Amy, Rory, Rose, Minty, and Ditzy Doo found them selves inside a desert. They saw a door being blocked by a giant black turtle. The turtle had two snakes for heads and was sleeping in front of them.
Amy said "Well this is great."
Ditzy said "Maybe we can climb across?"
Rose said "I don't think so." They looked at the shell of the beast and saw mountainous terrain on the shell.
Minty said "Let's go back, maybe there's another way across."
The group turned around and saw that the path behind them was blocked. They were trapped. The giant turtle moved and the path shifted to a difficult but manageable path.
Rory looked at the snake heads and said "We will have to be careful, these heads are poisonous."
The group took their first step on the shell of the tortoise. They hears some hissing...
The snake heads had awakened and they had hissed at the group. Rory, Amy, and Rose began fireing their weapons at the heads. They shot one of the snake heads down and began running to the door. But the heads had returned and this time there are three of them. Rubber trees had appeared by that point. Ditzy had tripped on one and catapulted one of their fruit at one of the heads which them exploded at that point.
Rose had an idea. She said "The fruits, get them to the mouths." Amy and Rory then took the fruit and threw them at the snake heads. Which promptly exploded afterwards.
Rory noticed the remains wriggling and said "We're safe for now. Let's go to the door."
Later when the group was halfway to the door Minty was talking with Ditzy. The green earth pony said "Wow are you OK?"
The grey pegasus said "Yeah, I'm fine. I was just wondering."
"Wondering about what?" Minty said.
Ditzy said "Well I have this filly, Dinky and she was at school when I delivered your socks. I hope she's okay."
"So you're worried about daughter huh?" Minty went over to her friend and said "I'm sure she'll be okay."
"Are you sure?" Ditzy said.
"Absolutely." Minty said.
"Thanks." Ditzy said.
The group had managed to make to to the door. Rose tried opening it and said "It's locked."
Amy said "Great."
Minty said "Now what."
Everyone heard some hissing. The snakes heads were back and there were eight of them. The group was trapped. Amy fired her blaster again. There wasn't a scratch on the snake this time. The door began to open. Rory said "Go. Now." the girls did as were told and went out the door. But Amy and Ditzy stayed behind to help Rory.
Rory said "What are you doing? I said go."
Amy said "I already lost you twice. I swear I won't let that happen again."
Ditzy said "I have someone I want to save back home. I won't let her down."
Rory said "Alright."
The grey pegasus flew around trying to avoid the heads. She saw something behind the heads of the serpent. She said "Try firing here."
Amy and Rory tried to move behind the snakes and saw some floating orbs. They fired their blasters at the orbs and shot two of them. Two of the heads vanished and the remaining six were leering at the three. The orbs had started moving. Ditzy tried to hold one of them in place causing a tree to fall in the process. She bit on on of the orbs and threw them upward. Rory shot the orb and another head disappeared. With 5 snakes remaining the orbs moved more erratically and the head's attacks were getting more ferocious. One of the heads began to attack and Amy dodged and it bit a tree with one of the orbs and both the tree and the orb vanished.
There are now 4 snake heads left. The heads decide to go at them one at a time. they went after Ditzy Doo. The grey pegasus flew as fast as she could but the snakes were faster. She bumped into another tree and caused it to fall on the snakes head and one of the orb. There are three snakes left and one of them had a bomb on them Rory and Amy shot another orb, leaving two snakes left. The snaked went to attack with Amy and Rory in between. They dodged and caused one of the snaked to poisoned the other. There was one snake left and one orb left. Amy shot the orb and the snake went down...
But not before it bit Rory. The nurse was reeling form the damage as the entire beast dispersing. Amy, Rory and Ditz made a dash for the door and exited before the beast vanished. They saw River Song and her group.
Martha said "Are you alright." She was worried.
Rory said "I'm fine, I'm a nurse."
Martha said "But I'm a Doctor." She and Amy tended to Rory's wounds. Captain Jack Harkness began resurrecting.
Jack took a look at his surrounds and joked "Well that fight with the serpent went well I take it."
River snarked "Yeah it went well for someone who dies and reincarnated on a regular basis. How old are you really."
Jack said "Well beautiful it's hard to say, let see I was born in the 51st century, became a time agent, lost the vortex manipulator, took over Torchwood and never mind the details, are you single?"
River said "I'm married." When Martha took the poison out of Rory's system the group decided to look for the Doctor and the bearers of the elements of harmony.

