Antikythera 8:00 AM 100 B.C.
The Daleks were wreaking havoc around the island, slaughtering everyone in sight. "The Chronosteel Has Been Detected!" one of them said. "Track The Metal And EX-TER-MIN-ATE Who Has It." 90% of the aliens had left. Twilight Sparkle and Rory were peeking from behind a corner. They saw the aliens separating and the survivors being evacuated by Greek solderers.
"Ok," Twilight said. "We can go now."
The group consisting of Twilight, Rory, Applejack, Pinkie Pie, and Starsong moved into the streets and ran as fast as they could.
Pinkie's tail started to twitch. And the pink earth pony said "Wait!" The group stopped. and then debris fell onto the path in front of them, blocking the path.
"What happened?" Both Rory and Starsong were in shock at the precognition and twitchy tail. Pinkie Pie explained her Pinkie Sense to the human nurse and violet pegasus. The group then looked for another pathway. They found a path to the left and ran as fast as they could. When they reached the end they saw a Dalek, and the Dalek saw them.
The Dalek said "EX-TER-MIN-ATE." The group then ran up a path to the left with the alien chasing them. They were at a dead end when Applejack noticed some rope. The orange earth pony then picked up the rope and asked the others to pick up a rope while she made a lasso of hers.
When the Dalek came to the end of the pathway. he saw no one there and then. Applejack threw her lasso at the alien and tied the other end of the rope to a column. The others did the same and The alien was trapped for now. The group escaped the Dalek and exited the town soon after.

Antikythera 8:10 AM
Rarity, River, Rainbow Dash, and Fluttershy made it out of the town unscathed. The group of four had stopped.
"Ok," the rainbow-maned mare said. "Where do we have to go next?"
The half Time-Lady then examined her surroundings and said "We have to go through this field."
The foursome then went ahead north by northeast on a barren field. Corpses were every where.
Rarity was concentrating on levitating the chronosteel.
"Great," She said. "And I just had my hooves done."
"Will you forget about your hooves until we get to the TARDIS?" Rainbow Dash said.
While the two ponies were bickering Fluttershy had noticed a flock of birds nearby. The birds were medium-sized and had black wings. The pegasus went to pet the birds.
Rainbow Dash and Rarity heard something and stopped arguing. A tall shape was seen on a horizon. It looked like a Pepper shaker. River had noticed and took a closer look.
"Run!" River yelled. The shape noticed and began moving closer. The falcons were scared off. And the group ran as far as they could, until they saw a familiar blue box perched on the cliff. Nearby they saw some other figures approaching the TARDIS. It was Twilight's group.
The Dalek was moving closer. Both Twilight's and River's group went in the TARDIS but Fluttershy tripped and was left behind. The alien had appeared in front of the yellow pegasus. She looked at the death and destruction around her.
"How could you?" Fluttershy said.
"How Could I What!?" the Dalek responded.
"How could you even think that the slaughter of innocent being was ever a good idea?" She said as she stared into the eye stalk of the alien. The Dalek was backing up while Fluttershy was stepped forward.
She then said "And what crimes were they guilty of? What was so bad that you would want to destroy them huh?"
"Their Existence Itself Is A Crime To Us." The Dalek was sounding a little nervous but was gaing confidence with each word. "We Are The Superior Beings. They Are The Mongrels. We Will EX-TER-MIN-ATE Them." His gun-stick began to glow. "And I Will EX-TER-MIN-ATE You!"
Now Fluttershy was the one feeling scared. She began to escape and closed her eyes. A pinkish aura began to envelope the pegasus as the Dalek fired. The laser bounced off the aura and hit the alien. When she opened her eyes the Dalek was gone and all that's was left of him was smoke. Twilight went up to her friend.
"Fluttershy, are you ok?" She said.
"I'm fine Twilight, Thanks." The two ponies then entered the TARDIS with the rest of the group following. When everyone was inside the blue box vanished.

