Chapter 1: Visiting The Crystal Family/Thomas is Missing

At the Ponyville train station, Thomas, along with his mother, Fluttershy, his aunties, Twilight, Rarity, Rainbow Dash, Applejack, Pinkie Pie, and Starlight, and his other friend, Spike were waiting for the train to the Crystal Empire to come because they planned for some time off from doing their usual part-time or full-time jobs or saving Equestria from evil as some plan for a weekly vacation. Thomas was sitting on Fluttershy’s back while waiting for the train to come. “Sweetie? Are you excited to see Shining Armor and Princess Cadance and Flurry Heart again?” Fluttershy asked. “Mmhmm. Yes, Momma,” Thomas said. Fluttershy smiled warmly and then gave her son a kiss on the nose, and nuzzled with his cheek.

“Oh! Train’s here!” Starlight said. They all saw the train appear, and then boarded the passenger’s car, and took their seats across or next to each other, as Thomas sat next to his mother, and leaned by her side for comfort. When they were all situated, the train started moving and went all the way to the Frozen North. Later on, Thomas fell asleep by leaning towards his mother’s left flank and resting his head on her left side of her belly, and she had her wing wrapped around his small form as a blanket.

After a several minutes and one hour, the train then pulled up and stopped at the train station for the Crystal Empire, and then the group walked off with Thomas riding on Fluttershy’s back. They were suddenly greeted by Princess Cadance, Captain Shining Armor, Flurry Heart, Sunburst, and Princess Amore, as a couple of crystal guards stood with them.

“Cadance!” Twilight excitedly said, as she galloped over to her. “Hello, Twilight!” Cadance replied, and then they performed their greeting.

“Sunshine, sunshine!
Ladybugs, awake!

Clap your hooves
And do a little shake!”

They laughed afterwards and then gave each other a hug. Shining Armor walked over with his guard armor on, and Sunburst was grasping the handle of Flurry Heart’s stroller with his magic. Cadance suddenly saw Thomas climb down Fluttershy’s back, “Hello, Thomas. Come here and give me a hug.”

“Princess Cadance!” Thomas exclaimed as he ran over to her and wrapped his arms around her neck, until he was lifted up by her hoof and his body was rested against her chest. Princess Cadance then sighed warmly while hugging the child, then as he leaned back, she gave him multiple kisses on his cheeks, and then nuzzled her muzzle with his nose. “Wow... You’re getting so big,” Cadance said. Thomas nodded, and then hugged the pink alicorn and rested his head on her shoulder and softly stroked her mane. “Are you playing with my mane?” Princess Cadance asked. Thomas giggled, and Cadance lit up her horn and placed him on her back. “How about if you ride on my back while we walk to the castle, sweetheart?”

“Is that okay, Momma?” Thomas asked. “Yes, sweetheart. That’s fine with me,” Fluttershy said. Thomas nodded, and then they all walked back to the Crystal Palace, and then got situated in the Crystal Living Room. “So, why’d you invite us here again?” Twilight asked. “It’s our wedding anniversary,” Cadance said. “And a reminder to thank all of you for saving my wife and me from Chrysalis’s wrath,” Shining Armor said. “How long have you been married?” Thomas asked. “We’ve been married for 3 years, honey,” Cadance said. “Oh, okay,” Thomas said. “So... am I invited?” Thomas asked. “Oh, sweetie! Of course you are!” Cadance said. “Why would we forget Twiliy’s brave little nephew?” Shining Armor asked. Thomas then hugged both Cadance and Shining Armor.

“Shining? How’re the Royal Guards coming along?” Thomas asked. “Oh, well, some of them are lacking off, but most of them are coming along easily prepared for combat and always on time for duty,” Shining Armor replied. “Cool,” Thomas said.

“How about if I show you another time this week, because our anniversary party is upcoming soon,” Shining Armor suggested. “Okay,” Thomas said. “But... could you be sure to keep a close eye on him. You know how sensitive Fluttershy is about him, darling,” Cadance said. “Don’t worry, Cadance honey. I’ll be sure to keep him close to me,” Shining Armor said. “How about if we show you to your rooms?” Cadance asked. “I think that’ll be wonderful, darling,” Rarity said. The group then followed Cadance and Shining Armor to their guest rooms.

When they were unpacking, Thomas saw an opened door as he came out of the bathroom, until he saw Cadance walk by. “What’s in there?” Thomas asked Cadance. “Oh, that’s just a room that’s off limits, because the mirror in there has a magical ability to teleport somepony to another world, but it has been used three times,” she answered. “Who was the first to use it?” Thomas asked. “It was Twilight, but it was for a mission, which I can’t tell you right now, because it’s almost time for dinner,” Cadance said, “But if you want to go in and take a look, go ahead, but don’t touch the glass.” Thomas nodded, and then went to go take a look, and as he entered it and saw a dark room where it had the rarely unique looking mirror.

Thomas suddenly saw the mirror, which had a lavender frame with deep magenta gems embedded around the frame, which was shaped in a horseshoe, and there was a symbol on top that looked like a embedded unicorn inside the horseshoe. Thomas suddenly walked over to the mirror, but as he got as far as he wanted, he accidentally slipped and fell towards the glass frame, and was suddenly sucked into the mirror as it made a deep magenta glow. “Thomas? Thomas? It’s time for dinner,” Twilight said, as she went to look for him. “Thomas?” She suddenly saw that he went through the portal, and then went to go warn the others.

Thomas let out a scream as he was feeling himself being spun around and around like he was being sucked into a vortex, as his vision was somehow filled with a huge colorful kaleidoscopic light, until it started swirling at the endpoint. As he appeared into a huge white light, he somehow landed in another environment as it was black all around him as he was unconscious.

Chapter 2: A Mother’s Heartbreak/Trapped in a Strange New World

At dinner, they were having a nice Royal Caesar Salad, but they waited for Twilight to come back with Thomas. They suddenly heard galloping hooves, and they turned around and saw Twilight come in, “Cadance! Shining! Girls! Bad news! Thomas is missing again!”

“WHAT?!” they asked in unison. “Is it Chrysalis?!” Shining Armor asked. “No... He didn’t!” Cadance said. “What? What is it?” Twilight asked. “Girls... I let Thomas go take a look at the restricted room where the mirror Twilight used to get her crown back is, but I told him not to touch it,” Cadance said. Fluttershy suddenly had tears in her eyes, until she began to cry out loud. “My baby!”

Rarity then walked over to comfort her friend by giving her a hug. “There, there, darling. Wherever the precious darling is, I’m sure he’ll be alright,” she said. “I know he’s just a 6 year old youngin, but maybe he’ll find a way back,” Applejack said.

“Uh, Twilight? What’s on the other side?” Starlight asked. “On the other side of the mirror, there’s humans like Thomas, but they relate to us ponies because of the colors of ourselves,” Twilight answered. “Plus, I have a friend there who might know what to do.”

“Oh, I hope she can take care of him,” Fluttershy said. “I don’t know if he’ll be back for another 30 moons or not, because I can’t stand him being gone!” She continued to cry underneath Rarity’s chest. “Shhhhhh... Let it out, d-darling... Oh, my precious nephew! Why did you have to leave?!” Rarity then began to cry, and then Pinkie Pie joined in.

“Calm down, everypony. I’m sure Sunset Shimmer can handle taking care of a child,” Twilight said. “Twilight’s right, Fluttershy. You need to have faith in him because he wouldn’t want you to give up hope that he’ll return for another 30 moons, if it happens or not. But if he does get stuck there, we’ll be here for you,” Rainbow Dash said. “Thank you...” Fluttershy said. “I’ll write to Princess Celestia and Princess Luna about Thomas’s disappearance,” Twilight said.

Princess Cadance walked over to Fluttershy and the other mares hugging her, “It’s okay, Fluttershy. Just try not to lose hope or faith in Thomas. We know he’s been through a lot worse that’s more than any of us could’ve ever imagined, and he has the biggest and most kindest heart I’ve ever felt.” Fluttershy then wiped her tears off her eyes with a hoof, and then laid her head on Cadance’s chest, as she continued, “He still loves you. And I know how much he cares for you, your friends, and their sisters, and everypony he’s met, including me and my husband, and our daughter because I sometimes sense the aura from ponies all around Equestria. I’m sure he’ll be safe as much as his love for you as his mother will never be broken.”

“Thank you, Princess Cadance,” Fluttershy said, while she shook in Cadance’s hug. “Shhhhhh... it’s okay, Fluttershy. As the Princess of Love, it’s my duty to make sure everypony around Equestria feels love everywhere,” Cadance replied. “Remember, Thomas will always want you to comfort him, and he will always love you as a mother,” Twilight said. Fluttershy nodded, and then they released Fluttershy so they can all go to bed.

As Fluttershy got under the covers of her guest room where she was gonna sleep with Thomas, she looked up at the moon, and then made a prayer, “Thomas, if you’re listening... Please be safe. Momma will always love you.” She then went to sleep after turning away from the bright moonlight.

Meanwhile, Thomas was still laying on the ground, as he began to groan and moan, until he slowed opened his eyes heavily, and saw nothing but fuzziness, until he saw a strange shadow in front of his face.

“Hey. Are you okay?” she asked. Thomas then rubbed his eyes, and then his vision was completely cleared up, until he got frightened and screamed at her. “Hey! Hey! Hey! It’s okay! It’s okay!” Sunset said. “No! No! Help!” Thomas screamed, until the girl shushed him. “Help! Help!” Thomas shouted. “It’s gonna eat me! Help!” The girl put her hand over his mouth, and then brought him over for a hug. “Shhhhhh... Look at me. It’s okay. I’m here,” she said, until Thomas looked up at her while his head was rested on her breasts for comfort.

When his vision nearly cleared up, he saw a human teenage girl with light amber skin, brilliant red and brilliant yellow bacon striped hair, and moderate cyan eyes. She was wearing a pale light grayish orange t-shirt with a picture of a red and yellow shimmering sun in the center, a magenta skirt with black straps over a black chrome zipper and studded belt over her stomach, a charcoal gray leather vest with gold spikes on the collar and silver zippered pockets, and a pair of charcoal gray ankle pump heeled boots with black straps but one with silver studs and two with pink studs. She also had a orange and red geode necklace with a picture of a shimmering sun.

She was smiling warmly at him, and softly stroking his hair while rubbing his head, and stroked his shoulder, and Thomas had tears in his eyes as his lips nearly quivered, and he had his arms curled up on her stomach.

“Are you lost, sweetie?” the girl asked. Thomas nodded, “Where am I?”

“It’s okay. You’re in the front yard of Canterlot High School,” she said. “My name is Sunset Shimmer. What’s yours?”

“Thomas. Thomas Mercer Shy,” he replied. “That’s a weird last name, but I kinda like it,” Sunset said.

Thomas then felt pain on his foot, and then Sunset carefully touched it, “Aww... a sprained ankle. Tsk tsk tsk tsk tsk...” Thomas began to cry as he felt his nose was broken, and then Sunset carefully lifted him up and held him in bridal position. “Don’t worry, sweetie. I’m going to take you to the nurse so she can fix your nose and take care of your ankle, okay?” Thomas nodded, as he started to cry, until the bell started to ring for school. “Shhhhhh... Just keep breathing, sweetie,” Sunset said, and then she stood up and walked him into the school by carrying him as he leaned against her chest.

While Sunset was walking through the hallway and carrying him inside, Thomas kept crying as she continued to hold him. “We’re almost there, sweetie. Just hold on for a couple of moments,” Sunset said. Thomas nodded, and then Sunset continued walking, as some of the students saw Thomas whimpering about how nervous he felt while some of the girl students whispered about how cute he was. Sunset then arrived at the nurse’s office. “Nurse Redheart? Are you in here?” Sunset asked, after she knocked on the door with one free hand. “Yes, I’m here,” Nurse Redheart replied. Sunset then walked in, and then saw Nurse Redheart working on some paperwork. She had the same white skin, pink hair that was tied in a bun, blue eyes, and hat with the same red cross, but she had a light gray nurse outfit and a pair of white sneakers. “What can I do for yo... Oh my! What happened to this poor dear?” Nurse Redheart asked, as she saw Thomas in Sunset’s comforting cradle with the broken nose and gently holding his ankle. “I found him outside the school front yard, but it looks like his nose is bent and he kinda has a sprained ankle,” Sunset explained.

“Here, you sit down with him, and I’ll get started,” Nurse Redheart said, as she went to get some tools. As Sunset sat down with Thomas on her lap and laying back on one of her arms that were on his right side and sitting straight, she held his hands with her right hand, and then she saw Nurse Redheart come back out with some more tissues, some ice packs for his ankle, and some nosebleed medical equipment.

“Okay, now that your ankle’s taken care of, let’s take care of those bones on your nose, sweetie,” Nurse Redheart said sweetly, and then she carefully pressed the bones back in place gently, and then Thomas’s nose started bleeding. Nurse Redheart suddenly grabbed some tissues, and then gave some to Sunset so she can help Thomas stop the bleeding from getting worse. 1 minute and 55 seconds later, Thomas’s nosebleed stopped, and then he went to get 3 drinks of water from the water dispenser. “There. Is that better, sweetheart?” Nurse Redheart asked. “Y-Yes, Nurse Redheart,” Thomas said softly. “By the way, what is your name?” Nurse Redheart asked.

“It’s Thomas, Thomas Mercer Shy,” he replied, as Sunset softly stroked his shoulder. “Well, Thomas. You were a good little boy and were so brave,” Nurse Redheart said, while smiling warmly at him. “So I think you deserve this.” She walked over to her desk and got out a bowl of small lollipops in many colorful flavors. Thomas then took the red one from the bowl, and then smiled warmly at the nurse. “Th-Thank you, Nurse Redheart,” Thomas said.

“Awwww... You’re very welcome, Thomas sweetheart. Now, you and Miss Shimmer enjoy yourselves,” Nurse Redheart said, as she walked over to her desk and got back to work, and then Sunset stood up and let Thomas walk by her as he held her hand while walking, after Thomas unwrapped the lollipop, and placed it in his mouth and started to suck on it. ‘Cherry flavored. I kinda like it,” he thought to himself.

“Sunset? I gotta go check on something,” Thomas said. “Okay, Thomas. I’ll see you after class,” Sunset said, as she walked over to class, and then Thomas walked out to the school front yard, and then walked over to the statue. Thomas then took a deep breath, and then he went closer towards the portal, but as he touched it, he couldn’t feel the magic appear, but only granite. “No... No. No! Where’s the portal?! WHERE’S THE PORTAL?!” he exclaimed in panic. “It’s... It’s gone... It can’t be gone! It can’t! NOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO!”

Thomas then began to cry, as he scooted closer towards the portal, and then he sat with his legs curled up towards his chest and hugged them together. “Momma... I’m sorry, Momma...” Thomas said in sobs, as he continued to cry.

Sunset suddenly walked over to him, and then when she placed her hand on his shoulder. “Are you okay, sweetheart?” Sunset asked. “I can’t stay here forever! I-I have to get back to my Momma!” Thomas said, until Sunset calmly pulled him over to her for a hug in comfort, but she suddenly touched him gently and then her eyes began to glow white and then she saw some flashbacks of him in the orphanage with a montage of him being lonely, not being picked for adoption, and the kids not sharing with him. Sunset then let go of his memories, and continued to hug him. “Shhhhhh... Calm down, sweetie. Now, let’s go somewhere private. You can tell me your story there,” Sunset said, as she lifted him up and held him against her chest and shoulders, and Thomas wrapped his arms around her shoulder, leaned on her left shoulder and stared down in depression with tears in his eyes. When he was comfortably held by the red and yellow haired girl, she then walked back inside and carried him inside so she can calm him down.

Chapter 3: Thomas and Sunset’s Private Chat/Walkthrough Around The School

At the library in Canterlot High, Sunset and Thomas sat somewhere private. “Okay, Thomas. Now, tell me everything, and I’ll listen,” she said, while Thomas sat on her lap and leaned against her breasts for comfort. “I’m actually from a different Earth, but my human race only have tan skin, white skin like me, and brown skin in a dark or pale type,” Thomas said. “Oh, so you’re not from this universe?” Sunset asked. Thomas shook his head, and then Sunset remembered something, “So is it true? Are you really from Equestria?”

“How did you know?” Thomas asked. “I was from Equestria, but I’m actually a unicorn there,” Sunset said. “But I miss Momma Fluttershy. She’s gotta be worried about me,” Thomas said. “What?! Fluttershy’s your mother?!” Sunset exclaimed. Thomas nodded, and then he told who else he knew, “I also miss Auntie Rarity, Auntie Rainbow Dash, Auntie Applejack, Auntie Pinkie Pie, Auntie Starlight, Auntie Twilight, and my big sisters, the Cutie Mark Crusaders.”

“Twilight and her other friends are your aunts, too?!” Sunset exclaimed again. “You know Auntie Twilight?!” Thomas asked. “Yeah, I know your version,” Sunset said. “Is it okay... if I tell you everything?” Thomas asked. Sunset nodded, and then after a few minutes of explaining, Thomas told Sunset how Princess Luna brought him to Equestria, and how he met his new family and the good times he’s had with them.

“So, you just wished for a new home to live in so that you could... feel loved?” Sunset asked. Thomas nodded, and then Sunset brought him back over for another hug. “How about if I tell you my story?” she asked. Thomas nodded, and then she started explaining, “Back in Equestria, I was Princess Celestia’s most beloved student, like Twilight is, and I was an expert at magic like she is, but I had a cruel obesity with being a princess and getting everything I wanted, until I discovered the same mirror you came from, and then I saw myself as a princess when I gazed at the frame. When Princess Celestia caught me trying to play around with the portal, she got angry at me, but instead I abandoned her and went through the portal.

I suddenly saw myself as a human like you, but I looked like I had the body of a 6th grader. And I suddenly became the bully of Canterlot High, and the all time winning Princess of the Fall Formal each year, but last year was different.

When I returned to Equestria quickly, I foolishly stole Twilight’s element crown, and then brought it here for my personal use, but I lost it on the way back. I got jealous of Twilight, and Spike, who turned into a dog.”

“Spike was a dog?” Thomas asked. “Mmmhmm,” Sunset replied, and then continued, “First time, I separated and broke up the friendship of this world’s 5 freshmen girls, by blackmailing them and fake emails. Twilight suddenly showed them real friendship, and got them back together k and I had no choice but to try to stop Twilight from gaining my destiny.

When Twilight was announced Princess of the Fall Formal, I ordered Snips and Snails to capture Spike and lead the six outside towards the statue, but I had a dastardly bargain: Either Twilight would give up the crown or else I would destroy the portal with the sledgehammer. We then played keep away with the crown, until I finally had it in my hands.

When I placed it on my head, the darkness within me backfired with the crown, and I suddenly became a She-Demon that I called ‘Sunset Satan’. I also turned Snips and Snails into demons, and I turned all the students into my personal army to conquer Equestria so I could have my revenge on Princess Celestia, but Twilight and her friends used their magic against me.

After the big defeat, I felt heartbroken like the rainbow blast defeated me, and it caused my heart to have a side of regret, sorrow, lament, hope, and respect, but mostly loneliness. As I continued to cry about how much pain I’ve caused, Twilight helped me up, and then she and her friends forgave me, and then I felt better later on as I tried to make friends with the students in the school, and most of them forgave me while some didn’t, especially since three sirens took over our school’s musical showcase and turned it into a Battle of the Bands.

Then after that, another version of your Auntie Twilight, but this world’s version, was eager on studying on our magic, but somehow competed in the Friendship Games, and we lost our ability to pony up when she accidentally stole our magic, and then the former principal, Cinch forced her to release it all, until it unexpectedly turned her into a monster called Midnight Sparkle. After she magically opened rifts to Equestria, I used the same magic, but in a proper way and transformed into Daydream Shimmer, and then after I defeated Twilight, I showed her a hand in friendship until I forgave her after she apologized. Later on, Cinch was fired and Dean Cadance became the new principal, and Twilight transferred to here.

And finally, we got these necklaces that show these beautiful geodes from our fight against Gloriosa who was obsessed with their power, causing her to become Gaia Everfree, and we then bonded with the geodes and chose to use their magic for good.”

“Wow... I kinda wish you didn’t go down that path, but I’m glad you turned into a good person,” Thomas said. “Yeah, I know,” Sunset said. “Sunset?” Thomas asked. “Yeah?” she asked. “Could you take care of me until the portal comes back? I’ve got nowhere to go,” Thomas asked. “Yeah, sure. You can stay at my place after school,” Sunset said. “Thank you,” Thomas said, as he leaned towards Sunset for another hug. “How about if we sit together at lunch?” Sunset said. “Okay,” Thomas said, and then they left the library.

While they were walking to the cafeteria, Thomas saw two girls that looked like Lyra and Bon Bon.

Lyra had the same pale spring green skin, pale light grayish opal and light gray hair, and brilliant gold eyes, but she was wearing a magenta tank top, greenish blue shorts, crimson red strapped boots with golden orange socks, a grayish amaranth flower earmuff headband, and a gold necklace with a lyre pendant. Bon Bon had the same light apple greenish gray skin, two sided moderate cobalt blue and light fuchsia curled hair, and moderate cyan eyes, but she was wearing a white dress with a sky blue rounded collar, lemon yellow cuffs on the sleeves, a bow with sky blue and lemon yellow stripes on her waist, and three stripes on her lower skirt, but the middle in lemon yellow and the top and bottom in sky blue, and she had sky blue Mary Janes shoes and white tube socks with sky blue stripes.

“Hey, Sunset!” They said in unison. “Hey, Lyra. Hey, Bon Bon,” Sunset said. The two then saw Thomas next to her. “Aww! Look at him!” Lyra said. Thomas bashfully hid behind Sunset’s legs and hugged her left leg. “What’s your name, sweetie?” Bon Bon asked. “I’m Thomas,” he said. “That’s a nice name,” Bon Bon said. “It sure is!” Lyra said. “I hope you enjoy your time here at school, sweetheart,” Bon Bon said. Thomas nodded, and then walked over to them for a hug. “Aww... how sweet,” Bon Bon said. “Yeah, totally,” Lyra said. “We’ll see you around, cutie!” Lyra said, as she and Bon Bon walked away. Sunset and Thomas then continued their walk to the cafeteria.

