    Wow, a year already. Or a bit more. I sadly missed the one year anniversary of Prologue's release, but that isn't the point of this blog. Are any of these names a play-on of places from Tolkiens works?

Not directly, though Ael Harucefn and the river Lenluduin are original names in Sindarin. The rest is a mix of Anglo-Saxon and Scots Gaelic and again all either original or taken directly from EaW.