Antikythera 8:20 AM
Amy, Toola Roola, Cheerilee and the Cutie Mark Crusaders were running as fast as they can. It started to rain. The Daleks were chasing them. They were cornered by the aliens.
The aliens were about to fire. until...
"Daleks! Get off my kingdom!" A large group of warriors armed with spears and shields had stopped in front of the aliens. Among them was King Andros wielding a trident.
"And Who Are You?" one of the Daleks said.
"I am King Andros. Desendant of King Daunus, King of the Daunians and Diomedes, one of the warriors who fought with Achilles for the destruction of the city of Troy. And I ask you one more time; Leave this island at one or your lives are forfeit to Hades." Lightning struck as he finished his sentence.
Meanwhile Cheerilee had said "How are we gonna get out of this?" Amy had looked and say that the others were frightened.
"Be patient." Amy said.
"You Think You Can Stop Us?" One of the aliens boasted. "Many Have Tried To Wipe Us Out Of Time And Space! None Had Succeeded, And All But one Have Been EX-TER-MIN-ATED." The Daleks were laughing at Andros' threat.
"Aye, You power is great, But you still have a weakness more glaring then the heel of my ancestor's ally Achilles."
"And What Is That?" a Dalek said.
"Even with all you power, You will still need to see. Our spears should be able to pierce your eyes and you shall be as blind as Polyphemus. I'll ask you one more time What is your answer?"
"We Will Not Surrender to The Likes Of You!" another Dalek shoulted.
"Then you leave me no choice," Andros then slammed his trident on the ground. The Lightning then struck again. He then shouted "DALEKS! PREPARE YOUR WILL AND SAY YOUR PRAYERS, FOR TONIGHT. YOU ROT. IN HELL!" Andros and his army of 300 Spartans then charged at the alien hoard. The Daleks having paid no attention to Amy or the ponies since King Andros had entered the fray, had charged ahead.
Meanwhile Any's group had used the opportunity to escape. The group had entered the port where the ship "Odyssey" was. There they saw a blue box appear. The door opened to reveal that the other groups had made it back alive.
Amy's group had entered the box, and again it vanished.

Antikythera 8:30 AM
The Doctor was bust running around the island. Trying to attract as many Daleks as possible. The Time Lord was being chased by a battalion of 67 Daleks as a result.
The Daleks chanted "EX-TER-MIN-ATE! EX-TER-MIN-ATE!" The Doctor had entered a battle field. there he saw King Andros and an army of Spartans battle what's left the the Daleks. The warriors had managed to kill the Daleks by stabbing the eye.stalk with their spears. The Doctor caught with king Andros who was impaling eye stalk after eye stalk. But the Spartans were suffering casualties from the Daleks as well. The small army went down to 75.
"What are you doing here?" He said. "You shouldn't be here Doctor."
"Nether should you you highness," The Doctor answered. "What happened to your people?"
"I evacuated them to the Odyssey. And I told you, i will fight to my last breath Doctor."
Soon the king and the Doctor were all that's left of those that defied the Daleks. They were surrounded and vastly outnumbered by the hoard of aliens.
One of them said "Surrender The Chronosteel Now."
"Ok," The Doctor then took out the bronze spheres and placed them down. A Dalek examined the spheres, and them destroyed them, shouting "These Are Not The Chronosteel. What Have You Done To The Chronosteel?"
"I'm glad you asked. I've hid it of course."
The Daleks then pointed their guns at their archenemy.
"Ah but before you go and kill me, I thought you should know what you are going to hit."
"Is That An..." said a Dalek.
"...Portable Electromagnetic Pulse generator. River picked it up from when we went to stop the Cybermen for our 11th date. This machine is capable of frying anything electronic within a radius of 6 miles. Normally that would be a problem, but since we are in Ancient Greece where there's no technology to affect around here except in your armor. If you even shoot anywhere near it, it will go off and fry your systems. You'll be reduced to screaming little monsters inside metal suits that won't even budge."
The Daleks were began to show signs of fear. One of them had said "What Are You? You Should Have Been Dead!"
"Oh little old me?" The Doctor went to toward the Daek who asked him that question. "Not much except the one who survived the Time War, a war in which you waged with the Time Lords, I was the the one who kicked your sorry cans a every time you wished to kill off entire species. Satellite 5, London, Manhattan, and even inside the Medusa Cascade. All your plans there met a wonderful failure at genocide because of me. What am I you asked? I guess you could say a ghost. One who will haunt you no matter where you go, no matter WHEN you go. I'll be there to foil your plans. And doesn't that scare you?"
After a moment of silence the aliens had retreated.
"Leave this place at once. And know that you will never destroy life in the universe because I. Will. Stop. You!" He shouted. The aliens did as they were told and left the island.

