Volvox was created at the start of time by the Maker and he became very powerful, the gods were created next, and then the angels and demons, then the monsters, next were the plants and animals, and lastly, the humans were created. The humans were not as powerful as the other creatures, but were more adaptable and resourceful, the humans proved to be formidable, and created their own society. Volvox eventually formed an alliance with the humans, and he lived with them, along eight more powerful beings, so pyramids were created for the deities to stay in and the humans would worship them on their birthdays. Volvox had the biggest pyramid, it was in the center, the pyramid to his right was used to worship Typhon, the pyramid to Volvox's left had Vishnu in it, the pyramid to Typhon's right had Zeus, the pyramid to Zeus' right had Odin, and the pyramid to Odin's right had Huitzilopochtli, the pyramid to Vishnu's left had Amun, the pyramid to Amun's left had Lucifer, and the pyramid to Lucifer's left had Bishamonten.
Volvox and Typhon had people with them in their pyramids, Volvox had Dommiel, a demon who acted as his personal bodyguard, and his two pet birds, Phoenix and Thunderbird, Typhon had his children, they were Cerberus, Orthrus, the Nemean Lion, the Hydra, Chimera, Sphinx, the Colchian Dragon, Ladon, and the Caucasian Eagle.
The humans had a king, his name was Tom, he was believed to be a child of Zeus and Hera, and thus, a god, which caused a conflict in the society to rise with a man named Jesus, who was believed to be the Son in the Trinity, he and Tom did not get along. The humans lived in a city, on an island, there were two more islands, one to the northeast, and one to the southeast, the northeastern monsters was filled with monsters, they would attack any human who tried to enter the island, while the southeastern island had humans of dark skin, the humans in Volvox's kingdom are originally from there, the humans in Volvox's society went to that island to get slaves and bring them back. The humans on Volvox's island were also known to have gender roles, the men worked, built homes, trained in the military, voted for the government, owned homes and land, and the father of the families had the saying in everything, they also protected their families, while the women cooked, cleaned, danced, played music, and had to be loyal to their husbands, they were all expected to have sons, one advantage to the gender roles was if a family was attacked, only the men got attacked, women were spared, Volvox and the other eight did not come up with slavery and the gender roles, it was created by the humans.
Volvox and the other gods watched the humans develop, they were interested in it, they wondered if the humans will remain like this all the time. Amun sensed something off,
"What is it, Amun?" Odin asked,
"I'm sensing a demon in the southeastern island, it feels like it's going to rise up against us." Amun replied,
"I won't be surprised, we did kill Humbaba recently." Zeus said,
"Yeah, it's probably his brother." Dommiel replied,
"Let it go for now, we've got more slaves coming in." Volvox said,
"Shall I prepare the soldiers?" Bishamonten asked,
"Let's wait and see how things go." Vishnu replied, the others agreed,
"My children are standing by to attack as well." Typhon said,
"I'll rally my gods if necessary." Huitzilopochtli said,
"The demons will rally if I command it, we should be fine." Lucifer replied,
"Let's watch for now, the slave ships should be coming in soon." Volvox said, and they watch.
The men wait for the slave ships to come with slaves to take, the dark skinned people get off while in chains and shackles, Tom examined the slaves,
"Ah, good, some of them will be good fighters for the games." Tom said,
"Just you wait." a male slave said,
"Wait for what?" Tom asked,
"You all have angered the king of demons, he will rise against you soon." the male slave replied,
"It won't help you, get going now." Tom said, and the slave walked past him, the other dark skinned slaves followed him. The slaves were divided by gender, the male slaves would have to do manual labor, while the female slaves will have to cook, clean the house, and dance to entertain the men, the slaves longed to be free.
The southwestern wind begins blowing rapidly and everybody became scared,
"Is it Fujin?" Dommiel asked,
"No, it must be Humbaba's brother." Volvox replied, and the wind blows so hard, it opens a portal and the three islands get sucked in.
The ponies, dragons, griffons, yaks, changelings, and hippogriffs were getting on with their days, but the wind blows hard to the east of Griffonstone and the Dragon Lands, it stops and Volvox's island appeared, so did the other two islands, Volvox's island was in the water, to the southeast of Griffonstone, and northeast of the Dragon Lands. The dragons and griffons look at the place, Dragon Lord Torch and Grampa Gruff become shocked,
"Wait, no, no, that better not be the place I think it is." Dragon Lord Torch said,
"What's wrong, father?" Princess Ember asked,
"Before the dragons came to this world, we were on an island with other creatures, the island southwest to that island was ruled by this giant Cerberus-like creature named Volvox, he and I didn't get along well." Dragon Lord Torch replied, Princess Ember looked on with concern;
"Wait, that place looks familiar." Grampa Gruff said,
"You know it, Grampa Gruff?" Gabby asked,
"I think I do, before the griffons came to this world, we were on an island with other creatures, there were two more islands, one to the south of that island, and another one to the southwest, the island to the southwest was ruled by a creature named Volvox, he's like Cerberus, but bigger, and his body is three different things, his right head and right half of his body are gray and skeletal, his left head and left half of his body are literally made out of black shadows with his claws and eyes being red, and his center head, spine, and tail are pink and parasitic-like, with yellow organic bladed seven pointed stars on his spine, and a yellow organic tip on his tail, he controls the flames of Hell itself, stronger than regular fire." Grampa Gruff replied, shocking Gabby,
"So, we're not natives to this world?" Gilda asked,
"No, but we're not the only foreigners here, the dragons are also from that island, we didn't get along with Volvox, so when we came to this world, we erased all documents of us coming from another world, it was to forget that time of our history, since it was not a good time for us." Grampa Gruff replied, Gabby and Gilda were surprised, they all look and watch the three islands.
Volvox, Typhon, Vishnu, Zeus, Amun, Odin, Lucifer, Huitzilopochtli, Bishamonten, Dommiel, Tom, Jesus, Cerberus, Orthrus, the Nemean Lion, the Hydra, Chimera, Sphinx, the Colchian Dragon, Ladon, the Caucasian Eagle, the citizens, the slaves, and the other monsters look at the dragons and griffons, they recognized them,
"Wait a minute, they're originally from our world." Zeus said,
"Hey, they are, now that you mention it." Huitzilopochtli replied, and they see the dragons and griffons getting closer, the humans aim their bows and arrows at them, causing the dragons and griffons to stop coming forward,
"It really is Volvox's people, just my luck." Dragon Lord Torch said,
"You can say that again, Torch, Volvox and I didn't get along, either." Grampa Gruff replied, the dragons and griffons look at one another with surprise,
"Wait, the griffons are from there, too?" Princess Ember asked,
"What? The dragons also used to serve them?" Gilda asked,
"Yes." Dragon Lord Torch and Grampa Gruff replied together, surprising the dragons and griffons, but they can see the elder dragons and griffons were not surprised, they were able to realize the elder dragons and griffons were originally from the island that was northeast of Volvox's island,
"You should go see them, father." Princess Ember said,
"It depends on if Volvox will be happy to see me or not." Dragon Lord Torch replied,
"Go see him, Grampa Gruff, let's see if he'll welcome us back." a male griffon said,
"I'm not too sure about this, but let's give it a try." Grampa Gruff said, and he and Dragon Lord Torch fly to them, the archers were ready to shoot them down,
"Stand down, let's see what they want." Volvox said, and the archers did while surprised.
Dragon Lord Torch and Grampa Gruff fly to the pyramids,
"Torch and Gruff, what are you two doing here?" Volvox asked from inside his pyramid,
"Just here to see if we'll be welcomed back." Grampa Gruff replied,
"The answer's no, you dragons and griffons have turned traitor." Lucifer said from inside his pyramid,
"Traitor? More like broke free." Dragon Lord Torch replied,
"It doesn't matter, you dragons and griffons left my service, you all are not welcomed back." Volvox said, and Dragon Lord Torch and Grampa Gruff flew back,
"What do they mean we're traitors?" Princess Ember asked,
"Shortly after those people there aligned with them, Volvox and the others were going to that island to the northeast and destroyed homes, the dragons and griffons began serving him to be spared, but we didn't like seeing them have slaves and demanding sacrifices, so we broke away and came here." Dragon Lord Torch replied, shocking the dragons and griffons,
"Come on, everybody, let's just get on with our days." Grampa Gruff said, and they do.
The Dragon Lands and Griffonstone remain neutral with Volvox and his island, but they all had a sour relationship due to Dragon Lord Torch and Grampa Gruff not getting along with Volvox in the past, Dragon Lord Torch watched them while scowling, Princess Ember flew to him,
"Father, I'd like to try to bring the hostilities down if possible." Princess Ember said,
"No, Ember, let me take care of this, they won't listen to you." Dragon Lord Torch replied,
"What? Why not?" Princess Ember asked,
"They... have a certain way of dealing with things." Dragon Lord Torch replied, Princess Ember was surprised,
"Call Smolder here, we need her, we have something to discuss." Dragon Lord Torch said,
"Should I call Spike over as well?" Princess Ember asked,
"Well, I guess it's worth a shot, but he must not tell this to his pony friends, they must not come, either, this is dragonkind's problem." Dragon Lord Torch replied,
"Yes, father." and Princess Ember flew to Ponyville,
"I'll be back, everygriffon, I'm going to go get Gallus." Grampa Gruff said and he flew to Ponyville.
Twilight Sparkle was teaching at the School of Friendship with Sandbar, Gallus, Ocellus, Smolder, Yona, and Silverstream present,
"Okay, everycreature, since you all are learning to bond, I have a special assignment for you all today, you all are to go out and try to befriend the other ponies in Ponyville." Twilight Sparkle said, the creatures were excited,
"Headmare Twilight, Princess Ember and Grampa Gruff are here." Starlight Glimmer said,
"Excuse me a minute, everycreature, I'll be right back." Twilight Sparkle said, and she went to her office.
Twilight Sparkle sat at her desk with Spike, Starlight Glimmer, Rainbow Dash, Fluttershy, Pinkie Pie, Rarity, and Applejack standing to the sides,
"What can we do for you guys?" Twilight Sparkle asked,
"I need Smolder to come to the Dragon Lands." Princess Ember replied,
"Gallus needs to come back to Griffonstone." Grampa Gruff said,
"Why?" Twilight Sparkle asked,
"It's a cultural thing." Princess Ember replied,
"I have some new rules in Griffonstone to tell everygriffon." Grampa Gruff said,
"Wait, Ember, what is this cultural thing?" Applejack asked,
"I'm not sure, father didn't go into detail." Princess Ember replied,
"You didn't ask him?" Fluttershy asked,
"Didn't have the time." Princess Ember replied,
"Ooh, ooh, ooh, I know, it must be a festival to celebrate a secret friendship between them." Pinkie Pie said,
"I doubt it, Pinkie Pie." Rainbow Dash replied,
"One more thing, since this is a cultural thing, Spike has to come as well." Princess Ember said, the ponies gasp,
"If Spike's going, I'm going." Twilight Sparkle said,
"I'm sorry, but he has to come alone." Princess Ember replied,
"I am not letting my little Spikey-Wikey go on his own." Rarity said,
"It's alright, guys, Princess Ember is going to be with me, I'll be fine." Spike replied,
"You sure, Spike?" Twilight Sparkle asked,
"Yes." Spike replied,
"Okay, go on, go get Gallus and Smolder, Starlight." Twilight Sparkle said, and Starlight Glimmer trotted out.
Starlight Glimmer goes to the Student Six,
"Gallus, Smolder, you two are checking out." Starlight Glimmer said, surprising the six,
"Wait, for what?" Gallus asked,
"Grampa Gruff said he has some new rules to say about Griffonstone." Starlight Glimmer replied,
"Oh great, I'm going to have to listen to him ramble on." Gallus said,
"What about me?" Smolder asked,
"Princess Ember said it's a dragon culture thing." Starlight Glimmer replied,
"Dragon culture?" Smolder asked with confusion,
"Wait, what exactly is going on?" Sandbar asked,
"I don't know, Dragon Lord Ember and Grampa Gruff won't go into detail." Starlight Glimmer replied,
"Yona suspicious." Yona said,
"Me too." Ocellus replied,
"Are you two coming back?" Silverstream asked,
"Maybe." Gallus replied,
"Probably not." Smolder said,
"Come on, you two, let's go." Starlight Glimmer said, and she walks to the office with those two behind her while Sandbar, Ocellus, Yona, and Silverstream watch with suspicion.
Princess Ember, Grampa Gruff, Gallus, Smolder, and Spike begin to head east, they stop when they were by the water,
"Okay, guys, before we take you, we have something important to say, do not share this with the other creatures." Princess Ember said, shocking Gallus, Smolder, and Spike,
"Why not?" Spike asked,
"This is a dragonkind and griffonkind problem, getting the other creatures involved will only escalate it." Grampa Gruff replied,
"Just what is going on?" Gallus asked,
"You'll see soon, Torch and I will explain everything." Grampa Gruff replied,
"Well, let's get going, then." Smolder said, and they do.
