If you have a fantasy setting and need unique names for characters, may I suggest phoneticizing license plates?
Just read 'em and add vowels where appropriate. It works particularly well here in the UK.
My car is "Libio Ozev."
Wolf's car is "Ekine Zwee."
The neighbor's car is "Wingo Gwizz."
Rowan Atikinson's McLaren F1 was "Pego Gajam."

Man, I don't know. I need to apologize for dragging this out so long. I'm...maybe approaching halfway through the story. I had intended to wait until it was finished to begin posting, but I might go early to get readers like you breathing down my neck to help with motivation. Even if I do that, it's going to be a couple of weeks minimum to get everything ready, cover art, etc.
