When Worlds Collide

The leaders meet

Last chapter: The dropship approaches the planet at an increasing speed, as it enters the atmosphere the engines retract into the hull to prevent damage
The pilot informs the Overseer that there is a village and a castle in view
As the dropship got closer and closer ‘Tia studied it more and more
The Overseer rushes past now coming to a speed of 700MPH,
He then questions, “Now.....what to do with you lot?”

The Overseer stood tall over the once again cowering trio of ponies, lowers his pistol, orders the Talons to holster and then raises his hand to his ear, “Talon squad 2. You are to proceed to the castle, I have the feeling we might need you later” he orders at the soldiers on the other end. He then lowers his hand to point at the leading guard, “You. Take us to your leader... I've always wanted to say that.” He requests as the trio of ponies slide out from view. He raises his hand to his ear again and orders the dropship to watch them three. The guards turn flank and the humans follow them to Canterlot.

In the library, Twilight was having another sleepover with Rarity and Applejack. The three were watching from a window when it happened, “What do you think they were? And what they want? Do you think they came for Princess Celestia?” Twi spoke up.

“I don’t know darling but their clothing is simply hideous” Rarity claims.

Applejack replies, “I dunno, I don’t think that were clothin’. More like armour.”

Twilight rubs her chin as she tries to think of an answer, she then walks to her desk and uses her magic to write a note to Celestia. Once written she trots over to Spike who is happily sleeping, she nudges him disturbing his sleep, he groggily raises his head, “What is it Twi?” he questions in a grumpy tone. Twilight stood looking at him with a cute, innocent look, eyes wide, pupils large and horn glowing as she levitates the scroll in-front of him.

“Be a darling and send this for Twi, would you Spike.” Rarity comments as she enters the bedroom. He suddenly stands to attention, putting a claw to his head.

“Yes ma’am” he replies grabbing the scroll, takes a deep breath and blows at the scroll with a green flame.

Once done Twilight walks out with Rarity behind her, “Thank you Spike. You are such a good, little helper.” She praises before leaving.

Spike settles back down into bed, covering himself over with his blanket and mumbles, “Anything for you Rarity, my love.” Before closing his eyes and falling back to sleep.

As the Overseer, Talons and royal guards are walking towards Canterlot, Rainbow Dash swiftly approaches them, in amazement she blabbers on about how fast these ‘aliens’ flew through the sky. The Overseer’s helmet retracts revealing a little smirk on his face. “You’ve seen nothing, speed wise until you see my ‘Havoc mechs’. You’re Rainbow Dash aren’t you? Colgate told me you’re a very fast flier. We’ll see about that.” He adds as he talks into his earpiece to tell the dropship to race Rainbow over to Canterlot and back.

The dropship arrives, hovering directly above them, Dash’s mouth wide open, her eyes narrow as she lines up next to it. The Overseer walks ahead a little and raises a hand in the air holding three fingers up, then two, one, suddenly lowering his arm quickly as the two race forward towards Canterlot at amazing speed, soon out of sight, lost in the darkness.

As they all continue the journey to Canterlot one of the guards perks up, “What is this ‘Havoc mech’ that you spoke of?” as he looked back at the Overseer who replied with a large grin, raising a hand and points to the sky where the Malevolence is and calls for one through his earpiece. A dim flash is seen as the object plummets directly towards them, the guards walking back slowly as the unknown object aims right for them, the Overseer and Talons refusing to move, moments later it slows down and lands softly next to them.

In-front of them stands a ten metre tall robot with two Gatling guns on the shoulders and energy blades on the arms, the Overseer walks up to it, its centre opens as he comments, “THIS is a Havoc mech.” Climbing into the open section before it closes and they continue to walk to Canterlot.

When they are almost at the castle another flame appears in the sky with a sonic boom, it crashes down close to them, as the flames extinguish the object raises up, it was another Havoc mech, the guards become wary, unsure of the situation, the Overseer immediately questions, “What is the meaning of this? Who is piloting that mech?” just then a screen inside his cockpit reveals the pilot, “MOONSHINE?!” he shouts out in confusion.

“Get your sorry, pony ass back on that ship, NOW!” he orders as one of the guards hears his last comment. Moonshine refuses and he tries to restrain her as she dodges. The two mechs then have a small battle before he gives up allowing her to come with them. They then have a talk about who Moonshine was and how she came about to the Overseer as they walk on.

The guards continue to escort them into Canterlot, just in-front of the main doors the central area of the mech opens and the Overseer climbs out, he orders for the Talons to stay outside and then tells Moonshine to do the same, surprisingly she does.

He then enters with the guards, whistling in amazement as they enter, “Please wait here while we retrieve the Princesses” one guard asks him, they them walk off towards Celestia’s bedroom, ‘Princesses? Now there’s more than one?’ he asks himself whilst looking around the large room.

Not long afterward ‘Tia and Luna appear at the top of the stairs, the Overseer having his back to them as he studies a picture, ‘Tia clears her throat getting his attention, he turns to see a large pony stood with a normal sized pony. They both walk down the stairs as he meets them at the bottom. Just before anyone of them can start a conversation his earpiece beeps, he puts a finger up to excuse himself and starts talking to his leader, Luna not impressed, ‘Tia being patient.

Soon after he finishes and salutes by lowering onto one knee with his arm against his chest in a diagonal direction. They assume he is saluting to them but just then a light flashes beside him as a mysterious figure is teleported next to him, “May I present the leader of the SKULL Empire, the Grand Master.” He informs whilst standing up and walking outside to let them talk.

A guard opens the main door to inform the Overseer that he is to return inside only to see him and the two Talons engaging in CQC (close quarters combat), the guard interrupts them and informs the Overseer, they then enter the castle. Once inside the Grand Master tells him that he and the Princesses have come to an agreement. He is to stay on Equestria whilst the GM finishes business on Earth, he would be given a room in Canterlot and any tech needed for the future, including a small Havoc mech facility. The GM then teleports back to the ship and ‘Tia gives him a hug whilst greeting him with a formal welcome.

The Talons, dropship and Havoc mechs return to the Malevolence which then leaves orbit and a large flash is seen as it enters light travel.

At the Overseer’s room, Luna flies down landing outside his door, sorts herself out and knocks on the door, it creaks open slightly and she peeks her head inside to see him stood looking in a mirror finishing putting on what looks like a mechanic’s jumpsuit, he looks over to her and welcomes her in. She walks in; looking around at the tech then sees a pony in his bed, immediately she rears her head and a shock expression assuming that he had been to bed with a pony.
He looks over to Luna then sharply at the bed then back at Luna, “It’s ok Luna. Have you met Moonshine? She’s my daughter. Yes you may ask how. Well she was created from my personality and DNA so she’s practically my daughter. I would warn you to stay away from her; she can be very ‘naughty’. She’s already ‘played’ with 14 soldiers, three scientists and almost me. Now, excuse me but I have some work to do.” He warns her, before she could reply the teleporter at the other side of the room powers up and he walks through.

Luna looks around at the various pieces of tech and despite his warning she approaches the bed, looks down at Moonshine. Her eyes open suddenly startling Luna, grabbing at her and saying, “Hay there sexy.”