The dragons stand to the north of the Dragon Lands while the griffons stand to the south of Griffonstone, Dragon Lord Torch and Grampa Gruff were in front of everydragon and everygriffon, they were all facing east,
"Attention, everydragon and everygriffon, Grampa Gruff and I called you here because of a problem that has appeared, but first, some history to explain. Before the dragons and griffons came to this world, we were living on an island, a creature named Volvox was conquering and destroying the homes of other creatures, so the dragons and griffons pledged an alliance to him to be spared from losing our lives, and we served him, Gruff and I never got along with him, and we eventually broke free when one of the gods accidentally opened a magic portal, and came to this world, we lived happily and our own way. We hoped we could keep it that way, but alas, Volvox and his kingdom have appeared once again, to the east of here and Griffonstone, his island and kingdom lies, that is why the dragons and griffons are allying with each other, to fight a common enemy if war between us breaks out." Dragon Lord Torch explained, shocking the young dragons and griffons,
"The dragons and griffons did not like Volvox's rule, he had slaves in his kingdom, and believed people should behave certain way based on their genders, that is why we broke free." Grampa Gruff said, shocking the dragons and griffons again, Spike was very shocked,
"When we came here, the dragons and griffons destroyed every document of our time living under Volvox's rule, we also destroyed any evidence of us serving under him as well, we didn't want to remember our time of serving under him, it was not a good time for the dragons and griffons." Grampa Gruff said,
"We have a sour relationship with Volvox right now, he has deemed us and the griffons traitors, but we did not betray him, we broke away because we did not like the laws of his land, but since he has returned into our lives, the dragons and the griffons are forming an alliance, so we can stand against a common enemy, we will also be making changes to our countries, since me, Gruff, and the elderly dragons and griffons have fought Volvox before, take our advises seriously, we know what we're up against." Dragon Lord Torch said, the young dragons and griffons murmur,
"One more thing, this is dragonkind's and griffonkind's problem, so Spike, Smolder, do not tell this to the ponies or other creatures, it will only escalate the problem." Dragon Lord Torch said,
"You heard my father, if you tell, Smolder, I'm pulling you out of the school, and as for you, Spike, my father will decide your punishment." Princess Ember said,
"Same goes to you, Gallus, you'll be pulled out of the school if you reveal this to the other creatures, this is a dragon and griffon only problem." Grampa Gruff said,
"Yes, Grampa Gruff." Gallus replied,
"Understood." Smolder said,
"I got it." Spike said,
"Good, that is all, Gruff and I will watch Volvox, dismissed." Dragon Lord Torch said, and the dragons and griffons leave.
The Mane Six were walking together and they hear flying, they see Gallus, Smolder, and Spike coming back, Spike landed while Gallus and Smolder kept flying forward,
"Well, what were you called for?" Twilight Sparkle asked, Spike remembers what Princess Ember said and was scared,
"It was just to talk about dragon history." Spike replied,
"Really? That's amazing. What did you learn?" Twilight Sparkle asked,
"Just about Torch's reign to when Ember became Dragon Lord, nothing new." Spike replied,
"Oh, I see, that's too bad, let's head back home now." Twilight Sparkle said, and they walk together.
Gallus and Smolder fly back to their four friends and land,
"Well, what was that about?" Sandbar asked,
"Meh, just some dumb ol' boring lecture about dragon history." Smolder replied,
"Talking about the Blue Moon Festival." Gallus said,
"Wow, well, we're studying now, wanna join?" Sandbar asked, and they do.
Jesus was sensing something strange and has a vision, he sees many monsters waiting for the ship traveling there, he sees Scylla, Charybdis, Talos, Kraken, Minotaur, Harpies, a Basilisk, a Cockatrice, the Lambton Worm, the Erymanthian Boar, Stymphalian Birds, Catoblepas, the Cyclopes, Stheno, Euryale, and Medusa. Jesus sees the traveling ship going to them, he has visions of the ship getting destroyed, along with the crew getting stuck in the water, he becomes shocked and runs to Tom,
"Your majesty, a ship heading to the northeastern island is about to be attacked." Jesus said,
"You and your visions, you're full of lies." Tom replied,
"But, your majesty, my visions and senses of what will happen in the future have never been wrong." Jesus said,
"Really now? Let's see if you speak the truth." Tom replied and he goes to the top of his palace and looks to the northeast with a telescope, he sees a ship going there, and the monsters waiting there,
"Wait, hold on a minute." Tom said, and he looks at the crew, he notices the crew had light skin color,
"Oh, okay, let's send the rescue ships after them." Tom said, and they go.
The ship continues heading to the island and the monsters were waiting, Scylla and Charybdis attack first, the men scream as they duck, they get past them, Talos walks forward and stands there, he throws the sword in his right hand at the ship and it splits in half, the men scream as they fall, Talos picks his sword back up and laughs at them.
The rescue ships arrive and pull them in and sail back quickly, Jesus ignores it and he sees dark skinned men with wounds on them, he goes to them, the men bow down to him,
"Come with me, I run a sanctuary for the slaves." Jesus said, and he leads them, the dark skinned men see other dark skinned people at where Jesus was at, there were women and children there as well, they were all slaves in the kingdom, and treated badly,
"Thank you, we feared we would be abused and tortured forever." a male slave said,
"I am against slavery and gender roles, here, there is no slave treatment, or gender roles, you all can rest here and do as you please, all children are welcome here." Jesus replied, the slaves become happy and rest in the area while Jesus played with the children and told them stories, he soon has another vision, he saw Princess Ember coming in hopes of easing the tension between Volvox's island and the Dragon Lands, but it was not going to go well, he keeps it in mind while he tends to the slaves.
Princess Ember flies to the island while the men worked and the boys played outside, the women were tending to the houses while they taught the girls,
"Excuse me." Princess Ember said, and the men looked at her,
"I am Princess Ember, I wish to ease up tensions between this island and the Dragon Lands." Princess Ember said,
"What are you doing?" a male citizen asked,
"I was hoping we could try to befriend one another and not go to war." Princess Ember replied,
"No." another male citizen said,
"Why not?" Princess Ember asked,
"We don't take orders from women." a third male citizen replied, Princess Ember became very shocked, but she soon became enraged, she grits her teeth against one another while her face literally turned red, the humans can hear what sounded like a teapot whistling. Dragon Lord Torch flew down and stood to her right,
"See, Ember, in this land, they have this thing called gender roles, females have no power, let your father do the talking." Dragon Lord Torch said,
"She's your daughter? Why isn't she in the kitchen, cooking your dinner?" a male citizen asked, the other citizens murmured as well, Princess Ember growled with anger,
"Begone, Torch, unless you wish for me to attack you personally." Volvox said from inside his pyramid,
"Come on, Ember, let's go." Dragon Lord Torch said, and he and Princess Ember flew out of the country.
Grampa Gruff led the young griffons to the easternmost part of Griffonstone,
"See that island over there with the other creatures, that's the original home of the dragons and griffons, Volvox and the others serving under him would try to make the creatures serve under them, some obeyed, some resisted, but we gave in because we saw Volvox's army was too big, the dragons gave in as well, since Volvox had Hell under his control as well, Torch and I were kids when we served under Volvox." Grampa Gruff said,
"How long ago was this?" Gabby asked,
"One thousand five hundred years ago, long before King Grover found the Idol of Boreas." Grampa Gruff replied, surprising the griffons,
"Did King Grover serve under Volvox?" Gilda asked,
"Of course, he was just a kid, too." Grampa Gruff replied,
"So, what was it about Volvox's kingdom the dragons and griffons didn't like?" Gabby asked,
"Plenty." Grampa Gruff replied,
"Like what?" Gilda asked,
"Slavery." Grampa Gruff replied, the young griffons gasped,
"Gender roles." Grampa Gruff said,
"What's that?" Gilda asked,
"You have to behave a certain way because of what your gender is." Grampa Gruff replied, shocking the griffons,
"Sacrifices." Grampa Gruff said,
"You mean to live in society?" Gabby asked,
"No, as in, losing your life, some people in Volvox's kingdom had their lives taken by the nine beings they worship, their sacrifices make their powers stronger, and on certain occasions, animals are sacrificed to them." Grampa Gruff replied, the griffons were very shocked,
"It is getting dark, we must rest, but keep an eye on Volvox and his land." Grampa Gruff said, and everycreature rested for the night.
Vishnu, Zeus, Amun, Odin, Huitzilopochtli, and Bishamonten feel their powers weakening,
"Our powers are going down, we need a sacrifice." Huitzilopochtli said,
"Very well, prepare the ritual." Volvox replied, and Vishnu ordered the humans telepathically, four humans gather around a bonfire, they all had a black ball, humans stood by with drums.
Princess Luna was in the dream realm and she looks at the dreams of the ponies,
"Let's see here, everything looks like normal tonight." Princess Luna said as she looks at the dreams,
"Wait, what's this?" Princess Luna asked as she saw Gallus, Smolder, and Spike having strange dreams, she watches them carefully to make sure they do not change to nightmares.
The humans begin playing the drums and it wakes up the griffons and dragons, they look and the younger dragons and griffons become shocked when they saw the nine rulers,
"Who are those guys?" Princess Ember asked,
"Those are the nine rulers, the one in the center is Volvox, the supreme ruler." Grampa Gruff replied,
"What about the other eight?" Garble asked,
"That's Typhon, Father of All Monsters." Grampa Gruff replied, shocking the younger dragons and griffons when they saw he had one hundred heads,
"Vishnu, Hindu god of preserving the world." Grampa Gruff said,
"Zeus, Greek god of thunder and the sky." Grampa Gruff said,
"Amun, Egyptian god of the sun and the air." Grampa Gruff said,
"Odin, Norse god of wisdom, healing, death, royalty, the gallows, knowledge, battle, sorcery, poetry, frenzy, and the runic alphabet." Grampa Gruff said,
"Lucifer, Prince of Pride, and one of the rulers of Hell." Grampa Gruff said, the dragons and griffons were kind of scared of him,
"Huitzilopochtli, Aztec god of the sun and war." Grampa Gruff said, the dragons and griffons were scared of him,
"Bishamonten, Hindu god of warriors." Grampa Gruff said, the dragons and griffons were scared.
The humans continue playing the drums while the four humans tossed the ball around while they ran around the fire, the ball eventually began to glow light blue, surprising the dragons and griffons,
"What's going on?" Princess Ember asked,
"This is a ritual, that ball is a magically enchanted ball, it measures one's spiritual energy, when someone fails to catch the ball, they're out, whoever is the last remaining has the most spiritual energy, they're sacrificed to the gods, the gods take that person's life, absorbs his spiritual energy, and make themselves stronger." Dragon Lord Torch replied, and they keep watching, the ritual goes on for hours, the men were out one by one until only one player remained. He floats up into the air with light blue energy around his body, light blue streams go to Vishnu, Zeus, Amun, Odin, Huitzilopochtli, and Bishamonten, the man is torn into six pieces while the six gods absorb his body and spirit into themselves, returning to full power.
The younger dragons and griffons watch with horror while the old dragons and griffons watch stoically,
"The sacrifice may be horrifying to you all, but in their culture, being sacrificed is considered an honor, that is why the person did not struggle, he was proud to be sacrificed." Dragon Lord Torch said, the dragons and griffons were still shocked,
"Come on, everybody, if we're not going to sleep, let's get some shields up." Grampa Gruff said, confusing the dragons and griffons,
"Volvox was always big on creating archers to keep foreigners at bay, and he now has bow and arrows, the dragons and griffons created shields while we served under Volvox, it was to protect us from archers of the other island to the southeast of Volvox's island, we took the shields to this world with us, we're kept them hidden, come on, let's put them up." Dragon Lord Torch said, and they go. The dragons and griffons put up pavises that face Volvox's island in case he does attack them, every dragon and griffon had another pavise to put over their heads, they finish and sleep for the rest of the night.
The next day comes and the ponies see the pavises in the Dragon Lands and Griffonstone, Dragon Lord Torch has grown bigger as he got older, so his pavise was now too small for him, and he had to make a new one,
"What the?" Twilight Sparkle asked as she saw the pavises, she flew up and saw the other ponies looking, she flew to Princess Celestia, who was on the balcony of Canterlot,
"Do you know what's going on, Princess Celestia?" Twilight Sparkle asked,
"No, I do not, but it doesn't seem the dragons and griffons are becoming friends with one another, those things they put up look very old as well." Princess Celestia replied,
"That reminds me, Gallus and Smolder were called out of the school yesterday, so was Spike, I heard it's a cultural thing to the dragons, and Spike learned about dragon history, he didn't go into detail, though." Twilight Sparkle said,
"Now, Twilight, I know you want to learn, but you shouldn't press Spike for details, it's possible that what the dragons are doing is something very private and sacred in their culture, and forbidden to share, so if something does happen, let Spike go, and celebrate the customs of his kind." Princess Celestia replied, Twilight Sparkle felt disappointed, she really wanted to learn about what they were doing, but obeyed,
"Did Gallus say anything about the griffons?" Princess Celestia asked,
"No, I don't know what the griffons are doing." Twilight Sparkle replied,
"I see, let's leave them be for now, even though I am curious, myself." Princess Celestia said, Twilight Sparkle looked down, since she cannot learn what they were doing, but she flew back to the School of Friendship.
The other creatures look at Griffonstone and the Dragon Lands while they wonder what the pavises were for,
"What dragon and griffon doing?" Prince Rutherford asked, the other yaks were also confused,
"Do any of you have an idea on what's going on?" King Thorax asked, the changelings shook their heads,
"What should we do, your majesty?" General Seaspray asked,
"Leave them be, dragon and griffon customs are not our concern." Queen Novo replied, the other countries just went on with their days.
