The Planet Of Lotuses 7:45 AM 7/6/3200
The Doctor had made it back to the tower where Morpheus had worked. He Saw that the ponies have been marked and in a sleep deeper than the deepest ocean. Rory was tending to the little ponies, trying to wake them up.
"What had just happened?" the Doctor said. The last Time Lord had noticed the tally marks on the little ponies and realized that They had appeared.
River Song and Morpheus had told the Doctor what they knew about the project.
"I think we can still save them." Rory said. the Doctor had noticed and agreed with the nurse. He said "What's your plan?"
"I don't think these victims are actually dead," said Rory. "I think they may trapped in a limbo of sorts."
The Doctor had used his sonic screwdriver to examine the ponies while everyone else responded with shock.
"That's ridiculous." said Morpheus. "The addicts are dreaming not trapped in limbo!"
"You're right, both of you." The Doctor had finished his examination. "They are trapped in a limbo of their nightmares, And they are trapped in a nexus where reality and illusion are one and the same."
"Doctor are you sure?" Morpheus said.
"Of course. But the problem is that the nexus is in the void. I have no idea how to get in without knowing how to get them out first."
"I see." Morpheus sighed. The Doctor had asked Amy, Rory and Morpheus to take care of the ponies, while he comes out to think.

Rainbow Dash had just woken up in her cloud home. The rainbow maned pegasus had just came out and stretched her wings.
"Wow, what a weird dream. Must had been some party." She had noticed a note on her nightstand. The note said:
Hey Dashie, man was that party last night sure was wild. Listen I may need some help cleaning up. The cakes are coming back tomorrow. And I'm not sure if I can clean the place up all by myself.

Rainbow was stumped, The note had appeared as if Rarity or Spike had written it, Nor Pinkie Pie. She considered not going to Sugarcube Corner today. But she decided to go and help her friend.
When she left her cloud home she saw something vague, A figure wearing a gas mask. The figure vanished after a second.
"Heh, must be the sun playing tricks." she said. When she got to the bakery she noticed that the mess was full of blood splats everywhere. She went further to investigate. There was several corpses, In the center of the room was a table with a cupcake. Rainbow Dash saw another note:
Thanks for helping me out today, I went to get some more cleaning supplies but I baked you this nice cupcake for your help enjoy.
"Alright!" Rainbow Dash ate the pastry and went to work on the cleanup. However when she got to the mop, she was feeling faint. She then fainted shortly after picking up the mop. A pink figure had just entered the room and dragged the unconscious blue pegasus away.

The Planet of Lotuses 8:00 AM
The Doctor was busy looking at the fields of Lotus He had one in his hand. He noticed a cloaked woman in the dis with a similar lotus.
The Doctor had walked up to her and said "Who are you?"
The clocked woman had spoken in a deep voice "I am Sirius, and I can help you save your friends." The cloaked woman had put the lotus down and walked forward. I'll see you in the gateway to dreams and nightmares." She fainted and then vanished. The Doctor had noticed bite makes on the Lotus. It was then he joked "I really hope the place I'm going to is not Trenzalore." The Time Lord had then took some wires and a metal helmets of sorts and went back to the laboratory.

Rainbow Dash had woken up strapped to a table of sorts. There she saw Pinkie Pie her mane had straitened out somehow and had a knife between her smiling teeth.
Rainbow Dash had though she was going to die. Until Suddenly another Pinkie had burst in the the Bakery trying to break her friend out from her constraints. This new pinkie had her normal curly mane. The curly-maned pony had bounded over her straightened-maned counterpart and freed her friend.
The pony wielding the knife was mad. The other Pinkie said "Run." Both she and Rainbow Dash had left. They had ran down several hallways, and several corridors until they saw no trace of the Pinkie Pie that almost murdered Rainbow Dash.
The rainbow maned pegasus, confused by this turn of events said "What's going on?"
"Well let's see," she said. Several felt shapes had appeared around the two ponies as she continued. "I invited you to my home to clean the place, gave you a poisoned cupcake, strapped you to a table, almost carved you like a turkey,and then another me, that's me freed you to evade the first me." The shapes had disappeared.
Rainbow Dash was even more confused. A white gate appeared. The straight maned Pinkie had returned. The two mares then tried to open the white door and enter the other side. The other Pinkie was getting closer. The Door was opening slowly but surly. The darkened pink pony had been mere inches away from murdering herself and her friend. But the door was open enough for them to escape and shut it tight.
The curly-maned Pinkie and Rainbow dash breathed a sigh of relief. they had escaped certain death for now. They seemed to be nearby Fluttershy's cottage. The two decide to see if she's here.