As they arrived, Sunset and Thomas went to go wait in line after getting their trays. “Okay, sweetheart. It’s a big room, but it’s a good time to socialize.” Thomas then realized he had nothing in his pockets, “Sunset? I don’t have any money.”

“Don’t worry. I’ve got it covered,” Sunset said. “Just pick out what you want and I’ll pay for it, okay?” Thomas nodded, and then Sunset got herself a caesar salad with a bologna and cheese sandwich, and then she got Thomas a plain cheeseburger with a small carton of chocolate milk, potato smileys, a Godzilla sided chocolate chip cookie, and some juicy diced pears in a small styrofoam bowl with a plastic spoon. She then paid for the food by giving the lunch lady that looked like a human version of Granny Smith the money, and then she and Thomas went to a table and sat next to each other.

“Okay, so I think I know why you can’t go back,” Sunset said. “It’s because you have to wait for another 30 moons for it to come back, but don’t worry. I’ll let your Auntie Twilight know that I’ll make sure you’re safe and sound, okay?” Thomas nodded, and then he continued to eat his cheeseburger. “Do you think... my Momma will be okay?” Thomas asked nervously. “Oh, honey. I’m sure she’ll be fine,” Sunset replied, and she smiled warmly at him. “I promise.” Thomas nodded and then leaned against her side as the girl softly stroked his shoulder.

After lunch, they walked out of the hallway, until Sunset came up with an idea, “Thomas? Do you think I could get you registered here? Because I think you could use some education while you’re here,” Thomas nodded, and then as he took her hand, they walked over to the Principal’s office.

Sunset paused Thomas for a moment, and then knocked on the door. “Come in,” said a voice that Thomas recognized. Sunset and Thomas entered the office, and then Thomas saw a figure that he almost recognized sitting at her desk doing some paperwork and checking her emails. She had light grayish magenta skin with a moderate hue on her lips, her hair was a rainbow in gradients of pale light grayish cyan to light arctic blue, pale light grayish harlequin to light aquamarine, pale, light grayish cornflower blue to light sapphire blue, and pale, light grayish mulberry to darker mulberry, pale light grayish magenta eyes, and she was wearing a golden yellow blazer jacket with a orange sun pin on her left collar over a purple and white striped shirt with a white crest, purple khaki pants, a watch on her wrist, and pale light grayish golden yellow shoes with a pale golden yellow fleur design on the front.

“Hello, Sunset Shimmer. Can I help you?” the principal asked. “Sorry to disturb you, Principal Celestia,” Sunset said. “But... can I ask you a favor?”

“Yes, of course. Why don’t you have a seat?” Principal Celestia asked. Sunset nodded, and then she sat down on the chair. “So, what do you need my help with?” Principal Celestia asked. “I was wondering if I could get someone new registered, but I’d like to be his tutor during class because he’s a little bit too young for high school education,” Sunset said. “And then show him a tour of the school?”

“I see... I think that’ll be fine with me, but could I see this someone you mentioned?” Principal Celestia asked. Sunset nodded, and then turned towards Thomas, and patted her hand on her lap, “Okay, honey. You can come on in and say hello.” Thomas then came in and then felt Sunset lift him up to sit him down on her lap. “Principal Celestia, meet Thomas,” Sunset said. “Hi,” Thomas said. “Aww... Hello there, Thomas sweetheart. Are you new here, or just looking for someplace to go?” Principal Celestia asked sweetly. Thomas fidgeted his hands nervously, until Sunset wrapped her arms around him, “Sorry about this. He’s a little shy, but if you’re wondering how old he is, he’s 6.”

“My, you sure are young aren’t you?” Principal Celestia asked. Thomas nodded with a soft blush on his cheeks. “Why don’t you take the rest of the day off and show him a tour around the school? I asked Vice Principal Luna to fetch some students that might be interested,” Principal Celestia suggested. “Okay, sure,” Sunset said, and then she stood up and shook her hand with Principal Celestia’s, and then took Thomas to meet with the vice principal.

Later on, they walked around the hall to meet up with the vice principal and the students Principal Celestia mentioned earlier. They suddenly saw the vice principal appear, and she had pale light grayish phthalo blue skin with a moderate hue on her lips, moderate sapphire blue hair with grayish persian blue stripes, moderate cyan eyes with grayish magenta eyeshadow, and she was wearing a grayish magenta shirt over a white collared shirt and had a black belt around her waist, grayish navy blue khaki pants, and silver shoes with grayish magenta socks.

“Vice Principal Luna! Glad I found you!” Sunset said. “I know what you wanted to meet me for,” Vice Principal Luna said. “Yes. It’s for a tour that I’d like to spend with this little boy by my side,” Sunset explained. Vice Principal Luna suddenly saw Thomas hiding behind Sunset’s legs since he was very shy. “Hello there, little one,” Vice Principal Luna said. “And what is your name, dear?”

“I’m... I’m T-Thomas,” he said. “Aww... Nervous, are we?” Vice Principal Luna asked cutely. Thomas nodded, and then pressed his cheek on Sunset’s knee as he wrapped both his arms around her leg, but he suddenly felt Sunset softly stroked his hair, and then she and Thomas saw six other students appear.

When Thomas saw them, he suddenly felt surprised that he recognized them or met them before. ‘No... It can’t be,’ he thought to himself.

One girl he saw had pale light grayish orange skin with white freckles on her cheeks, pale light grayish olive hair that was braided into a ponytail with a red hairband, moderate green eyes, and she was wearing a stetson hat Thomas recognized, a white and green baseball t-shirt with a picture of a red apple in the center, a pocketed blue jean skirt with a red leather belt that had a golden buckle on it, and brown boots with three red apples on each side. She also had a moderate red geode necklace with the three apples on it.

The second girl had light grayish pink skin, brilliant dark pink balloon-like curly hair, sky blue eyes, and she was wearing a white top with a picture of three balloons but two in blue and one in yellow, a three layered tutu skirt in pink, white pantyhose leggings, and pink sandals with blue pumps. She also had a pink geode necklace with the three balloons on it.

The next girl had light grayish cerulean skin, rainbow colored hair, moderate magenta eyes, and she was wearing a blue short sleeve hoodie with yellow stripes on the sleeves, a white t-shirt with blue lining and it had a picture of a thundercloud with a rainbow lightning bolt, blackish navy blue sweatpants with rainbow gradient lightning bolts, rainbow colored wristbands, and blue athletic sneakers with red shoelaces, yellow lightning bolts on each side, white coating, and red soles. She also had a sky blue geode necklace with the thundercloud on it.

The next girl had light grayish mulberry skin, moderate sapphire blue hair with moderate violet and brilliant rose streaks and it was tied in a ponytail with a star shaped hairband, and she was wearing a sky blue polo shirt with a white collar and purple stripes, a pink bow, a purple pocketed skirt with her pony counterpart’s cutie mark and white sparkling stars all over, light blue socks and purple dress leather heeled shoes with pink shoelaces. She also had a purplish magenta geode on her bow tie that had the same sparkling star on it.

The next girl had light sapphire bluish grayish skin, beautifully curly moderate indigo hair with a three sapphire diamond hair clip and a gradient of dark purple to moderate purple on the shadowed side of her hair, moderate azure eyes with light sky blue eyeshadow and longer eyelashes, and she was wearing a blue sleeveless top with a tutu that had two purple diamonds with gray outlines above her waist and a purple belt with a blue three diamond buckle, a purple slim fit skirt, gold bracelets on each wrist, and purple sapphire heeled shoes. She also had a moderate indigo geode with a picture of the three diamonds on the center of a gold neck piece that had sapphires on it.

As Thomas saw the final girl with them, he suddenly looked in awe as he knew who it was, more than the other girls that looked completely familiar to him, even though she was very shy and calm most of the time. His eyes were then starstruck as he gazed at her.

She had pale light grayish creamy yellow skin, pale light grayish rose pink flowing hair with a teal butterfly hair clip on the front, moderate cyan eyes with lavender eyeshadow, and she was wearing a aqua green sundress with pink shoulder straps, a picture of three butterflies but one in white, one in light pink, and one in darker pink, a crest in cyan, and a cyan ring on her skirt, lime green linen sleeves with aqua green cuffs, pink ribbons and pink sandals with pale whitish pink butterfly soles. She also had a pink and creamy yellow geode necklace with the three butterflies in it.

Thomas then saw the girls staring at him, but he looked at the shy one more, but he suddenly couldn’t help himself when he felt like he was gonna cry with happiness and his eyes were still starstruck. “Are you alright, Thomas?” Vice Principal Luna asked. Thomas suddenly quivered his lips with a soft smile, and then he rushed over to the yellow girl and then tightly, but gently hugged his arms around her beautifully petite waist and rested his head on the lower section of her belly, nuzzling with her skirt. ‘I know she’s not my real Momma, but she looks as pretty as her and smells nice as her,’ Thomas thought to himself. The shy girl gasped at his hug, until she then smiled warmly at him. “Umm... hello,” she said.

“Awww... Looks like the little cutie likes you, Fluttershy!” The pink ballon-haired girl playfully teased with a giggle.

Fluttershy then realized that the small boy was being so kind, so she hugged him back by embracing the back of his head and gently patting his shoulder blades on his back. “Hi, sweetie. What’s your name?” Fluttershy asked. “I’m Thomas!” he replied in a tearful happy tone. Thomas suddenly felt relaxed and relieved that his momma was here with him, even though this Fluttershy wasn’t his real momma, but she still looked pretty and had the same natural smell of his real momma, so he would gladly take it well. “Ummm... I’m not trying to hurt your feelings but... you’re really pretty as my Momma, and smell nice as she does,” he said nervously.

Fluttershy blushed, and then hugged him again, “Aww, Thomas. You’re very sweet. Thank you.” The girls adored the moment by making warm smiles. Vice Principal Luna even adored this. Fluttershy then broke the hug, as she knelt down towards his level and gave him a kiss on the forehead.

“Girls, this is Thomas. Thomas, I’d like you to meet some of our other students, Rainbow Dash, Pinkie Pie, Rarity, and Applejack,” Vice Principal Luna said, as she gestured to each of them, and the girls waved at him, while Rainbow Dash gave him a thumbs up and Applejack tipped her hat while placing one hand on her hip. Sunset then lifted him up with her hands and then held him in an hugging position as she sat him on her hip.

“Hello there, darling,” Rarity said, as she walked over to Sunset and then comfortably placed her hands on his left cheek and his jaw. “I must say...” She then tickled his chin playfully, “...he really is so adorable.” Thomas blushed nervously, and then he felt himself being hugged towards Rarity’s breasts as she gently hugged him while Sunset held him. “It’s very nice to meet your acquaintance, darling,” Rarity said kindly. Thomas nodded, and then Rarity leaned her head down to give him a kiss on the top of his head. “Vice Principal Luna said we’d be touring someone new around,” Rarity said.

“Eeyup, but we sure didn’t expect y’all to be so young for somebody your age,” Applejack said, as she was caught off by Thomas’s size. “How old are ya, sugarcube?”

“I’m 6,” Thomas said. “Whoa... that’s seems pretty 20% cuter,” Rainbow Dash said. “But’s it’s okay with me.” She then ruffled Thomas’s hair gently. “Thank you,” Thomas said. “Well, now that you’ve all gotten acquainted with, I’ll leave you to it,” Vice Principal Luna said, and then she walked away.

“Do you guys want to help me out with the tour?” Sunset asked. “Yeah! Let’s do it!” Pinkie Pie said, as the rest of the girls made agreeable comments. “Do you want my friends to join, Thomas?” Sunset asked. “Yeah!” Thomas said excitedly.

Later on, Sunset and the girls showed Thomas a few rooms while touring the school. Sunset and the girls stopped at a room nearby and then Sunset explained what it was, “So, this right here is the music room. It’s where most students in band play their instruments for practice.” Thomas nodded. “We’re also a rock band called the Rainbooms. But we’ll show you later or another time,” Rainbow Dash said. “If you’re wondering what parts we play, me Applejack, and Rainbow Dash play the guitar, Rarity does the key-tar, which is like a piano type of guitar, Fluttershy does the tambourine, and Pinkie Pie does the drums,” Sunset said. “Wow...” Thomas said, and then they saw a human that looked like Octavia, who was playing a cello.

Octavia had the same goldish gray skin, dark gray hair with light gray lining, and grayish mulberry eyes, but she was wearing a white dress shirt underneath a formal mulberry vest, a dark grayish rose pink bow tie on her shirt collar, a pink skirt with the same treble clef symbol on one side of her skirt, and black Mary Janes shoes with white tube socks.

“Sorry. We’ll let you continue,” Sunset said, and then Octavia nodded, and then continued playing her cello. Later on, they showed him some of their classrooms, including the science lab and art room.

“This is my favorite part: the gymnasium,” Rainbow Dash said. “It’s normally used for gym class nowadays, but it’s also used for either for parties, events, assemblies, or other social events,” Rarity said. “Just like the Fall Formal?” Thomas asked. “Yep. Just like the Fall Formal. And girls, if you’re wondering, I’ll explain later, but privately,” Sunset said. The girls nodded in agreement, and then they heard a voice from the backstage. They went to go look, and they then saw a girl with a familiar pale light grayish cornflower blue skin, crescent curled cornflower blue hair with very pale cornflower blue streaks and a purple star hair clip with a golden outline, moderate purple eyes, and she was wearing a moderate cerulean blue hoodie with blue stars on the upper arms and light yellow cuffs with a purple shirt peeking underneath the zipper, a purple skirt with the same cutie mark of a star pointed wand and a crescent moon moving across it, and a stream of multiple blue stars on the bottom, blue tube socks, and a pair of light blue boots with purple coating and pale light blue straps.

‘Auntie Trixie?’ Thomas asked himself. The human Trixie was backstage practicing some of her illuminating magic tricks, but accidentally coughed up some smoke. “Oh, Trixie darling, you really must go easy on the smoke,” Rarity said, waving some of the smoke away from her face, until the others nodded in agreement while Fluttershy gave Thomas some water to calm down his coughing. Trixie’s eyes started to widen at the moment she started to realize that she was not alone. She slowly turned herself around to the group of friends, along with Thomas, and then gave them an awkwardly nervous smile.

“Sorry about that,” Trixie said. “I was just practicing some new magically illuminating tricks, but with even better graphics and thrills for this year’s school talent show! Which may or may not happen.”

“So, you’re trying to cause a leakage of magic smoke for a magic trick?” Sunset guessed with an all-knowing smirk on her face. “Well, not exactly, but I promise you I will get it right in no time!” she explained.

Everybody except Thomas gave her either a thumbs down or so-so, or just shook their heads for their judgment, until Trixie frowned. “Ummm... I mean, it was a pretty nice performance, but you could use some more practicing,” Fluttershy said. Trixie then shrugged her shoulders with a smirk, and suddenly spotted Thomas standing with them.

Trixie then approached to him and kneeled to him, “What about you, young boy? What does you think of Trixie’s performance?” Thomas then smiled warmly at Trixie, “Umm, I’m not trying to hurt your feelings, Miss Trixie, but you really could use some more practice, and maybe some decorations for your performance and a uniform.”

“Yes, I suppose that may be true. Ugh... Right, the smoke. Oh, well,” Trixie said, stroking Thomas’s shoulder while thinking, until she thought of something that Thomas mentioned, “Wait! Decorations?! Uniform?!” She kneeled down and then wrapped the arm around his shoulder, “Thank you for your thoughtful inspiration, darling and young little one. Uhh... what is your name? I forgot to ask.”

“I’m Thomas. I’m 6,” he answered. “And did you say that your name was Trixie?”

“Yes, that is correct, but you may also call me... The GREAT and POWERFUL Trixie!” she exclaimed with her hands in the air with closed eyes. Shen then blinked her eyes open and looked at the girls for agreeable confirmation, but they suddenly all had the same “not amused” smirking looks on their faces, until Trixie lowered her arms and then sighed with sad depression. “But not really, little Thomas... and to be honest... if I could maybe go out of character for just a moment so I could try to be reasonable... I stink. I’m sorry, but I’m just not professional, because no one would appreciate a performance from a girl like me.” Trixie then made a pouty tear-filled face.

Thomas then saw the sadness in her heart, until she walked over to her and gently touched her wrist to softly stroke the veins. “I don’t think you stink, Trixie,” Thomas admitted. “You just have a lot of good potential and need to be more confident in yourself, meaning you should try to do what your heart tells you instead of just using your head all the time.”

Trixie suddenly had a tear forming front her eyes, “Y-You... You really think so?” Thomas nodded, and then she couldn’t believe what she was experiencing after Thomas wrapped his arms around her waist for a hug, and then rested his head on her stomach. “Thank you, little Thomas,” she said, giving him a kiss on the top of his head.

“Thomas? Let’s continue with the tour,” Sunset said. Thomas nodded and then went to the girls so they could continue with the tour of the entire school. “He truly is petite and sweet,” Trixie said. “And pretty adorable as well.”

The girls then showed Thomas both the soccer field and football field, and then they saw some of the students practicing for either football or soccer. “What do you think?” Sunset asked. “It’s pretty nice,” Thomas said.

Chapter 4: At Sunset’s Apartment/Nightmare and Comfort

Later on, the school day ended, and then Thomas, who was walking with Sunset, and the girls walked out of the building and parted ways so they could go home. Sunset then took Thomas to her apartment in a tall building the size of a house.

“This is it, little guy,” Sunset said. “Wow... just like... just like the orphanage,” Thomas said. “Hey, don’t worry about it. If it’s still bothering you, just try to think of a happy memory,” Sunset said. Thomas nodded with a soft smile, and then he and Sunset went inside the building, took the elevator to the 7th floor, and then Sunset took out her keys, and then as they entered, her apartment was huge with a wide-open space for visitors. “Why don’t you make yourself comfortable while I do my homework?” Sunset asked, Thomas nodded and then went to go take a nap in Sunset’s bed while Sunset started to do her homework.

Later on, Sunset ordered herself a macaroni salad and then got Thomas some chicken tenders with french fries on the side. Sunset suddenly saw Thomas softly frowning with sadness in his eyes, “You okay, sweetie?” Thomas sniffed, and then Sunset rubbed his shoulder, “Hey. I promise we’ll get you back to your mom and your family, okay?” Thomas nodded, and then they continued to enjoy their meal.

After dinner, they got cleaned up and Sunset put her pajamas on, which was a dark magenta long sleeve shirt with her red and yellow sun symbol, and dark magenta pants with golden yellow and light golden orange stripes, and dark magenta slippers on her feet. She let Thomas stay in his clothes, but wear some shorts she outgrew, which felt baggy on him, and her bathrobe, and she waited for him to finish brushing his teeth. They then sat down and watched a movie together, as Sunset wrapped her arm around him, and pulled him over to her so he could lean on her side, and he nuzzled himself against her belly and laid down on her hip and her lap. Sunset softly stroked his shoulder.

After the movie ended, Sunset got sleepy, and she saw Thomas falling asleep on her lap with his head nuzzled against her tummy. She stood up carefully and took him to bed with her, and as she laid him on the bed, Sunset laid down, and then she fell asleep.

While Thomas was sleeping he suddenly woke up and saw himself at the school, but he suddenly walked to the statue to see if he can go back, but as he touched it, nothing happened. “No! No! No, Momma, no!” Suddenly, symbiotic tendrils of blackish dark purple ink dragged him to another void, and he saw Fluttershy trying to reach for him. “Grab my hoof!” she screamed. “I’m trying!” Thomas said, and he tried to touch her hoof, but he felt nothing since she was a ghost, and then turned into ash. “NO! MOMMA!”

Thomas then felt himself being shook, “Thomas! Thomas! Wake up!”

Thomas then shot himself open and let out a scream, until he was hugged by something warm and squishy. He looked up and saw Sunset’s face with concern, and then he buried his face between her breasts and began to cry. “Shhhhhh... It’s okay, Thomas. It’s okay,” Sunset whispered, as she sat him between her crisscrossed legs, and hugged him closer to her torso, and then rubbed his back and stroked his hair. “Did you have a bad dream?”

Thomas nodded, “I-I-I was a-at th-th-th-the ssss-sch-sc-school... *sniff* but I w-wen-went to the st-stat-statue... *sniff* and then I was trapped here f-f-for-forev-ever and then a big monster took me when I tried to reach my Momma, but she was a ghost... *sniff* I miss her.” Thomas then buried his face back in her breasts and then cried again, until Sunset calmly rocked herself while she hugged him towards her chest. “Shhhhhh shhhhhh shhhhhh... It’s okay. It’s okay,” she said, rubbing and patting his back. “How about if you sleep closer to me? I’ll keep you comfy for the rest of the night.” Thomas nodded and then after they both laid back down, Thomas scooted closer to Sunset and then laid his head closer towards her breasts and then went back to sleep, until Sunset curled towards him, and then hugged him closer without suffocating him.

“Am I allowed to call you Auntie Sunset?” Thomas asked. Sunset smiled warmly, and then gave him a kiss on the forehead, “Of course you are.” Thomas smiled back and then went back to sleep, and then Sunset slept with him all night long.

Chapter 5: The Truth Revealed/A Day at High School

The next morning, Sunset woke up and then gave herself a morning stretch, and then she looked down at Thomas still sleeping next to her until he unexpectedly hugged her waist. Sunset smirked and then softly stroked his head and ruffled his hair. “Thomas, it’s time to wake up, sweetheart,” she whispered softly into his ear. Thomas then began to stir in his sleep until he woke up and then rubbed his eyes open, and then looked at his Auntie Sunset’s eyes, “Hi, Auntie Sunset.”

“Good morning, little guy. How about if we stop for donuts and get you some school supplies along the way?” Sunset asked. Thomas nodded, and then he got up to get dressed, and then Sunset got up to get dressed as well.