Dragon Lord Torch makes himself a new pavise while the elderly dragons and griffons taught the younger ones how to make them, they were made in no time, Dragon Lord Torch finished his after sometime, he and Grampa Gruff got the dragons and griffons together again,
"We will attack Volvox." Dragon Lord Torch said, shocking the dragons and griffons,
"Wait, Dragon Lord Torch, we were no match for him a thousand five hundred years ago, his army looks bigger now." a male dragon replied,
"He's right, attacking him is suicide." a male griffon said,
"If we just stand here and do nothing, then Volvox will eventually attack and destroy us, he deems us traitors, and he wants to get rid of traitors as fast as possible." Grampa Gruff replied,
"But, how are you guys certain he will attack?" a female dragon asked,
"Because if Volvox has not changed, then he will want to take us out as soon as possible." Grampa Gruff replied,
"And how do you guys know that?" a male dragon asked,
"Because Gruff and I have fought Volvox before, we know what we're up against." Dragon Lord Torch replied, surprising the dragons and griffons,
"Wait, before we attack, why don't you two try to see if they're going to attack first?" Princess Ember asked, Dragon Lord Torch and Grampa Gruff were surprised,
"Let's go, Gruff." Dragon Lord Torch said, and they fly to Volvox's land.
Jesus senses something and has a vision of Dragon Lord Torch and Grampa Gruff coming, he has another vision of Dragon Lord Torch arguing with Volvox, and Grampa Gruff arguing with Dommiel,
"Is something wrong, Jesus?" a female slave asked,
"Yes, I was having one of my visions, come on, let's get the other dark skinned folk here, my visions say something bad is about to happen." Jesus replied, and he and the dark skinned people left to go get the other slaves.
Tom spots Dragon Lord Torch and Grampa Gruff flying over, the archers were ready to fire at them,
"Stand down, let's see what they want." Tom said, and the archers do, Volvox comes out of his pyramid, so did Dommiel, he was too far to the east for the other creatures to see him, Volvox used his telekinesis to make himself fly and land in the water, Dommiel made shadow wings appear and flew to the two,
"What do you two want?" Volvox asked,
"Just wanted to see if we were on peaceful terms." Grampa Gruff replied,
"Take a look, yourselves." Dommiel said, and the two see the archers were ready,
"Uh-huh! You are planning to attack us!" Dragon Lord Torch said,
"I have no patience with traitors, they must be eliminated as soon as possible." Volvox replied,
"Since when did we become traitors?" Grampa Gruff asked,
"When you all turned against us and ran away." Dommiel replied, Dragon Lord Torch and Grampa Gruff have flashbacks, Dragon Lord Torch fought Volvox while Grampa Gruff fought Dommiel,
"We turned because we don't like your ways." Dragon Lord Torch said,
"That's your own faults, you guys and your prides and greed." Dommiel replied,
"At least we don't have slavery!" Grampa Gruff said,
"We don't have gender roles and sacrifices, either!" Dragon Lord Torch replied, Volvox and Dommiel were angered, Volvox presses his center head against Dragon Lord Torch's head while Dommiel pressed his head against Grampa Gruff's head, they push the heads back while they let out loud grunts of anger. The ponies and hippogriffs were minding their own businesses until they hear the grunts all the way to the east, they shrug and get on with their days. Dragon Lord Torch presses on his head on Volvox's center head while he did the same, and Grampa Gruff pressed his head against Dommiel's head, the Dragon Lands, Griffonstone, Volvox's island, and the other two islands watch them. Several male dragons and griffons fly over to break it up,
"That's enough, guys, let's step back and take a deep breath." a male dragon said,
"This means war." Volvox said,
"Very well." Dragon Lord Torch replied, and Volvox and Dommiel flew back. The dragons and griffons fly back to their respective countries,
"We have to attack now, Volvox was planning to use his archers to fire arrows at us, Torch and I were right, he hasn't changed at all." Grampa Gruff said, shocking the griffons,
"We must attack now, or Volvox will kill us all and destroy our land by dark, do not bring Smolder or Spike here, the last thing we need is more creatures getting involved, it will only make things worse, come on, we must attack now." Dragon Lord Torch said, and the dragons and griffons fly to the east.
Volvox had his entire army ready, Typhon's children were ready to attack, Odin called the Valkyries to help, Lucifer summoned his demons, Bishamonten was ready to fight, and Tom was leading the front troops from the rear. The dragons and griffons begin flying over and Tom orders his archers to shoot at the dragons and griffons, but they wore old armor that they developed while under Volvox's rule, the arrows did not do much. Zeus throws a lightning bolt at the dragons and griffons, but it misses them,
"Everyone, do not use your strongest weaponry, we're just trying to hold them off for now." Volvox said, and the humans just fire a little arrows. The dragons and griffons keep flying forward, it was not doing much, so Odin ordered his Valkyries to attack them, they ride their horses in the air and throw spears at the dragons and griffons, they all fly around to dodge them, while some of the dragons caught the spear and threw it back at them, surprising Odin,
"Okay, that didn't work, try the demons." Volvox said, and Lucifer orders them to attack with a hand gesture. The demons fly to them and try to wrestle the griffons, since the dragons were too big, the griffons were able to hold them off and knock into the water, they flew back and shook their heads. Volvox tries to look past them and sees several dragons and griffons in the Dragon Lands and Griffonstone,
"Archers, ignore them, shoot the arrows into their countries." Volvox said, the dragons and griffons become shocked, they quickly fly back while the archers get ready.
The dragons and griffons fly back and get their young, they hide behind the pavises, they all get a second pavise and hold it in their hands' and feathers, they put it over their heads. The humans shoot the arrows to the Dragon Lands and Griffonstone, there were so many arrows, it blocked out the entire sky to the east. The ponies, yaks, changelings, and hippogriffs see the arrows, much to their shocks,
"What the?" Twilight Sparkle asked,
"What in tarnation?" Applejack asked, the arrows land and they all land somewhere in the Dragon Lands and Griffonstone, not a single arrow went into the water, nor hit the other countries. The dragons and griffons come up and look, everycreature sees no one was hurt, Princess Celestia flew out of her palace and into the sky, she could not see Volvox's land from where she was at, so she flew closer and higher, and saw the three islands, but saw no one, much to her suspicion.
The dragons and griffons stand up and look at Volvox's island, the archers were gone, much to their relief, they begin cleaning up the arrows until the griffons hear the train, they look and saw Twilight Sparkle, Rainbow Dash, Fluttershy, Pinkie Pie, Rarity, and Applejack get off the train, they run to them,
"No, turn back, Griffonstone is off limits for now." Gilda said,
"What's going on?" Twilight Sparkle asked,
"Don't worry about it, this is dragonkind and griffonkind business." Gilda replied,
"Oh, come on, tell us." Rainbow Dash said,
"See, this is the problem, whenever the other creatures have something to do, you ponies always get involved, just this once, stay out of it, you guys getting involved will also only make things worse." Gilda replied, shocking the Mane Six,
"Turn back, this is something only for the griffons and dragons." Gilda said,
"I wanna see the people there." Pinkie Pie replied,
"No, they are not friendly." Gilda said, the Mane Six were surprised,
"Go back to Equestria, Griffonstone is going to have to cut off all entrances to our country for sometime." Gilda said, the Mane Six were surprised, but they left nonetheless, they boarded the train and went back to Ponyville.
Twilight Sparkle called Gallus, Smolder, and Spike to her office,
"Be specific with me, what's going on, exactly?" Twilight Sparkle asked, the three become nervous,
"Well, y'all?" Applejack asked,
"We're sorry, but we were told by the rulers not to tell the other creatures." Spike replied,
"What?!" Pinkie Pie asked,
"You can't be serious!" Rainbow Dash said,
"We are, if Smolder and I say anything, we will be pulled out of the school." Gallus replied, the Mane Six and Starlight Glimmer were shocked,
"Did you guys lie to us?" Rarity asked,
"I didn't, what's going on in the Dragon Lands really does have something to do with dragon history." Smolder replied,
"What about you, Gallus?" Twilight Sparkle asked, Gallus sighed,
"I lied, this has nothing to do with the Blue Moon Festival, it's about griffon history." Gallus replied,
"To back when King Grover found the Idol of Boreas?" Pinkie Pie asked,
"Long before that." Gallus replied,
"Um, how long ago to be exact?" Fluttershy asked,
"One thousand five hundred years ago." Gallus replied, shocking the seven mares,
"That's before Princess Celestia was even born." Twilight Sparkle said,
"Still, why do the dragons and griffons want to keep whatever's happening a secret?" Starlight Glimmer asked,
"Well... we're not too sure on that, either." Spike replied, Applejack can tell he was not lying,
"I see, well, dismissed, and be careful." Twilight Sparkle said, and Gallus and Smolder leave.
Princess Ember and Grampa Gruff were to the west of their respective countries, Shining Armor, Princess Cadence, King Thorax, Prince Rutherford, and Princess Skystar were there and trying to argue with them,
"Everycreature, we're sorry, but we have to close the borders to the Dragon Lands." Princess Ember said,
"Just what is going on?" Princess Cadence asked sternly,
"I'm not so sure myself, this is something only my father and the elder dragons know about." Princess Ember replied,
"Is it some historical thing?" Shining Armor asked,
"Yeah, somewhere around those lines." Princess Ember replied,
"But you don't know the details?" King Thorax asked,
"No, I do not." Princess Ember replied,
"I see, well, Princess Celestia might send us here again, we'll be watching from our homes." Princess Cadence said, and Shining Armor, Princess Cadence, and King Thorax left them,
"What's going on in your country?" Princess Skystar asked,
"It's... complicated, not even I understand." Gabby replied,
"Is it griffon history?" Prince Rutherford asked,
"Yeah, kind of, it's way before we were born, though." Gabby replied,
"So griffon not understand?" Prince Rutherford asked,
"No, not at all, and I'm sorry, guys, but Griffonstone is going to have to close its borders." Gabby replied, Princess Skystar groaned,
"I'm sorry, nocreature is allowed into our country until we reopen the borders, that means the train won't be allowed to enter this country, either." Gabby said, Prince Rutherford and Princess Skystar were surprised, but they left and went back to their respective countries.
Princess Celestia watches from her palace and Twilight Sparkle went to her while hyperventilating,
"Princess Celestia, I need help, the dragons and griffons said whatever's going on is a cultural and historical thing, but I can't find any information on their history on whatever's happening." Twilight Sparkle said,
"It also depends on when it took place, Twilight, how long ago did they say was it?" Princess Celestia asked,
"One thousand five hundred years ago." Twilight Sparkle replied, Princess Celestia becomes surprised, she turns to face Twilight Sparkle,
"One thousand five hundred years ago? I wasn't even born, yet." Princess Celestia said,
"Please, Princess Celestia, you must have something." Twilight Sparkle replied,
"I'm afraid I do not, Twilight." Princess Celestia replied, Twilight Sparkle's heart fell, she desperately wanted to learn about whatever in the dragon's and griffon's history was going on just for the sake of knowing, she was not used to not knowing,
"I did check earlier, though, I saw three islands to the east of the Dragon Lands and Griffonstone, but I saw no one, I know someone's living there, there's pyramids and other architecture on the closest island." Princess Celestia said, she remembers the nine pyramids very well, they looked like dark gold versions of El Castillo,
"I need to learn about this." Twilight Sparkle said, and she flew to the east.
The dragons and griffons were cleaning the arrows when they heard flying, they saw Twilight Sparkle flying to them, Gilda and Princess Ember flew to in front of her,
"Whoa, hold on, nocreature is allowed into this area." Princess Ember said,
"What? But I want to go to the new area and learn about their culture." Twilight Sparkle replied,
"No can do, nocreature is allowed to go anywhere near our country or the new area, it's too dangerous." Gilda said,
"Then can I please learn the history of a thousand and five hundred years ago of the griffons and the dragons?" Twilight Sparkle asked,
"Why?" Princess Ember asked,
"Just for the sake of knowing." Twilight Sparkle replied,
"Nope, it's really none of your business, either." Gilda said,
"What?! But I wanna learn!" Twilight Sparkle replied,
"Trust me, this part of our history is better off not known." Princess Ember said,
"But I still wanna learn it!" Twilight Sparkle replied,
"No way, this is personal." Gilda said,
"Ugh!" Twilight Sparkle said, but she decided to turn back and fly away, much to Princess Ember's and Gilda's relief.
The dark skinned slaves keep working and were treated badly, the men had to do manual labor, while the women had to cook, clean, and tend to the kids of their masters, they were all tired, five slaves were doing carpentry and their lack of experience made pieces of wood break apart due to them not knowing how to use the tools, the natives to the island took notice of it. The military runs to them and beat them, along with subduing them, Tom walked to the area to see the damage,
"Put them on a raft and tie them, let the monsters eat them." Tom said, the other slaves were shocked,
"No!" a female slave said,
"Daddy!" a dark skinned boy said as his father was taken away.
