I glanced at the picture on my wall..it was our 1st year anniversary at our favorite place...

“Hey Soar?” A feminine voice said.
“Yeah?” I answered back.
“Can I come over?” The voice asked...Then I realized that it was my Captain, Spitfire.
“Sure Spitfire.” I said nodding better than being alone I guess.
“Cool, I’ll see you in five.” I herd her say with a smile.
With that she hung up.. I closed my eyes and a memory flashed in my mind..

“Wow” Dash muttered breathlessly. I snickered at her.
“What, Dashie can’t take the view?” I teased, smirking at her. She blushed and just gave me a peck on the cheek.
"You know, no matter how many times I see this place... It leaves me breathless.” She said still blushing.
‘Awww... You look sooo cute when you blush’ “Well me to Dear, me to Dear.” I see kissing her cheek. I put the picnic basket and set it up. I was planning something special, something that will change our lives forever.
Dash sat next to me and placed her head on my shoulder and sighs “I love you Dear...” I whisper in Dash’s ear.
“I love you to Pie boy..”she whispered back. I blushed. It was Dash’s favorite nickname for me. Then I remembered something.
“I have something for you.” I said to her,pulling a box from my pocket.
Dash blushed and said “Oh Soarin you shouldn’t have.”
“Oh, But it’s a very special occasion my dear.” I say. I gave the box to Dash, her eyes tear up as she took it from me with a smile.
“Thank you Soarin,I...I..” She was unable to finish whatever she wanted to say as she latched on to me, sobbing on my chest.
”Shhh...don’t need to cry Dash, you know how much I love you... And I wanted to do this... Just open the box.” I said,wiping the tears from her cheek with a smile.
She nodded her head. She gasp as she opened the box. “Soarin.....” She whispered with a smile.
“I..I’m sorry Dash if you don’t---” I was cut of by Dash’s lips. I blushed crimson red “I love it Soarin, now put it on me!”Dash demanded with a giggle I smile at Dash’s enthusiasm ‘Just wait till you read what’s on the back.’I thought to myself,with a smile. I got up and did was requested. She squealed as I put the locket on her.
I gave her a locket, NO!! Not some ordinary cheap locket! HELL NO!! I gave her custom made one. It’s a 24 carat golden heart shaped locket.
Yes it’s made out of PURE Gold on the front was the words ‘Me and you, forever’ She opened it and gasped. Inside was a picture of both me and Dash smiling ,both of us was wearing the same Christmas sweater made by Pinkie Pie. She blushed and beside it is another picture of us together one of my favorites actually,Me and Dash sitting on a tree K-I-S-S-I-N-G! LITERALLY!!
Our first kiss Pinkie got away with the camera....again! I should talk to her about that.. Dash and I both giggled at the memory.
She closed it and said “Thanks so much Soarin.” She said with a smile and kissed me on the cheek.
“Hey, I have another gift for you.” I said cheekily.
Her eyes widened. “Oh Soarin this time you don’t have to.” She said with a sheepish smile.
I just smiled back and said ”Turn it around.” She was confused at first then she shrugged and turned the locket. She gasped, tears in her eyes, She turned towards me and gasped louder.
There I was,kneeling with a ring box open and inside was a silver ring,stuffed with little gems and on top was a big diamond. I looked up to her with hopeful eyes “So..What’s your answer to the locket’s question?” I asked.
She just stared at me with a smile and tears in her eyes “Yes... Yes...YES!!!!”Dash yelled hugging me tight tears streamed down her face.
By now you can guess what was the locket’s question. At the back of the locket written in blue was the question ‘Will you marry me my Rainbow?’ I was so glad that Dash said yes.
I placed the ring on her ring finger and kissed her lovingly. She then reached in the basket and pulled out a bottle of red wine and two wine glasses. She handed one to me and poured both glasses a generous amount.
“To us!” She yelled with a smile, raising her glass.
”Yes,to us, my love.” I said giggling and raising my glass to.
Our glasses clinked and drowned the entire glass in one gulp. As the night grew older, the more we drank.
Soon we were completely drunk...well Dash is anyway. “You know *hic* We can always *hic* do it here” Dash said seductively and traced down a finger down my stomach. I couldn’t resist her. I kissed her and whispered
“You better be ready for me then babe.” Then we made love...

Tears streamed down my face as I sobbed “WHY DID YOU HAVE TO GO!!!!” I yelled out.
The front door opens and Spitfire came in, And hugged me in a tight embrace. “I miss her so much Spitz..”I whispered,sobbing onto her back.
“Shhhh...Don’t cry...” Spitfire said much like how a mother would react to a crying child. “Hey.. I’ve wanted to tell you something...that’s why I came.. Soar.. I’m.... I’m....I’m....”