When they were ready, they left the apartment and went to a local general store for Thomas to get some school supplies, until he looked up at his aunt. “Hey, don’t worry. I’ll pay for it, okay?” Sunset asked sweetly, and then Thomas nodded.

After Sunset got a shopping cart, they walked over to the aisle that said “school supplies” to get started. “Okay, now let’s get you a backpack,” Sunset said, and then she and Thomas wandered around the collection of backpacks, until Thomas saw a navy blue backpack with light gray effects. “Do you like that one?” Sunset asked. Thomas nodded, and then she picked it out for him.

The next aisle they went to had a few essentials for Thomas to use, and Sunset picked out a box of crayons and a pack of pencils, some erasers, and then got him some educational workbooks that had a coloring activity version and a regular writing version if he wanted to do some learning and coloring. “I decided to get you these if you want some tutoring with me, since I’m sometimes an expert with most of this, and I’m sure our teachers won’t mind if you did some coloring during class,” Sunset said, and then she received a nod from Thomas. She then got him a rectangular container for his pencils, erasers, and crayon box.

After getting some essentials for him, they went to get Thomas a lunchbox for his snacks, or could just pack a lunch. Thomas suddenly saw a cooler bag in cerulean blue and lime green, and he unzipped it and saw a bento tray, water bottle, and spork in it. “Can we get this one?!” Thomas asked. “Oh my gosh! This looks so cute!” Sunset said. “We are totally getting this one.”

“Yes!” Thomas said. “Okay, that should be it,” Sunset said. “Alright, let’s go pay for them, and get some breakfast so that we can walk over to school.” Thomas nodded, and then he and Sunset walked over to the cashier to pay for Thomas’s school supplies. “Okay, that’ll be $34.58,” the cashier said. Sunset got out two $20 bills to pay for the supplies, and then after they finished paying for them, Sunset set up his school supplies into his backpack, and then they walked over to a coffee shop.

Thomas got a maple frosted donut with a carton of chocolate milk, and Sunset got a sandwich with sausage, eggs, and cheese, and a side of hash browns, and a cup of oat milk coffee. After walking while eating, they made it to the school until Sunset got a text, and then walked over to the other girls.

“Hey, girls. Guess who’s ready for school?” Sunset asked. They looked at Thomas with his new backpack and lunchbox. “Awwwwww!” they said in unison. “That is the most adorable lunchbox I’ve ever seen!” Rarity said. “Hey, uh... Sunset? I’m sorry to interrupt but, I’m working on a new tune with my guitar, but is it okay if we show him later?” Rainbow Dash asked. Sunset nodded, and then Rainbow Dash softly ruffled his hair for comfort, until he suddenly made a frown.

“Could you give us a few minutes? We’ll catch up with you soon,” Sunset said. “Yeah, sure,” Applejack said. “Of course, darling,” Rarity said. The girls then walked into the building, and then Sunset saw Thomas softly stroking his upper arm and frowning sadly, and then Sunset sat on the stairs, and then she asked Thomas to come sit on her lap, and then she comforted him with a warm hug. “Still miss your momma?” Thomas nodded as he rested his head on her breasts, and then Sunset softly stroked his face. “Hey, don’t you cry no more. I promise that I will never let anything happen to you, but this is a promise for you and your family in Equestria,” Sunset said, and then she gave him a kiss on the forehead.

“Come on, let’s go catch up with the others,” Sunset said, and then she placed her bag over her shoulder and then carried Thomas inside in hug position.

Later on, Sunset and the others sat in the library, and Thomas sat with Fluttershy and leaned over on her left thigh and rested his arms over her lap and she read him a children’s book. “So last night, he somehow had a nightmare about being sucked into some kind of black void while reaching for his mother’s hand,” Sunset said. “Did he sleep well after that?” Fluttershy asked, stroking Thomas’s shoulder.

“Yeah, I think so. He even sounded and looked like he was so very tired this morning,” Sunset replied. Thomas then yawned with nervousness, “I’m too tired and too scared to find out. I don’t ever wanna sleep again.” Fluttershy then stroked his hair with her thumb, and placed the rest of her fingers on his cheek, “Shhhhhh... There, there.” Thomas then smiled warmly, as the shy girl kept reading to him so he can feel better.

“Well, that's a relief. The last thing we need is another magical so-and-so bent on world domination comin' over from Equestria, or like the last few times we’ve handled or faced, but at least it can’t get any worse,” Applejack said. Rarity nodded, “Indeed, darling. But I’m very sorry you’ve had a rough night, Thomas darling.”

“I think it’s because of what’s he’s experienced from before,” Sunset said. “But I’ll explain later.”

“Well, you don't have to. Because we us on his side, we’ll totally keep the little guy safe!” Rainbow Dash said. “Ooooh! Exciting!” Pinkie Pie exclaimed excitedly. Thomas then giggled softly. Rainbow Dash sighed, “So, what’d you guys do last night?”

“I was helping my animals at the shelter,” Fluttershy said. “I was working on some new designs for my newest frock,” Rarity said. “Apple Bloom was havin’ a hangout with her friends, while I helped my brother with apple pickin’,” Applejack said. “I was doing my homework,” Sci-Twi said. “I was babysitting for one of the neighbors,” Pinkie Pie said. “Well, I kinda let Thomas stay with me at my place since he’s got nowhere else to go,” Sunset said.

“Why that’s generous of you, darling!” Rarity said. “We’re glad you made the right decision,” Sci-Twi said.

They suddenly saw Thomas frowning about how much he misses his mother while he hugged Fluttershy’s boot covered leg and rested his head on her knee and thigh. “What’s the matter, darling?” Rarity asked. “I miss my Momma,” Thomas said, until his face leaked a tear. “Girls, I think you should know the truth about him,” Sunset said. “But maybe I should tell it, since he’s too sensitive to say it.”

The girls nodded in agreement, and then Sunset began, “You see... the truth is...”

“He’s from another human world, but with different skin colors besides this one and was raised in an orphanage with other mean kids who never made friends with him and never got adopted, but wished for a family when he was 5 years old, and suddenly was brought to Equestria by pony Princess Luna, and was later adopted by pony Fluttershy, and by his aunties who are pony versions of us, minus Sunset, and then met another unicorn named Starlight Glimmer, who became his next auntie and Princess Twilight’s student, and the little cutie finally had a mommy, but he was almost corrupted by an evil black-hearted unicorn named King Sombra and saved another unicorn named Princess Amore, and was kidnapped by the evil bug Queen Chrysalis, who wanted to feed off his love, but was then rescued by one of her drones, who then turned friendly, and the little cutie is now trapped in this world and has to wait for another 30 moons!” Pinkie Pie replied, and then made a squee with a big smile. The girls’ jaws dropped, and then they looked down at Fluttershy’s leg as they saw Thomas feeling a little bit calmer.

“Is... Is this true, Thomas darling?” Rarity asked. Thomas nodded, and then he let go of Fluttershy and hugged Pinkie Pie’s waist, until she hugged him back as he buried his head in her belly. “Oh... my gosh... That was the saddest story I’ve ever heard,” Applejack said. “Poor little thing...” Rarity said. “Is this true? Am I your mother in the other world?” Fluttershy asked. Thomas nodded, “But am I allowed to pretend?”

Fluttershy smiled warmly and then hugged him while holding him, “Of course you are. I may not be your real mother, but we’ll all be sure to treat you like your family in Equestria.” Thomas smiled and then rested his head on her warm and soft breasts.

Later on, they went to their first period class, which was mathematics with a human version of Thomas’s teacher, Ms. Cheerilee. She had pale light grayish cerise skin with white freckles on her face, moderate cerise hair with lighter cerise streaks, grayish harlequin eyes, and she was wearing a white blouse with cuffed sleeves, a brown vest with yellow stripes, a green skirt with yellow and green flowers all over and a yellow linen ring, and brown boots with green cuffs, shoelaces and soles. “Good morning, students,” she said, until she saw Thomas with Sunset and her friends. “Oh, hello there, young man. Is he with you seven?”

The Mane 7 nodded, and then Sunset spoke up, “This is our new friend, Thomas. And he’s joining us for this month.” Ms. Cheerilee nodded, and then she let him join, until he sat on Sunset’s lap. “Now, class. With our new student, Thomas here, I expect you all to make him feel welcome,” she said, and then the students made agreeable nods. “Is it okay if he drew some pictures if there’s some spare free time?” Sunset asked. “Yes, Sunset. Go ahead and take as much paper as you want,” Ms. Cheerilee said, and then Sunset got a few pieces of paper for Thomas to draw on. When the class was ready, Ms. Cheerilee began her lesson on basic multiplication. Thomas was somehow doing some education with his coloring book on mathematics by solving the problems and coloring the pictures afterwards while Sunset was paying attention to the lesson and had one arm wrapped around Thomas for comfort and stroked his side with her fingers.

Later on, during the quiet schoolwork time, Thomas did some quiet coloring. He started off by drawing an outline of his mother and then did an outline of himself riding on her back. He then drew some more outlines of his other family members before he heard the bell ring for next period.

After an hour in Mr. Cranky Doodle’s class, but Thomas suddenly got welcomed by the teacher himself, it was time for lunch. Thomas got himself a peanut butter and jelly sandwich with white bread, and a carton of chocolate milk. Sunset packed him a bowl of applesauce, some grapes in a plastic bag, and some baby carrots in a plastic bag.

When they sat down, Thomas saw Rarity with a tuna sandwich and Fluttershy having a bologna sandwich, Rainbow Dash and Applejack eating cheeseburgers, Sci-Twi eating a bologna and veggie sandwich, consisting tomatoes and lettuce, and Pinkie Pie eating a peanut butter and strawberry jam sandwich. Each of them had fresh fruit bowls, too.

“So, what happened before you got here?” Sci-Twi asked. “Well, I was in the Crystal Empire for Princess Cadance and Shining’s wedding anniversary, but I saw the mirror in a forbidden room, until I asked Princess Cadance to look at it without touching it, but I slipped and fell into it,” Thomas said. “And now I’m stuck here.”

“Oh, don’t worry, darling,” Rarity said, softly hugging him towards her side. “We’ll take care of you.” Thomas nodded and then laid his head on her right breast before he went back to eating his lunch.

Sunset suddenly saw the vice principal eating her lunch, so she went over to her, “Rarity, could you watch him? I’ll be right back.” Rarity nodded, until she sweetly placed Thomas onto her lap, and then he continued to eat his lunch. “Vice Principal Luna? Sorry to disturb you, but can I talk to you in your office after lunch? It’s about Thomas,” Sunset said. “Yes. Of course, Sunset Shimmer,” Vice Principal Luna said, and then Sunset went back to her table until she saw Thomas sitting comfortably on Rarity’s lap as she let him hold one of her hands. “It looks like he’s starting to like your generosity,” Sunset said. “Yes, darling. But I just can’t stand how adorable this little one is,” Rarity said. Thomas smiled warmly with a red blush on his cheeks. Thomas then turned himself around and laid his head on her soft breasts. “And it looks like he could use some warm cuddles.” The girls then enjoyed the view of Thomas cuddling with Rarity.

After the bell rang, Sunset then remembered something, and turned to her friends. “I asked Vice Principal Luna if I could talk to her in her office. We’ll see you later. Umm... unless if you know where we could go after school?” Sunset said, until Thomas took her hand, and they walked to Vice Principal Luna’s office together.

Chapter 6: Talk in Luna’s Office & Mall Trip

At Vice Principal Luna’s office, the walls were dark blue, and the blinds were down, and the room was as dark as the night. Thomas realized that she liked her room being in the dark. “Now, start explaining,” Vice Principal Luna said in a respectable tone. “Well, he told me that he lived in an orphanage and was raised by the staff, but the other kids didn’t like him and didn’t want to be friends with him, and I don’t know why,” Sunset said, then she finished explaining the rest of the story to the vice principal. Vice Principal Luna then felt sorry for the poor boy. “Oh, you poor boy. I’m sorry you felt that way,” she said.

Thomas nodded, and then Vice Principal Luna then thought of an idea, “Would you like to attend here until further notice?” Thomas nodded and then Vice Principal Luna nodded in a reply. “Good, now you and Miss Shimmer are dismissed,” Vice Principal Luna said, and then Sunset and Thomas walked out of the office and out through the door.

“Auntie Sunset? Can I be alone for a moment?” Thomas asked. “Yeah, sure,” Sunset said. Thomas then walked away, until Sunset went to go catch up with her friends. Meanwhile, Thomas sat outside on a bench near the entrance of the school, and suddenly began to feel sad and heartbroken because of how much he misses his mother as he looked at the statue. Thomas then sat with his legs curled up towards his chest and then laid his head on his knees and began to cry. “I miss you, Momma. I’m sorry I got trapped in here. I didn’t... I didn’t mean to. I just wanna go home.”

Thomas’s thoughts were then interrupted by a gentle touch of a hand that was placed on his shoulder. He lifted his head and looked up until he saw Sunset with a concerned face, until she put her bag down and sat down with him.

“Is something wrong, Thomas sweetheart?” Sunset asked in a soft voice, until she moved her hand over and then brought him over towards her side. Thomas uncurled his legs and then hugged her waist until he rested his head on her chest, until Sunset felt shocked about how he felt, so she smiled warmly and then hugged him back. “I’m sorry, Auntie Sunset. I want my Momma,” Thomas said in a broken tone, as he let his tears to roll down his cheeks. “I... I miss her so much, and she’s really sensitive about losing me.”

Sunset then wrapped her arms around his small form, until she placed him on her lap and continued to comfort him, “Shhhhhh... It’s okay, honey. It’s okay.” Thomas then lowered his head down in tearful depression, until Sunset placed her hand underneath his chin. “Thomas? Sweetheart, look at me,” she said, until Thomas slowly lifted his head up to look at her, as he wiped his tear-stained and bloodshed eyes. Sunset wiped his tears with her thumbs on each cheek, and then gave him a gentle warm smile. “That’s better. Hey, hey. Listen to me, sweetheart. You didn’t do anything wrong or mean to do anything. You don’t need to feel sorry anymore. Just smile for me, okay?” Thomas suddenly smiled softly at her, and Sunset felt relieved, “That’s the smile I wanna see.” She then leaned forward to give him a soft tender kiss on the forehead.

Thomas then felt relaxed as he closed his eyes and listened to Sunset’s heartbeat. “Thank you,” Thomas said. “Shhhhhh... You’re welcome,” Sunset said, until she thought of an idea. “How about if we go over to the mall and pick up some pajamas for you to sleep and be more warm and comfortably cozy in? And we can go get some ice cream later on,” Thomas nodded with a hopeful smile, “Okay.”

Sunset nodded, and then leaned herself down, “Okay, now wrap your arms around my neck.” Thomas nodded and then walked over to her and then wrapped his arms around her neck gently. Sunset then stood up straight and gently lifted him up from underneath his legs, until she straightened him up a little. “Wow, you’re really light as a feather. Okay, sweetheart. Hold on tight,” Sunset said. Thomas nodded, and then he and Sunset walked over to the mall while Sunset gave her new nephew a piggyback ride.

While they were walking over to the mall, Thomas gently asked Sunset, “Umm... Auntie Sunset? Do you think I could really be proactive in the school? What if the other students don’t like me?”

“I don’t know, little buddy. But don’t worry, we’ll make sure that it’s safe for you, but if either any of them try to make you feel let down or hurt you, me and my friends will give them a piece of mind,” Sunset said, giving her nephew a smile and wink. Thomas nodded as a reply.

Soon, they finally arrived at the Canterlot Mall, and then walked inside and then Sunset crouched herself on the floor and then Thomas let himself down carefully. Sunset then stood up and took his hand. “Thanks, Auntie Sunset for giving me a piggyback ride, but was I too heavy for you?” Thomas asked. “Nope. You were pretty light like a pillow, but you really put on a little weight,” Sunset replied. “Okay,” Thomas said. “Alright, Thomas. What do you say we go get you some pajamas for the next few nights right now?” Sunset asked with a warm smile.

Thomas looked up at her, nodding his head with a warm smile, “I’d like that, Auntie Sunset. Am I allowed to hold your hand?” Sunset nodded with a smirk, and then she gently grasped his hand and then they walked over to the department store in the mall.

Sunset then took Thomas to the children’s section where several shirts, pants, shorts, and pajamas were being hung. Thomas suddenly poked Sunset and pointed at a 3 piece set of pajamas that were in the design of his favorite superhero, Spider-Man.

The bottoms were a pair of long wool pajama pants that were red with a pattern of his eyes surrounded by webs, and blue spider symbols all over. The top was a white long sleeve shirt with navy blue sleeves and a red crest, and it had a pic collage of Spider-Man on the center, and a royal blue robe with pictures of Spider-Man’s eyes, face, and symbols. He also saw a pair of Spider-Man slippers he might like.

Sunset saw how happy he was, “I guess you like to get these, huh?” She then playfully ruffled his hair. “Yes, Auntie Sunset! Spider-Man is my favorite superhero!” He exclaimed happily, as Sunset chuckled and then picks them out of the rack including the slippers, before handing them to Thomas. “There. Now, you should be warm every night,” Sunset said. “Ooh! Can we have a slumber party?!” Thomas asked. Sunset then thought for a moment, “I’ll see what my friends think.” Thomas nodded, and then Sunset got Thomas 3 more pajamas to wear. When they were ready, they walked over to the cashier and paid the right amount for Thomas’s pajamas and received their purchase in a shopping bag to go, and then they left the clothing store.

While they were walking around the mall, they suddenly heard familiar voices shouting behind them, “Hey, Sunset!” Sunset and Thomas turned around and then saw Applejack, Rainbow Dash, Pinkie Pie, Fluttershy, and Rarity approaching them, and saw Rarity carrying a few shopping bags. “Hey, girls,” Sunset said. “What are you all doing here?”

“We came here to do something fun together instead of being bored, and we also thought we could find somewhere private to hang out!” Pinkie Pie said. “And I also needed a few things for my boutique while we were here, in case you’re wondering,” Rarity said. “What brings y’all here?” Applejack asked.

“Well, I needed to get Thomas some pajamas for the next few nights, but he suddenly came up with an idea for tonight before school,” Sunset said, stroking Thomas’s cheek as he leaned towards her leg. “But would it be okay if we joined you and talked about our idea for tonight at the food court?”

“Heck, that sounds like a fine idea as well,” Applejack said, tipping her hat. “Ooooh, I love the idea! I’m so hungry I could eat a giant burger with a bun covered with cake!” Pinkie Pie beamed excitedly, until the girls chuckled at her excitement. “Well, unless if I don’t mind it at all... I guess I could go for a bite to eat,” Fluttershy said, feeling her tummy grumble. “This boredom’s making me hungry as well,” Rainbow Dash said. Rarity then smiled warmly, “Well, I am a bit parched and starved myself, so perhaps I could use something scrumptious to eat.” She then smiled softly as she saw Thomas next to Sunset, but suddenly realized he felt sad until she gently bent herself towards him and placed her hand on his cheek, “And I see that a little darling of a friend is joining us for dinner. Am I correct, Thomas darling?”

Thomas blushed softly and nodded, and then he took Sunset’s hand again and walked with the six teenage girls to the food court, and they suddenly split up to get their meals, while Thomas waited with Sunset.

When they came back, they sat at a big table together and had their meals together. Sunset got herself some sushi from the sushi bar, Applejack got a pork rib sandwich with a piece of apple pie and some apple juice, Rainbow Dash got a chili dog with fries and soda, Pinkie Pie got a huge cheeseburger with a small variety of cupcakes, Fluttershy got a tray that consisted a small caesar salad with a bread roll with butter, and an unsweetened iced tea, Rarity got a Italian sandwich with fries and a unsweetened iced tea, and a big ice cream sundae that had two scoops of mint chocolate chip, and one scoop of vanilla, and it had some whipped cream, chocolate syrup and sprinkles, and a cherry on top, and Thomas decided to get a cheeseburger with fries and a soda.

After the girls sat down, Thomas sat next to Sunset as she next to Rarity and then ate his cheeseburger. When he bit into his cheeseburger, he suddenly let out a warm sigh and a soft smile. He then continued to eat, but as he finished off his meal with the fries and soda, he suddenly felt depressed with sadness like always until Fluttershy spoke up, “Hey, sweetie... is something bothering you?”

Thomas nodded, “I just miss my Momma, my aunties, and my big pony sisters Apple Bloom, Sweetie Belle and Scootaloo.” He then lowered his head down, until tears softly rolled down his eyes, and he suddenly took out his Snuggle Bear teddy, and hugged it against his chest. “Aww... and what an adorable teddy bear you have, darling,” Rarity said very sweetly. Thomas smiled softly, until he continued to frown with sadness. Rarity then thought of an idea, “Thomas? Would you like to have some of my sundae?”

“Really? You’re not mad?” Thomas asked. “Aww... Of course not, darling. Don’t be silly! I’m just offering something scrumptious to share with, and I think I’d prefer to share it with someone that was a small boy as sweet as you, since you’re cute little face touched my heart, just like your mother back at home,” Rarity said. “Well... okay. I guess I could use some ice cream,” Thomas said, and then he and Rarity began sharing the sundae by each spoonful.

While they watched, Thomas was enjoying the sundae with Rarity. “Mmm-mmm! Wow! I’ve never had ice cream that’s so tasty as this one!” Thomas said. “I’m glad you like it,” Rarity said, until she leaned down and gave him a kiss on the cheek. “You deserve it.” Thomas nodded and then continued to eat his ice cream with her.

“Hey, uh... Thomas also thought about a slumber party for us tonight, since we’ve got nothing else to do, and it’s the weekend, so what do you girls think?” Sunset asked. “I think that’s a marvelous idea, darling!” Rarity said happily, until she saw ice cream and chocolate syrup on Thomas’s face when he was finished and laid on her lap rubbing his full belly, and then she wiped his face with her napkin, then Thomas rested his head against her belly. “Ooh! Ooh! Let’s do it at my place again!” Pinkie Pie exclaimed. “Then it’s settled, we’ll have the slumber party at Pinkie’s,” Sunset said.

