The Doctor's group were searching for their friends. Rory was a little bit cautious. He said "Doctor, what do you think happened to this place?"
The Doctor said "From my guess, I'd say it'd been abandoned for 666 years. In that time the machines have the run of the place." The Doctor then saw an computer terminal a few yards away. He told the others to wait and then gone to the terminal and used his sonic screwdriver on it.
Meanwhile Toola Roola was a little nervous. She saw that green pony again. She waled out on the group to chase after her. Rainbow Dash noticed this and began to follow her.
The Doctor was finished examining the files on the terminal. He saw news articles about how the most notorious of this time period were sentenced to life in this prison. Some articles were praising the prison, others appeared to had most of it's contents obscured by black bars. strangely there was one article that had nothing but black bars and some Cybermen. The Doctor was shocked to find this.
The piece of jade in his pocket began to glow brightly. The Doctor noticed and began to observe the crystal. An image of a dragon could be seen in the center of the crystal. He put the gem back and thought of the woman who gave him this crystal. he returned to the group.

Toola Roola was chasing the green pony again. She stopped in front of a pit and saw the green one vanish. The multicolored maned unicorn was a little confused by this until...
"So you really think you can hide form your past huh?" The green pony said from behind her.
Toola Roola was scared. She saw the green mare come closer. She said "W-who are you?"
"I think I already told you, I'm your shadow, the true self. I know the pain and loneliness you must feel better then you think, the pain, the uncertainty, and the fear of being abandoned again." The green pony vanished again. A metal tiger now appeared where she once stood. Toola Roola now was scared stiff. She stepped back until she saw the pit behind her. The tiger jumped. It seemed poised to strike until...
Rainbow Dash had flown in and flew the pink unicorn out of the way. The tiger leap to his doom afterwards. The two multicolored maned ponies were safe from the machine.
Rainbow Dash said "What the hay were you thinking! You could had gotten killed out there."
Toola Roola hung her head in shame and apologized. Rainbow Dash saw something in her eye that reminded her of Fluttershy. The rainbow maned pony said "Come on, we still have to find our friends." The two then went back to the Doctor's group to resume the search.
Meanwhile at the bottom of the pit. The robotic tiger was now a pile of scrap metal on top of a pile rusted Cyberman parts there as well, The machines started blinking.

Flitter was looking through the cells. She saw a cell with a familiar shape in it. The lavender pegasus looked at the cell and took out a key-card. She put the card in a scanner next to the cell.
The cell then tilted and the prisoner fell out. It was Twilight Sparkle. The purple unicorn started to wake up and saw Flitter in a black cloak. Twilight said "What happened?" She noticed that she wasn't in the TARDIS anymore and recognized Flitter.
Twilight was surprised by this fact for she saw nopony escape Equestria other then herself and the ponies that went with the Doctor. She walked up to her and said "Fitter? what, how, wait what?" Flitter started to explain how how she and several other ponies escaped with Sirius before the TARDIS left Equestria. She also explained that her friends are in this place. Twilight offered to help her find the others. And both moved down the walkways trying to find their friends.
Meanwhile Sirius was in another room. She saw someone in one of the cells. She took a key-card from her pocket and opened the cell. River Song was inside the cell. The cloaked woman helped her out of the cell as she woke up.
River stood up and noticed the surroundings around her. She turned around and say "Well I can say that Stormcage went to hell since the last time I was here."
Sirius said "I've been watching you and The Doctor for a while."
River said "Yeah I kinda figured. Let me guess your world had been invaded by the Silents?"
"Yes, or rather, it will be..."
River interrupted "We're not in San Dimas. I just have some questions for you."
Sirius was not impressed. She said "You wish to know who I am?"
River said "Of course." The two then waited a little while.

The Doctor's group had found Applejack and Starsong and freed them. The Doctor explained what happened to them.
Applejack said "Another prison!?" She was clearly shocked. "How? Why?"
The Doctor was a little surprised by the reaction. He said "I don't know, but someone wanted to trap us here." He took out the notice and examined it. he felt something off around them. Like this place shouldn't belong here somehow. Everyone decided to find the rest of their friends.
A hour later they saw another terminal. The computer has a file on it. Everyone went to the terminal and opened the file.
"Loading video file [Failsafe.]" the computer said. A familiar man appeared on the screen.
"Is that that Daedalus man we met on the mines?" Pinkie Pie said. Rarity them remembered what happened there.
"What is he doing here?" Rory said.
"I think he might have something to do with the prison." The Doctor said.
The video began playing. Daedalus said "Hello there. if you are watching this than it appears that I have failed to stop them from taking control. You see I was once a man working in Cretopolis who created the Pit of Daedalus and it's A.I. system Asterion."
Everyone here but the Doctor was a little surprised. The message continued with Daedalus saying "The pit was meant to be a way to decrease crime, but the A.I. was sabotaged by King Minos shortly after it was finished. They put me and my family into the Pit and left us there to die. This is where I make my message."
Applejack said "Ah knew That Minos guy can't be trusted."
The video continued "While I worked on the project I was visited by a woman in a cloak. She warned me that my superiors will use the prison as a means of oppression. I called her mad. I didn't listen and now I'd paid the price..." the video was cut off by that point.
"Aww, I wanted to see more." Pinkie Pie said.
The Doctor thought that the video was hidden in every computer in the prison. They saw Twilight and another pony trotting in the distance. Twilight noticed the crowd and went to them. Flitter followed.
Rainbow Dash said "Flitter!? What are you doing here?"
Fitter and Twilight explained about what happened to her.
The Doctor thought 'So she was in Equestria as well?' referring to Sirius. He remembered the Bad Wolf message that Sherlock Holmes showed him on his cell phone.
"Did anypony else came with you?" Pinkie Pie said.
"Well, yeah." Flitter said.
The Doctor thought 'The plot thickens.' He said "We will need to hurry." The group left the terminal and tried to find the others.

Sirius and River were still in the area of the prison. The cloaked woman said "Alright, ask me anything."
River said "First off, you seem to know a lot about the Doctor, why do you know so much?"
Sirius said "I seen the Doctor a lot."
"Okay," River was skeptical. "Why do you hide behind that cloak? You don't act like a headless monk."
"I can't let him know what happened to my world." Sirius said.
"Let me guess, The Silence happened to you--" She stopped and noticed something about the woman. She remembered the message in the book. "Never mind, this is a waste of time. I already have you figured out."
A metal tiger was lurking nearby. It was several yards away from Sirius. River said "You've met the Doctor in London, you saw two parallel dimensions, and were left behind in one of them. Take off your hood. You're not the missus anymore."
Sirius was terribly surprised. The mechanical tiger was ready to strike.
River noticed something behind Sirius. She took out her blaster and said "Behind you!" The cloaked woman saw the tiger attacking and ducked. River shot the machine down after a few hits.
Sirius was stunned nobody has had the jump on her since she went to this universe. She said "Thanks."
River Song saw the signs around her changing, they all now read "Bad Wolf." Sirius noticed the changes and said "How did you know?"
River said "I've seen what happened to you," Sirius took off her hood and revealed a blond haired girl as River said "Rose Tyler."