Antkythera 10:00 AM
The Doctor and King Andros then went to the Odyssey. On the port they had a small conversation.
The Ioctor said "So what are you gonna do about the island?"
"I will first head on over to Athens." Andros said. "I will tell them of the fate of my island. They will send help. And then, i will continue as planned to negotiate peace talks with Rome."
"I see, Well take care and watch out for Scylla, Charybdis, and icebergs would you?"
"Very well.But if I may ask, where is your ship, the blue box?"
"Oh well the ship is still here," The Doctor snapped his fingers. The TARDIS then materialized in front of him. "See?"
"I see," Andros said. "By the way, the cloaked woman left another message for you,"
"Really, What is it?" The Doctor said.
"She told my ancestor that if we saw you to give you the following message: Caveo Diabolus ex Vinco."
The king and the Doctor bid each other farewell and went aboard their respective ships. Meanwhile Sirius was watching from a distance as the TARDIS disappeared and the Odyssey sailed away.
She said "Mum, dad, Tony, Doctor, I'll make things right again, I promise." and vanished.

Odyssey 10:11 AM
King Andros was looking at his treasures as the ship's treasure room. There he saw Several silents. With then came an eye-patched woman. One of the aliens was carrying a bomb of sorts.
"Hello there [your highness,]" she said. "You really should had just left the Daleks take the chronosteel."
"W-Who are you?"
"The last thing you and this ship will ever see." she said. "And just because I know you won't survive this or even remember it I would like to tell you that You kingdom will fall, Greece will fall, Silence will fall." She and the aliens vanished leaving behind a bomb. Andros had forgotten about this encounter and took a look at the device. The bomb explodes and the Odyssey sank to the bottom of the sea.

TARDIS ??:00
The Doctor had just placed the chronosteel inside a special room. The room was pitch black, with the only light being from the entrance and the chronosteel itself. The companions had walked in on the Time Lord.
"What are you doing?" Twilight said.
The Doctor was a little shocked to see them here. He said "I'm placing the chronosteel in a dwarf star alloy chamber."
"Dare I ask why?" Rainbow Dash said.
The Doctor responded "Well first off, the dwarf star alloy will prevent anything from exiting or entering. Sound, ultrasound, radiation, and any signal will not be able to enter or escape here with entering this door."
"But why?" Rory said. "Doctor what's going on?"
"Remember what i said about the chronosteel?" He said. "That my theory was that the ponies might be transmutated to this form?"
"Yeah," Pinkie Pie said. "You said their minds and souls were trapped here right?"
"Well, It appears that the chronosteel or rather the pieces thereof are the populace of Equestria. Body, mind, and soul. The latter two are trapped in a coalescence of time and space made from the former."
"Do you know anything else professor?" Applejack said.
The Time Lord said "I know one thing for sure, That frequency the chronosteel emits? That's the screams of the ponies and other beings trapped inside. Screams so loud they transcend time itself. An wails so powerful they threaten to destroy both universes."
The ponies were understandably horrified at these revelations. River was also scared but to a lesser extent. Amy and Rory on the other hand may be the most shocked of the bunch.
"Is there anything we can do?" Rarity said.
"Right now our best bet is to find the other 85 pieces of chronosteel. That should stop the whole [destroy all reality] part at least, from there I'll see what i can do to restore them back to their original forms." The Doctor throws the 3 pieces up into the air and they embed themselves to the ceiling of the dwarf star alloy. The ceiling's now bears an image of the Andromeda, Pegasus, and Equuleus constellations in the same place the actual stars would be in the night sky.
The Time Lord and his companions had exited the room. The Doctor stayed behind. He looked at the mechanism and noticed that the cranks started to turn on their own. The gears were turning and the wheel with the zodiac signs also turned. A needle on one of the wheel now points to the sign of Aries (♈). The cranks then stopped in place. The Doctor then leaves the room. hoping to study the mechanism.