Chapter 7: Slumber Party at Pinkie’s

When the girls arrived at Pinkie Pie’s house, they took their bags upstairs and got changed into their pajamas. Sunset wore the same pajamas when Thomas stayed at her place, and then read a book with Sci-Twi.

Meanwhile, the girls were getting situated while Thomas took his bath. Rarity was wearing a purple nightgown with a white frilled collar, a cyan ribbon, and three blue diamonds on her skirt, and she had purple slippers, and polishing her fingernails with moderate indigo nail polish. Applejack was wearing dark grayish blue footsies with light grayish blue apples all over them and playing cards with Rainbow Dash, who was wearing a white loose raglan t-shirt with red sleeves and the same rainbow lightning cloud picture in the center of her shirt, blue capri leggings, and red slippers with yellow stripes. Sci-Twi wore a light blue buttoned t-shirt with white rings and crest, and small white polka dots, moderate sapphire blue pajama pants with speckled stars colored creamy yellow, pale pink, pale light grayish purple, pale light blue, and she was reading her book while Spike sat between her crisscrossed legs. Fluttershy was wearing light green flannel pajamas with white butterflies all over, and dark magenta cuffs and collar on her shirt and magenta slippers, and brushing her hair. Pinkie Pie wore a purple and sky blue nightgown with a pink bow on the crest and pink and light yellow balloons all over, a pair of shorts underneath her gown and a pair of sky blue slippers with pink bows, and waiting for their pizza to arrive.

“So, how’d your shopping spree go, Sunset?” Rainbow Dash asked. “It went pretty well. Plus you’re gonna love what Thomas is gonna wear after he’s done with his bath,” Sunset said. “What do you mean?” Spike asked. “You’ll see,” Sunset said. They then heard a knock on the door, and then turned their heads and saw Thomas wearing his new Spider-Man pajama set and slippers, and then made a “d’awwww” reaction. Thomas then sat down on the mat and hugged his Snuggle Bear teddy plushie and rocked himself. Sunset then walked over to him, and sat on the floor with him until she wrapped her legs around him in a crisscross pose, and then brought him over for a hug.

“These are the pajamas that Thomas wanted, and I got him those cute slippers to go with,” Sunset said. Thomas nodded in agreement, and then he laid his head gently on Sunset’s soft breasts. “I think they look adorable,” Rarity said, stroking Thomas’s hair with her polished fingernails. Thomas blushed at her comment, until he suddenly felt sad. “What’s wrong, sweetie?” Fluttershy asked. “Still feelin’ homesick?” Applejack asked. Thomas nodded with a sad mopey face, and then Rarity pulled Thomas a little closer so she can join Sunset’s hug, until she saw him resting his head towards her belly and laying on both hers and Sunset’s legs. “Aww...” Sunset said, and then Rarity stroked his hair and shoulders. “Poor precious thing,” Rarity cooed, until she gave him a kiss on the cheek. “Yeah, buddy. I’m really sorry,” Spike said, giving him a few licks on the face, until Thomas patted him on the head. “Thanks, Spike,” Thomas said, as he still laid on Rarity’s lap feeling her stroking his back.

Suddenly, the doorbell rang. “Oh! Pizza’s here!” Pinkie Pie said, and then they all went to get it, except for Thomas due to his homesickness and how much he still misses his mother. He suddenly saw a pair of legs covered with red slippers, until he looked up and saw Rainbow Dash looking at him, “You really miss your family, huh?” Thomas nodded with tear covered eyes, until Rainbow Dash carefully lifted him up and held him against her shoulder and hugged him against her chest, and then Thomas laid his head on her shoulder and hugged her neck. “Come on, sport. Let’s go get you some pizza,” Rainbow Dash said, and then she carried him downstairs to the kitchen.

When they girls saw them coming down, Thomas received a plate that had a big plain cheese pizza slice, with some fries and a soda can with it. “Thank you,” Thomas said, and then he sat down on the table and enjoyed his dinner. When he finished his pizza meal, Thomas went to the couch and then saw the girls watching a movie together. Rarity was laying on the couch in a fainting pose with her arm elbowing against her head and comforting Spike, while some of the girls sat on the couch or on the mat, especially Sunset who was sitting on the couch crisscross legged. Thomas then went to go sit on the mattress, but he suddenly felt Fluttershy lifting him up and then he was sat next to her, but he laid down on her lap, until she unbuttoned her lower buttons on her flannel, lifted it up a little, and then Thomas rested his head against her bare belly and hugged her waist. Fluttershy used her hands to comfort him while the movie was playing, until she felt Thomas place his hand on her belly.

“Thank you, Fluttershy,” Thomas said. “You’re welcome, sweetie,” Fluttershy said, until she gave him a kiss on the cheek, and then continued to watch the movie while Thomas was snuggled on her lap and her stomach.

When the movie was over, Thomas then fell asleep as he still laid on Fluttershy’s lap, and then the girls saw how cute he was sleeping. “Aww... such a precious little thing,” Rarity softly cooed. “Yeah, I guess he is kinda cute,” Sunset said, until she yawned. “Guess it’s time we head up to bed.”

“Yep. We best get some shuteye right now,” Applejack said. Fluttershy carefully got up without waking up Thomas and then went upstairs with the girls to get ready for bed. Thomas then woke up and saw himself all alone in the dark, until he quietly got himself a drink, and then ran upstairs and saw the girls sleeping in their sleeping bags. Thomas then sighed softly, and then went to go brush his teeth, and as he got back, he didn’t know who to sleep with, but he suddenly knew who.

While Fluttershy was sleeping, she felt Thomas gently nudging her, causing her to softly wake up. “Can I sleep with you? I’m scared of the dark, or what hides in it,” Thomas said. Fluttershy smiled warmly, and then she unzipped her sleeping bag open to let Thomas crawl inside, after he sat down on the floor, took off his robe and slippers, and then he got underneath the sleeping bag and got snuggled underneath the bag. Fluttershy then wrapped her arms around him for a hug so that he could feel comfortable throughout the night.

Chapter 8: A Day At The Park

The next day, Sunset and the girls went to the park, along with Thomas, who was holding Sunset’s hand. As they arrived, they saw three middle schooler girls that looked like the age of 11.

The first girl had pale light grayish apple green skin, brilliant crimson red hair with a dark pink bow on the backside, brilliant tangelo orange eyes, and she was wearing a light grayish green t-shirt, blue rolled up jeans with a black leather belt around her waist, and light orange rain boots with red soles and flower shaped buckles on each side.

The second girl had light gray skin like Rarity, but whitish, curly hair in two shades of pale light grayish rose pink and grayish mulberry and had a reddish dark pink hairband, brilliant sap green eyes, and she was wearing a whitish rose pink t-shirt with light grayish rose pink stripes underneath a dark pink short sleeve and skirted jacket with a belt wrapped around it, a creamy yellow skirt, and dark pink boots with yellow buckled straps.

The third girl had light gamboge skin, moderate cerise hair, moderate purple eyes, and she was wearing a charcoal gray hoodie with teal cuffs and shirt underneath, green cargo shorts, and charcoal gray boots with teal cuffs on top.

“Oh, hello, girls,” Rarity said. “What’re you doing out here by yourselves?” Sunset asked. “We kinda got bored from the upcoming Friendship Games planning, so we decided to get some air and take a breather by coming here to the park,” Scootaloo said, but she suddenly saw Thomas hiding behind Sunset’s legs. “Who’s the kid?”

“Aww, he’s so cute!” Sweetie Belle exclaimed sweetly. “Yeah! He is really cute!” Pinkie Pie said. “Girls, meet Thomas,” Sunset said. Thomas then walked over to the three middle schooler girls, and then he went to Sweetie Belle and wrapped his arms around her waist for a hug, and then Sweetie Belle hugged him back. “He’s quite a hugger, huh?” Scootaloo asked. “Eeyup,” Applejack said. “Hey, why don’t we... go over there and play some football? But the easy way since we have a kindergartener with a 1st grade curriculum here,” Rainbow Dash said. The three girls made exciting comments, and then Apple Bloom kneeled down on one knee and then looked at Thomas, “Do ya wanna play with us?” Thomas nodded, and then looked at Sunset, “Can I, Auntie Sunset?”

“I think it’s okay with me, but I’m joining in, if it’s okay with you,” Sunset said. “Nah, it’s fine with me,” Rainbow Dash said, and then the girls sat on the park bench, and watched the others set up.

“Okay, Thomas. The point of this game is to move the ball into the opposition's 'end zone', either by running with the ball until tackled, or by passing the ball to a teammate downfield, towards the end zone. But since you’re a little squirt who’s probably not familiar with sports, I think we’ll make this a little bit safer, okay?” Rainbow Dash explained. Thomas nodded, and then got ready.

“Ready... Set... HIKE!”

Rainbow Dash then passed the ball over to Sunset, and ran with it, until she threw it over to Thomas. After he caught it, Thomas ran as fast as he could, blocking the incoming middle schooler girls blocking his path, and then he reached the end zone and threw the ball onto the ground.

“Yes! I did it! I did it!” Thomas exclaimed happily, until he ran over to Rainbow Dash and wrapped his arms around her waist for a hug, but she bent down and lifted him up into the air, and then set him on her hip. “That’s right, buddy! You were SO AWESOME that you completely rocked it out! I’m so proud of you!” She them pulled him into a hug and rubbed his back.

“I just like to have fun by running around sometimes,” Thomas said. “That was so COOL!” Scootaloo exclaimed, as she and the other girls came over. After Rainbow Dash put Thomas back on the ground, Sweetie Belle then kneeled down and stood up a little, and then brought Thomas over and gave him a big warm hug. “You were amazing, you little cutie!” She exclaimed, until she gave him a kiss on the forehead, causing Thomas to blush as he laid his head on her chest enjoying her gentle hug.

Apple Bloom then rubbed his head by ruffling his hair, “Yeah, little buddy! Y’all were so amazin’ with that runnin’!” Thomas blushed again, and then Sweetie Belle stroked her glossy polished fingernails on Thomas’s hair to soothe his blushing. “Yeah, that was totally a great game!” Scootaloo said, as she gave Thomas a fist pound handshake.

“You were spectacularly marvelous, Thomas darling,” Rarity said. “Yes, and you have such good sportsmanship,” Fluttershy said. “She’s right, sugarcube,” Applejack tipped her hat. “Yeah! It was so much fun I even had to cheerlead for you! Thomas! Thomas! He’s our cute little man, but if he can’t do it, no one can!” Pinkie Pie exclaimed while dressed up as a cheerleader. “You really have quite the running speed,” Sci-Twi said.

“Hey! How about if the four of us go get some ice cream to celebrate his victory?!” Sweetie Belle asked. “Yeah! Ice cream!” Apple Bloom and Scootaloo replied. “That sounds like a fun idea, but... Auntie Sunset? Can I go with them?” Thomas asked.

“It’s alright with me, sweetheart,” Sunset said, handing him a $20 bill. “Just try to stay close and don’t wander off.” Thomas nodded, until Sunset gave him a warm smile and ruffled his hair. Rarity and Applejack looked at the three girls. “Now Sweetie Belle, Thomas can go with you, but if you’re going to take him along, you must make sure to take good care of him and to watch over him, alright?” Rarity asked, as she and Applejack gave them a sternly, but warm smiling look.

Sweetie Belle nodded and then wrapped her arm around Thomas’s shoulders, bringing him over towards her side as he hugged her thigh and leaned his head on her hip. “Don’t worry, Rarity. We’ll try to look after this little cutie and make sure he doesn’t get lost,” she said, until she received a nod from her big sister. “Yeah! We’ll be like big sisters to him!” Apple Bloom said. “Totally like big sisters, and best friends!” Scootaloo said, and then as Sweetie Belle gently lifted Thomas up and then helped him position himself on Scootaloo’s back for a piggyback ride and, Scootaloo stood back up and held onto Thomas from underneath his legs as the small boy held onto her neck, and then the four walked away and over to the ice cream truck. “We’ll come pick you up later, okay?!” Sunset said, and Thomas nodded in reply.

“Sweetie Belle sure knows how to handle a charmingly adorable little boy like Thomas, doesn’t she?” Rarity asked, with a warm heavy sigh. “Ya said it. I’m also proud of Apple Bloom looking after him as well,” Applejack said. “And Scootaloo even showed him the fist pound handshake!” Rainbow Dash said.

Later on, Apple Bloom, Sweetie Belle, Scootaloo and Thomas, who was enjoying his piggyback ride from Scootaloo, saw the ice cream truck ahead. After Scootaloo bent down to let Thomas climb off, Apple Bloom then walked over to him, “Alright, little buddy, what do ya want?” Thomas them made up his mind, “I’d like some cookies and cream on a cone.”

“Okay, then,” Apple Bloom nodded, after she ruffled his hair. “Why don’t ya go sit with Sweetie Belle while Scootaloo and I get ours?”

Thomas nodded, “Okay, Apple Bloom.” He then wrapped his arms around her waist for a hug, and then walked with Sweetie Belle over to a table to sit down. Sweetie Belle then sat on the sofa seat first, and after looking at Thomas, she patted her lap, “Come here, sweetie. You can sit on my lap.”

Thomas blushed softly and then walked over to her and then after climbing onto the sofa, he carefully sat on her lap and then turned himself towards her. “Thank you, Sweetie Belle. Am I too heavy?” Thomas asked.

Sweetie Belle shook her head, “No, of course not, little cutie. You’re almost like our little brother and best friend, and we think you’re really cute, and we care about you.” She giggled softly and then gave him a gently tender kiss on the forehead, and brought him over for a hug with a nice, warm cuddle, and then she saw him softly stroking the curls of her hair, and then rubbed his back.

Suddenly, Apple Bloom and Scootaloo came back with their ice cream, and then Apple Bloom gave one to Sweetie Belle which consisted a mint chocolate chip cone, “Here ya go, buddy. One cookies and cream cone.” Thomas thanked her, and took it. Apple Bloom got a strawberry cone, and Scootaloo got a chocolate cone. Apple Bloom and Scootaloo then sat with Thomas as he sat on Sweetie Belle’s lap eating his ice cream cone.

As they enjoyed their ice cream cones, Scootaloo looked at Thomas, “Hey, little dude. Since you’re new here, aren’t you excited that you’ve got friends to look out for you?” Thomas slowly nodded while eating his ice cream. Scootaloo then reached out her arm and softly stroked his shoulder, “Hey, don’t worry, Thomas. As long as you have us, we’ll watch over you and make sure that no one will ever hurt you.” She then smirked and winked at him, and then Thomas nodded with a warm smile.

“She’s right, buddy. Some students at our school may not be friendly, so I’m not so sure that they’d tolerate someone as young as ya,” Apple Bloom said, giving Thomas a gentle pat on the back. “But don’t worry. We won’t let them hurt you, cutie,” Sweetie Belle said, rubbing alongside his arm warmly as she nearly finished her ice cream cone.

Thomas then smiled at the three of them, “Thanks, girls. You’re the best big sisters I’ve ever had. I know you’re not really my big sisters like the fillies back at home, but it’s okay to pretend, right?” He blushed warmly with a shade of dark pink, as the three girls smiled warmly at him and shared a lighthearted laugh with him. “Don’t sweat it, kid. We’ll be there for you, just like Sunset and our sisters are to you,” Scootaloo said.

After they finished their ice cream cones, Apple Bloom suddenly chuckled as she saw that there was ice cream all over Thomas’s lips. “Hold on there, little buddy. Before y’all get up...” she snickered. “You’ve got ice cream on your face.” The other girls chuckled along with her but friendlier, and then Thomas blushed. Apple Bloom then pulled out a napkin from a container, “Here, Thomas. Let me take care of cleaning that off for ya.” She then kneeled down, reached over by placing one hand on his cheek, and then wiped the napkin on the corners and lips of his mouth.

Thomas then giggle and smiled at Apple Bloom, “Thank you, Apple Bloom. That was nice of you.” She then gave him a smirking nod and ruffled his hair.

Sweetie Belle then smiled warmly at them, and then she gave him a kiss on the top of his head, and brought him over for a cuddly hug, “Aww... you’re such a little sweetie and really a cutie, little brother.” She then nuzzled her cheek against his, and it caused them both to blush.

Later on, it started to get dark outside, and the seven girls were walking over to the bench where the four children were, and then saw Thomas sleeping on Sweetie Belle’s lap, but he was curled up and had his face buried underneath his right arm and wrapped his left arm around the girl’s waist and rested his cheek towards her belly. Sweetie Belle then comforted him by laying her arm on his back and the other hand stroking his hair with her glossy polished fingernails. They suddenly heard him whimpering softly while sleeping as his form was rising up and down.

“Aww... the poor little darling must’ve cried himself to sleep. Must’ve had a bad dream,” Rarity cooed softly, until she then bent down to look at Sweetie Belle. “Was he a good boy, darling?” Sweetie Belle nodded, and then as Rarity touched the small child, she felt him shaking lightly, “Oh, my goodness. Girls, he’s freezing.”

Sunset then looked into her bag, and then found her rainproof jogging sweatshirt, then she kneeled down to Thomas and wrapped it on him looking like he was wearing it, and then carefully lifted him up so she would not wake him up and held him against her chest in a cradling pose, and she saw him curl his hand on her breast, and lay his head on the soft and warm skin. “Aww... I guess he was having a bad dream,” Sunset said, until a soft sound of thunder was heard, until Thomas whimpered. “Shhhhhh shhhhhh... It’s okay,” Sunset said, until and clap of thunder was heard, again, and Rarity thought about using a bus ride home.

After Sunset and Thomas got home from having dinner, she put Thomas down on the couch to let him sleep after giving him a bath and changing him into his washed Spider-Man pajamas and slippers, and after she came back in her pajamas after a shower and laid him on her lap, she thought of an idea for a quick moment. She then took out a brown hardcover journal that had her cutie mark symbol on the front cover, and gold outlines, and then took out a purple ink pen, and wrote to Twilight in Equestria.

’Dear Princess Twilight, how's life treating you in Equestria? Any cool new magic spells? It's been pretty quiet here at CHS since Starlight’s last visit.

But I think I need to ask you something if you have a minute since it’s almost the middle of the night. I just met our nephew, Thomas, and me and my friends are doing our best and taking good care of him before the next 30 moons. He seemed pretty homesick and mostly sad, but I’m letting him stay with me at my place until the portal at the Crystal Empire comes back.

And I guess you must be pretty busy with your role as princess. But I could really use your advice right now, since I’ve told you about Thomas.’ Sunset softly stroked his head, and then continued writing. ’You see, I really want to care for him since he misses his mother so much, so if you have a moment, could you let me know what I should do?

Sunset then looked at the clock and after seeing how late it was, and then she carried Thomas to the bathroom to brush his teeth, and then brought him over to her bed so that he could sleep with her, and then gave him his Snuggle Bear teddy. She smiled warmly after climbing into the bed, and laid down on the mattress, pulled the covers over them, and went to sleep.

Chapter 9: Thomas and the School Life/Starlight’s Mission

The next morning, Sunset woke up and then decided to get dressed and make some breakfast for herself and some for Thomas. She put some waffle batter in the waffle maker, and then made herself a omelette with some spices and sausage meat.

Sunset suddenly saw Thomas come downstairs with his robe and pajamas on, “Good morning, sleepyhead. Are you feeling better?” Thomas nodded, and then he sat down at the table as Sunset handed him his buttermilk waffle that was already covered in the butter and syrup. “We’ve got school in a few minutes, so you might wanna eat up,” Sunset said, and then Thomas started eating his waffle by cutting each piece for him to munch on.

After breakfast, Thomas got dressed and brushed his teeth while Sunset brushed her hair real quick, and then she grabbed their bags and packed Thomas some snacks into his lunchbox, and then they walked over to the school.

When they arrived, and as the small boy held Sunset’s hand, some of the students said hello or just waved to either Sunset or Thomas as they replied by saying hello or waving back, until they both saw the other 6 up ahead. “Hey, girls,” Sunset said. “Hey, Sunset,” they replied in unison. “Oh, good morning, Thomas darling. Did you have a pleasant sleep?” Rarity asked. Thomas nodded, and then he suddenly saw a huge crowd walking through until he walked over to Fluttershy, hid underneath her skirt and hugged her leg nuzzling his cheek on her thigh.

Fluttershy softly stroked his hair, and then it made him feel comfortable. “It’s okay, sweetheart. I’m right here,” she said sweetly. “Sorry, I just don’t like huge crowds,” Thomas said softly. “We’ll be right here beside you, little buddy,” Rainbow Dash said, and then Fluttershy lifted him up and then held him as he leaned his head and placed his hands on her chest. “There, there. Is that all better?” Fluttershy asked. Thomas nodded, and then hugged her neck gently.

The bell suddenly rang, and then they walked over to class together, and then took their seats, but Thomas sat on Applejack’s lap and then he continued with where he left off on his drawing by doing some outlines of his aunts, and his big sisters back at home, and then colored them in. Thomas then did some outlines of Princesses Celestia, Luna, Amore and Cadance, and started coloring them in by doing Celestia first by coloring her paler light grayish magenta fur with a little bit of white and pink from the crayons, and then drew her cutie mark.

After he colored her eyes, the bell rang, and then they went to the library for some break time. Thomas looked through a few children’s books and read some of them. One of the books made him laugh, and others made him feel comfortable. The girls were glad that he was enjoying his time here at Canterlot High.

“His laughter is so adorable,” Rarity said sweetly. “Yes, and I can’t take my eyes off of him,” Fluttershy said. “I wish I had a sibling like him.”

“Well, you’re looking at his aunt from Equestria,” Sunset said. “Yeah, we knew that,” Rainbow Dash said. “Thomas? How about if I read you one of these?” Sci-Twi asked, holding a book full of chapters of fairy tales, and then Thomas nodded. After Sci-Twi sat down on the floor crisscross, Thomas then asked her, “Can I sit between your legs?” Sci-Twi smiled warmly and then nodded, allowing him to come sit between her feet, and then leaned back towards her stomach and skirt as Sci-Twi wrapped both her legs around him and then opened the book and read him a chapter of the book while he held one of her hands. “Glad Twilight’s keeping him comfortable,” Sunset said. The girls nodded in agreement, and then continued reading before next period.