The five slaves were put on a wooden raft and tied down at their wrists and ankles so they could not move, the soldiers put the raft in the water and it began to move. The five dark skinned men struggle to break free and they saw the raft moving to the northeastern island, the monsters were waiting for them to come so they could eat them, Scylla and Charybdis stood at the sides of the strait and waited for them, Talos was at the end, waiting for them. The dragons and griffons look and saw what the commotion was, they see the slaves being sent to the northeastern island, the elderly dragons and griffons were shocked at what Volvox's kingdom was doing,
"Come on, we have to go." Dragon Lord Torch said,
"What's going on?" Princess Ember asked,
"The slaves caused a minor accident, so Volvox's kingdom is sending them to that island to get eaten by the monsters." Dragon Lord Torch replied, the dragons and griffons were shocked,
"Come on, let's go." Grampa Gruff said, and the dragons and griffons fly to them.
The five slaves struggle to free themselves while they get closer to Scylla and Charybdis, the griffons and dragons fly to them and work to free them, Scylla attacks the griffons and dragons in the sky, they work to hold her back. Arrows were shot at the dragons and griffons, they look and saw Tom ordering them to them down, they fired arrows at the dragons and griffons trying to free the slaves, but they kept missing, so Typhon sent Sphinx and the Caucasian Eagle to attack them, while Volvox sent Phoenix and Thunderbird after them, Phoenix attacked the griffons, while Thunderbird attacked the dragons. Princess Ember and the others try to free the slaves on the raft, the griffons use their talons to cut their restraints off, Charybdis begins spinning around to suck them in, but the five present picked them up and flew into the sky. Noises in the water were heard and the Laestrygonians come up to the surface, they let out several grunts and growls as they tried to grab the slaves so they can eat them, but the dragons and griffons fly up quickly while holding onto the five slaves. Phoenix fought Grampa Gruff while Dragon Lord Torch fought Thunderbird, the other griffons fought the Caucasian Eagle while a few dragons fought Sphinx, they were ganged up on and overpowered,
"Come back here, you two, you two aren't going to win that fight." Typhon said from inside his pyramid, and they fly back to him,
"Retreat, guys, you're outnumbered." Volvox said from inside his pyramid, and Phoenix and Thunderbird fly back to him.
The dragons and griffons get ready to fly back home with the slaves, but they see the Stymphalian Birds flying to them,
"Fly back, those are the Stymphalian Birds, they have feathers made out of bronze that they can shoot like arrows, metal beaks as sharp as swords, and strength that allows them to grab weapons and pieces of armor." Dragon Lord Torch said, the younger dragons and griffons were shocked,
"Come on, let's go, they're too dangerous to fight." Grampa Gruff said, and the dragons and griffons fly back to their respective countries with the human slaves.
The dragons and griffons kept the humans with them and hid them,
"You guys alright?" Princess Ember asked, the humans nod,
"We don't offer hospitality, so you guys are on your own." Gilda said,
"It is alright, we will be free soon." a slave said,
"Why?" Gabby asked,
"Humbaba's brother will rise up and fight Tom, to free us, and avenge his brother, Humbaba was killed by by the nine they worship before we came here, he's also the one who sent us to this area." the slave replied,
"I see, well, good luck surviving here." Gilda said, and the five slaves stay in the Dragon Lands and Griffonstone for sometime.
Twilight Sparkle goes through her books in her library to find any information on the dragons and griffons over their history, she could not find anything, she was throwing her books behind her with her telekinesis as she tried to find something, she was beginning to hyperventilate,
"I can't find anything, I can't find anything! I need to know!" Twilight Sparkle said, she hyperventilated more, her friends watched her with worry,
"You okay, Twilight?" Applejack asked,
"No, I'm not okay! The dragons and griffons have something in their history, before Princess Celestia was born, and only the elderly dragons and griffons know what happened, and Spike and Smolder won't talk about the dragons' history, while Gallus won't talk about the griffons' history, and I don't have any books going back that far on their history, and there are no recorded documents on whatever it is, I can't take it!" Twilight Sparkle replied, she panted heavily,
"Wow, I didn't think she'd freak out over something like this." Starlight Glimmer said,
"Yeah, me neither, Ah didn't think she'd go this far to learn somethin'." Applejack replied,
"Twilight, dear, what are you doing?" Rarity asked as she saw Twilight Sparkle go through her spell books,
"There's a spell that allows me and others to see the past, and the caster can choose which year and events to see, I need to cast it. I need to know!" Twilight Sparkle replied, and she continues looking for the spell while her friends watch her with worry.
Tom watched the Dragon Lands and Griffonstone while he looked for the humans, he could not find them, he heard kids playing and saw them running around, they were in front of him,
"Hey, kids." Tom said, they look at him, he says "This is a working area for adults, go play somewhere else." and the kids run elsewhere, he keeps watching and does not see the slaves anywhere, he noticed their wives and kids were relieved they were saved, he also saw Jesus healing the injured slaves by touching them, they were whipped as punishment for messing up at their jobs, he then saw Jesus leaving to go to the Dragon Lands. Tom remembered seeing Twilight Sparkle trying to enter the two countries, it gave him an idea, he went to the nine the humans worshiped,
"Emperor Volvox, I have an idea." Tom said,
"What is it?" Volvox asked from inside his pyramid,
"I noticed the dragons and griffons speaking to someone earlier, she looked like a hybrid between a unicorn and a Pegasus, I was thinking the dragons and griffons are friends with these horses, so maybe we can build a fake one to fool them, and take the slaves back." Tom replied,
"Do as you wish." Bishamonten said from inside his pyramid,
"Yeah, your choice." Lucifer said from inside his pyramid, Typhon's children agreed,
"What do you plan to call it?" Zeus asked from inside his pyramid,
"How about Trojan Horse?" Tom asked,
"Why?" Volvox asked from inside his pyramid,
"Because I plan to name my son Trojan if I have one, this'll be a gift to him after we use it." Tom replied, the nine were bewildered and confused,
"Okay, go ahead and build it." Volvox said from inside his pyramid,
"I'll use my powers to make the soldiers work faster." Bishamonten said from inside his pyramid, and he does.
Jesus runs on the water to go to the Dragon Lands, the dragons were ready to attack him,
"Wait, he's with us, he heals us after we're injured." a male slave said, surprising the humans,
"I'm here to bring them back, I promise you they'll be safe with me." Jesus said,
"Can we trust him?" Princess Ember asked, the slaves nod,
"Please, you must believe him, this man has saved us several times." another slave said,
"Okay, but I'm keeping an eye on him." Princess Ember said, and the slaves go to him, Jesus carries them back while walking on water, much to the surprise of the dragons. Jesus went to Griffonstone after getting the slaves in the Dragon Lands home,
"Who are you?" Gilda asked,
"I am a protector and healer, the slaves have sanctuary when with me." Jesus replied,
"Can we trust him?" Gabby asked, the slaves in Griffonstone nod,
"Well, he is standing on the water, so maybe we can." Gilda said, and the slaves go to him, Jesus carries them back home and left.
The soldiers in Volvox's society were done making the contraption, they took it to Tom for him to see, he realizes it was a giant wicker man,
"No, guys, Trojan Horse, not Trojan Man." Tom said,
"Oh." the soldiers said, realizing their mistake,
"How are you all planning to make the fake horse look?" Tom asked,
"Like a regular horse." a soldier replied, Tom's eyes widened,
"Guys, that's definitely not going to work, she doesn't look anything like a regular horse." Tom said,
"Well, what did she look like?" a soldier asked,
"Purple, and her mane looked almost like human hair." Tom replied, shocking the soldiers,
"Never mind, forget it, I'll just talk to them." Volvox said, and he came out of his pyramid, shrinking himself so the world's natives do not see him,
"Torch, Gruff, I'd like to have a peaceful conversation." Volvox said, Dragon Lord Torch and Grampa Gruff flew to him,
"What do you want?" Grampa Gruff asked,
"What do you guys have against me?" Volvox asked,
"A lot, you have slaves, gender roles, and you guys demand the people and animals to be sacrificed!" Dragon Lord Torch replied,
"You really have grown, Torch, I remember back when I could smash you with my foot, same with you, Gruff." Volvox said,
"It doesn't matter now, we don't like your ways, we live in areas where there are no slaves or gender roles." Grampa Gruff replied,
"Isn't that female griffon over there cooking?" Volvox asked, Grampa Gruff becomes shocked and looks, he saw Gilda making scones,
"It's her job, and her choice, she wasn't forced to do it." Grampa Gruff replied,
"My daughter rules in my place, she can be what she wants." Dragon Lord Torch said, the humans were shocked and disgusted,
"You have your ways, and I have mine, maybe I should've killed you traitors earlier." Volvox said,
"Well, that's your loss!" Grampa Gruff said, and they bicker.
Jesus was attending to the slaves to heal them and give them freedom, he has a vision of the islands shifting, he runs to Tom,
"Tom, I just had a vision of the islands shifting to the west by magic." Jesus said,
"Oh, shut up, you and your made up stories." Tom replied,
"I have also foreseen your downfall." Jesus said,
"I am the son of Zeus and Hera, I am a god, I am invincible." Tom replied, Jesus just glared at him. A light brilliant raspberry colored aura surrounds the Dragon Lands and Griffonstone, surprising everybody.
Twilight Sparkle casted a spell to see the history of the dragons and griffons, she could not find any documents or history books on the matter, and the desire to know was driving her crazy, so she found a spell that allows her to see their history,
"There, now to see what happened a thousand five hundred years ago." Twilight Sparkle said, and a big white screen appeared in the sky, everycreature could see it.
The screen shows four islands, the western island was Volvox's island, the northern island was the monster island, the southern island was the human island, and the eastern island was the home of Amazons, women who were warlike. The Amazons attacked Volvox's island just for the sake of war, but Volvox's unleashed three fire breaths from inside his pyramid and destroyed the entire island, the Amazons were obliterated by his fire breaths, they were very big, shocking the ponies, yaks, changelings, and hippogriffs.
The picture changes to the monster island, everycreature saw the dragons and griffons living there, much to their surprises, Volvox, Typhon, Vishnu, Zeus, Amun, Odin, Lucifer, Huitzilopochtli, and Bishamonten lead their armies and invade the island, everycreature was extremely shocked when they saw Volvox, Typhon, and Lucifer, they see them demanding the creatures to bow and serve them, but they refused, so the nine destroyed them, making some of the creatures extinct, they were going to attack the dragons and griffons next,
"Wait, we surrender." the dragon ruler at the time said,
"We surrender, too, don't destroy us." the griffon ruler at the time said,
"Wait, father?" Princess Ember asked, they all saw Dragon Lord Torch, he was younger than Spike at that time, and did not have his wings yet,
"Is that Grampa Gruff right there?" Gilda asked, they all see Grampa Gruff was a little kid as well,
"Look, there's King Grover." Gabby said, everygriffon saw King Grover was also a kid,
"Very well, you all will need to serve me in exchange, come." Volvox said, and he went back to his island while the dragons and griffons followed them, the dragons and griffons lived with him, they all served as Volvox's air force, they all grew and saw Dragon Lord Torch become one of Volvox's military generals, while Grampa Gruff became an adviser to him. Volvox eventually had humans come to his island, they were from the southern island, they explained they wanted to serve Volvox, and there were humans of darker skin there, they said they were enemies with them, and wanted to align with Volvox to take them down, Volvox and the other eight agreed, and attacked the southern island.
The picture changes and the light skinned humans lived on Volvox's island under his rule, and provided him a navy, the ships also came back with dark skinned humans, they had to serve under Volvox as slaves, the ponies, yaks, changelings, and hippogriffs were very shocked,
"Volvox, what are you doing?!" Grampa Gruff asked,
"Simple, I am merely adopting, it was those humans who came up with the idea of slavery in the first place." Volvox replied,
"You're not going to resist it?!" Grampa Gruff asked,
"Can't, there are more humans than I have dragons, griffons, and other creatures combined, do not underestimate weak people in large numbers, Gruff, they can overpower you easily, I have also received telepathic information from the Maker not to intervene, and to let the humans grow." Volvox replied, Grampa Gruff was surprised, King Grover flew to Volvox,
"Emperor, they're treating the dark skinned humans like trash." King Grover said,
"Well, they did lose the war, it is common to be treated that way after losing." Volvox replied, King Grover was shocked.
The picture changes to Volvox and the other eight who were worshiped having human soldiers, they only had males,
"Wait, guys, what about the females?" Dragon Lord Torch asked,
"Only males are allowed in the military." Lucifer replied,
"Why?" Dragon Lord Torch asked,
"Don't you dragons only allow males to join as well?" Dommiel asked,
"No, both genders are allowed to serve." Dragon Lord Torch replied,
"Torch, remember, this is our land, our rules, the men fight, work, and protect others, while the women cook, clean, take care of the kids, nurse the injured and sick, make clothes, and keep their fellow males pleased, as long as you dragons serve us, you all will act accordingly to our society's rules of your gender." Zeus said, the ponies, yaks, changelings, and hippogriffs were extremely shocked,
"What?!" Rainbow Dash asked, the other people were still very shocked.
