponies had entered the room.
Starsong said "Cheeilee went in there alone."
Bonbon said "And you let her?"
The pink and blue maned pony did have a point. The Doctor and Rose caught up. The others noticed the unconscious Donna Noble there. Homonoia also caught up to the group.
River said to the blue earth pony "Where's Apate."
Homonoia said "I don't know. She said she was gonna do some errands."
River didn't believe that excuse for a second. But before she could question her again The Doctor said "I'll be right back Rory, Pond take care of her okay?" Before laying Donna's body down. And he went inside the hallway.

Somewhere over Everfree Forest ??:00
Rainbow Dash was still sulking on her cloud. She heard something from below. It was Pinkie Pie carrying Applejack. The former said "Whew that was hard. Before collapsing on the cloud. Applejakc was able to move again and stood up.
Rainbow Dash said "What are you doing here? Didn't I tell you I never want to see you anymore?"
Applejack said "What's going on Rainbow?"
Rainbow said "You know full well what's going on. Because of you and that stupid Mare-Do-Well costume of yours I became Ponyville's most hated pony."
Pinkie began to stand up and whispered "Didn't we let ourselves get revealed in some secluded alleyway where no pony would see us?"
Applejack said "Ah don't think that's the case here." She went a littler closer to the rainbow maned pegasus and said "Listen Sugarcube I don't know what went wrong at that--"
Rainbow interrupted "Don't know what went wrong? You were egging me on at Sugarcube Corner. You were trying to show me up not every time I try to be a--" She suddenly felt tremendous pain.
Rainbow Dash saw images of her trapped in a hospital and them images of her and Fluttershy and every other pegasus making a tornado of water. A voice said to her "You must remember."
The memories stopped. Rainbow Dash began to moved toward the cloud's right edge. She said "Look if you're not gonna leave me alone. Then I'm going to a place I know you won't follow me."
"Rainbow!" Applejack said "The only reason we pulled that stunt was because Your ego was going out of control!"
Rainbow Dash stopped. She said "Humph really."
Pinkie noticed some storm clouds coming from the horizon. She said "Um guys?" She saw the cloud below them beginning to change and her tail began to twitch.
Applejack didn't notice the hole that was growing below her. She shouted "Your [heroing] had been doing more harm than good. You could have gotten a lot of ponies..." she fell "Kiiiiiiiiiillllllllllllllllllllllllleeeeeeeeeeeeeeeddddddddddd!"
Rainbow Dash was stunned. She said "Hold On!" began to dive into the ground to save her friend. Pinkie on the other hand saw a line of clouds moving left.
The blue pegasus was flying close to her friend but they were mover closer to the ground. She only had one chance...
She dived faster and faster until a giant rainbow ring emerged behind her. She had pulled off her best trick yet: the Sonic Rainboom. The force form the stunt allowed the pegasus enough speed to close the gap and save her orange friend. She grabbed Applejack by the hoof and pulled up. Remembering that The Mare-Do-Well unmasking but differently she saw Pinkie in the costume but the encounter took place in an deserted alleyway. save for one pony and a flower pot.
Rainbow Dash and Applejack were able to fly back to the cloud they were on. By that point The pegasus remember what happened the first time Mare-Do-Well was unmasked or rather what should have happened.
Rainbow Dash said "I'm sorry." She began to explain that she unmasked her friends in public for all to see. And how the public backlash drowned out her friend's explanation. She thought her friends betrayed her, but now she knew better. The group decided to follow the new cloud trail that leads to the left.
