The Doctor decided to continue his search for the chronosteel. He decided to let the ponies help him with the search on the condition they remain hidden. Rainbow Dash and Starsong was flying across the roof tops searching for the metal. The rainbow-maned pegasus saw that the violet pegasus' flying seemed ... bad. They decided to back to the TARDIS.
Meanwhile Pinkie Pie and Twilight were looking nearby the TARDIS. They saw a chalk outline on the streets. They decided to go back to the TARDIS with the others.
Meanwhile the Doctor and River Song was looking near some shops. River said "Doctor Do you get the feeling that something's different?"
The Doctor did notice something off about the place. An anachronism of sorts. He answered River's question and then went to the TARDIS.

Rainbow Dash went to see Starsong. She found her hiding under a table and asked her why she's flying badly. She said to the cyan pegasus "I don't have as much time to practice my flying as you you know." She saw someone else coming and left.
Meanwhile Twilight was reading "A Study in Scarlet". The Doctor came in the library. and saw that the purple unicorn was reading the book. He noticed something on the book though. He said "Sherlock Holmes, huh?" The two were discussing the great detective and the Time Lord was feeling something. He thought 'something's not right about this time.' He left the room followed by Twilight as well as her friends. They headed to the station.

London. 9:00 AM
Sherlock and John was in the station with Inspector Lestrade. The elderly couple, woman in the Victorian dress, and man in a business suit was there as well.
"So let me get this straight? You claimed to had seen the murderers of a janitor, and you don't even remember them?" said Lestrade. John Watson was answering his mobile phone.
Sherlock was investigating the street. The Doctor had entered the street. He noticed the chalk outline and said "Someone's been murdered I see?"
The detective took out his magnifying glass and examined the outline he said "Well it appears that the janitor was working for the Museum of London. He must have been dead since midnight or so. Now who are you?"
The Doctor introduced himself as John Smith yet again and took out his psychic paper. Sherlock took the card and said "This card is blank. I deduce you're not from around here and that you not who you say you are. Tell me, should I call you John Smith?"
"Just [The Doctor] will suffice." The Time Lord said.
Sherlock took a look at the Doctor's tweed jacket and said "You are not the only traveler visiting here. You're looking for something. An artifact of sorts You also remind me of John Watson. A veteran of war. A war that only you survived I take it."
The Doctor was shocked. He said "How do you know ..."
The detective interrupted by saying "Well that ensemble of your looks like something a hipster would wear, Your eyes have expressed many losses, perhaps your war had ended with the destruction of your home, and the jacket had some hair on it. I would suggest not looking like you went to the alien derby Doctor." He examined the area around him and saw some shadows. He then said "Or robbed The derby of it's steeds. Come on out I can see you."
The Doctor was surprised. he thought he went alone. Fluttershy had came out from one of behind a street corner. The Doctor was a little surprised but not impresses. rainbow dash, Applejack, Rarity, Twilight, and Pinkie Pie had came out afterwards. Sherlock was somewhat befuddled by this. he haven't seen anything like these ponies before.
"What are you doing here?" The Time Lord said. "You can't let the populace see you."
Rainbow Dash said "Well we can't look for the chronosteel with you talking to weirdos like THAT!"
"Rainbow, simmer down." Applejack said. The 6 ponies then introduced themselves.
Sherlock noticed something about them. He said "You don't feel like something from this world Doctor, but they don't feel like anything from this universe. I have to I have a murder to solve. Oh how I love these murderers, always something to look forward to."
"If I may ask," Rarity said "What is your name?"
The detective would not care whether they knew his name or not. Nor would he care what befalls anyone but his friends. He simply said "Sherlock Holmes." and left. The Doctor and Twilight were confused by this response. The seven went back to the TARDIS to discuss this particular encounter.

"This is impossible. Sherlock Holmes should not have existed in this timeline!" The Doctor checked the date. Twilight was busy reading more Sherlock Holmes books. Trying to figure out if the man they met was really Sherlock Holmes.
"Well you <i>did</i> say that time is in flux."
The group was discussing the encounter with Sherlock Holmes for several minuets and then dropped the subject. Meanwhile Toola Roola was busy painting in her room. She was painting a large golden lion chasing herself and her friends.
Starsong entered the room and said "Do you know anything about flight?" The multicolored-maned unicorn said no and they left the room.
Later, The Doctor was checking recent history for anything on the detective and a blog done by a "Dr. John Watson." He read through the contents and found out the address where they live. He decided to take the ponies and River Song with him and went to the flat where the detective and his blogger lived.

London 7:00 PM
Sherlock and John had returned from the investigation. The detective had said "Well tomorrow will be entertaining." John went to his computer to blog. He had found that his posts have many comments asking why his mustache wasn't in the Olympics yet. He typed down his thoughts of their case. When he finished he heard several noises from another room and wondered what the detective was up to. But decided he would ask tomorrow and went to rest. For tomorrow they would meet the eyewitnesses of the murder.
