Very interesting. The concept is sound, though I don't understand why nesting materials would need to be outside of a house. The dialogue is OK, I don't think it flows naturally, but it accomplishes the goal.

Home renovation stories are often thriller-like. Why? I can hardly explain rationally. But my parents perfectly showed me that it is better not to start doing this with your family or friends.