Meanwhile, back in the Crystal Empire, Fluttershy was still mourning over her missing child with a sad heavy heart, while Applejack stayed with her and gently laid her friend’s head on her chest fur, and softly stroking her mane that was brushed over Fluttershy’s tear-stained eyes. “There, there, sugarcube. Ya gotta try to relax. I know you wanna hold him close to ya, but I promise, if what Twilight says about Sunset Shimmer and her friends lookin’ out for him is true, then we gotta have faith that he’ll be alright,” Applejack said. “I... I know. But it’s just too hard for me to be alone without my precious baby boy,” Fluttershy said. “Here, darling. Dry those eyes of yours,” Rarity said, handing Fluttershy a box of tissues, and then the pegasus mare blew her muzzle and then sniffed. “I wish I could’ve saved him,” Fluttershy said, until she began to cry again.

“I really hope that Thomas doesn’t feel too worried about her. They’re both really sensitive over each other,” Rainbow Dash said. “I hope so, too,” Applejack said.

Meanwhile, Starlight suddenly had an idea, and then she walked over to the restricted room where the mirror was, and saw that it was still solid glass. “Hmmm...” Starlight said, while thinking. “Starlight Glimmer?” Princess Luna asked, until Starlight turned around. “Oh! Princess Luna!” Starlight said. “What are you doing, my dear pony?” Princess Luna asked. “I just wanted to head over to check on Thomas, and probably make sure if he’s safe,” Starlight said. “Hmm... I see,” Princess Luna said. “I’m afraid traveling there without the 30th moon is impossible, but perhaps I can be of assistance. Now, step aside.” Starlight nodded, and then stepped out of the way for Princess Luna to do her magic, until she then spread out her wings and then lit up her horn. After Princess Luna shot a beam of her magic at the crest on top of the mirror, and then the portal opened for Starlight to enter, “Now, Starlight, you’ve got one minute to enter this portal, but be quick. Thomas may need your love and care as much as the mother does. If you understand the consequences for the banishment of the portal, then you are truly lost for another 30 moons. Now go, and good luck.” Starlight nodded, and then walked through the portal.

When Starlight opened her eyes, she saw the front entrance of Canterlot High School, and then she saw herself as a human but with the same pale, light grayish heliotrope skin, and her mane was now human hair but had the same moderate purple color with lighter purple and pale light, grayish aquamarine streaks, and moderate persian blue eyes. She then saw herself wearing a combination of an aquamarine shirt over a pink shirt, a black vest, light grayish navy blue torn jeans, a black watch with a white picture with a pink double 4 point star, a pink beanie hat with white glimmering stars all over, and darker gray and black heeled boots with pink shoelaces.

“So this must be the place that Twilight was talking about,” Starlight said, and then she stood up like normal people do, as she saw them looking at her. “Hehehehe... Hi?” They then shrugged their shoulders and carried on with their lives. “Okay, so I better get started, but I better find something to do before looking for Thomas. Probably get a look around this place,” Starlight said, and then she went inside the building.

Later on, the girls went to their next class while Thomas went to recess. He saw a playground consisting three swing sets positioned on both the left, center and right sides, a jungle gym with monkey bars, slides, and other climbable equipment, and then saw some basketball hoops, a tether-ball area, a small soccer field, and a big oak tree with some benches to sit at.

He saw the tree and then decided to walk over to it and sit by it. He sat down carefully at the bulky base of the ginormous tree, right underneath the leafy shade, and then leaned back towards the bark and looked out at the happily crowded playground and smiled softly at some of the kids older than him or at his age playing everywhere. As he was sitting there hugging his Snuggle Bear teddy, he could suddenly feel tears starting to sting his eyes, but he couldn’t resist letting them shed so he just let them go. He then closed his eyes and drifted off into his inner thoughts.

‘I’m starting to like it here in this strange new Earth, but I still miss my real home in Equestria so much. I miss you, Momma, and how you hold me to comfort me if I get scared or sad and the warmth of your fur. I miss you and my aunties, and my big sisters. I hope you’re all okay.’ He then continued sobbing until they turned into crying, and he felt his heart starting to crack.

Thomas then heard footsteps on the grass, and then felt someone comforting him. He looked up and saw Sunset smiling warmly at him, and then she sat down on the grass and then carefully lifted him up and then placed him between both her legs and then laid him down towards her belly and then rested his head on her chest, until she wrapped both her arms around him and then stroked the back of his hair and then rubbed his back so she could calm him down.

“I know, buddy. You still miss her,” Sunset said. Thomas then whimpered softly, until Sunset made soft shushing sounds to calm him down. Thomas’s cries then reduced into soft sobs, and then he shook like a leaf. “Aww, you’re shaking. Shhhhhh...” Sunset said. Thomas then breathed softly while shaking and then he moaned until he cried himself to sleep.

As the bell rang for next period, Sunset carefully stood up and lifted Thomas up for a hug, “Let’s get you inside and to a nice quiet room, okay?” Thomas nodded and then Sunset carried him inside.

Chapter 10: Thomas Reunites with Starlight

Later on at lunch, Sunset let Thomas get his own lunch, until he picked out chicken tenders with fries and a soda, and some diced pears. When he was ready, Sunset, who got herself a tuna sandwich with lettuce and a bowl of fruit, went with Thomas over to where the girls were sitting, and then they all had lunch together.

“Hey, girls,” Thomas said. “Hello, Thomas!” they greeted warmly in unison. Thomas then made a soft smile, until they all noticed that he lowered his head down a little bit as he hardly ate his food, but got through most of it. Sunset then rubbed at his shoulder, “What’s wrong, Thomas?” The other six had looks of concern on each of their faces. Thomas then let out a heavy sigh, “Auntie Sunset... girls, I’m not trying to hurt your feelings, but I’m scared. I’m worried that there won’t be another 30th moon, or if... if I’m never gonna see them again. My Momma must be sad and all alone.”

“Aww...” Fluttershy said, as she placed him on her lap and then wrapped her arms around him for a hug. “Oh, please don’t cry, darling,” Rarity said. “You’ll see them again. It just takes time,” Fluttershy said, giving him a kiss on the cheek. Pinkie Pie then poked his shoulder from behind, and after he turned around, she had a vanilla cupcake with white frosting and sprinkles in her hand, and then he took it and ate it. “Thank you,” he said. “Aww... you’re welcome!” Pinkie Pie replied sweetly, until she kissed him on the forehead. Thomas then sat back down and continued to eat the cupcake.

“Do you feel better now, sweetheart?” Fluttershy asked. Thomas nodded with a whimper, and then after he finished his cupcake, Rarity wiped his face with a napkin.

Meanwhile, Starlight was still wandering around the hallway looking for her missing nephew. “This place is kinda freaky, but somehow pretty interesting. Don’t get these weird clothes, either,” she said. “But it might come into good use.”

While she continued walking, she accidentally bumped into Vice Principal Luna. “Oh, gosh! I’m so sorry, ma’am!” Starlight said. “It’s fine,” Vice Principal Luna said. “Umm... oh, sorry. Where are my manners?” Starlight said, and then she reached out her hand. “I’m Starlight. Starlight Glimmer.”

“Very nice to meet you, Starlight Glimmer. I’m Luna, the vice principal of this school,” she said, shaking her hand with Starlight. “Would you like to enroll here?” Starlight thought for a moment, then nodded, “What the heck? But could I talk to your principal, and probably get to know this place a little?” Vice Principal Luna nodded, and then took the new student to the principal’s office.

Later on, when school was nearly almost over, Sunset and the others were walking over to the library while Sunset was holding Thomas in her arms as he leaned towards both her shoulders and upper chest, but they were suddenly stopped by Principal Celestia and Vice Principal Luna. “Hello, girls,” Principal Celestia said. “Having a pleasant afternoon?” Vice Principal Luna asked. They waved and nodded at them, and then Principal Celestia and Vice Principal Luna smiled warmly at Thomas.

“Hello, Thomas sweetheart,” Principal Celestia said sweetly in a motherly tone. “Are you enjoying the school so far?” Vice Principal Luna asked. Thomas nodded with a soft smile, and he was hugging his Snuggle Bear teddy. “Anyway, we’d like to introduce somebody new here,” Principal Celestia said, until they saw Starlight walk over. “We’d like to you meet our new student...”

“AUNTIE STARLIGHT!!” Thomas exclaimed, as he ran over to his auntie for a hug. “Thomas!” Starlight said, until she gently wrapped her arms around him and then chuckled happily. “Oh, Thomas. You’re okay! Your mom misses you and is feeling a little bit broken, but I came over to see if you were safe.”

“Oh, you know this young man?” Principal Celestia asked. “Wait... are you Starlight Glimmer, Princess Twilight’s student from Equestria?” Sunset asked. “And you’re also his aunt?” Sci-Twi asked. Starlight nodded as Thomas nuzzled with her chest while she was hugging him softly, until she stood up and then held him like Sunset did, “This is even better than holding you with one hoof, but I’m gonna miss that later on.”

“You mean when you have to go back to Equestria?” Fluttershy asked. Starlight nodded, and then she thought of an idea, “But I would like to get to know about this human nature.”

“Well, we’d like to show you a few places, but how about if we show you one place we sometimes like to hang out?” Sunset asked. “Yeah, sure,” Starlight said. “Ooh! Ooh! I think I know which place you’re talking about!” Pinkie Pie said. “Then consider yourself a welcomed student here at CHS,” Principal Celestia said. “Thank you, Principal Celestia. It’s an honor to be here, but I’m actually here to look out for my nephew,” Starlight said. “But I’m glad you’re doing the same thing, so... can I join the fun?” The girls made agreeable comments and then wrapped their arms around her, and then Starlight made a warm smile. “Umm, is it okay if we catch up with you girls later?” Sunset asked. The girls replied with agreeable comments and then went on ahead.

“So, how’d you get here?” Sunset asked. “The portal closed for another 30 moons.”

“Well, I had a little help from a certain somepony that knows the moon better,” Starlight said. “Princess Luna helped you?” Thomas asked. “That’s right, and I’ve asked her if I could come here and maybe have a little recon to see if you weren’t hurt or anything,” Starlight said. “I’m fine, Auntie Starlight. But Auntie Sunset and her friends are looking out for me,” Thomas said. “I also made him a promise, including his version of Fluttershy that I’ll take care of him until the portal comes back,” Sunset said. “Well, that’s why I’m here now. So, could I have a little walkthrough about this world?”

“Yeah, but why don’t we get you some pajamas after... we go get some ice cream?” Sunset asked. “Yay!” Thomas said excitedly. “I guess I could go for some,” Starlight said, and then she took Thomas’s hand and the three left the school together.

Later on, they arrived at a building called The Sweet Shoppe, and then entered the building and saw two human versions of Mr. and Mrs. Cake.

“Hey, Mrs. Cake. Umm... could I get me and our new friend here some chocolate shakes with whipped cream and strawberry syrup?” Sunset asked. “Of course, Sunset dearie,” Mrs. Cake said, until she looked at Thomas. “Anything for you, sweetheart?”

“Umm... could I have a cookies and cream flurry please?” Thomas asked. “Aww... of course you may,” Mrs. Cake said, and then Sunset paid for the treats. “Thomas? Why don’t you go sit with girls while we get your flurry?” Sunset asked. Thomas nodded and then went to go sit with the girls, who were enjoying their milkshakes and smoothies. Rarity saw Thomas walking over, “Oh! Hello there, Thomas darling.”

“Hey, everyone. Umm, please don’t be mean, but is it okay if I sit with you while my aunts get my ice cream?” Thomas asked. “Yeah, sure. Come right in, sugarcube,” Applejack said. Rarity then patted her lap, “Come here, darling. You can sit on my lap.” Thomas nodded, and then he walked over to the edge where Rarity sat and then carefully placed himself on her lap. “Thank you,” Thomas said, until Rarity kissed his cheek. “You’re welcome,” she said softly. Sunset and Starlight came back with their milkshakes and Thomas’s flurry. Thomas then started eating his ice cream, and then they started to chat.

“So, Starlight... how’s about you tell us how y’all got here?” Applejack asked. “Well, back in the Crystal Empire, Thomas’s mother, which is Fluttershy from the other side, has been emotionally heartbroken over the disappearance of Thomas, her beloved son,” Starlight said, and then the girls made sorrowful comments. “So while they were distracted, I decided to come over here in this dimensional world, and probably find out if something happened to this little guy.” Starlight mentioned Thomas, and then continued, “So with Princess Luna’s magic, I was able to travel through the portal for once. I just want to know if he was still okay.”

“Well, I’m glad you decided to join the party, darling,” Rarity said, while she was softly stroking Thomas’s belly as he still sat on her lap. “Auntie Starlight? Is my Momma still upset about me?” Thomas asked sadly. “Yeah, sweetheart. She really misses you, and really wants you back,” Starlight said. Thomas lowered his head down in shame, until Sunset stroked his shoulder. “You’ve still got time to explore, okay?” she said. Thomas nodded, and then continued eating his ice cream until he finished it.

When Thomas was done, he then took out his Snuggle Bear teddy and then hugged it, until Rarity turned him on his left side, and then lowered his head against her bosom. As he felt Rarity softly stroke his hair, Thomas suddenly felt the warmth of her comforting hug soothe him, “How are you feeling now, darling?”

“A little bit better,” Thomas replied. “Aww... Still feeling the dumps, aren’t you?” Sci-Twi asked. Thomas nodded, and then he looked down in shame and then closed his eyes as tears started to shed. Rarity then held both his hands and stroked them gently, and then stroked his shoulder nicely and soothingly. “There, there, darling. There’s no need for any more tears of sadness. I’m sure your mother knows you’re just fine,” Rarity said. “How do you know?” Thomas asked in a broken tone, until Rarity softly shushed him.

The girls were smiling warmly at Rarity’s generosity, until Thomas made a tear-filled smile, and then he leaned over for a hug. “Thank you, Rarity. You know how to make me feel better. And I know that she’ll be safe... my Momma,” Thomas said. “Yes, darling. I know,” Rarity said, stroking his hair as she rested her chin on top of his head.

“That was beautiful, Rarity,” Fluttershy said. “Thank you, darling. I just wanted him to know that he’s never alone, if he still misses his poor mother,” Rarity said sweetly. “But now, you’ve healed his broken heart with your generous hug,” Sunset said.

“Maybe we should all head home,” Applejack said. “Yeah, I should probably get some exercise,” Rainbow Dash said. “Well, then I guess we’ll see you all tomorrow,” Sunset said, and then lifted her nephew up and then held him against her hip until he rested on one of her shoulders, and then she and Starlight walked over to her apartment.

Back at the apartment, Sunset was watching some TV while Starlight was waiting for Thomas to be done with his bath, and she was wearing a moderate persian blue slim fit nightgown shirt with moderate purple shoulder straps and a picture of her cutie mark on the center, and a pair of soft lounge cropped shorts. When Thomas came out, he was wearing his Spider-Man pajamas after Sunset washed them earlier. “Aww... Thomas. Those are the cutest pajamas I’ve ever seen,” Starlight said. “Thank you, Auntie Starlight,” Thomas said with a soft blush on his cheeks. Thomas went to the couch and laid on Starlight’s legs and nuzzled with her belly, as she sat with them in mermaid pose, and then Sunset came back with a blanket. “Here. It’s cold tonight,” Sunset said. “Thanks, Sunset,” Starlight said, and then she wrapped it around herself, and her adorable nephew. And then after the movie ended, it was time for bed since it was a school night.

Before she went to sleep, Starlight thought about giving her nephew a nice warm cuddle for a little bit. “Are you glad I came?” Starlight asked, stroking Thomas’s shoulder. Thomas nodded, and then Starlight gave him a kiss on the forehead, “Yeah. I thought so.”

After a quick cuddle for a few minutes, Thomas heavily closed his eyes and then fell asleep, and then Starlight lowered him on the mattress and then laid down, and after she brought Thomas over for a hug throughout the night, Starlight fell asleep.

Chapter 11: Warm-Hearted Comfort

During the night, Thomas stirred in his sleep, like he was having a nightmare. He suddenly saw himself in court at Canterlot, and was held in chains. He then saw his mother crying and comforted by Rarity. He then saw his other aunts looking at him angrily, until he saw Princess Celestia walking over. “Thomas Mercer Shy, you have failed us as a citizen of Equestria, and then trespassed into a sacred relic that was strictly forbidden!” she hollered. “No! I only slipped! I didn’t mean too!” Thomas said. “Enough! Since we’ve all found you guilty, a suitable punishment is in order,” Princess Celestia said. “No! Please!” Thomas screamed as he was about to be burnt into his fiery grave, but then he fell.

Thomas then woke up screaming until Starlight hugged him softly. “Shhhhhh... it’s okay, sweetheart. I’m here,” Starlight said, while he laid down on her bare lap and hugged one of her thighs for comfort. “Calm down, sweetie. Tell us what happened,” Sunset said. “I was back in C-Canterlot... and then in court for touching the mirror... and then I was burnt alive in a grave!” Thomas said, until he cried again. Sunset woke up, and then she comforted her nephew by rubbing his back. Starlight sat him up on her lap, and then Thomas rested himself against her body.

“Thomas? I know you’re going through a lot right now, but you’ve got to stand up for yourself sometimes, because that’ll also help you,” Sunset said. “I know... b-b-but... I’m scared,” Thomas said. “Aww, I know, honey. I know,” Starlight said, as he Thomas’s buried his face in her breasts and continued to cry.

“Poor little guy,” Sunset said. “Yeah, but I might can’t say that nopony’s... I mean nobody’s ever had dreams like those before, not even me, except for often times when we have dreams if we’re really afraid of something probably more than normal,” Starlight said in agreement, as she stroked Thomas’s hair as his head laid in her chest.

“He’s probably scared of losing his mother,” Sunset said. “I think you’re right,” Starlight said. “And probably because if we don’t get him home soon, including you, you’ll both be trapped here forever,” Sunset said. “That means you and I, including our friends will have to protect him, and make sure that he doesn’t get hurt.”

“Good point,” Starlight said, until she and Sunset heard soft snoring. “Aww... he cried himself to sleep.” Starlight then kissed him on the forehead, while Sunset kissed him back, and then Starlight handed him to Sunset and then they both went back to sleep.

The next morning, Thomas smiled warmly as he finally had a good night’s sleep, but he laid on his stomach and somehow slept on top of Sunset’s belly, and he curled his arms in massage position. Sunset had her arm on his backside for comforting support, and had her other hand on Thomas’s hand. Thomas was also being hugged by Starlight, who was behind him and gently hugging him with one arm around his stomach.

Sunset then woke up and saw Thomas sleeping on her belly, and then smiled warmly and gave him a kiss on the forehead. Thomas then stirred in his sleep and looked up at Sunset. “Good morning, sleepyhead. How do you feel?” she asked. “Good, but a little bit better,” Thomas said. Sunset playfully rubbed his head, and then she got out of bed, and so did Starlight, so they could get dressed and ready for school.

After finishing putting their clothes on and having breakfast, Starlight got her hair brushed, and Sunset was finishing up packing up Thomas’s lunch for today, which was a peanut butter and jelly sandwich, and some snacks to go with. When his lunchbox was ready, and his backpack, Thomas grabbed them both, and the three walked over to school together.

While they were walking, Sunset looked down at Thomas, and then stopped for a moment to talk to him, “Thomas? Sweetheart, can you look at me?” Thomas looked up at Sunset, and then she held his hands with both of them for comfort. “That’s better. Now, listen. I know this may be hard for you, Thomas,” Sunset said. “But if you get scared more often, it’ll only make some events worse, because like I said last night, you got to stand up to yourself because it’ll just drift the fear away.”

Thomas nodded, and then Sunset continued. “I know you’ve been mistreated your whole life, but you didn’t deserve that. You deserve to feel loved and that you matter to other people around you. Look, the point is, I know that you’re too shy or scared to speak up, but Thomas...” She placed on hand on his cheek and stroked her thumb on it. “If you ever have trouble trying to stand up for yourself or are just feeling afraid that you’ll feel like you’re gonna get yourself hurt, just come to one of us to talk to, and we’ll take care of it, okay? Because I really don’t like people treating my friends like garbage.”

Thomas nodded, and then Sunset smiled softly, “Come here.” Thomas then went to her for a hug, and then she lifted him up to hold him against her chest as he rested on her shoulder. “How about if I carry you all the way?” Sunset asked. Thomas nodded, and then they continued to walk over to school.

Chapter 12: Musical Happiness

Sunset, Starlight and Thomas approached at the school and were right on time. When they entered the door, Principal Celestia was there waiting for them. “Good morning, you three. Now, Starlight. I have your schedule right here,” she said, handing Starlight her schedule. “Thanks,” Starlight said, and then Thomas went to the principal and handed her a handful of flowers. “That’s very sweet of you, Thomas,” Principal Celestia said kindly. Thomas nodded, and then they went to class.

When they were seated in the classroom, Thomas continued with his drawing by coloring in the other ponies he drew, and then he colored in the outlines of Twilight’s castle in Ponyville of how he remembered it, and then he colored in the rest of the drawing by drawing the rest of Ponyville and coloring it in carefully, but suddenly the bell rang and he put it in his bag for later.

Later on, after he finished his sandwich and snacks, he continued on with his drawing. He smiled warmly at the characters in his drawing while he was coloring it, but until he started to feel tears of sadness sting his eyes. Thomas closed his eyes softly, and then tried to hold it in, but he looked his head down in depressing heartbreak.

