Always try to talk through a situation before escalating it. Just remember that there isn't always a peaceful solution to everything.

Keep your emotions in check, unless your goal is to do something you'll later regret.

Don't worry too much about what others think of you.

Acting rashly won't solve anything, and may do more harm than good to those around you.

All children must one day leave the nest. But that doesn't make it any easier for the parents.

Things are not always as they would first appear.

Just because someone appears to have everything under control on the outside doesn't mean they're okay inside. It's important to talk things out with those whom you trust.

Planning ahead and working together with others can make a monumental task manageable.

Inanimate objects have no feelings. But living creatures do. To treat someone like property tends to blur the line.

Being born higher on the socioeconomic ladder does not automatically put you above others.

Those whom have been born into wealth and privilege usually do not understand the daily struggles of the common folk. However, remember that just because someone is wealthy does not mean they don't have problems of their own.

Citizens of different lands can have vastly different views of the world. Do not assume your opinions on such matters are universally accepted.

Just because you believe something to be true does not automatically make it so.

If you jump to conclusions don't be too surprised if you turn out to be wrong.

It's not always easy to know whom you can trust.
