Warframe: Relic Hunters

Prologue

As the sound of the ship’s haul groaning in protest to the explosions from the outer hull continued and the sound of bullets ringing out from the wall it made contact with, a lone Excalibur ran holding a(Key) for dear life as his other hand held a (Lex Prime) as it opened fire to the small armies of Grineer following. He then spoke.

“Hey guys are you out of here yet!?” He shouted as he ran down the endless hall of the ship

“Yes but what about you? Do you need any help or…” Said a British voice as another chimed in

“I don’t see why you decided to send the 10 tone Rhino in and not the one with cloaking” the other said his words carrying no apathy

“Hey! who you calling heavy asshole!?” The other voice responded with anger as a smack rang out from the coms

“You, you’re the only one I’m looking at so I must be talking to you” he responded as another thud rang out “ow…”

“Would you two quit it, look I’ll meet you guys back at the relay and then you can argue about stealth later!” He shouted in annoyance as the bullets flew past him as he entered his ship

“Alright then Calibur just make sure she stays safe until then” The British voice responded in concern before Excalibur shut his com off and detached from the ship as it began to explode into pieces of fiery metal

Excalibur then sighed as he set the key down on a desk and began to look out the large window before him and then realized the problem. The Grineer were under siege by the Corpus, and the Corpus were winning as their fleet struck down the Grineer with ease.

Excalibur then checked himself and soon uncloaked a red and Black (Dread), two rectangular boxes on his arms (Venka) and lastly a (Prisma Skana) and (Dragon Nikana)

“Tech, the bane of everyone” Excalibur said before cloaking his gear and continuing to speak “Ordis set a jump to the nearest relay!”

“Acknowledged Operator but won’t it be dangerous? WE’RE GOING TO DIE!- oh sorry about that” Ordis responded as he glitched out as usual

“It’s ok Ordis but I rather get out of here before we’re ripped to shreds” Excalibur responded sarcastically as he heard the engines begin to spin and his ship soon began to gain speed as it passed the fleet of corpus

It would have been smooth sailing if not for the massive hole now in one of the thrusters sending him along with his ship flying
“AHH son of a bitch!” Excalibur cursed as he held on for dear life “Ordis warp us out of here!!!”

“But I haven’t calibrated the location!” He shouted back in a panic “For all we know we could end up in the darkest reaches of the system!”

“JUST DO IT OR WE’LL DIE!!!” Excalibur shouted as he felt his body slam agenst the wall of his ship as the Corpus Fleet became nothing but distant light as his vision soon faded away

“Excalibur!”

“Excalibur!”

“WAKE UP YOU- Excalibur are you alright?” Ordis asked as Excalibur’s vision came to and what he saw was his ship

“Ok-ok I’m up and what in god’s name happened to my ship?” He asked as he saw the carnage from the crash but upside down until his foot slipped and his face smacked into the hard ground

There were holes and large slash marks in the ship and wires hung down from the roof, sparking and tangled in a mess. The window was only cracked and faced the now rising sun as the green fields appeared into view as Excalibur got to his feet and walked down into the hull of his ship.

He then checked the Golden-white Stasis pod and saw the Warframe that laid within still breathing as her chest slowly rose and fell. Excalibur rested his hand on the glass

“You’re gonna be fine Sis” Excalibur thought

“Ordis can you tell about this location or where we are?” Excalibur asked as he went back up to the bridge

“Yes here are the basic files” Ordis said as a holographic list showed up in his face

“So… another Earth huh?” Excalibur paused before grinning under his helmet “Ordis label this on the star chart and then see how long it would take to repair our ship?”

“Here you are Excalibur” Ordis said only seconds after and soon the Hologram changed

Then Excalibur’s heart dropped like a rock as he groaned
“Oh come on! I can’t wait that long, let alone gathering the resources without dragging attention to myself!” Excalibur groaned “I mean where the hell can I buy Uranium!?”

“Ebay” Ordis said simply

“Rhetorical question Ordis” Excalibur answered

“Well if I may add you could try something, mind you it’s not efficient but it may help us gain some intel about this world as well as keep a low profile whist you make repairs” Ordis recommended

“Oh… What did you have in mind” Excalibur asked

“I fucking hate you Ordis” Excalibur mumbled as he stood in front of a large building as people began to walk inside as a bell rung out “*Sigh* ok then let’s go through school one more time”

Excalibur wore a white jacket with red strips running up the arms and the sides of the zipper. He also wore black and grey trainers along with black jeans and lastly a red shirt under his jacket.

His hair was messy-black but faded into blue tips at the ends and his eyes were a neon blue. Excalibur then sighed once more before beginning to walk towards his destination, unaware of what’s coming…