The Doctor, Twilight Sparkle, Rarity, Rainbow Dash, Fluttershy, Applejack, and Pinkie Pie were still wondering the desert. They saw a volcano.
Rainbow Dash said "How in the world did we get here in the first place?"
Twilight said "Discord must had winked us here."
"Or the Master," said the Doctor. "Or both actually. They have merged together,"
Pinkie Pie said "Oh look." She pointed her hoof to the volcano. She said "I haven't seen anything like that before. What is it?"
Rarity said "What a volcano? Pinkie that is ridiculous."
"You guys saw a volcano, in Equestria?" The Doctor said.
"It was during the great dragon migaration. Spike wanted to travel with them to get some answers."
"What did he find out?" He said
"That the dragons he was hanging out with were total--" Rainbow Dash said.
"Rainbow!" Applejack interrupted.
Fluttershy saw something come out of the volcano. She said "Um guys, you might need to see this."
The group saw a giant red phoenix come out of the volcano. The fire-bird had orange and yellow plumage and it's tail was burning with hellfire from the depths of the volcano and was flying away form the group.
The Doctor said "I think it wants us to follow it." The group decided to trail the phoenix. The eventually went to a door with the phoenix landing on top of it.
Fluttershy went to talk with the bird. She said "Um hello, can you tell us why did you lead us here? Um if you don't mind that is." Rainbow Dash put her hoof on her face.
The bird cawed and Fluttershy said "Ok, she said that she wants to leave and stop the Maestro of Discord."
"Well duh." Rainbow Dash said.
The Doctor said "Can you ask it why and how the Master and Discord were merged?"
Fluttershy nodded and relayed the Doctor's question. The bird answered and the yellow pegasus said "She says that the Silence had met with some cult and that they revived the Master to merge with the Discord statue that was stolen from Canterlot when they invaded Equestria."
The Doctor thought 'So the Silence weren't here for me then? What is their plan. I wonder...'
As the phoenix left the the door opened. The bird cawed and Fluttershy said "She said to be careful. The Maestro of Discord is very powerful."
"Alright." Twilight said. the group went through the door and saw that everyone else was just walking in.
Jack said "Doctor, I'm happy to see you're alright."
The Doctor said "You too. Anything happen?"
River said "Well Jack died...again, and Rory has been poisoned. Martha's tending his wounds now."
The Doctor was concerned he went to help tend to the nurse. Twilight meanwhile told everyone what they learned.
The Doctor managed to get most of the poison out. Everyone then saw a giant gate appear in front of them. The gate had a red gem at the bottom, a blue gem at the right, a black gem at the top, and a white gem to the left. There was a yellow gem at the center. The gate opened.
Twilight said "You think he's waiting for us?"
Rainbow Dash said "I don't know that wouldn't be like Discord."
"It would be like the Master though." The Doctor said. Everyone entered through the gate.

The Doctor's group had entered a throne room of sorts. Twilight and her friends made sure they were wearing the Elements of Harmony. Everyone else were looking for anything suspicious. They saw the Maestro of Discord drinking chocolate milk from a glass. He said "Well it took you a while to get here." He drank the glass and threw the milk to a nearby wall. The milk exploded. He then said "But not it's time for you you to leave. You're gonna throw off the chaos, and I had just begun making my first changes."
He snapped his fingers and there the group were standing over a giant hole in the ground. The Doctor whispered "Are you ready for this?"
Twilight said "Yeah."
The Doctor whispered "Good." He then went over to the Maestro of Discord and said "Okay we'll go after you agree with this one request."
"And what do you want?"
"Kill me." the Doctor said. Everyone else was shocked. River and Rose especially so.
River said "Doctor what are you doing?"
The Time Lord whispered "Don't worry, If I know him he won't let anyone else kill me."
The Maestro said in Discord's voice "Alright if you insist. Harmony in this planet is already dead in this place and Equestria was already sent to a hell unlike no other. Might as well take you with it."
The Doctor said "I'm sure he won't let you."
"Don't be so--" The Maestro said before switching to the Master's voice and saying "No I should kill the Doctor."
The voice switched back and the Maestro said "What, you want to kill him."
The Doctor said "Believe me he'd tried over the years Discord. He had tried to show me up and kill me and take over the world for who knows how long."
Twilight said "I don't know. But don't you think that maybe he wouldn't appreciate it if someone else beat him to the Doctor."
The Discord half of the Maestro said "What!? Why would this matter to you?" as the bearers were charging the Elements of Harmony.
The Master half said "I am the Master, and you shall obey ME!" They were bickering from within their minds. As the Element continue to charge and then they unleashed a giant rainbow blast. The rainbow blast hit the Maestro as he said "Noooooooooooooooooooooo..." Before being hit by the blast. The rainbow then jumped off him and out of the castle engulfing the world in one continuous stream of colorful light. There was a giant flash.

The Doctor's group had found themselves nearby the TARDIS back where they landed it. They saw the Torchwood van driving back. Gwen, Cheerilee, and the fillies jumped out and reunited with the group.
Gwen said "Well I don't know how you did it, bu t everything's back to normal."
The Doctor said "For now."
Later The Doctor and Jack were having a conversation. The Doctor said "Well you must really have met some nice people here, are you sure you don't want to come with us?"
Jack said "No I have to find Rex and explain to him why we were gone, and then there's the families to worry about. Martha has her own life too."
"I understand. Good luck Jack." The Doctor said.
Jack said "The 21st century is where everything changes Doctor. The world needs Torchwood just as much as the rest of the universe needs you."
The Doctor's group went back to the TARDIS as they said their good byes to Jack, Gwen, and Martha.

The Doctor went back to the dwarf star alloyed room and checked the Antikythera mechanism. The needle now points to Ophiuchus (⛎). They now have 50 pieces of chronosteel.
Applejack walked in the room. She was worried. The Doctor said "Are you alright?"
Applejack said "I'm fine professor. Are you okay."
The Doctor said "I don't think we're rid of either the Master or Discord yet."
Applejack agreed. Usually The Element wouldn't kill, even in the midst of Discord's chaos. Surely they must still be alive. She left the room with the Doctor.

The Maestro was on another planet. There He saw several Silents and the eye-patch woman. She said "Well it appears that this plan failed. But don't worry, we have other plans for you."
The Maestro said "And what do we get out of this huh?"
"Revenge an both the Doctor and those wretched little ponies." The silents brought out a cell from the Stromcage-666. In the cell was Donna Noble. The woman with the eye-patch said "Olympus Limited had offered us a chance to stop him. Are you ready Master, Discord."
The Maestro nodded and said "We'll be sure to co-operate ma'am." He crossed his fingers behind his back for he was sure that she can't be trusted. They then left the spaceship with the cell.