‘I miss my Momma and my aunties. They’ve gotta be worried about me, but I hope they’re okay,’ he said to himself. When he finished his entire drawing, Thomas hugged it without crumbling it, until he felt someone scooting him over to her side. It was Rainbow Dash, and then he leaned over until he covered himself underneath her hoodie, laid on the right side of her lap and rested against her belly, and then Rainbow Dash stroked his shoulder. “Don’t worry, buddy. I’ve got you now,” she said, and then she carefully took the drawing and showed it to the others, until they reacted with cute comments. “It’s lovely, Thomas,” Fluttershy said. “Yes, darling. I also agree with Fluttershy,” Rarity replied. Thomas nodded, until Rainbow Dash thought of an idea, “Hey, girls. I think I know how to cheer him up.”

The girls listened to her idea, and then after lunch, they went to the music room, and got out their band music equipment, and then Sunset placed Thomas onto the top of the piano. “What are we doing in here?” Starlight asked. “You’ll see,” Sunset said, and then she grabbed her guitar. “You ready?” Rainbow Dash asked. Thomas and Starlight nodded, and then they started playing their instruments, as Pinkie Pie counted down with her drumsticks, “1, 2, 3, 4!”

When they finished singing, Thomas and Starlight applauded for their performance with excitement. “I think they liked it,” Pinkie Pie said, but Thomas suddenly hugged Sunset’s waist. Sunset smiled warmly and then hugged him back, “Guess it made you feel better, huh?” Thomas nodded, and then after Rainbow Dash lifted him up to hold him, he hugged her shoulders.

“You’re welcome, kiddo,” Rainbow Dash said, rubbing his back. The bell then rang again, and it was time for last period classes. When Thomas was on his way over, he suddenly heard a voice, “Thomas?”

He turned around and saw Principal Celestia looking down at him, and then she kneeled down towards his level. “Are you feeling alright?” she asked. “A little, but I’ll be fine,” Thomas replied. “Hmm... Why don’t you come over to my office? We’ll talk,” Principal Celestia asked, and then Thomas nodded and walked over to the office with her.

When they arrived at her office, Thomas sat on the chair and then Principal Celestia sat at her desk. “Thomas, before you say anything you’re not in trouble, but I just want to talk to you,” she said. “I’ve been seeing your behaviors, and some of them keep changing from sadness to happiness. But if you want me to help you, could you please tell me what’s troubling you so I can do something about it?”

“Well, I just miss my Momma, and my aunties back home in Equestria,” Thomas said. “But I’m happy to have Auntie Sunset and Auntie Starlight to look out for me, and the other 6. I’m really enjoying the school life here like Sunset is, but my loneliness is hurting me.”

“So you’re homesick?” Principal Celestia asked. Thomas nodded, and then she walked over and stroked his hands with hers, “I know you miss them, and that they miss you. But, sweetheart... I’m sure we can all do our best to make sure you have a good school life until you return home, okay?” Thomas nodded, and then he went to her for a hug, until she hugged him back. “I think it’s best that you better go see what they’re up to now,” she said. Thomas nodded, and then he left the office, but looked at her one more time, “Thanks for making me feel better.”

“You’re welcome, sweetheart,” the principal replied. Thomas then left the office to find the girls, and then Principal Celestia was intrigued by his kindness, “My, what a sweet little boy he is. He certainly is an innocent child.”

Chapter 13: Critter Comfort

The girls then went outside to talk when school was done, but Thomas suddenly came outside, but then went their separate ways for now, and Fluttershy went over to the flagpole and then she unzipped her backpack and nuzzled her cheek with her kitten as it started purring. Thomas suddenly came over, and then Fluttershy smiled warmly, “Do you wanna give her a treat?” Thomas nodded, and then he sat down with her and gave the cat some cat treats, and gently stroked the soft fur on its head as the cat purred.

Fluttershy then unzipped her backpack and let her animals out to roam free, and then they went around Fluttershy and Thomas. “So, you have a lot of animals at the shelter?” Thomas asked. “Mmhmm. I usually find those who don’t have homes or if their habitat is not available anymore, so I take them there for sheltering comfort,” Fluttershy said. “Kinda like me and my Momma, but we live in a cottage,” Thomas said.

“You really miss her, don’t you?” Fluttershy asked. “Yeah, but I’m sure she’s in good hands or hooves,” Thomas replied. Fluttershy then let him sit closer to her, and then she laid him on her lap while sitting in mermaid pose, and then some of her critters comforted the poor boy. “Thanks, you guys,” Thomas said, as Fluttershy stroked his hair playfully, and hugged him on the stomach while holding his hands. “Here, hold this,” she said, giving Thomas her bunny.

“You don’t mind?” Thomas asked. “Holding a bunny always makes me feel better,” Fluttershy said. “Me, too. But whenever I get sad, scared, stressed, or angry, I usually take a nice deep breath and then I close my eyes and just drift into my mind to reach my subconsciously calmness,” Thomas said, until Fluttershy smiled warmly and then ruffled his hair gently. “Well...” Thomas then felt calm as the cute little white bunny rabbit nuzzled underneath his jaw, “Ooh. It actually kind of works. I’m kinda feeling... really warm.”

Fluttershy smiled warmly with a soft giggle, and then kissed him on the forehead, “I just want you to feel like you are making yourself humble and relaxed.” Thomas nodded, and then he suddenly had an idea, “Can you take me to the playground?”

“Of course, sweetheart. I’d be happy to,” Fluttershy said, and after she took Thomas’s hand, they both walked over to the playground, and then she gave Thomas a few pushes on the swing, and then they walked back over to the front yard.

They suddenly saw Vice Principal Luna appear. “Oh, hello,” Fluttershy said. “Hello, Fluttershy. And I assume that you’re watching over young Thomas?” Vice Principal Luna asked, until Thomas nodded. “That’s very thoughtful of you to do,” Vice Principal Luna said. “And I heard you talked to the principal about your... homesickness from your family?”

“Yeah, but I’m feeling a little bit better, thanks to Fluttershy,” Thomas replied, hugging her leg. “Isn’t he such a sweetheart?” Fluttershy asked. “Well, I see you’re getting along really well. But remember, our offices are always available if you need someone to talk to,” Vice Principal Luna stated, and then Thomas nodded. “Now, have a good day, and I’ll see you around.” Vice Principal Luna walked away, and then they went to go meet up with the others.

Chapter 14: Carnival Funtime/Return of the Dazzlings

Meanwhile, The Mane Eight, including Starlight, were walking down the hallway while Rarity was holding Thomas in her arms as he laid his head on her left breast and wrapped his arms around her shoulders, and he was sleeping while Rarity covered his ears with one hand on one side of his head, and he had his ear listening to the sound of her heartbeat.

“My animals were so kind to him when he gave my kitty some treats, and then I let him lay on my lap before I handed him a bunny to nuzzle with. After that, I pushed him on the swings, and then Vice Principal Luna mentioned something about him being homesick,” Fluttershy said. “Well, I guess he probably misses his family, including his ma,” Applejack said. “Aww, the poor darling,” Rarity said, before giving him a kiss on the forehead without waking him up, and then she rubbed his back soothingly.

“I’m glad you’re handling him really well,” Sunset said. “Guess they don’t call you the Element of Generosity for nothing, huh?” Starlight asked. “I guess,” Rarity said. “But someone’s got to make sure that every adorable little child is in good care.”

Thomas then made a moaning sound as he began to awaken. “Aww... looks like someone’s waking up on the wrong side of the bed,” Sci-Twi said. “Do you feel better, darling?” Rarity asked. Thomas nodded, and then held her hand.

“So, what do you want to do now, since we’ve got ourselves tonight?” Sunset asked. Thomas then tugged her shirt gently, and showed her a flyer for the annual carnival later on in the afternoon and evening. “I think our little friend just gave us an idea,” Sunset said, showing them the flyer.

“Of course! The carnival!” Rarity exclaimed generously. “Wheeeeee! So much cotton candy and caramel popcorn!” Pinkie Pie exclaimed excitedly. The girls laughed, and then Rarity thought of an idea, “Thomas, since it’s going to be cold tonight, how about if I make you a nice warm fleece for you to wear underneath your jacket?” Thomas nodded, and then they left the school together.

Later on, they left for Rarity’s boutique in the city, which was a huge department store that was built as her house. Thomas was in the pedestal with Rarity as she worked on his measurements for his new fleece. When she was done with the sketches and the measurements, Thomas stood off the pedestal and went to go wait with the others, and then sat on Fluttershy’s lap. Few minutes later from waiting, Rarity came out with Thomas’s fleece, which was black with royal blue and green plaid all over, and it had blue cuffs, and a green crest with 3 silver clip buttons.

“It looks nice. I think I like it,” Thomas said. Rarity then walked over to him, and wrapped her arms around him for a hug towards her belly. “You’re welcome, darling,” Rarity said. Thomas then put the fleece on and then placed his sweatshirt over him. “I made it an undershirt type of fleece in case he gets cold during these type of weathers,” Rarity said, while ruffling Thomas’s hair. “And we’ll have one special moment at the carnival later on, but I made us all outfits for tonight.”

“Well, let’s get to it!” Rainbow Dash said, as the girls made agreeable comments, and then went to go try on their outfits for the carnival.

When they arrived at the carnival, it had a few tents for fun games, a tent for Trixie’s magic show, which was blue and had purplish indigo stripes and a pattern of violet stars, a concert stage for performing guest singers, a mirror maze, laser tag, a bush maze, and some theme park attractions like a boat ride, spinning tea cups, and a ferris wheel.

When they paid for their tickets, they entered the park. The girls also had some outfits that Rarity made for herself and her friends, but Starlight went as she was. Sunset wore a dark reddish violet jacket with orange arrow stripes and grayish dark reddish violet shoulder flaps and zipper over a light orange and pink shape patterned top, two red bracelets but with one that was a watch, dark reddish violet yoga pants with a orange belt around her and a picture of her cutie mark on one side and glitter underneath, and dark crimson red boots with tan soles and orange shoelaces.

Rainbow Dash wore a blue short sleeve vest jacket with gradients of waves over her casual t-shirt, a green and white visor cap, blackish blue cropped shorts with red rings with a rainbow gradient lightning streak on each side over black sweatpants that reached her knees, and black sneakers with rainbow colored linings, red soles, blue lightning bolts, and yellow shoelaces.

Pinkie Pie wore a sky blue vest over a pink shirt that had the picture of her three yellow and blue balloons, a tutu with three layers of pink, sky blue, and creamy yellow, a pair of light pink pantyhose leggings with light blue and yellow polka dots, and a pair of sky blue pumped booties with yellow fuzz and pink shoelaces, and she braided some of her hair with miniature pom pom ponytails while the rest hung normally.

Applejack wore a blue jean fabric vest jacket with gold pockets and studs over a white dress with red apple on her crest, green buttons on her abdomen section, and a picture of a red and green flower all over each corner of her skirt, red and green apple sunglasses, and a new pair of brown boots with three red apples in the front.

Rarity wore a blue to bluish violet to moderate indigo gradient jacket with sapphire studs and a blue faux fur collar, a violet to sky blue fleecy dress top with a pattern of linings and a picture of her three blue diamonds on the center, darker bluish violet cropped yoga pants underneath a skirt in a gradient of navy blue to violet, and purple cargo boots with sapphire studs on the sole and blue pumps.

Sci-Twi wore a brilliant rose polo shirt with a white collar and sleeve cuffs, and had her cutie mark symbol on the front, a dark moderate purple skirt, dark moderate purple leggings, moderate sapphire blue rain boots, a bag with a belt around her waist, a pink and purple bracelet, and a purple glittery Star hair piece on the left side of her hair.

Fluttershy wore a light aqua green fleecy dress with purple and dark pink butterflies all over and a light aqua green cuff on her skirt, a pair of sneakers with moderate pink, light pink, and dark pink linings, and aqua green socks.

Before they went in, Rarity suddenly looked down at Thomas and bent herself down a little, “Thomas... if a lady may ask, what made you want to come to this enjoyable place?”

“I’ve never been to a carnival,” Thomas said. “Right. You lived in an orphanage with other children, but they were very rude to you,” Sci-Twi said, until she hugged him for comfort. “I’m sure we’ll have some fun here,” Sunset said, as Starlight was ruffling his hair. “Come on! Let’s go play some games, and catch up on the other things!” Rainbow Dash said, and then they all went off to play some carnival games.

After a couple of games, Thomas saw Trixie, who was now wearing a short dark blue dress/shirt with long sleeves, a short puffy skirt, yellow lining and shoulder pads, light blue stars on the sleeves, purple clips and necklace, purple knee high socks, dark blue high heel shoes with gold stars and sky blue bows on them, and a dark blue top hat with a yellow lining and 2 purple feathers.

“Hello, Thomas!” she exclaimed. “Uh, hi, Trixie,” Thomas replied. “And would the little one like to see some thrills of the Great and Powerful Trixie?” she asked. “Can we, Auntie Sunset?” Thomas asked. Sunset then looked at the girls who shrugged their shoulders in agreement, “It’s alright with me.”

“Excellent, now step inside, and we shall get started,” Trixie said, as she unveiled the curtain in her tent, and then let them enter. They then watched Trixie perform some magic tricks for a few minutes, until she concluded the show with a puff of smoke.

Thomas then saw Sunset win him a turtle plushie that was almost as tall as his teddy from a ring toss game, and then they went to get his face painted with Spider-Man’s upper face on his eyes and forehead. After Thomas got his face painted, the girls saw how cute he looked. Rarity smiled warmly at Thomas, “Aww, I love your face paint, Thomas darling.” Thomas blushed softly, “Thank you, Rarity.” Rarity then kissed him on the cheek. Fluttershy’s face was a rabbit’s nose. “I like yours too, Fluttershy,” Thomas said.

“Thank you, sweetheart,” Fluttershy said, until she kissed him on the other cheek, and hugged him without ruining his face paint. “Hey, guys! What’s better... without cotton candy?!” Pinkie Pie exclaimed, handing them all some cotton candy in both blue and pink. She also had a clown face paint.

They then went to go do some co-op laser tag as a group and then they scored together. After that, they went through the hall of mirrors that went with neon lights, and then did a photo booth all together.

Later on, they went to a picnic bench and had some pizza, fries and soda. “So, are you enjoying the carnival, Thomas?” Sunset asked. “Yeah! This is so much fun!” Thomas replied. Sunset chuckled, and then ruffled his hair, “I know it is. I’m glad you’re having a good time, too.”

“Yes, darling. And thank you so much for coming up with such an idea like this,” Rarity said, until she kissed him on the cheek again. When Thomas finished his pizza and fries, he cuddled with his plushie, but he suddenly felt himself sitting on Fluttershy’s lap as she wrapped her arms around him for a hug and kissed the top of his head, and then he wrapped his little arms around hers and held her hand that was softly stroking him on the chest and hugging his Snuggle Bear teddy.

“So, what do you think we should do next?” Rainbow Dash asked. “Well, we’ve got a few more options before doing the ferris wheel,” Sunset said.

“Well, that’s fine, darling,” Rarity said. “I bet we could do something funny fun fun!” Pinkie Pie said. The girls laughed at her comment, as she laughed with her. “How many days do I have left?” Thomas asked. “Well, according to the calendar, you now have...” Sunset looked at her phone for the calendar. “12 days left, but don’t worry, sweetheart. We’ll keep you safe. I did promise your mother and Princess Twilight.” Thomas nodded, and then leaned back towards Fluttershy’s chest, until she gently rocked back and forth to comfort him.

When they finished their dinner, they went on the ferris wheel, and Thomas sat on Fluttershy’s lap as she sat next to Sunset and Rarity. “Still miss your mother?” Rarity asked. “Yeah, but I’m sure she’s fine,” Thomas replied. “Yes, we know,” Rarity said.

Thomas then felt himself being hugged by Fluttershy, and then Thomas hugged her arms. After the ferris wheel ride, Rarity helped Thomas with the face paint removal with a bucket of water and some paper towels, until the girls then saw colorful stage lights appearing on the stage, so they went to go look. As they went up for a closer look, they saw three girls that were the same age as the Mane 8 behind the curtains.

The one on the left had pale light grayish fuchsia skin, moderate purple hair with moderate aquamarine streaks and silver two-star hair clips that braided it into two ponytails on each side, moderate mulberry eyes with moderate mulberry eyeshadow, and she was wearing a reddish violet sweatshirt with white polka dots underneath a lime green faux fur short sleeve vest with light gray streaks, a moderate purple scarf around her neck, darker reddish violet pants with light aqua green streaks, and dark magenta boots with lime green fur on the back.

The one on the right had arctic bluish white skin, light arctic blue hair with moderate persian blue streaks and was tied into a ponytail, moderate raspberry eyes, and she was wearing a moderate magenta dress with some sides of darker magenta with grayish magenta glitter, and one long sleeve in darker magenta and one short sleeve, and tacos on the center and both the right and left side of her skirt, moderate magenta and dark magenta striped socks and light aqua green sneakers with dark magenta tongues, pale light aqua green soles and darker magenta shoelaces.

The one in the middle had pale apple green skin, huge luminous vivid orange bobby and curly hair with brilliant yellow streaks and a black hairband with long purple spikes, brilliant raspberry eyes, and she was wearing a pale light grayish fuchsia top with light grayish fuchsia triangles all over, a black collar with gold studs, a golden belt around her waist and gold necklace around her neck, a darker grayish indigo leather jacket with gold spikes on the cuffed sleeves, gold bracelets and black wristbands with gold spikes, purple glittery cuffed and cropped shorts, and darker grayish indigo and purple thigh-high boots with orange studs on the top, gold gems on the buckles and gold spikes on the heels.

“The Dazzlings are back?!” Sunset asked. “Who are they?” Thomas asked, while nervously hugging Rainbow Dash’s leg. “Those three up there are some troublesome evil people we dealt with before,” Rainbow Dash said. “And they’re also the three sirens I told you about before,” Sunset said. “They don’t look like sirens,” Thomas said.

“That’s because they lost their magical power from them rubies they were wearin’,” Applejack said. Thomas then saw the Dazzlings walk out and then they started singing. Rainbow Dash then lifted him up onto her shoulders for a better look. “They must be a last-minute addition!” Pinkie Pie said. “But they lost their voices! They gotta be using magic!” Rainbow Dash said. “That or vocal processin’,” Applejack said. “They wouldn't! Wait, what am I talking about? Of course they would,” Rainbow Dash said. “Shhhhhh... Listen,” Thomas said.

When the Dazzlings finished singing, the crowd applauded for them. Adagio then sighed, “That song's called Find the Magic. Thanks for your time.” She then dropped the mic, “Human scum.” She and the other two walked off. “Seriously?” Sunset asked. “The chord progression is kind of samey-samey,” Rarity said. “I don’t see anything wrong with them. They reminded me of my Momma’s singing like when she puts me to sleep or if I have a nightmare,” Thomas said, as he was being held by Applejack. “This may sound crazy, but I kinda feel bad for hurting them, except for the evilness type of thing,” Sunset said. “Still no excuse for lazy songwriting,” Rarity said. “So what are we gonna do?” Rainbow Dash asked. “Uh... girls, where’d Thomas go?” Sunset asked. They girls suddenly looked around for their nephew, until they found out about where he went and followed him.

When Thomas went backstage, he then saw the Dazzling’s tour bus near the parking lot, until he hid behind black crates full of musical equipment and saw them coming out. He gazed at how seductively gorgeous they were.

“Ooooh, that was our best show yet!” Sonata exclaimed. “The loop on our rhythm is really working,” Aria said. “Of course it's working. It was my idea,” Adagio said. “Loop in our rhythm? What do they mean?” Thomas asked himself, but then he hid himself again. Once the Dazzlings passed by without him being seen, Thomas snuck into the van, while the girls watched from behind. “Okay, I’ll go get him. Could you meet me over there?” Sunset asked, and then the girls nodded and went to go wait for her after she went on ahead.

Meanwhile, The Dazzlings were at the carnival and walking around to find something to do. Adagio suddenly stopped and felt like she forgot something, “Wait a moment. Before we left, did one of you remember to take the bread out of the toaster?”

“Don’t look at me. It's not my job to not start fires,” Aria said, until she looked at Sonata. Sonata then scoffed, “Well, how was I supposed to know you can't put tacos in the toaster? I mean seriously, who invented these things?” Adagio groaned with frustration, “You two are so annoying. Let's go.” The three then started to walk back to the parking lot.

Meanwhile, in their van, Thomas was looking through their van in wonder and did some cleaning up around some rooms and picked up the trash, but he suddenly heard the toaster go off, and saw two pieces of toast in there. “Who would leave toast in a toaster?” he asked while holding it with some oven mitts. “I probably shouldn’t.” He then put the toaster down and took off the oven mitts. Until Thomas heard footsteps coming back, he started to panic and hid underneath the kitchen cupboard and hugged his Snuggle Bear teddy, and then breathed quietly.

Sunset then entered the van and looked around for her nephew, “Thomas? Thomas? Where are you?” Sunset suddenly saw the toaster full of the toast. “Who leaves toast in a toaster? Honestly,” Sunset asked. The van door suddenly opened, and then Adagio spoke up, “Don't even think about eating our toast, Sunset Shimmer!”

Sunset then took a deep breath and then calmly put the toaster down before turning around, “I wasn’t.”

“What are you doing on our bus?” Adagio asked, with her hands on her hips. “Sorry, not sorry, Adagio,” Sunset said. “But it's time to take this track off the air. I heard you admit that you’re probably up to no good, like last time!”

“Up to no good? What? We looped a vocal track,” Adagio said. The Dazzlings then started laughing, until Sunset grasped Adagio’s arm and looked into her memories. “You’re telling the truth,” Sunset said. “Of course I am!” Adagio said. “Now, could someone please tell me what’s going on and why you snuck into our bus?”

“Hey, what’s goin’ on here?” Applejack asked, while the others came. “That’s what we’re trying to know,” Aria asked. “This is so confusing!” Sonata said.

