Flashback(Manehatten)
Cheerille and Toola Roola were getting along well. The school year started 2 months ago. They were inside the cafeteria. There they saw a violet pegasus with a pink mane and glasses. The pegasus was alone and reading a book on climates.
"She must feel lonely." Toola Roola said.
"We should talk to her." Cheerilee said. The two ponies went to the table and Cheerilee said "Hello. I'm Cheerilee, and this is Toola Roola."
The violet pegasus put her book down and said "Starsong. How do you do?"
"Fine." said Cheerilee.
"We noticed you were reading alone, can we sit with you?" Toola Roola said.
Just then a yellow stallion came into the room and said "Why would you want to sit with this wimp?"
Cheerilee was a little annoyed. She said "Because we're not jerks Jockstrap."
"Eh, whatever. Enjoy your lunch losers." Jockstrap left.
Starsong sighed. Toola Roola said "Cheer up. Don't let Jerk-strap mess with you."
"I guess." Starsong said.
Cheerilee said "So what do you want to after college?"
Toola Roola said "Well I want to be a good artist."
Starsong said "I plan on being either a meteorologist or singer. What about you Cheerilee?"
Cheerilee said "Well I guess I want to help the little fillies and foals of Ponyville. The town I grew up in."
"That's a wonderful goal you get there." Toola Roola said.
"Thanks. Your goals are good too." Cheerilee said.
Lunch was over and Starsong said "Well I gotta go. I can't be late to choir. See you later." She grabbed her book with her mouth and flew away. Cheerilee and Toola Roola also went their separate paths for now.

TARDIS ??:00
The flash had subsided. The Doctor's group went to the control room.
Pinkie Pie thought 'Hey Twilight do you think we stopped the loop?'
Twilight thought 'I don't think so Pinkie.'
The Doctor did a role call to see if everyone's there. Sure enough Amy, Rory, Rose, River, Twilight, Pinkie, Rainbow Dash, Fluttershy, Appejack, Rarity, Apple Bloom, Sweetie Belle, Scootaloo, Cheerilee, Toola Roola, Starsong, Ditzy, Lyra, Bonbon, Flitter, Cloudchaser, and Minty were here. The group then exited the TARDIS to find the chronosteel.

The group went their separate ways. The Doctor first went to the bank. River and Rose went with him. Rose said "Doctor why are you going to the bank?"
The Doctor said "Call it a hunch." They they entered the bank. The building had few people inside, mostly tellers. The Doctor went to one of the tellers and said "I need to speak to the manager."
The teller said "Okay but why do you need to speak to him for?"
"I have an important message for him." The Doctor said. The teller left the room to find the manager. During that time River called Rory who reported that this time he prevented the spiked furniture form landing on the mover's foot and that he and Amy were heading to the bank. The three then waited for the manager.

Corinth-VI 5:10 AM
Twilight, Pinkie, Rainbow Dash, Applejack, Rarity and Fluttershy looked for the chronosteel. They noticed some clouds were thicker and greyer then they were before.
Rainbow Dash though 'What are these clouds doing here? I don't remember them being here?'
Applejack thought 'You also didn't remember seeing the van the first time.'
The rainbow-maned pegasus thought 'Well yeah but the Doctor said these species here were unable to interact with the atmosphere like us.'
Fluttershy thought 'Maybe we should wait until we find the van first?'
Rarity said 'Okay sweetie, any ideas?'
Pinkie thought 'Maybe we could check out the clock tower?'
Twilight thought 'What would the tower have anything to do with this?'
The pink earth pony shrugged. She thought 'I dunno, but it seems that the flash seems to start from the tower every night.'
Applejack was baffled. She thought 'What flash Pinkie?'
Pinkie thought 'The flash that keeps sending us back to the beginning of the day silly.' She then honk The orange earth pony's nose.
Twilight thought 'Okay so we check out the tower.' The other 5 ponies agreed and went there posthaste.

Corinth-VI 6:00 PM
Toola Roola, Starsong, Cheerilee, Flitter, Cloudchaser, Apple Bloom, Sweetie Belle and Scootaloo were looking for the black van. The violet pegasus looked at the sky and saw peculiar clouds. She said "Looks like a storm's coming this time."
Flitter and Cloudchaser noticed Starsong. They were a little baffled by her statement. Cloudchaser said "What storm?"
Starsong said "Well it looks like a hailstorm judging by the slight temperature drop. It will get colder as time goes by and the hail will fall here in a few hours."
Flitter said "You know a lot about the weather huh?"
Starsong said "Well I did research it a lot."
The twin pegasi were a little impressed. Cloudchaser said "maybe you could teach us a little bit?"
Starsong said "Sure I can."
meanwhile the Cutie Mark Crusaders were keeping an eye out for black vans. Toola Roola and Cheerilee were nearby.
Apple Bloom said "Maybe we can get our cutie marks in investigating."
Scootaloo said "That about as likely as bears jumping out of pictures."
Sweetie Belle said "It could happen."
Cassandra was nearby looking at the fillies. She drew a card from her deck. The card depicted Apple Bloom and her sister looking over a field of small apple trees with 7 bits. The upper right had an seven on it. Cassandra crew another card witch was the 4 of cups. She said "The 7 of pentacles and the 4 of cups." She looked at the fillies and noticed their flanks she said "I see, their impatience for their [cutie marks] huh. She drew the Star next and said "Well I'm sure they will get them eventually." and left to find the Doctor.
Toola Roola and Cheerilee caught up with them as did Flitter, Cloudchaser, and Starsong. They then saw a black van passing them. The direction the vehicle was coming form was the clock tower. Everypony deiced to investigate the tower and went there as well.
Toola Roola however saw the green pony that still haunts her and thought 'No more. I wont let my past shackle me any more.' She decided to tel the others as soon as they reached the tower.

Corinth-VI 7:00 PM
The black van had stopped at the bank again. Scylla and Charybdis stepped out of the vehicle. Scylla said "Well this will be easy." as the Silurians walked in the bank. They saw that that bank was empty and dark, they were surprised. Scylla said "I was right this will be easier than I thought." She took a step forward.
Charybdis stopped her and said "No this will not." She then looked at the semmily empty room and said "Show yourselves! This is a Stick-up."
Scylla whispered "What are you doing?"
The room lit up. The Silurians found them selves surrounded by Judoon and other Police. the Doctor, River, Rose, Amy, and Rory were also there. The Doctor said "So you're the robbers who put this planet in a time loop huh?"
A Judoon said "You two are under arrest for robbery and attempted robbery. We are taking you in for questioning."
Charybdis said "So someone besides us was in the loop as well huh? You'll never take us alive." The two Silurians instantly melted into a peach-colored puddle.
One Judoon said "What the hell happened?"
The Doctor examined the puddle and said "Flesh Avatars. They must had plant for this."
"The robbers had gangers?" The Judoon said. "Where are the real ones then?"
"I have an idea." The Doctor and his group were headed to the clock tower. the Judoon followed them.
