    Hooves of Fate chapter announcement

I'll be doing something a little different for the next few Hooves of Fate releases. They will be micro-chapters. Short and sweet. Like...really short.

    Audiobook Announcement

I'm excited to announce that I'm working on an audiobook for Hooves of Fate. I started with Chapter 63: Rivers. This way, long-time readers of HoF can reorient themselves to the momentum of the story before the upcoming release of Chapter 64 (text) this Saturday.

    The Voice of the People

They can cancel Friendship is Magic. They can cancel Make Your Mark. But they can never silence the voice of the people.

Help! My Heart is Full of Pony! - An Honor · 11:40am Oct 15th, 2019

I dont know about you, but I feel so proud and so privileged to have been part of this phenomenon - to be part of the herd. To have let horse magic into my heart, and to have contributed in some small way to what the show became; (the writers' and animators' little nods to brony culture were constant).

To see princesses in the Sun and the Moon. To believe that friendship is magic.

The fandom may change over the years to come, but we'll be around for quite a long time.

I remember during closing ceremonies of BroNYCon 2012, John DeLancie walked up onstage wearing a "BRONY" shirt, and told the crowd that we were going to "change the world." He was met with thunderous applause.

And looking back, you know what? We did. We did change the world.

We raised hundreds of thousands in charity, and we, through persistence alone, went from a fringe, widely distrusted internet phenomenon with communities subject to constant trolling and hacking, to a staple of mainstream geek culture. That may not seem like much in the grand scheme of our geopolitical nightmare, but it still helped people. It raised consciousness. It forced people to re-examine what it means to divide toys and television programming up by gender.

That alone is worth celebrating.

And on a personal level, simply following the show from the beginning has been a blessing in and of itself. There will be great shows again in the future for certain - some even better. A phenomenon as immersive and contagious as this? As viral? As surreal? As unpredictable?

Something like Friendship is Magic comes along once every thousand moons. Every single one of us is privileged to be here celebrating it.

I definitely feel proud to be part of such a wonderful group of talented and caring people. The show and its positive message of tolerance and acceptance brought us together, but it is the true Magic of Friendship that keeps us together. The magic inside each and every one of us that will always be.

Well said. :)

Even without all the things you mentioned mlp made people happy for a moment. A lot of people, for a lot of moments. That's valuable in itself.

But there's many great shows under the moon, many better ones even in my opinion, and what truly made Friendship is Magic special among them, I think, were people just like you. Crazy people, who would shout out their message of positivity without a care to how many, if anyone, would listen.

That you still stand up tall after all these years is amazing. You are best princess.

Please keep at it and flutter on, sprocket - I hope to see you around for many more years.

You made my day. Thank you. That's a high compliment.