The Doctor had returned to the laboratory and said "I have an idea." He then took out some wires and a monitor.
"Doctor what are you doing?" River said.
"Beginning my rescue. Pond, Rory how are the ponies?" he then pulled up a chair and started wiring the monitor to the nearby computers and the helmet.
"Not doing well I'm afraid." Rory said.
"The Doctor had put on the helmet and gave River his sonic screwdriver. He then took out the lotus.
"Doctor what are you doing!?" Morpheus said.
"Going to hell and back." The Doctor sat down said "I'll bring them back I promise." He ate the lotus and then went into a deep slumber.

The Doctor had woken up in a white void. There are several doors around him. There was a giant gate behind some of the doors.
"Well this might be interesting." he said. he opened one of the doors.
On the other side lies a land placed in eternal night. There The Doctor saw a familiar shape in the distance. It was Sirius. The cloaked woman had noticed the Doctor.
"Welcome," she said a deep voice."I sense you are here to find your friends?"
The two looked at each other The Doctor had suddenly remembered a little kid warding a gas mask. He had now idea why he thought of that. The two decide to join forces and find the ponies trapped in this dream scape.

The Cutie Mark Crusaders had woken up in the Everfree Forest. Apple Bloom was a little confused.
"How did we we get here?" she said. The three fillies had some headaches from waking up.
"I don't know." Scootaloo said.
"Weren't we at some planet with lotuses?" Sweetie Belle said. The other two fillies had remembered that part but though it was a dream.
"Lets get back to Ponyville." Apple Bloom said. The Crusaders decided to find their way back home. They saw a figure moving in the distance and decided to follow her.
Eventually they were at an unknown part of the forest. There was a sign that read "Welcome to Sunny Town". The ponies there had no cutie marks. Just like the Crusaders. Apple Bloom thought this place seemed familiar. These townsponies had noticed the fillies around and one of them who eerily resembles Pinkie Pie said "Hello I'm Three Leaf, How do you do?"
Apple Bloom, Sweetie Belle, and Scootaloo introduced themselves and asked Three Leaf where the pathway to Ponyville is. Three Leaf answered "Ponyville? haven't heard of it. Maybe our mayor knows" The fillies went to the town hall to speak with the mayor. One of the ponies had moaned "it's happening again."

The Doctor and Sirius had made to a small town. populated by ponies. Both the Doctor and Sirius knew something was up. As they both saw Equestria being stopped in time and it's inhabitants turned to the chronosteel. They saw a certain tree-house in the center of town.
"I think I know who we'll find here." he said. They went inside the tree and saw Twilight Sparkle. The purple unicorn was frantically pacing around making a circular rut so deep they could barely see her.
"I can't believe this something's wrong. There's no way that..." She saw the Time Lord and cloaked woman and realized that she may not be where she think she is. "Doctor? but that means..." The Time Lord had explained that this is a dreamlike reality, caused by the lotuses.
"...But how, I don't remember eating the lotuses." she said.
"We saw tally marks on you when you were unconscious. I think the Silents had ambushed you and made you eat the lotus." he said. Sirius had been locking for clues.
"But how? why?" said Twilight. "This makes no sense!"
"If you die in a dream, you wake up in reality." said the Doctor. "But what happens when you die in reality?"
"You die period." said Sirius. "That's why it's called reality."
"The Problem is that the lotuses somehow put our consciousnesses inside a dreamlike state. The Dream is the reality and the reality is the dream. It's like Schrodinger's cat. but without the box, or the cat." The Doctor had another flash of memory, this time he remembers battling Cybermen, they were different from the ones the Doctor usually faced, they had a C on their chest-plates.
"Do you know where the others are?" Sirius said.
Twilight had noticed that she never met the cloaked woman before. She asked who she is. But the woman didn't answer. The purple unicorn then stated that she haven't seen her friends since she got here. A door had suddenly appeared. The trio have opened it and found themselves back in the void where the Doctor found himself. Another door was cracked open. And they went inside.