“We’re looking for someone, and I thought he was here,” Sunset said. “Oh really? Well, I assure you that we had no reason to...” Adagio suddenly saw Thomas crawling out of the cupboard. “Is that you, Auntie Sunset?” Thomas asked fearfully. “Yeah, it’s really me,” she replied. Thomas then crawled out of the cupboard and then went over to Sunset for a hug. “Y-Y... Y-You’re... You’re...” Sonata said, until she suddenly felt excitement in herself before she zoomed over and hugged him into her soft chest. “YOU’RE SO CUTE!” The other girls d’awwwwed at Sonata’s hug, until they heard him whimpering and suffocating underneath Sonata’s bosom, so Rarity gently pulled him out of there, and held him in her arms. “Sonata darling, you really need to go easy on him! You’re scaring the poor thing,” Rarity said, as Thomas was held in cradle position and nuzzled with her breasts.

“Was that your actual nephew?” Adagio asked. The Mane 8 nodded in agreement. “So, you’re just singing for your own benefit for either a good or bad deed?” Sunset asked. “That's about being stuck in this miserable human world with no magic or hope of returning to Equestria,” Adagio said. “And by the way, if there's Equestrian magic afoot around here, we call dibs,” Aria said.

“I thought if anyone would want to be able to take over our world with magic like last time we’ve encountered, it's you three,” Sunset said. “We made the mistake of using our powers to manipulate Canterlot High School, and we've paid the price for it with our magic,” Adagio said. “Unless you count the magic of vocal processing,” Sonata said using the quotation fingers. “Which I don't!” Adagio said. “What I'm saying is we already get a perfect start with every new day. It's called living a normal life.”

“Yeah. You all should try it sometime,” Sonata said, until The Dazzlings laughed at them. “I can't! And neither can’t he!” Sunset said. “Poor Sunset Shimmer. Are you mad?” Aria asked in a teasing tone. “Hey! Leave her alone! Auntie Sunset’s been working hard to live in this world after she’s been reformed and before you showed up! We didn’t mean to ruin your evening! We just thought if you had anything to do with me being stuck here!” Thomas said, as he nuzzled his cheek on Sunset’s arm, until she hugged him.

“Why are you crying?” Aria asked. “He’s been a little bit fussy since now. He hates it when there are people arguing or fighting,” Starlight said. “Poor little guy,” Adagio said, until she walked over to the boy and gave him a kiss on the cheek to make him feel better.

“You’re cute, you know that?” Adagio said, until Thomas noticed her hand softly stroking his face. Sunset then looked at her watch and realized that it was getting late. “Hey, uh, girls. We need to get going. It’s a school night, and we kinda need to be up on time,” Sunset said. Thomas then asked Fluttershy if she could put him down, and then Thomas went to Adagio and wrapped his arms around her waist for a hug. “I also liked your singing,” Thomas said. Adagio and the other two smiled warmly at him, and then she hugged him back as he rested his head towards her stomach. When Thomas ended the hug, Sunset lifted him up in her arms and carried him along the way.

The girls then made it back to the city, as it got late later on. Thomas suddenly began to get sleepy as he yawned and rubbed his eyes. “Sunset? Do you think it’s time he was in bed?” Rarity asked. As Sunset lowered him to look at him, he suddenly started to fall asleep, “Don’t worry, sweetheart. We’re almost there.” Thomas nodded as Sunset gently patted his back. “Umm... Sunset? If it’s okay with you, could I maybe take Thomas with me to my place for tonight? I just want to give him some extra company there,” Fluttershy said, as she smiled lightly and reached out her hand to softly stroke Thomas’s hair.

“Yeah, I don’t mind, Fluttershy,” Sunset said, and then she carefully moved the little boy over to Fluttershy’s arms, as the gently shy girl took him in both arms and then cradled him against her breasts so he can stay warm and he then turned over and rested his head on her shoulder, as he hugged himself with his Snuggle Bear teddy against her soft breasts, until Sunset went to her apartment to grab a few things for Thomas.

“I’ll make sure that he’s up on time,” Fluttershy said, and then she said goodnight to the others and walked over to her house. When Fluttershy arrived at her house, which was also a huge animal shelter with rectangular and cube shaped rooms. When she reached into her vest for a key to unlock and open the door, she looked down at Thomas and saw that he somehow fell asleep along the way.

After she went inside, Fluttershy put him on the couch and put his stuff in her bedroom, but she suddenly saw Thomas walking over. “Hello, Thomas sweetie. Are you almost ready for bed?” Fluttershy asked. Thomas nodded, “The Dazzlings also sounded friendly a little.”

“I know, sweetie. I know,” Fluttershy said, while gently hugging Thomas. “But I think it’s time for a quick bath, and then it’s straight to bed, okay?” Thomas nodded and then went with Fluttershy to her bathroom.

When they got to the bathroom, Fluttershy turned on both faucets of hot and cold water to mix it into really warm water, and poured some soap into it for a bubble bath. When the water was fully warm enough and covered with clouds of bubbles, Thomas privately took off his clothes so Fluttershy could wash them before school tomorrow, and then lifted Thomas into the bathtub so she could wash him up.

After a few minutes of a quick bath, Thomas put on his Spider-Man pajama set and slippers, and then brushed his teeth. When he was ready, Fluttershy put her pajamas on herself and then got him a bedtime story book from Thomas’s bag. Fluttershy set Thomas on her lap and then she read a few quick chapters from the book, until he fell asleep later on.

Fluttershy then went to her bed, and then laid down until Thomas suddenly scooted over to her and laid his head on her breasts and near the pillow, so Fluttershy brought him over for a hug to keep him warm and comfortable all night, and then went to sleep.

While he was sleeping peacefully, Thomas then thought to himself about his family back in Equestria, ‘Momma, I miss you and everyone else, but I hope I get home soon. I love you all.’

Chapter 15: The Soccer Game

The next morning, the girls stood by the statue waiting for Fluttershy to arrive, until they suddenly saw her coming and holding Thomas in her arms as he was feeling slightly sleepy as he rested himself on her shoulder and hung his arms out by her back. “Is he alright?” Sunset asked. “Umm... sorry we’re late. Poor little Thomas had trouble waking up this morning,” Fluttershy explained, gently patting and rubbing his back. “He couldn’t sleep halfway during the remainder of the night after he had that bad dream, so I may have let him sleep with me.”

“Poor darling,” Rarity said, softly stroking his hair with her fingers without waking him. Thomas suddenly woke up, and then he saw the girls smiling warmly at him. “Hi,” he said. “Hello, darling. Are you feeling alright?” Rarity asked sweetly. “A little bit, but I’m still tired,” Thomas said. “Don’t worry, buddy. Just be glad you’re okay,” Rainbow Dash said, and then Applejack gave Thomas a apple cinnamon nutri-grain bar for him to eat. “Thank you,” he said. “Anytime, sugarcube. Just didn’t want ya to come over on a empty stomach,” Applejack said. Suddenly, the bell rang for first period and they went inside.

“Good news, guys. Today’s another scheduled soccer game against the Crystal Prep Shadowbolts,” Rainbow Dash said in excitement. “A soccer game?” Rarity asked. “Well, I suppose we have time for that,” Sunset said. “And if you want, darling, you can sit with whoever you want,” Rarity said sweetly. Thomas nodded and then they continued to walk over to class.

When the first 3 periods ended, they heard a voice over the loudspeaker. ”Attention students, this is Vice Principal Luna. Any students signed up for the soccer team please report to the soccer field outside at once, and those who are interested to watch the game may come join as well. Thank you.” The students started to head out to the soccer field, and then the girls, including Thomas went to go join, but they saw Rainbow Dash in her soccer uniform, consisting a white t-short with yellow and blue sleeves, blue shorts, blue high socks, and blue soccer shoes.

“Hey, girls! Glad you can make it!” Rainbow Dash said excitedly. “Hope you do a great job out there,” Fluttershy said. “Yes, and please do be careful,” Rarity said. “Relax! You’re looking at an all-star pro soccer player,” Rainbow Dash said, and then she saw her teammates calling for her. “Now, if you’ll all excuse me, I have to get warmed up.” Rainbow Dash then went over to her teammates while the girls went to the bleachers. Before she could go, Rainbow Dash gave Thomas her jacket, “Just something to keep you warm in case you get cold.” Thomas nodded, and then after giving her a hug around her waist, he went with the others.

After they sat down, Thomas was placed on Rarity’s lap for comfort, and was snug and warm underneath Rainbow Dash’s jacket. “How long will it take?” Thomas asked. “Just a few more minutes, sweetheart. But don’t worry. You’ll see her in action soon,” Sci-Twi said. “Okay,” Thomas said. “Why don’t you lay back, darling? I’ll hold onto you,” Rarity said, and then Thomas turned around and then laid his head on her chest, and folded his arms in fetal position and hugged his Snuggle Bear teddy. Rarity then wrapped her arms around him so she can hug him comfortably and then she rested her chin on top of his head, and rested her hands on his shoulder and backside. “Oh, game’s starting!” Pinkie Pie said in excitement, and then they watched the game. Thomas then cheered for Rainbow Dash in happiness while sitting on Rarity’s lap.

After a few minutes of seeing Canterlot High and Crystal Prep scoring a few goals, but end up with 3 to 5 for Canterlot High, and that they won, the students went back inside to get ready to go home. “Some game, huh?” Sunset asked. “Ya said it,” Applejack said, and then they saw Rainbow Dash walking over, until Thomas ran over to hug her. “Nice job winning,” he said. “Thanks, little buddy,” Rainbow Dash said, and then ruffled his hair. “Why don’t we go back inside and get cooled off?” The girls nodded in agreement and then went back inside to get some air from the air conditioning.

“Auntie Sunset? Can I be alone for a while?” Thomas asked. Sunset nodded, and then he walked off by himself. “Guess he’s still homesick,” Fluttershy said. “No. He probably needs some privacy,” Sci-Twi said.

Chapter 16: Thomas’s Depression

After leaving the field for some breathers, Thomas then went over to the school statue and then sat down with sadness in his face, and then hugged his knees, until he looked at the clouds, until some of them turned into his family back in Equestria.

Thomas looked at his drawing, but focused on his mother, then made a soft smile.

He then leaned back towards the statue and looked down at his reflection in the water, and then sighed happily as he saw his mother’s face.

It helps to think that we're still standing all day long!

Thomas then sat back down and hugged his Snuggle Bear teddy with sadness and soft depression. Thomas suddenly began to cry after breaking down with a sad heavy heart.

Later on, the girls went to go look for their nephew/friend, wanting to make sure if he was okay. “Oh, I hope he isn’t crying himself out. He’s very sensitive,” Fluttershy said. “Oh, the poor little sweetheart.”

“Yes, I too hope that he’s alright,” Rarity said. “Don’t worry. As long as he has us, nothing bad will happen,” Sunset said. They suddenly saw Principal Celestia in her office, and then decided to see if he was in there. “Sorry to disturb you, but have you too seen Thomas anywhere today?” Sunset asked. “I’m sorry, Sunset. I haven’t seen him since this morning,” Principal Celestia replied. “Is something wrong?”

“We were on our way to pick him up, wherever he may be,” Rainbow Dash said. “But we’ve looked through every room,” Sci-Twi said. “Well, wherever he is, I’m sure he’ll want you to talk to,” Principal Celestia said. “Okay, thanks,” Sunset said, and then they continued their search. Rainbow Dash then thought of something, “I think I know where he might be. Follow me,” she said, and then they went to go see where he was at.

When they got to the entrance of the school, they saw him sitting near the statue. Thomas got up and then he saw them looking at him, until he ran over and went to Sunset for a hug. Sunset then lifted him up and held him until she set him up against her hip.

“We were worried about you. Are you okay?” Sunset asked. Thomas nodded, “I just wanted some privacy. I’m sorry.” Thomas then laid his head back on Sunset’s chest. “Aww, it’s okay. You probably just felt your heart was feeling hurt,” Fluttershy said. “But at least you’re safe,” Sci-Twi said.

“Well, look what we have here!” a voice said. The girls looked and saw 5 familiar faces and wearing Crystal Prep uniforms.

The first girl had light turquoisish gray skin, grayish mulberry short bob hair with light raspberry streaks and a flaring yellow sun barrette on the right side, moderate cerise eyes with grayish mulberry eyeshadow, and her uniform consisted a reddish violet sweater jacket with cuffs, a dark grayish blue bow tie, a plaid skirt, dark grayish purple frilly cuffed socks, and darker aqua blue dress shoes.

The second girl had pale light grayish gold skin, long moderate rose hair with lighter moderate rose and grayish aquamarine streaks while tied up in a ponytail with a cherry styled hairband, moderate indigo eyes, and her uniform consisted a light blue short sleeve shirt with a reddish violet vest, a dark grayish blue bow tie, a plaid skirt, dark grayish purple leg high frilly cuffed socks, and darker aqua blue high heeled dress shoes with frilly cuffs.

The third girl had light amberish gray skin, combed and spiky dark cornflower blue hair with moderate cerulean and moderate arctic blue streaks and goggles on the front, brilliant gamboge eyes, and her uniform consisted a reddish violet short sleeve sweater with aqua blue cuffs, and a messed up dark grayish blue bow tie, a plaid skirt, gold ear piercings, dark gray wristbands with navy blue lightning bolts, dark grayish purple ruffled frilly cuffed socks, and darker aqua blue sneakers with cerulean lightning bolts and bows.

The fourth girl had light phthalo bluish gray skin, light opalish gray hair with light arctic bluish gray streaks while styled into two long fluffy and slightly curled ponytails on both sides of her head with a bun tied on the back of her head from what looked like a widow's peak and a brilliant rose hairpiece, grayish orchid eyes that were covered by red glasses, and her uniform consisted a long sleeved reddish violet sweater with gray cuffs, a dark grayish blue bow tie, a short plaid skirt, dark grayish purple leggings and frilly cuffed socks, dark aqua blue dress shoes.

The fifth girl had pale light grayish amaranth skin, light pistachio long messy hair with pale, light grayish green and light brilliant lime green streaks and a pair of grayish amaranth headphones, light grayish amber eyes with light blue eyeshadow, and her uniform consisted a short sleeve reddish violet sweater with gray cuffs, a dark grayish blue bow tie, a plaid skirt, dark grayish purple frilly cuffed socks, and dark aqua blue dress shoes.

Rarity gasped in excitement, “Sour Sweet! Sunny Flare! What a marvelous surprise! Why, I can’t believe that it's been ages!” She then giggled. “It's only been a few months since the Friendship Games,” Sugarcoat said. “Is that all? Wow!” Rarity giggled, and then Thomas hid underneath Sunset’s breasts. “Aww... who’s this?” Sunny Flare asked. “This is Thomas, our nephew,” Sunset said, mentioning herself and Starlight. “And I’m Starlight Glimmer,” she said. “Nice to meet you,” Sour Sweet said. Thomas nodded nervously, and then the 5 Shadowbolts looked at the others. “What are you all doing here anyway?” Indigo Zap asked. “We were looking for him, and then we realized he might’ve came here by himself,” Rainbow Dash said. “Why did you run off if you wanted privacy?” Sunset asked. “I just couldn’t help it anymore. I wanna go home!” Thomas said. “We’re trying our best,” Sunset said. “What are you talking about?” Lemon Zest asked. “He’s from the world that was shown with those portals in the Friendship Games,” Sunset said. “Really?” Sour Sweet asked. Thomas nodded, and then showed them his drawing, “This is my family.”

The 5 Shadowbolts were amazed about how much he cared for them, including pony Fluttershy. “He loves his mother so much, who’s the pony in the yellow and pink,” Sunset said. “That’s your mother?” Sunny Flare asked. Thomas nodded, after she looked at Fluttershy in the group he was with.

“So... how is everything over at Crystal Prep Academy?” Sci-Twi asked. “Oh, things at CPA have never been better since Cadance became the new principal,” Sunny Flare said, until Thomas heard that name. “Yeah, that Cinch was a real hardcore player, but on the grouchy and party foul side,” Pinkie Pie said. “You honestly have no idea,” Indigo Zap said.

Thomas then squished his face on Sunset’s chest while she continued to hug him. “Sorry. He’s a little bit shy when meeting new people,” Sunset said. “Wow. Did not know that,” Sugarcoat said, and then she stroked his shoulder for comfort.

They suddenly saw a woman who looked a lot younger and unquestionably beautiful as well. She had pale light grayish cerise skin, long curled hair with three streaks of moderate violet, brilliant rose and pale gold, pale light grayish purple eyes with blue eyeshadow, and she was wearing a dark blue jacket with a light blue shirt underneath and a pin of a crystal heart with gold laces, a gold necklace around her neck, a blue skirt, and golden yellow high heeled shoes.

“Is something wrong?” she asked. “No, Principal Cadance, nothing’s wrong. We were just saying hello to some frenemies of ours,” Sour Sweet said, until Principal Cadance saw the other group of girls that were in the entrance. “Principal Cadance!” Sci-Twi exclaimed, until she went to her for a hug. “It’s so good to see you, Twilight. How’s Canterlot High going?” Principal Cadance asked. “It’s going really well,” Sci-Twi replied. “Plus, my new friends are really helping me out.”

Principal Cadance nodded, “Well, that’s good to know.” She suddenly saw Thomas in Sunset’s arms. “Oh, hello there, sweetheart. I didn’t see you there.” She walked over to him and then placed her hands on him, until he gently blushed at her kindly soft touch. “He’s a little shy,” Sunset said. “It’s okay, sweetheart. I won’t hurt you,” Principal Cadance said.

Thomas nodded, then he sniffed and wiped his tears off his eyes. “He misses his mother,” Starlight said. “Aww, you poor sweet child,” Principal Cadance said, until she kissed him on the forehead. They suddenly saw a couple of Crystal Prep students and Canterlot High students walking back and forth while the group went inside.

Thomas suddenly saw some students from both schools waving at him, but suddenly one student came over. She had light gray skin, light magenta gray hair with heliotrope white streaks and a golden hair clip that looked like a fleur-de-lis symbol, pale light grayish violet eyes and eyeshadow, and her Crystal Prep uniform consisted a short sleeve reddish violet blazer with a aqua blue fleecy blouse and dark grayish blue bow tie, a plaid skirt over her tall bare slender legs, and dark grayish navy blue high heel shoes with silver fleur-de-lis buckles on the front of her shoes.

“Oh my gosh! Aren’t you such an adorable little cutie?!” Fleur asked sweetly, until she then ran her fingers over and then tickled his belly with them, and he giggled and laughed over the cute moment. When she stopped tickling him, she placed her hands on him, and then gave him a kiss on both his cheeks, and rubbed her nose with his. Thomas had a huge blush on his face, and then hugged his Snuggle Bear teddy closer to him. “Sorry, he’s really shy,” Sunset said. “But he just can’t help it,” Starlight said. “Well, I think that’s adorable for him,” Fleur said, as she playfully ruffled his hair.

“Well, I’m off now, but it was nice meeting you, little cutie.” Fleur then gave him one more kiss on the forehead, and then walked off. “There’s a pony version of her, but she’s a delegate pony,” Thomas said. “Oh, really?” Sunset asked. Thomas nodded, and then Principal Cadance looked at her watch, “Oh, looks like we have to go catch our bus back to school. It was nice meeting you, Thomas sweetheart. You take care, okay?” After Principal Cadance gave him a kiss on the forehead, the 5 Shadowbolts went off with their principal.

Sunset then thought of an idea. “Why don’t we all go out for lunch?” Sunset asked. “Ooh! I know just the place!” Pinkie Pie said, and then they started to walk over to the place Pinkie Pie was talking about.

When they got there, they saw the Sweet Snacks Cafe, which was a big red building with pale pink and lime green striped patterns, and a huge backside of a car on the roof. They all entered the building and then were seated at a huge booth by the hostess. When they were seated, Thomas sat with Sci-Twi and Rainbow Dash, and then leaned over on Sunset’s lap and folded his arms on her hip, but stayed seated while she rubbed his shoulder.

“You feeling okay?” Rainbow Dash asked. Thomas nodded, and then Sunset kissed him on the top of his head. Starlight whispered into Sunset’s ear, and then she looked at him with a mischievous smirking smile. Sunset then softly tickled his rib cage, causing him to laugh and giggle. After he felt better, Sunset placed him on her lap and brought him over for a hug. “Sorry about that, buddy. But I couldn’t help it,” she said. Thomas then smiled warmly, and then Starlight kissed him on the forehead.

Later on, they ordered their meals, while Thomas ordered a kid’s cheeseburger with fries and soda. “So, what do you think we should do before he has to go back?” Rainbow Dash asked. “Well, maybe we could try something he would enjoy, but it has to be his choice,” Sunset said. “I suppose you’re right, Sunset darling,” Rarity said, until sipping her iced tea. When Thomas finished his meal, he sat back, hugged his Snuggle Bear teddy, and laid on Sunset’s side for hugs, until she smiled warmly at him being cute and then she used her hands to stroke him for comfort and wrapped one arm around his small form for a hug.

After they paid for their check and left the diner, the girls parted ways for the night and Sunset and Starlight took Thomas back to the apartment for the night.

When they got back, Sunset went to the couch and then sat down to rest while Starlight took Thomas for his evening bath. Later on, they came back and got Thomas ready for bed after a small dinner of chicken noodle soup, and Sunset tucked Thomas into bed while he was fully asleep in the soft and warm covers. Sunset smiled warmly, and then she leaned over and gave him a kiss on the cheek, and walked away.

Chapter 17: Trouble Sleeping

During the night, while Sunset and Starlight were sleeping, Thomas suddenly woke up, and then carefully got off the bed without hurting himself. Thomas then got his slippers on and grabbed his Snuggle Bear teddy, but Sunset suddenly saw him walking away. “Thomas? What are you doing out of bed?” Sunset asked. “I’m thirsty,” Thomas said, and then Sunset got up, and took her nephew to the kitchen for a cup of cold water. When Thomas finished his drink, Sunset took him back to bed and tucked him back underneath the blankets and then went back to sleep.