The picture changes to the humans playing a ball game, the winner was divided into six pieces and everyone except Volvox, Typhon, and Lucifer absorbed his body parts to empower themselves, the world's natives were very shocked by what they saw. The picture changes to the humans sacrificing a pig while it struggled and squealed, they kill it and cut it apart with a knife, the world's natives watched with horror, while Fluttershy cried, the pig's sacrifice made food and crops grow for the humans, which were provided by Huitzilopochtli and Amun,
"What are you guys doing?!" Dragon Lord Torch asked,
"Blessing them, they have sacrificed the animal to give to us as food, we are just returning the favor." Typhon replied, the dragons and griffons had enough of the kingdom's ways, so they secretly began to plot a rebellion. The picture changes to the dragons and griffons making pavises since Volvox was big on having archers, the dragons and griffons launched a rebellion one day and a small fight broke out, no one was hurt, Odin tried to open a portal to call his allies, but opened one to the current world they were in, and the dragons and griffons flew in to escape Volvox's rule.
The dragons and griffons arrive into the world and settle in their respective countries,
"You all know the drill, never speak of it, never look back on it, and destroy all documents and writings we have from Volvox's time, we're not there anymore." King Grover said,
"Everydragon, we can start anew here, never look back at that time, we will start a new life here, and be one more free and less brutal than Volvox's rule, let's get started." Dragon Lord Torch said, and the screen went down.
The ponies, yaks, changelings, and hippogriffs look on with complete shock, unable to believe what they saw,
"No wonder why they won't share it, it's a part they wanna forget." Applejack said,
"Did you know about this, Spike?" Twilight Sparkle asked,
"No." Spike replied, they just watch look forward to the east.
Volvox and Dragon Lord Torch press heads against one another again, Volvox used his center head and used his powers to make himself his regular size, the two pressed their heads while growling, and Grampa Gruff growled at Volvox. A yellow aura surrounded the three islands,
"What the?" Tom asked, and the islands move to the west.
Princess Celestia uses her telekinesis to bring the three islands closer, she wanted to see the people there for once, she put the three islands in the Celestial Sea, just east of Baltimare, everybody was shocked to see Volvox's massive size in person, Volvox and Dragon Lord Torch growled at one another, but stopped when they saw the dragons and griffons were ready to attack them, and the human archers were ready to fire arrows at the dragons and griffons, the other eight pyramids burst open and Typhon, Vishnu, Zeus, Amun, Odin, Lucifer, Huitzilopochtli, and Bishamonten came out, so did Dommiel, Phoenix, Thunderbird, Cerberus, Orthrus, the Nemean Lion, the Hydra, Chimera, Sphinx, the Colchian Dragon, Ladon, and the Caucasian Eagle, the humans on the southeastern island were ready to throw spears, and the northeastern island had Scylla, Charybdis, Talos, the Laestrygonians, Kraken, Minotaur, Harpies, the Basilisk, the Cockatrice, the Lambton Worm, the Erymanthian Boar, Stymphalian Birds, Catoblepas, the Cyclopes, Stheno, Euryale, and Medusa, they look around as well, the ponies, yaks, changelings, and hippogriffs were surprised by how many creatures there were.
Dragon Lord Torch and Volvox keep growling at one another,
"I have no patience with someone who has slaves." Dragon Lord Torch said,
"Nor do I with traitors." Volvox replied, telekinesis was cast to separate them,
"Enough. Stop it." Princess Celestia said as she flew to them, Twilight Sparkle flew with her,
"I do not know what went on between you guys, but it needs to stop, I do not appreciate the other nations going to war." Princess Celestia said,
"You are?" Volvox asked,
"Princess Celestia, ruler of Equestria." Princess Celestia replied,
"I am Twilight Sparkle, Princess of Friendship, whenever there is a problem or people not getting along in this world, it is my job to fix it." Twilight Sparkle said, Gilda slapped her own face with her right talon,
"Ugh! You ponies just had to get involved!" Gilda said,
"It is my job, when people do not get along, I am to fix it." Twilight Sparkle replied,
"But you're not in Equestria." Gabby said,
"Whether the problem is in Equestria or not doesn't matter." Twilight Sparkle replied, the dragons and griffons grumble,
"Begone, my business is with the dragons and the griffons." Volvox said,
"See, even Volvox wants to keep it just between us." a male dragon said, the others agreed,
"First off, Volvox, I understand you are the original ruler of the dragons and the griffons." Princess Celestia said,
"Yes, I am, until they betrayed me." Volvox replied,
"I do not wish to go to war with your nation, I wish for us to have peaceful relations, but the dragons and griffons are our friends, you all are going to have to work things out before we can be on good relations." Princess Celestia said,
"War will break out first." Dragon Lord Torch replied,
"Yeah, like we will ever be friends with him." Grampa Gruff said,
"Well, then I suggest you all go back to your countries and calm down, then reach an agreement with one another, I'll be back here another time." Twilight Sparkle replied, and she and Princess Celestia flew away, Dragon Lord Torch and Grampa Gruff went back home, while Volvox and the other eight went into their pyramids, everybody sleeps at night while the humans watch the dragons and griffons closely.
The next day comes and the Mane Six go to Volvox's island through Twilight Sparkle's hot air balloon, they were excited, but exclaimed with shock and screamed when the humans began shooting arrows at them,
"Guys, stop, it's us!" Twilight Sparkle said,
"Cease fire, everyone, let's see what they want." Tom said, and the archers stop firing at them. The hot air balloon lands and the six step out,
"What are you all doing here?" Tom asked,
"I am doing royal duties for my country, I am required to know your customs and ways of living so I can report it back to my home country, I would like for you all to share your culture, and show me your ways." Twilight Sparkle replied, the men just get on with their days,
"Excuse me, I just issued a command." Twilight Sparkle said, the humans just keep working,
"Hey, I said I'd like to be shown around!" Twilight Sparkle said in a very annoyed tone while raising her voice, the humans just get on with their days,
"Stop ignoring me!" Twilight Sparkle said angrily, the men continue to ignore her, Twilight Sparkle growls, Princess Celestia watched from the balcony of her palace and was noticing Twilight Sparkle getting angry, she instantly knew something was wrong. Princess Ember flew down and landed to Twilight Sparkle's left,
"Hey, it's not going to work." Princess Ember said,
"Why not?" Twilight Sparkle asked,
"Since you're in their country, you have no power whatsoever." Princess Ember replied,
"I am trying to ask them kindly to show me around, but they won't listen!" Twilight Sparkle said in an annoyed tone,
"That's because we don't take orders from women." a man replied, shocking the Mane Six,
"What?!" Rainbow Dash asked,
"Say what now?!" Applejack asked,
"See, that was I was trying to tell you guys." Princess Ember replied,
"What was it, darling?" Rarity asked,
"Only males have authority in their land, including foreigners, you're powerless in this country because of your gender." Princess Ember replied, Twilight Sparkle was very shocked. Princess Celestia was very angry at what she heard, the ponies in Canterlot notice her making an angry face with her teeth exposed and was glaring, they can hear a noise that sounded like a teapot whistling, and Princess Celestia's face literally turned red as she pressed her teeth against one another.
The Mane Six were very shocked by the revelation,
"There you have it, go back to your home, horse." Tom said,
"I'm a pony!" Twilight Sparkle said in an annoyed tone,
"Same thing." Tom replied,
"No, it's not!" Twilight Sparkle said in a very annoyed tone, Tom decided to just go with it since he has learned before not to argue with a female,
"What about you five, what are you guys?" Tom asked,
"Name's Rainbow Dash, Wonderbolt reporting for duty." Rainbow Dash replied, shocking the humans,
"What?" Rainbow Dash asked,
"Military is for men only." a soldier replied,
"What?! That is not cool!" Rainbow Dash said, the humans glare at her,
"That is not the proper way to use that word." a male citizen said,
"Yes, it is." Rainbow Dash said,
"No, it's not, the word 'cool' means either, fairly low temperature, or someone who is calm." another male citizen replied,
"Oh, you guys are referring to the actual meaning." Rainbow Dash said, the humans shake their heads,
"I'm Pinkie Pie, I'm a baker and party planner!" Pinkie Pie said,
"Then why don't you go back to your man, and make his dinner?" a male citizen asked,
"I'm single." Pinkie Pie replied,
"Look at that, a spinster." Tom said,
"Hey! I'm not that old." Pinkie Pie replied,
"How old are you?" a male citizen asked,
"Twenty." Pinkie Pie replied,
"Nope, you're old, most girls marry when they're twelve." a soldier said, greatly shocking the Mane Six,
"Marry?! At twelve years old?!" Rarity asked with horror,
"What about boys? How old are they when they marry?" Applejack asked,
"Thirteen." Tom replied, the six mares were completely horrified,
"Girls marry at twelve?! Boys marry at thirteen?! That's disgustin' y'all!" Applejack said,
"You don't know our ways." Tom replied,
"Who are you, anyway?" a male soldier asked,
"Mah name's Applejack, I run Sweet Apple Acres." Applejack replied,
"You're... a farmer?" a male citizen asked,
"That's right." Applejack replied,
"Why are you doing a man's job?" a soldier asked,
"Cause someone needs to run the farm, and mah big brother can't do it all by himself." Applejack replied,
"Don't you have any children?" Tom asked,
"Nope." Applejack replied,
"What about you?" Tom asked,
"My name is Rarity, I'm a fashion designer." Rarity replied,
"You make clothes?" a male citizen asked,
"Yes, I do, but I must say, you all have some weird clothing on." Rarity replied, she noticed most males were robes that looked like dresses and skirts, while Tom appeared to be wearing armor shaped like a long-sleeve shirt, pants, elbow length gloves, and knee length boots, they were black with gold outlines, and his cape was gold on the outside, while black on the inside,
"Why don't you go back to your man?" Tom asked,
"I'm single." Rarity replied,
"Then maybe other men would like you to make clothes for them?" Tom asked, Rarity exclaimed with shock for a moment,
"Excuse me, but can't a lady work on her career?" Rarity asked,
"Your man comes first." a soldier replied, Rarity blushed a bit,
"And the last one?" Tom asked, they all saw Fluttershy was hiding in the back,
"Oh, um, I'm Fluttershy, I run a cottage and take care of animals." Fluttershy replied,
"Hmm, they do have an area for raising food." a soldier said, the six mares become shocked,
"Wait, they're not for eating, they're for being adopted as pets." Twilight Sparkle said,
"Yes, it is very hard work." Fluttershy said,
"You should be looking after sons, not animals." a male citizen said, surprising Fluttershy, the six mares notice their ways of living were completely different from their own,
"Can you all at least please take us to this country's women?" Twilight Sparkle asked,
"Sure, this way." a male citizen replied, and they follow him. The Mane Six look around and see only male citizens working, they also see kids playing, but it was only boys,
"Wait, what's going on over there?" Twilight Sparkle asked, and the others see dark skinned males walking, following a light skinned male, the dark skinned males had rope tied around their wrists,
"Just a man doing his job." the male citizen replied,
"And what would that be?" Rarity asked,
"Getting servants to help him work in his house." the male citizen replied,
"Servants? They don't look like servants to me." Applejack said,
"Don't be fooled, it is." the male citizen replied,
"Come now, this way." the male citizen said, and he leads them. The male citizen takes them to a place filled with women and he walked back, it was a big kitchen, the women were cooking,
"Uh, excuse me." Twilight Sparkle said, and they look at her, one woman went to her,
"You all here to work?" the woman asked,
"No, we're here to study your culture." Twilight Sparkle replied,
"Well, you won't find much, us women are busy." the woman said,
"Who are you?" Twilight Sparkle asked,
"I'm the matriarch of my family, I run the home and make sure everything goes smoothly until my husband gets back." the woman replied,
"Wait, until your husband gets back?" Rarity asked,
"Yup, the fathers or oldest males have all the power in the family." the woman replied, the Mane Six were shocked, they did not like that the slightest,
"What if there is no father?" Rarity asked,
"Then the oldest son runs the family." the woman replied,
"What if the daughter is older than the oldest son?" Rarity asked,
"Oldest son still runs the family, daughters have no saying whatsoever." the woman replied,
"What if all of the male relatives have passed?" Applejack asked,
"Then the matriarch will take care of things, it's usually the mother, or in some cases, the oldest female in the entire family." the woman replied, the Mane Six were still surprised,
"Wow, you guys are really different from our home." Rainbow Dash said,
"I noticed that, I see you girls don't wear clothes." the woman replied, the Mane Six become a bit embarrassed,
"Maybe I can work there, I am a baker." Pinkie Pie said,
"Mmm, maybe, cooking is a bit different from baking." the woman replied,
"What about me? I sew clothes." Rarity said,
"Oh no, the last woman who weaved in this country got turned into a spider." the woman replied, the Mane Six were confused, but ignored it,
"What else do you all do besides cooking?" Twilight Sparkle asked,
"Dancing, taking care of the kids, cleaning, and entertaining the men in other ways, we're very busy." the woman replied,
"Must be hard." Fluttershy said,
"It's fun, though, well, for me." the woman replied,
"Well, we have to get going." Twilight Sparkle said,
"Okay, but I don't think you'll find much more to our culture." the woman replied, and she walked away, the Mane Six walk to the south.
