Mhm! It's my canon that they're related. Blaze is also her sister in this universe. Blaze and Spitfire really look alike. So does Sunset, with their manes and coat/skin color.

Thanks very much for getting this story started. So far, this looks like a pretty good opening. Yeah, Twi might be a bit off-putting, but she was that way in canon at first too. Definitely hoping she will mature out of it. Also liked the work going into Sunset and Spike's characterizations thus far.
On to the next chapter.
Yeah, you're doing a wonderful job on this so far. Definitely liked the work going into describing things over in Amethyst Harbor as well as Sunset's relationships (both her sisters AND significant other). All in all, splendidly done work concerning characterizations, dialogue and future chapter set-up.
And, on to the next chapter.
Again, you did an excellent job on this chapter. REALLY loved the meeting with Wallflower and High Winds. As well as the banter at Sunset's house between her, Silverspeed, Spitfire and Blaze and the reflections on the Rich Family.
I am really looking forward to more of this.