Later on, Thomas got up one last time, but he poked Sunset. “Auntie Sunset? Can I get through? I promise it’s the last time,” he said. Sunset looked at him and then rose up, “What is it this time?” Sunset looked at him holding his hands on the center of his waist, and then she realized what it was, “Oh, do you need to go potty?” Thomas nodded, and then she asked Starlight if she could take him to her bathroom, and after a nod in reply, Starlight got up and took Thomas to the bathroom.

While she waited, Starlight heard Thomas singing a song while he went in to pee, and when she heard the toilet flush and the sink running, Starlight realized he wasn’t coming out, so she went in until she smiled warmly after she saw him finally sleeping. She kneeled down, and held him in her arms and carried him back to bed. When he was tucked back underneath the blankets again, Starlight kissed him on the forehead and went back to sleep after she tucked herself in.

Later on, Thomas was now whimpering underneath the covers. Starlight woke up and saw him having his nightmare, so she got up and then sat up on the bed while underneath the covers, and then brought Thomas over and laid him on her soft lap, until she suddenly saw him hugging her waist and crying while struggling and stirring in his sleep. Starlight then smiled warmly and hugged him back, and repeatedly rubbed his hair like a cat, and softly stroked his back with her fingertips. Thomas then woke up and saw him in his Auntie Starlight’s comfort, and then she gave him a kiss on the forehead and hugged him towards her stomach and then he started shaking and whimpered while sniffing with tears in his eyes.

“Shhhhhh shhhhhh... It’s okay, sweetheart. I’m here,” Starlight said softly. Thomas looked up at her face with adorable puppy eyes and then wiped his tears from his eyes and then curled his arms on one of her thighs and laid in fetal position but hugged his Snuggle Bear closer so he wouldn’t feel scared. “How about if you sleep closer to me tonight? I’ll still be here, okay?” Starlight asked. Thomas nodded and then sniffed his tears. When she laid back down on the bed, Thomas laid back in the same position as before, and then Starlight placed her arms and hands on him. She suddenly saw Thomas hugging her leg while sleeping, and then she placed her hand on his head, and went back to sleep.

The next morning, after Sunset woke up recently, Starlight opened her eyes, and then looked down to see Thomas still snuggled up against her and finally sleeping peacefully with his head rested on her belly. He suddenly started to wake up and then squirmed with a little stretch. “Hey, sweetheart. How are you feeling?” Starlight asked. “A little bit better, but I’m still tired,” Thomas replied. “Can I go back to sleep for a few more minutes?”

“Yeah, sure. I’ll still be right here with you, okay?” Starlight said, and Thomas nodded and went back to sleep and then slept where he originally was as Starlight placed one arm on him to keep him calm and then read some of her book. Later on, Thomas fully woke up and rose up from underneath the bedsheets. “Hey there, sleepyhead. Feeling better now?” Sunset asked. Thomas nodded, and then gave her a hug around her belly until she hugged him back. “Why don’t we get you some breakfast?” Starlight asked. Thomas nodded, and then he got up, but he was lifted up and held into Starlight’s arms and set up against her hip.

When she took him downstairs to the kitchen, they saw Sunset making some pancakes. “Wow, you’ve got some style for pancakes like Princess Celestia does,” Starlight said. “Yeah. But at least it’s worth living for,” Sunset said in reply. “I left some on the table for you, Thomas. Just so you know.” Thomas nodded and then went to the table, sat down, and began to enjoy his breakfast.

When they were finished, Thomas got his clothes on and then Sunset and Starlight got ready as well. Thomas then took Sunset’s hand and they left the apartment before Sunset locked the door and then went to take a stroll around the city for something to do. They suddenly saw their friends at Twilight’s house, and in her bedroom. When they got inside and walked to the room, they said hello, and then to Thomas as he waved back.

“What’s the matter with him?” Rainbow Dash asked. “He had a little trouble sleeping last night, after going potty and getting a drink of water, but until he had a nightmare,” Starlight said. “Aww, poor darling,” Rarity said, kneeling down to give him a hug. When she broke the hug, and touched his cheek with her hand and fingertips, Rarity walked back over to the couch until she winked at Thomas, causing him to blush bashfully. When the girls were having their usual talk, Thomas walked downstairs for some privacy, and then walked out the door for a stroll as he felt his heart beginning to shatter from being lonely without the love and care from his momma and aunties and friends.

Meanwhile, the girls were then coming up with ideas for a farewell for Thomas when he returns to Equestria, along with Starlight. “Maybe we can have a dance competition!” Rainbow Dash said. “But he probably doesn’t know how to dance.”

“I suppose, but we could have a play, like a theater production,” Rarity said. “But what would we do for a play?” Sunset asked. “Hmm... Oh, my... I did not think of that,” Rarity said. “We could have a pet show,” Fluttershy said. “But the school won’t allow pets.”

“Well, especially me,” Spike said. “You’re right, Spike,” Sci-Twi said, until Spike saw that Thomas was missing. “Hey, where’d the little feller go?” Applejack asked, and then the girls began to look for him. “He must’ve ran off!” Rainbow Dash said. “We’ve gotta go find him! He could be in big danger!” Fluttershy said. “Or he might’ve wanted to be alone,” Pinkie Pie said. “That does sound like Thomas if he’s feeling let down,” Rainbow Dash said. “Well, we’ve got to find him before he hurts himself!” Rarity said. “Then let’s get moving!” Sunset said, and then the girls ran off to find their friend.

Chapter 18: Wisdom from a Principal

Meanwhile, Thomas was still strolling around the city in depression as he still felt guilty for breaking his momma’s heart, and for making her feel abandoned. “I never should’ve touched that mirror. I’m never leaving you again,” he said, as he cried while walking.

Thomas suddenly saw a bench and sat down on it, lowered himself in shame and began to cry while holding his Snuggle Bear teddy. “Thomas? Is that you, dear?” a voice asked. Thomas looked up and saw Principal Celestia and Vice Principal Luna looking at him with concern. “May we sit here?” Vice Principal Luna asked. Thomas nodded, and then as the two women sat down, Thomas scooted over to the principal and leaned by her side, until Celestia placed her hand on his arm to comfort him. “I’m just lonely without my Momma,” Thomas said in depression. “You’re heart’s breaking, isn’t it?” Principal Celestia asked. Thomas nodded, and then Celestia looked at him with a motherly smile on her face after placing him on her lap. “It’s just been so long,” Thomas said. “I just want her to hold me again.”

“Aww... it’s alright, Thomas sweetheart. I’m sure she will. Just give her some time, and then you’ll have your chance,” Principal Celestia said. “I know that feeling because I’ve dealt with so many students with loneliness in their lives or if they wanted some help fitting into the school life, and then I saw a child who desperately needed some help being cared for after a family separation, and I was so proud of one student and her friends looking out for you. We’re so grateful you came to our school, Thomas.” Thomas then wiped his tears and then looked at the principal who just given him hope. He then wrapped his arms around her for a hug, until Celestia chuckled lightly and hugged him back. “So, is that why you’re out here by yourself?” Vice Principal Luna asked. Thomas nodded, and then they saw Sunset and her friends walking over. “Hello, girls. I assume you were looking for this sweet child right here?”

“Thomas? How’re you feeling?” Sunset asked. “A little bit better,” Thomas said, until he went over to her and hugged her around her waist, but was suddenly lifted up and held in her arms and sat against her hip. “Thanks for giving me hope, Miss Celestia,” Thomas said. “You’re very welcome, dear,” Principal Celestia said. “Why don’t we go and get some ice cream at the Sweet Shoppe?” Sunset asked, and then Thomas nodded in reply.

“I think there’s still an idea about how to make sure Thomas spends his last day here soon,” Sunset said while they were walking.

Chapter 19: The Going Away Party/Saying Goodbye

When school ended, the girls went over to Rarity’s boutique to grab a few things for them to say goodbye to Thomas, and when they were ready, the girls all went over to the school for a little something they made for Thomas.

“Thomas? Could you close your eyes?” Rarity asked. Thomas nodded, and then covered his eyes and then Rarity helped him walk by placing one hand on his shoulder. “Okay, buddy. Just a little bit farther...” Rainbow Dash said. “Okay, we’re here now, but keep-’em closed,” Applejack said. Thomas then kept coming in, until they paused. “Okay, sweetheart. Open your eyes,” Sunset said. Thomas uncovered his eyes and saw the gymnasium decorated into a party, and then everyone appeared, “SURPRISE!!”

“Wh-What is all of this?” Thomas asked. “This is your going away present! A ‘Gone But Not Forgotten, Like Come Back and Visit Us’ party!” Pinkie Pie replied excitedly. “You mean... I’m going home... today?!” Thomas asked. “Yep. Just you and Starlight,” Sunset said. “Now, let’s get this party started!” Pinkie Pie then popped her party cannons and confetti, balloons and streamers popped out, and music started playing. All the students were dancing with each other, and he saw the students from Crystal Prep Academy were invited as well, including their principal.

Thomas then saw Apple Bloom, Sweetie Belle and Scootaloo waving to him. “Hi, girls,” Thomas said. “Hey, Thomas!” they replied. “How’re you enjoying the party so far?” Scootaloo asked. “It’s really good, but I don’t want to leave yet. Maybe just one more night,” Thomas replied. “I don’t mind. We can say goodbye tomorrow morning,” Sunset said. Thomas nodded, and then after Sunset held him in her arms, she then walked him around the party until soft gentle music was playing, and then she brought him over for a hug and they slowly danced to the music.

“Attention, students? Can I have your attention please?” Principal Celestia asked, and then the students looked at her. “I want to thank you for your time to help these seven students who were so kind enough to give two of our own a beloved farewell, and that we will never forget them. So why don’t we thank them for their time to come and make themselves welcome?” The students applauded to the girls and Thomas.

Later on, they all had cake and had a little more time for dancing, until they all went home while some stayed to help clean up. Thomas then thought of something, “Can me and Auntie Starlight have one more night here?” Sunset and the girls nodded in agreement.

“How about one more slumber party?” Pinkie Pie asked. Thomas nodded, “Okay.” Pinkie Pie squealed excitedly and then they went over to her place while Sunset carried him in her arms.

Later on, they were in their pajamas and then watching a movie while Thomas sat with his Auntie Starlight, but he was sitting in her yoga posed legs that hugged him, and leaned against her chest and belly as she wrapped her arms around him and rocked back and forth rubbing his back and stroking his hair. She also had a blanket around her lower body to keep him warm and snug.

When the movie ended, Thomas was finally asleep, and then the girls were about to get into their sleeping bags. Thomas got back from brushing his teeth and suddenly saw Sunset and Starlight sharing a sleeping bag with each other. When he got into their bag and went back to sleep, Sunset carefully place one arm onto him and then gently brought him closer for a hug so he can sleep closer to her all night.

The next morning, Sunset and the girls walked over to the school and gathered around the statue that had the portal where Thomas came through into their world. Thomas was really thrilled and excited that he’s finally going home to his Momma l but he felt saddened about saying goodbye to Sunset and the other girls. He sighed heavily and looked up at them, “I’m going to miss you all. You’ve been really good friends to me and thank you for being part of my family.” He then felt tears rolling down his cheeks, but they were tears of both sadness and joy.

Since they couldn’t stand him feeling let down, the girls gathered around him and gave him a big, warm group hug to make him feel better, but until they began to shed tears of both joy and sadness because they knew that it may or may not be the last time they will see the sweet little boy that touched their hearts.

When they broke the hug, they decided to take a turn to say goodbye. Pinkie Pie went up first and playfully grabbed Thomas from underneath his armpits and gently lifted him up into the air, and then she playfully spun around by holding him gently, until she held him in a cradle to blow a raspberry on his belly, which made him and the other girls to let out some laughs.

Pinkie Pie then brought him over to her shoulder and wrapped him up in a gentle warm hug, “I’m going to miss you, little cutie cupcake, but maybe you can come back and visit us anytime!” Sunset then thought about it, “Hey, that is not a bad idea. Maybe you can visit us, but if it’s for emergencies or for fun.” Thomas nodded, until Pinkie Pie beamed with a smile and gave him a kiss on the cheek.

“I’m gonna miss you too, Pinkie. But I’m sure that my version of you can throw me a party like you did for me,” Thomas said, as he gave her one more hug. “Aww... There’s no need to thank me, you cutie little sweetheart!” Pinkie Pie replied, until she playfully poked his tummy, causing him to giggle.

Rainbow Dash then walked over to him, kneeled down and ruffled his hair. “We’ll never forget you, sport. Just remember that,” she said. Thomas nodded, and then he walked over to her for a quick warm hug, “I’ll miss you, too.” Rainbow Dash smiled warmly and hugged him back, “I know you will, but just don’t ever stop trying to be as awesome as me, or your version of me.” Thomas nodded, and then Applejack walked over to him after Rainbow Dash walked back.

“Well, sugarcube. This maybe the end of the line, but as long as you remember us, we’ll make sure to wait for ya if ya ever want to visit,” Applejack said, tipping her hat to Thomas. “But just remember to always be honest and tell the truth to those that ya want to talk to or if ya ever have trouble, alright?” Thomas nodded, and then Applejack kneeled down and pulled him into a warm embrace while rubbing her hand up and down his back. “I’m really gonna miss ya, little feller.”

“Me, too,” Thomas said, as he hugged her shoulder. “And I promise to always be honest with others, no matter what happens.” Applejack nodded, and saw his warm smile, and then backed up to allow Sci-Twi to walk over. “Thomas, I may not be you’re version of Twilight, but I’m sure that you and Starlight have a safe journey back, and be sure to stay in touch,” she said. Thomas nodded, and then he saw Spike wanting pets, so he kneeled down, and petted Spike’s head, until Sci-Twi brought him over for a hug around her waist.

Rarity then walked over to him, and then leaned down towards his level and picked him up from underneath his arms and sat him on her hip. She looked at him with a generous smile on her face as she held him with one arm keeping him in balance on his bottom and the other supporting his back and shoulders.

“Thomas, I just want you to know, well I know the girls know so too, but you really are such the adorable and precious darling of a little boy we have ever met. Just don’t change who you are or whatever gift lies in your heart, okay sweetheart?” She then leaned over to give him and soft and tender kiss on the forehead. Thomas nodded with a tearful smile, and then hugged her around her neck and laid his head on her shoulder, “I promise, Rarity. I’ll always stay as the way I am. And you were really as generous as my Aunt Rarity is back at home, and make pretty dresses like she does.” Rarity smiled warmly and then gave him two kisses on his cheeks.

“Thank you, darling. I promise that I’ll always remember you, and how much you’ve touched our hearts,” Rarity said, as she and Thomas playfully rubbed their noses with each other. She then set him on the ground to allow Fluttershy to say goodbye to him.

Before she could say anything, Thomas hugged around her waist gently and tightly, and softly whimpered. Fluttershy knew how he felt, so she gently wrapped his arms around him in a warm embrace and made soft shushing sounds to calm and soothe him. Thomas then looked up at her with puppy eyes, until Fluttershy leaned down to kiss the top of his head. “Thomas, it was wonderful meeting you, sweetheart. But I know I’m not your real mother, but you’ll always be in my heart, because I just want to tell you that we all love you, sweetie, and we will not forget about how much we cared for you,” she said, giving him a warm smile.

“I know, Fluttershy, and I love you all too. But it’s hard to say goodbye to someone who’s as pretty and smells nice as my Momma,” Thomas said, with a tearful smile. Fluttershy kneeled down and pulled him into a hug and rubbed up and down his back soothingly and made soft shushing sounds again as he continued to whimper.

When he was calm, Fluttershy walked back into the circle, and then the three girls that took the role of Thomas’s big sisters, and then wrapped him over for a hug. Scootaloo ruffled his hair, “It was awesome meeting you, buddy. It was also fun playing football with you.” She then playfully punched his shoulder.

“I’m gonna miss ya, little guy. I hope y’all have fun back home,” Apple Bloom said, patting his back. “But just know that ya now have three more big sisters here that’ll never stop thinkin’ about ya.” Thomas nodded, until Sweetie Belle pulled him into a big warm hug and stroked his hair gently, kissed him on the top of his head. “Apple Bloom is right, little cutie. You’ll always be special to all of us,” Sweetie Belle said. Thomas nodded, and then hugged her again, “I know, Sweetie Belle, and of course you all do think of me that way, and it makes me very happy that I have others who care for me.” Sweetie Belle nodded, and then stepped back when Sunset came over to say goodbye.

“Auntie Sunset... in case we may or may not see each other again...” Thomas said, but he couldn’t say anything else and hold his flooded tears of sadness, so then he hugged Sunset around her waist and laid his head against her belly until he heard her stomach gurgling and her heartbeat.

A heavy warm sigh escaped from Sunset’s lips and then placed her hand on the back of his head and the other on his back hugging him towards her. She then lowered her head to look down at him, “Oh, honey. I’ll miss you too, but I’ll always be there for you, even if I don’t see you, and I will always love you, no matter where you are.” She then leaned her head down a little closer to give her departing nephew a kiss on the forehead as he looked up at her eyes. Thomas nodded until she kneeled down on one knee, and then after he unwrapped his arms from her waist and hugged her neck and laid his head on her shoulder until gently grasping her hair towards his face, she lifted him up to hold him and rubbed her arm and hand up and down his back soothingly. “There, there, honey. I’ll never forget about how much we care for you and how much fun it was having you here with us, okay?” Sunset asked. Thomas nodded, “Thank you, Auntie Sunset.” Sunset nodded in reply, and held him for one more hug, and then placed him back on the ground. “Okay, you better get going.”

Thomas nodded, and then he and Starlight went through the portal after seeing their friends saying goodbye to them in unison and waving at them. When they entered the portal, Starlight and Thomas swirled and spun uncontrollably like the last time they used it. And then landed on the ground and were now unconsciously asleep.

Chapter 20: Happy Reunion/Cadance and Shining Armor’s Wedding Anniversary Party

After going through the portal and going through unconsciousness, he was laid on his expected guest bed in the Crystal Empire and snug into the warm, soft blankets. He could suddenly hear voices calling to him, “... omas?... Thomas?... mas?... Thomas?... Thomas?... Wake up, sweetheart.”

He slowly blinked his eyes open a little until he slowly began to close them, but he suddenly kept blinking as his vision was still blurry, but he suddenly could barely see a huge set of colors around him. He let out a small soft grunting noise as he found himself being held by a pair of creamy yellow hooves and wings wrapped around him in a cradle and cuddled against her chest and snuggled with her fur. When his blurred vision cleared up, he somehow saw himself surrounded by his aunts, and being held in a cradle by one pony he loved the most as Fluttershy looked down at him. “M-M-Mo-Mom... MOMMA!” he cried out as he sat up and wrapped his arms warmly around her chest as she looked down at him again.

“Oh, Momma! I’m so sorry! I’ve missed you so much!” Thomas said, shaking with light sobs. “Shhhhhh shhhhhh... There, there, baby. It’s okay. Momma’s here. Momma’s got you,” Fluttershy replied, rocking herself back and forth gently while hugging and holding her son, until she felt tears of her own starting to leak from her eyes and roll down her cheeks. She then wrapped both of her forelegs and one wing around her little boy in a warm embrace and then laid her head over the top of his head, and rubbed her hoof up and down his back soothingly to calm his crying. “I missed you too, sweetheart,” Fluttershy said sweetly. Thomas looked at her eyes while resting his head on her chest. “In fact we all missed you, precious,” Rarity said, until she gave him a kiss on the cheek. “And we’re glad that you’re back with us,” Twilight said.

“She is correct,” a voice said. It was Princess Celestia. “Princess Celestia!” Thomas exclaimed, until she walked over to let him hug her hoof, until she placed it on his lap, and then wrapped her wing around him and Fluttershy to hug him. “Thomas, you don’t need to apologize for doing something you never attended to do, but we’re just all glad and relieved that you’re safe.” Thomas nodded, until she leaned over to give him a kiss on the cheek.

“Thomas, good to see ya, little buddy,” Shining Armor said. “Shining! Cadance!” Thomas exclaimed. Flurry Heart excitedly cooed about his return. “Flurry!” Thomas exclaimed, until the baby alicorn flew over and hugged him as he hugged him back.

“How are you feeling, sweetheart?” Cadance asked. “I’m feeling a little bit better, now that I’m home again,” Thomas replied, and then he hugged her chest as she wrapped her foreleg around him. “I figured,” Cadance replied, giving her nephew a kiss on the forehead.

“Would the young and dear child of dear Fluttershy like to tell us about thou big adventure with Sunset Shimmer?” Princess Luna asked. Thomas nodded, and then started from the beginning.

Later on, at the ballroom in the Crystal Palace, every pony that was invited was chatting with others, and enjoying the party. Thomas suddenly felt happy that he was invited as well, until he suddenly went over to congratulate his Aunt Cadance and Uncle Shining. “Happy anniversary to you and Shining Armor, Princess Cadance,” he said. “Thank you, sweetheart, but you don’t need to be to formal,” Cadance said sweetly, bringing the boy over for a hug. “By the way, we’ve got a surprise for you. Come with me.” Thomas then climbed onto her back and then Cadance took him somewhere in the room and then she showed him a couple of presents with his name on them. “We realized that you’re birthday already passed when we came and we forgot to get you these, so we decided to give them to you now. They’re all yours,” she said. Thomas then climbed off her back and then went to open his presents.

He got a toy train set, some new clothes from a Crystal Empire outfitters store, and some new plushies for him to play with his Snuggle Bear teddy. He got a cartoonish tiger plushie, a blue lop-eared donkey plush, a large light purple elephant plushie, a green T-Rex plushie, and both a small pig plushie with a red scarf and green vest and green and yellow frog plushie with blue overalls. “Thank you, Princess Cadance,” Thomas said, until he hugged her foreleg, and then she smiled warmly at him and wrapped her foreleg and wing around him. “You’re welcome,” she replied.

“Thomas? Did you like your gifts?” Fluttershy asked. Thomas nodded, and then Fluttershy thought of an idea, “Why don’t we go get some cake?” Thomas nodded excitedly, and then he followed her and Cadance to a table to have cake, and where their friends were sitting.

Above all, Thomas was very happy to be home again, but will remember to visit Sunset if he feels the need to.