The Mane Six walk around and they hear heavy breathing,
"There, it's okay, you are safe here, let me heal you." Jesus said, the Mane Six walk over and see Jesus with the dark skinned humans, they went to him,
"Excuse me." Twilight Sparkle said, Jesus looked at them,
"Please go, this is a sanctuary for the dark skinned." Jesus said,
"Actually, we're just here to see what's going on." Fluttershy said,
"My apologies, my name is Jesus, I am one of the incarnations of God, I have come here to help these people." Jesus replied,
"What? What's going on?" Twilight Sparkle asked,
"Those with dark skin are slaves, taken away from their families back at home, they are forced to do manual labor, and are given beatings or even killed if they make the slightest mistake, I have come to this land to heal them." Jesus replied, the Mane Six were a bit sad to hear what he said,
"We'd like to help." Twilight Sparkle said,
"Thank you, any help is appreciated." Jesus replied, the Mane Six smiled, and they helped Jesus attend to the slaves, they saw Jesus could heal people by just touching them, which made them look at him with awe,
"Sorry, Jesus, but we have to go back, the others are waiting for us." Twilight Sparkle said,
"Okay, thank you for your help." Jesus replied, and the Mane Six go back to the hot air balloon and head back to Equestria.
Princess Celestia, Princess Luna, Princess Cadence, Shining Armor, Starlight Glimmer, Sunburst, Dragon Lord Torch, Princess Ember, Spike, Grampa Gruff, Prince Rutherford, King Thorax, Queen Novo, Princess Skystar, Ocean Flow, and Sky Beak were together in Canterlot, they were in a meeting room, Dragon Lord Torch was just small enough to fit in,
"Is it true that you all originally served Volvox?" Ocean Flow asked,
"Yes, we would've been destroyed if we didn't." Dragon Lord Torch replied,
"Well, what's he like?" Princess Skystar asked,
"Well, things look different now, but back then, Volvox had supreme power, it looks like his authority has been brought down a lot, it looks like he has no authority now." Grampa Gruff replied,
"I also don't like the look of those other eight guys with him." Sky Beak said,
"Ah, yes, two of them are monsters, the other six are gods." Dragon Lord Torch said,
"Gods?! You mean as in gods like Princess Celestia and Princess Luna?" King Thorax asked, Dragon Lord Torch and Grampa Gruff nod,
"Yak want Dragon Land and Griffonstone borders to reopen." Prince Rutherford said,
"I'm afraid we can't, it's too dangerous right now." Princess Ember replied,
"But Twilight was able to get into Volvox's country." Spike said, surprising the other dragons and Grampa Gruff,
"Oh right, yes, I sent Twilight and her five friends there through her hot air balloon, I wish for her to gather information on their ways of living." Princess Celestia said,
"They will not like what they find." Grampa Gruff replied,
"You sure about that?" Starlight Glimmer asked,
"Very sure." Grampa Gruff replied, the door opened and the Mane Six entered, they went to the others,
"Well, how did it go?" Sunburst asked,
"I don't like their ways of living." Twilight Sparkle asked,
"What don't you like about them, Twilight?" Princess Celestia asked,
"First of all, females have no power or authority in their land." Twilight Sparkle replied,
"What?!" Princess Luna asked as the other females become offended,
"You're saying my status as princess is revoked just because I'm a girl?!" Princess Luna asked,
"I'm sorry, but yes." Princess Ember replied, Princess Luna slammed her front hooves on the table, scaring everycreature,
"I demand to speak with them, I will not tolerate such injustice!" Princess Luna said angrily,
"Luna, calm down." Princess Celestia said,
"I'm sorry, but that's how they are, same goes with all politics, all foreign relationships and trade relations with them has to be done and conducted by males." Grampa Gruff replied,
"Still, it's not fair." Princess Skystar said,
"Agreed, I do not like the thought of losing my status as queen because of my gender." Queen Novo replied,
"I agree, too, I don't like that." King Thorax said,
"Me neither, my sister, wife, and daughter losing their royalty status just because of their gender is very angering to me." Shining Armor replied, Twilight Sparkle was very touched by his words,
"Moving on, another thing I noticed is gender roles, we all already saw what those are." Twilight Sparkle said,
"Yeah, they're saying I shouldn't be a Wonderbolt because of my gender, that is totally not cool." Rainbow Dash said,
"We'll have to look into it, gender roles are unheard of in this world." Princess Celestia replied,
"I have also received word that the fathers have all the power in the family." Twilight Sparkle said,
"What?! The father controls the entire family?!" Princess Cadence asked,
"Yes, the father or oldest male relative has all the power in the family, their authority cannot be questioned by other family members." Dragon Lord Torch replied,
"What about the wife?" Ocean Flow asked,
"She has no power whatsoever, she is expected to be obedient to her husband without question, and give him love when he wants it." Grampa Gruff replied, the females were very offended, Princess Luna could just barely conceal her anger,
"That is one reason why the dragons and griffons broke away from them, the females are expected to live a life of servitude, as a child, they are expected to serve their father, as a woman, their husband, and as an elder, their son." Dragon Lord Torch said, the females present were extremely offended, King Thorax, Prince Rutherford, Shining Armor, Sunburst, and Sky Beak were angered as well,
"Last thing I didn't like is they have slavery, people there are slaves just because of their skin color." Twilight Sparkle said, everybody present was shocked,
"It's true, y'all, there are dark skinned folk there, they're bein' taken away from their families and forced to serve the people there against their wills." Applejack said, everycreature there was shocked,
"They had them before we broke away, the slaves are treated like trash, tortured, and killed over the slightest misdemeanors." Grampa Gruff said,
"We did meet a kind man named Jesus, though, he actually had the power to heal others by touching them, he's hiding them from the people." Fluttershy said, everycreature smiled,
"Well, that's pretty much everything." Twilight Sparkle said,
"Wait, Twilight, you forgot one." Applejack replied,
"Which one was it?" Twilight Sparkle asked,
"The marriage." Applejack replied, Rarity exclaimed with shock,
"You all will not believe this, in their country, males marry when they are thirteen years old, while females marry when they are twelve!" Rarity said, making everycreature uncomfortable,
"That's too young!" Princess Cadence said,
"Yeah, we thought that, too, but they said by their standards, we're old to be single." Pinkie Pie replied, shocking the other creatures,
"Well, we still have two more islands to explore." Twilight Sparkle said,
"Do not go that island northeast of theirs, it's filled with monsters, they will attack you on sight." Dragon Lord Torch replied,
"What about the other island?" Fluttershy asked,
"I don't see anything there, it looks barren." Twilight Sparkle replied,
"I'm not surprised, that's where the people in Volvox's kingdom get their slaves from." Grampa Gruff replied,
"You can also see the island from the Dragon Lands, everything's destroyed." Princess Ember said,
"What about the people there?" Fluttershy asked,
"We haven't seen any." Princess Ember replied, shocking the other creatures,
"Well, I think that is all, we'd still like for the Dragon Lands and Griffonstone to reopen their borders." Princess Celestia said,
"That's... going to be a bit difficult, Volvox is like us, he doesn't want you creatures in his feud with us and the griffons." Princess Ember replied,
"Can't we just use telekinesis or fly into your countries?" Starlight Glimmer asked,
"Archers will shoot you down." Grampa Gruff replied,
"Oh, right, Ah forgot about them, them arrows could possibly cover all of Equestria." Applejack said,
"You shouldn't worry, Applejack, our magic shields should be enough to repel them." Princess Celestia replied,
"What about the gods? How strong are they?" Ocean Flow asked,
"Very strong, two of them control the sun." Grampa Gruff replied, shocking the other creatures,
"One that controls the sun also controls wind, one controls the warriors and enchants them, one controls thunder and the sky, one is a master of war, magic, sorcery, and has all of the knowledge in existence, and the last one controls the world itself." Dragon Lord Torch said, greatly shocking the world's natives,
"There's no way we'd stand up against six gods, we'll be annihilated." Applejack said,
"Agreed, there is no way we'll win against them in a war." Princess Celestia replied,
"What about the other two rulers?" Princess Luna asked,
"One controls the afterlife and part of the underworld, and the other one is the father of all monsters." Grampa Gruff replied,
"And what does Volvox control?" Starlight Glimmer asked,
"All of the underworld and the afterlife." Dragon Lord Torch replied, making everyone uncomfortable,
"Let's try to have a peaceful relationship with them for now, it might be difficult, though, but we need the borders of Griffonstone and the Dragon Lands open for that." Princess Celestia said,
"Alright, but you guys are on your own if you get attacked." Princess Ember replied,
"Let's go, that is all we have to discuss." Princess Celestia said, and everycreature left.
The Mane Six were in Twilight Sparkle's castle and five of them were grunting and groaning with extreme irritation,
"It's not fair! I can't do what I want in their country because of my gender!" Rainbow Dash said,
"No kiddin', talkin' bout me doin' a man's job, farmin' is for women, too." Applejack replied,
"Don't get me started on them saying I have to raise sons instead of animals." Fluttershy said,
"I have to cook and can't do anything else, that means I can't party!" Pinkie Pie said,
"And they said I'm not supposed to have a career, I'm supposed to please my lover, what an unspeakable demand!" Rarity said,
"Girls!" Twilight Sparkle said, the five look at her,
"I know what they said was not nice, but we still have to respect their ways, and they said we have no power or authority in their land because of our genders, I know this is very frustrating, but there is nothing we can do." Twilight Sparkle said,
"What about Princess Celestia, isn't she trying something?" Rainbow Dash asked,
"I'm sure she's going to try to talk things out, I hope it all goes well." Twilight Sparkle replied, and they all went home and slept for the day.
Three days pass and Griffonstone and the Dragon Lands reopen their borders, the other creatures try to establish relationships with Volvox's island, but they have trouble, especially Equestria and Mount Aris, since their rulers were females, this angered the two countries. The Mane Six go to the Canterlot palace to see how Princess Celestia was doing, they run to her,
"Is everything alright, Princess Celestia?" Applejack asked,
"I'll admit, I am experiencing an equal amount of anger and frustration as the rest of you, but they won't establish country relations with me because of my gender, I'm sorry to say this to you all, but we are powerless there, Shining Armor is going to have to handle the politics." Princess Celestia replied, the Mane Six were still a bit sad,
"That is all I have to say, you all are free to go." Princess Celestia said, and the six left.
The Mane Six try to think of something until they hear walking, they saw King Thorax enter,
"If you all want to, I can go and try to speak to them on your behalf." King Thorax said, the Mane Six agreed,
"Thank you, Thorax, this really means a lot to me." Twilight Sparkle said,
"Well, I'll be going now, wish me luck." King Thorax replied, and he flies out of the castle to go to Volvox's island.
Sandbar, Gallus, Ocellus, Smolder, Yona, and Silverstream were outside with Apple Bloom, Scootaloo, and Sweetie Belle standing with them,
"This isn't fair! I've had it with them and their gender roles!" Silverstream said angrily,
"Yeah, me too." Sandbar replied,
"I'm sorry, guys, but I tried asking Grampa Gruff about the gender stuff yesterday, he didn't explain it." Gallus said,
"What about the dragons?" Sweetie Belle asked,
"Nope, Princess Ember tried asking the elder dragons, they don't know, either." Smolder replied,
"What did her father say?" Scootaloo asked,
"He said it's just how their way of living is." Smolder replied,
"But still, why?" Ocellus asked,
"He doesn't know, either." Smolder replied,
"Ah've been wonderin' if they have school there." Apple Bloom said,
"Now that you mention it, I didn't see a school on their island yesterday." Gallus replied,
"Well, I hope things go well, I hope Prince Shining Armor can make progress with reasoning with them, what about the hippogriffs, though?" Sandbar asked,
"My dad and General Seaspray are going to try to establish relations, if they need another person, Terramar will go." Silverstream replied,
"How relationships with them between dragon and griffon?" Yona asked,
"We still don't get along." Gallus replied,
"Yeah, dragons still don't like them, either." Smolder said,
"What about you two?" Sandbar asked,
"Yakyakistan neutral, but Prince Rutherford not like slavery." Yona replied,
"We're okay with them, but we don't like the fact they have life sacrifices." Ocellus said,
"Well, let's hope things go alright between our kind and the hippogriffs." Sandbar said, and the nine all stand together.
A ship goes to Volvox's island, Sky Beak, General Seaspray, and other male hippogriffs were on there, they arrive at the southern port of the island, they dock and get off the ship. The hippogriffs walk forward and go to Tom,
"Who are you guys?" Tom asked,
"I am Sky Beak, the queen's brother-in-law." Sky Beak replied,
"I am General Seaspray of the Royal Hippogriff Navy." General Seaspray said, the humans watched them,
"We are here to establish relationships with your country, we do not wish for war." Sky Beak said,
"It's a bit early to establish trade." Tom replied,
"We are not here to establish trade, we are here to make sure to have a friendly relationship with your country." General Seaspray said,
"Know to who you speak, I am Tom, king of this country, child of the god Zeus and the goddess Hera." Tom replied, the hippogriffs were uncomfortable,
"To invoke my wrath will also invoke the wrath of the gods, so hope we do not become enemies." Tom said,
"What about the nine in the pyramids?" Sky Beak asked,
"They are just there, we worship them and give them sacrifices for good fortune, I'm the one with all of the power." Tom replied,
"So those nine are just worshiped, and have no power?" General Seaspray asked, Tom nods, the dragons and griffons were listening, they were surprised to hear Volvox no longer had any actual authority,
"We are just here to establish peaceful relations." Sky Beak said,
"Very well, pray you don't get on our bad side." Tom replied, and they signed a paper with a quill, the hippogriffs leave while happy. King Thorax went to them, the humans were happy to see him again,
"Hello again, Thorax, always a pleasure to see you." Tom said, the humans agreed,
"Actually, I'm here on behalf of Equestria, they are friends with my kingdom, you know." King Thorax replied,
"Nope, someone from their kind has to speak with us if they want relationships." Tom said,
"I'd figured." King Thorax said under his breath,
"By the way, Thorax, we heard from your kind about Queen Chrysalis, we'd like to thank you." Tom said,
"For what?" King Thorax asked,
"For being living proof that women are not fit to rule." Tom replied, King Thorax was offended; Princess Celestia, Princess Luna, Princess Cadence, Twilight Sparkle, Princess Ember, Queen Novo, Princess Skystar, Ocean Flow, and Silverstream overheard him, they were very angry at the moment.
Shining Armor arrived into the kingdom and ran to Tom,
"Oh, this is one of the rulers from Equestria." King Thorax said,
"You are?" Tom asked,
"Shining Armor, prince of Equestria, and captain of the guard." Shining Armor replied, Tom chuckled,
"That's how I became ruler." Tom said,
"Huh?" Shining Armor asked,
"I became king through serving as an officer in the military." Tom replied,
"Oh, well, I was hoping Equestria could have peaceful relations with you guys." Shining Armor said,
"Sure, I already saw some of your customs, your military is actually very similar to ours." Tom replied,
"Wait, it is?" Shining Armor asked, Tom nodded,
"Oh, well, I guess I'm done then." Shining Armor said,
"I have to get going, too." King Thorax said,
"Alright, see you two later." Tom replied, and they left. Equestria, Yakyakistan, the Changeling Kingdom, and Mount Aris had a peaceful but strained relationship with Volvox's kingdom, the main reason was because of their sour relationships with the Dragon Lands and Griffonstone, Volvox ordered everyone not to attack the dragons and griffons because he can tell the ponies, yaks, changelings, and hippogriffs will rush to their aid if they do. The humans held King Thorax in high regards due to him overthrowing Queen Chrysalis, which he did not like, Shining Armor was also held in high regard for his tale about overthrowing King Sombra, but not as much as King Thorax.
Typhon was with his children while they stood on his pyramid, the other eight were on theirs as well,
"The games are about to start, get everything ready and train yourselves." Typhon said,
"Yes, father." Typhon's children said, and they jumped off,
"Yes, it is that time, isn't it?" Vishnu asked,
"Yup, the games begin a few days from now." Volvox replied, and they watch.
Jesus has a vision and sees Tom being overthrown, along with his own death, he ran to Tom,
"I just had another vision, Tom, your downfall is near." Jesus said,
"Impossible, I am a god." Tom replied,
"No, you are not, you are just a mere mortal, you're not a child of Zeus and Hera." Jesus said,
"Not true, I am invincible, and you will see that your vision is wrong." Tom replied, Jesus just left, he went back to the slaves he was nursing back to health,
"I am sorry to say this to you all, but my time is nearly up, the other countries will keep you all safe, I wish you all good luck." Jesus said, the slaves beg for him to stay,
"I am afraid I cannot, my destiny is near, I must go, but remember, I will live on in your hearts and memories." Jesus said and he left, the slaves watched sadly.
The next day comes and Twilight Sparkle wanted the humans to come to her School of Friendship, the humans look at her with bewilderment,
"Don't give me that look." Twilight Sparkle said,
"It's wrong for a woman to be educated." a male citizen replied,
"No, it's not!" Twilight Sparkle said angrily,
"We are not sending our kids to your school." Tom said,
"Fine, you all can at least read my friendship lesson books, then." Twilight Sparkle said, and she gave it to them before flying away, the humans saw it was written by the Mane Six, they burn the books since they were written by females, shocking and angering the six who wrote it. Princess Celestia, Princess Luna, and Princess Cadence watched from balconies, they were angered by what they saw.
The next day comes and the humans were getting ready for the games, so they were going to give Bishamonten a sacrifice, they were going sacrifice a sheep and a piglet. Fluttershy saw what they were doing and informed her friends, they quickly flew to save the animals, the sheep and piglet cried out with fear. The Mane Six arrive and take the two animals away,
"What are you guys doing?!" Twilight Sparkle asked,
"The god of warriors is being given a sacrifice, if it satisfies him, we will have enhanced physical capabilities." a male human said,
"No! These animals have feelings too, they don't wish to lose their lives!" Pinkie Pie said,
"Their wants are not our concern, they must be sacrificed to the god." Tom replied,
"Don't you dare! These poor animals are just babies!" Rarity said,
"That is why we chose them to be sacrificed." Tom replied, the sheep and piglet became scared, Fluttershy pulled herself together and was ready to defend them with her life,
"No way! You'll have to go through us first!" Rainbow Dash said,
"Yeah, there is no way y'all are sacrificin' baby animals, they still have their lives ahead of them." Applejack said,
"If you guys are going to do sacrifices, then maybe do the elder animals, since they already lived their lives." Twilight Sparkle said,
"You don't know our ways." Tom replied,
"You don't know ours, either." Twilight Sparkle said, and the six left with the sheep and piglet, Fluttershy adopted them, Tom sighed and went to get another sheep and pig, they were old and sick, and they were sacrificed. The other countires watched them and their relationships soured more, Princess Celestia did not like the fact that the humans sacrificed other humans and animals to the gods to receive good fortune, just thinking about it disgusted her.
The next day comes and several slaves make mistakes while doing their jobs, some men dropped things during manual labor, some women messed up dancing and could not sing right, they were tortured as punishment, some were killed as well, much to the horror of the ponies, yaks, changelings, and hippogriffs, while the griffons and dragons watched, they were starting to wonder if Volvox was not ordering it, but rather, it was Tom who ordered them to be hurt. Tom ordered a ship to go out into the sea, six slaves were on there with chains on their feet, four male, and two female, a male soldier drops the metal ball into the water, the six slaves slid across the ship's deck, the slaves went deep into the water while their relatives watched with horror at seeing them being put in the water for them to drown.
The hippogriffs and seaponies saw what happened and Ocean Flow screamed with horror at what she saw, the seaponies swam to them while the hippogriffs flew to them. General Seaspray commanded the ships to go to them, Sky Beak and other hippogriffs went into the water to get the slaves, so did the seaponies, they get them out of the water and put them on the ship General Seaspray was on, they were taken to Mount Aris. The hippogriffs nursed them back to health while Ocean Flow came up to the surface,
"Is everyone okay?" Ocean Flow asked with worry, they nod,
"Silverstream's coming, mom, the ponies are with her." Terramar said,
"Good, we need as much as help as we can get." Sky Beak replied, and she arrived with the Mane Six to nurse the slaves back to health. The relationships with Volvox's island soured, Princess Celestia was literally on the verge of declaring war on his kingdom.
Four days pass and some of the slaves who were to be executed were sent either tried to be sent to the northeastern island to eaten by the monsters, the dragons and griffons fought the monsters to rescue them and take them into their countries, while the ones who put in the water to drown were rescued by the hippogriffs and seaponies, Princess Celestia had Cloudsdale watch from above while Queen Novo had the Royal Hippogriff Navy patrol the waters, they would attack any ship carrying slaves if they saw one. The ponies, yaks, changelings, and hippogriffs hid the dark skinned humans from the light skinned humans, and gave them new lives, they learn that Volvox and the other eight people they worship do not really have any authority, all they do was grant the humans good fortune and protect them from other monsters and demons, it was Tom who created the gender roles and slavery, while the sacrifices were seen as necessary for the six gods to get their powers back when they were low.
Volvox noticed the other countries were beginning to dislike Tom's rule, and it was the day the games began,
"Everybody, we're going to have to do the games elsewhere today, if they see what we do for games, they will declare war on us." Volvox said,
"Well, they're all to the west, so let's do the games to the east this year." Lucifer replied,
"Agreed, they should not be able to see what goes on from there." Amun said,
"Let's go, then." Odin replied, and everybody goes there.
Every single person in Volvox's island went to the east and Vishnu made the Colosseum appear, the nine the people worshiped surrounded it to form a circle on the inside, while Tom sat in a throne under Volvox, he was going to command the games, he had archers surround the Colosseum, they were to shoot at anycreature who tried to see what they were doing, even though the dragons and griffons can clearly see what they were doing. Tom ordered the criminals in the society to be thrown in first, they were stripped of their clothes and had their hands and feet tied, Typhon's children were all in there, they kill the criminals and eat them while the people cheered,
"This might be fun to watch." Garble said, the dragons with him agreed and they watch eagerly. The next fights were some of the soldiers fighting to the death, they had swords, shields, armor, spiked gauntlets, and sometimes, horses carrying carriages, every human fought and the battles usually ended when one opponent was killed, the humans cheered while the nine people they worshiped watched stoically. The Nemean Lion decided to fight five humans, their weapons could not harm him, so he ended up eating them alive while the humans cheered. Tom ordered several male slaves to fight the Colchian Dragon, every slave was killed by the dragon. Tom noticed how the male slaves would sacrifice themselves so their wives and children do not receive the cruel treatment they received if they cowered out, so Tom had an idea, he ordered the rest of Typhon's children into the arena, along with Phoenix and Thunderbird, and had the guards put the slaves' children in there instead, shocking the nine rulers and Typhon's children,
"Well, fight to the death, let it begin." Tom said,
"All of you, stand down." Typhon said, and they do,
"What are you guys doing?" Tom asked,
"You know the rules, Tom, no women or children, that applies to the slaves as well." Dommiel replied,
"Archers, shoot the children." Tom said, some archers did while others stood down, Amun used his powers to blow the arrows away, they begin to turn to stone,
"What the?" Tom asked, everybody looks and they saw Stheno, Euryale, and Medusa standing on a cliff on the northeastern island, Catoblepas turned them to stone as well, the Basilisk was staring as well, but the humans looked away from it. Tom looked around and sighed,
"Cancel the games, they're not the only ones ready to attack." Tom said, the humans look and saw Princess Ember was ready to lead the dragons to attack them if they try to have children killed for sport, so did Grampa Gruff, Dragon Lord Torch was ready to fight as well,
"Yeah, let's cancel, we're already on the verge of going to war with the other countries." Volvox said, the humans groaned with disappointment while the children and their parents were relieved, while the nine they worshiped, Dommiel, Typhon's children, Phoenix, and Thunderbird felt indifferent to it.
Jesus went to Equestria to help the slaves there, he healed them by touching them, the Mane Six, Cutie Mark Crusaders, Young Six, Starlight Glimmer, Sunburst, Spike, and the rulers of Equestria, Yakyakistan, the Changeling Kingdom, and Mount Aris came to see him,
"Thank you, Jesus, I really appreciate your help with healing these people." Princess Celestia said,
"I have tried my best to heal them all, they have suffered a lot, almost all of these dark skinned folk have lost a family member in Tom's kingdom." Jesus replied, a slave with scars from whipping on his back went to Jesus, he touched him to heal him,
"How are you all doing in these areas?" Jesus asked,
"They are friendly, and kind, they treat us as people rather than savages." a male dark skinned person replied,
"Good, I was worried your countries had slavery, too." Jesus said,
"Of course not, we teach friendship, slavery has no place in our countries." Twilight Sparkle replied,
"Can you teach us, Jesus?" Sweetie Belle asked,
"Yeah, pretty please?" Scootaloo asked,
"I am sorry, but my time to live is almost up." Jesus replied, he notices something and has a vision, he sees two bad things were about to happen in Tom's kingdom, and he will have to sacrifice himself to prevent one,
"What did you see, Jesus?" a male dark skinned human asked,
"Can he see something?" Princess Luna asked,
"Jesus is a prophet, he has visions of the future from time to time." a female dark skinned human replied, surprising the world's natives, Princess Celestia walked to him,
"Jesus, please, tell us, what did you see?" Princess Celestia asked,
"All of the dark skinned people from the southeastern island is about to be brought to Volvox's island soon, and rather than being enslaved, Tom is going to go through with his original plan, he is going to gather up all of the dark skinned people on the island and execute them, I am going to have to sacrifice myself to prevent it from happening." Jesus replied, the creatures gasp,
"No, please, let us speak with him." King Thorax said,
"He is not going to listen." Jesus replied,
"What if we sacrifice ourselves instead?" Prince Rutherford asked,
"It will not work, he will execute them all, anyway, it has to be me." Jesus replied,
"Why?" Princess Luna asked,
"Tom and I have never gotten along, I'm his only enemy in the kingdom, with me gone, he will think he will rule supreme with no more enemies." Jesus replied,
"Is there anythin' else, Jesus?" Apple Bloom asked,
"Another omen is going to come, this one will be Tom's downfall, to you dark skinned people, Humbaba's brother will rise shortly after my sacrifice." Jesus replied, the dark skinned humans were surprised,
"Wait, who's Humbaba?" Twilight Sparkle asked,
"When the light skinned humans made an alliance to Volvox to take us down, we were enslaved, Humbaba's attention was caught, he attacked the island and tried to free us, but Volvox and the other eight were determined to defend their own land, and fought back, they ended up killing him, Tom continued the slavery and gender roles that have been going on before it, and now, his brother is rising an army to attack them and hopes of freeing us, and avenging his brother." a male dark skinned human replied, surprising the world's natives,
"I am sorry, but I will not be around for when Tom's rule is over, I am entrusting you all to keep them safe from the cruelties of slavery." Jesus said,
"Don't worry, Jesus, we will." Twilight Sparkle replied,
"Thank you, I must go now." Jesus said, and he walks across the water and back into Volvox's island.
Slave ships dock and more dark skinned slaves come into the country,
"This is the last of the dark skinned people on that island, we checked the whole island, there's literally no one on there now." a male captain said,
"Good, gather all of the slaves." Tom replied, and every slave in the country was gathered together, the slaves and citizens were confused,
"All archers, fire." Tom said, the citizens and slaves look at him with confusion,
"Your majesty, what are you doing?" a male soldier asked,
"Did you think I was going to keep these slaves in the kingdom? As soon as all of these dark skinned savages were here, I was going to have them all executed, and the time to do that is now." Tom replied, shocking the slaves and they tried to break free,
"Wait!" Jesus said, the humans step to the sides as Jesus walked to in front of Tom,
"I offer you a deal, Tom." Jesus said,
"What is it?" Tom asked,
"In exchange for the slaves and their freedom, I offer you my life." Jesus replied, shocking everybody,
"What are you saying?" Tom asked,
"Take my life instead, but in exchange, you must spare the slaves and free them, I want you to promise me." Jesus replied, the dark skinned humans were shocked by what he said, Tom thought about it and smiled,
"Very well, getting rid of my one enemy is better than getting rid of those who cannot stand up against me, and I'll spare and free the slaves, I promise you with all of my heart." Tom said, and he ordered his soldiers to take Jesus' robe off,
"Of course, those who try to rebel me get the most painful execution of my kingdom, crucifixion, but I'll make yours extra painful since you have stood against me for a long time, I have waited long for this day." Tom said, and he orders his soldiers to put Jesus on a brown wooden cross, he is placed on it with nails being hammered into his wrists, the ponies gasp at what they saw, Jesus screamed while the slaves tried to run to help,
"No, stay back, Tom will kill you if you intervene, this is the only way." Jesus said, he was then whipped on his back, the world's natives look away he grunts and tries to endure the pain, Tom then ordered the crown of thorns to be put on his head, the world's natives looked away and cringed at hearing Jesus scream, nails were then hammered into his feet, Jesus did not respond, everyone thought he was dead, but Tom ordered them to make sure, and had a soldier stab a spear into his side, to his heart, Jesus did not respond. The slaves looked on at seeing Jesus, some of them began to cry,
"Okay, now kill the slaves." Tom said, the slaves screamed in horror, but they were stopped by Bishamonten,
"Tom, you promised to let them go." Volvox said,
"So what? It's my kingdom, my rules." Tom replied,
"Doesn't matter, a promise is a promise." Volvox said,
"Like it maters." Tom replied,
"Tom, if you do not keep your promise, I will destroy you personally." Zeus said, Tom became scared,
"Yes, father." Tom replied, surprising the world's natives,
"Father?" Rarity asked with confusion,
"Well, go on, you all are free." Dommiel said, and the dark skinned humans begin to leave.
Heavy wind begins blowing to the southwest and the humans braced themselves,
"It's that wind that brought us here." Lucifer said,
"Humbaba's brother must be ready to attack." Amun replied, and winged monsters appeared at the southeastern island, a demon was leading them, the world's natives found his appearance a bit uneasy, he had the body of a human, his face was a combination of lion's face and a dog's face, he had eagle talons, two pairs of eagle wings, and a scorpion's tail,
"I am here in the name of vengeance, you enslaved my people, and killed my brother." the demon said,
"You finally appeared, Pazuzu." Volvox said in a deadpan tone, Pazuzu used aerokinesis and electrokinesis, he blew the humans away to the southwest, he made thunder strikes hit Volvox's island, his demons flew to their island. Phoenix and Thunderbird fly to them to attack Pazuzu, but he used his wind powers to blow Phoenix's fire out, and his lightning powers to control Thunderbird. Zeus tried throwing lightning bolts at Pazuzu, he was immune to the attacks, so Zeus had no choice but to stand down, but he did try to contact the other gods to help.
Odin rode Sleipnir into battle with portals opening and the Valkyries appearing behind him, they rode on horses as well, the ponies were shocked to see them. Odin orders the Valkyries to throw spears at Pazuzu, they hit his demons instead and they fell into the water, Pazuzu used his wind powers again to blow the spears to the southwest, he makes rain appear with hand gestures and then has locusts appear, they fly to the Valkyries to distract them, Pazuzu's demons attacked them while they were distracted. The sun glows and two beams of fire come out, Amun and Huitzilopochtli shoot the fire to Pazuzu, but he flies up and dodges it, he tries to blow them away with his wind powers, but Amun cancels it out with his own wind powers, he and Huitzilopochtli burn his winged demons and they fall. Archers begin shooting at Pazuzu, he sees Bishamonten was controlling them, he blows away the arrows with his wind powers, he makes lightning fall to strike the humans, but Zeus absorbed them into himself, he was not able to contact the other gods.
Pazuzu was holding his ground until his winged demons began attacking one another,
"What the? What are you guys doing?" Pazuzu asked, he saw other demons attack his own, he looks and saw Lucifer commanding them, he realized he was making the winged demons attack one another due to them being proud of what they are, and how strong they were, and wanting to prove they are better than the other, Pazuzu growls while he looks at Lucifer. Lucifer's eyes glow yellow and it blinds Pazuzu, he grunts and was nearly blinded, his demons fall and Typhon's children begin attacking them, some of them ate them.
Vishnu begins to make the demons disappear from existence, he also revived the deceased humans, and made the locusts disappear, Pazuzu was scared of Vishnu, he was the strongest god on Volvox's island, his powers had no limit. Pazuzu tried to strike him with lightning, it did nothing, neither did his wind powers. Vishnu made the Valkyries become revived, and Pazuzu's winged demons began to fall. Typhon made himself appear at his full size, it scared the world's natives, they were also scared at the fact that he had one hundred heads, and he was made of snakes from the waist down, Typhon shoots out three hundred fire blasts, one from each eye and mouth, Pazuzu blew them away with his wind powers, but Typhon blew it back with his own wind powers, he was hit by all three hundred of them, he grunted and used his powers to blow the fire off of himself, Typhon snickered while Pazuzu struggled to put the fire out.
Dommiel used his shadow powers to make himself grow, he had wings now, and his body stretched out with black shadows acting as his new body, his appearance scared Pazuzu's demons, Dommiel's helmet came off, revealing a human skull, which was not his real face, black tentacles come out of his eyes and change to tree branches, which disturbed the winged demons, Dommiel made a scythe appear and he began slashing Pazuzu's demons, but they ganged up on him and brought him down. Volvox saw it was going to take a while, so he decided to take action, he stood on his hind legs, his six eyes glowed orange, an orange sphere appeared on the bottom of his front feet, an orange sphere also appeared on the tips of his five toes that made up his front feet, and an orange sphere was in each of his three mouths, the twenty two spheres then release small orange hellfire beams everywhere, horrifying the world's natives as they hit and destroyed everything.
Pazuzu's demons burn to death as Volvox's hellfire beams hit them, Pazuzu looked around in shock at seeing them fall, Volvox stopped the attack and Pazuzu was the only one left,
"Stand down, Pazuzu, your people are free." Volvox said,
"That's not enough, you killed my brother." Pazuzu replied,
"We were just merely defending our home." Zeus said,
"He wouldn't have attacked if you guys didn't enslave our people." Pazuzu replied,
"That was the humans' idea, we don't have any actual power anymore." Bishamonten said,
"Wait, it was?" Pazuzu asked, the nine nod,
"Bring me the ruler, then." Pazuzu said, the nine look and see Tom,
"Oh, never mind, the ruler's dead." Volvox said, Pazuzu looked and saw Tom's dead body,
"I'm still going to avenge my brother." Pazuzu said, Volvox held his front left leg up and shot an orange hellfire blast out of his foot, it obliterated Pazuzu and he screamed,
"Well, it looks like it's time to start over." Lucifer said,
"Agreed." Vishnu replied, and he undid the damage Pazuzu caused,
"Okay, now to deal with the traitors." Typhon said, the nine except for Volvox got ready to attack the griffons and dragons,
"Wait, stand down." Volvox said, and they look at him with confusion,
"Look." Volvox said, and they saw the ponies, yaks, changelings, and hippogriffs were ready to attack them if they attack the griffons and dragons,
"We're gods, we can take them." Odin said,
"That is not the point, if we do attack, we will have to fight them as well, which will destroy this world, which will get the Maker involved, and it will destroy us, and you guys don't want that, do you?" Volvox asked, they saw his point and stood down, the world's natives smiled,
"So, what now?" a male citizen asked,
"It's time for you guys to appoint a new ruler." Volvox replied,
"That's easy, Tom's son." a soldier said,
"Guys, Tom doesn't have any relatives, his wife got killed by Pazuzu, too, it's time for you to appoint someone new." Volvox replied, the humans were confused,
"We will decide the new ruler." Twilight Sparkle said, the humans did not mind,
"Very well." Volvox replied, and they all get on with their days.
An hour passes and the Mane Six, rulers of Equestria, and King Thorax went to go see Jesus,
"Jesus, dear." Rarity said, but they all stopped, they saw Jesus was dead, the Mane Six except for Rainbow Dash and Applejack began to cry, they all saw Princess Celestia had tears in her eyes as well, but she tried to keep herself together,
"Pay your respects to him, my little ponies, he committed the ultimate act of friendship, he sacrificed himself so those treated unfairly would be spared and freed." Princess Celestia said while crying a bit, the dark skinned humans went to the crucified Jesus and they began to cry, so did the ponies and King Thorax, the Young Six, Cutie Mark Crusaders, other ponies, yaks, changelings, and hippogriffs came over and cried over his body, but Rainbow Dash did not cry, she looked on sadly, so did the dragons and griffons, Applejack held her hat to her own chest, she closed her eyes, but did not cry, they all stood there and grieved over him for the rest of the day. Vishnu would revive him, but God in Heaven said he did not wish to be revived as another mortal.
A few days pass and the world's natives chose the new ruler for the humans, it was a female,
"To everybody, my name is Emilia, I am new to this role, so do not be harsh on my mistakes." the female said,
"Okay, I hope you all like your new ruler." Twilight Sparkle said,
"Yeah, but why a female for?" a male citizen asked,
"Because I've had it with the gender roles." Twilight Sparkle replied,
"Well, I think your fellow males would disagree." a soldier said,
"No." King Thorax said, and they saw male ponies, dragons, griffons, yaks, changelings, and hippogriffs,
"Us, males are tired of the gender roles, too." Shining Armor said, surprising the male citizens,
"You all are welcome to our countries, but to you light skinned people, if you treat the dark skinned people poorly like how you did when they were slaves, you all will receive very harsh punishments, I will also like the people who have took the life of a slave to come with me as well." Princess Celestia said, and the ones who did went with her, she punished them severely, Princess Luna punished those who treated them badly, and Princess Cadence punished the ones who took the slaves away from their homes and brought them into their kingdom to be slaves, Volvox and the other eight remained neutral again.
A few days pass and the humans began attending the School of Friendship, but the light skinned humans only let the boys enter, which caused Twilight Sparkle to have a talk with them,
"Everyone, I understand you all are still adjusting, but this is not how we do things." Twilight Sparkle said,
"Well, you said you wanted our children to have an education, and we sent them." a human mother replied,
"Not just boys, I want girls in the school, too." Twilight Sparkle said, surprising the light skinned humans,
"Well, send them over." Twilight Sparkle said, and they did. The world's natives also tried to change things with the gender roles, they had the males do what the females did and vice versa, some enjoyed them, some did not, and they continued living. A lot of the dark skinned humans worked on farms since manual labor was the only thing they knew, some struggled due to the torture they received, the ones working at Sweet Apple Acres had trouble due to their injuries,
"Take it nice and easy now, don't push yerself." Applejack said, Apple Bloom also helped guide the injured humans,
"Y'all need a break?" Apple Bloom asked, the dark skinned humans said no but thanked her,
"Y'all startin' to remind me of myself." Granny Smith said, she would tell stories about her younger days to the human kids, which they enjoyed,
"Everythin' alright, Big Mac." Applejack asked,
"Eeyup." Big Macintosh replied as he helped the humans move heavy objects.
Rarity had the dark skinned humans try sewing, the females got it done easily, but the males had trouble,
"No, like this." Sweetie Belle said as she showed them, she was having fun with the humans,
"Darling, don't push yourself." Rarity said, they saw a male human fall, he had less energy due to the torture he received,
"Sweetie Belle, get the injured people here, I think a massage at the spa will help them with their injuries." Rarity said, and Sweetie Belle did, Rarity took them to get massages.
The humans made a holiday, it was every year on the day Jesus sacrificed himself, the dark skinned humans grieved over his death that day every year, so did the world's natives, Princess Celestia and Twilight Sparkle made memorials in his memory in their homes, his death still saddened them every year, no matter how much time passed, it became a worldwide holiday and everycreature grieved on that day every year.
The rulers of the world helped Emilia govern her people, and the humans remained on the land, slavery, gender roles, and human and animal sacrifices were abolished, the humans lived with the other creatures for years to come while Volvox and the other eight watched them grow, the six gods found another way to get their powers back, prayer, they watch and see the humans live with the other creatures and evolve for years to come.
