The Change of Life
Hey my name is John Mathews. But you can call me John. I am a Normal teenager. White ethnicity. I get good grades and i love video games. I am also a Brony. I live my life normally until that one day. But let's start from the beginning.
So one I took the Van to school. My school is kind of far away from where I live. But it is in the same state that I live in. So it was just a normal day. Or so I thought. I got to school just like normal. I got inside the building. We where taken up stairs to the second level. My school is for autistic kids. On my level it goes from 6th grade to 12th grade. I'm in seventh grade. So I head to my home room, which is at the end of the hallway from where I usually enter from. So I see two of my friends, Nick and Shaun. I also have another friend at this school named Nick, but he is in ninth grade. By the way I also see him in the morning as well getting a drink from the water fountain. The water fountain is only on our side of the building. Our home room is mostly the closest to the water fountain.
So I'm Just going to call the Nick in my grade Nick Robert because that is his last name. But I don't know the Nick in Ninth grades last name so I'm just going to call him Nick.
So back to the story, so we started talking.
"Hey man, what's up?" Said Nick Robert giving me a high five.
"Nothing much, how about you?" I said.
So by the way Nick Robert is a little crazy may I just add. I think he has psychological problems. I don't know that's what I'm thinking. So if he says anything that might offend you, well um that's Nick Robert for you.
"Good, so guess what?" Said Nick. I replied back. "What?" He says me. "I am a Pirate!!! Argh!!"
"Yeah, I don't see it." I said. Then the other Nick comes down the hallway.
"Hey John, what's up?" Says Nick giving me a fist bump.
"Alright, how about you?" I reply back. "Good, just here for a drink of water." Says Nick getting a drink of water.
"Hey John! What's up?" Says Shaun.
"I'm good! How about you?" I reply back saying the same thing like the one millionth time.
"Guess what? Detention Mr. Mathews." Said Shaun. I laugh, he always uses that joke ever since we watched Boys Meet World or whatever. I never really gotten into the show that much.
So by this time a whole bunch of other students get up here. One of which is Draven, who is one of my friends as well.
"Hey Nick, hey John, Hey Shaun!" Says Draven giving us all high fives.
"Hi Draven!" I reply back to him. He waves back to me. So we all hang up our stuff. I lock my book back with a lock and I keep the key in my pocket. My mom doesn't want my book back to be unlocked with my IPad in there. She just doesn't trust the neighborhood that I go to school in. So I lock it just in case if someone broke into the school they wouldn't be able to get my IPad Mini.
Our teacher gets to the classroom and let's us inside, and since this is a school for autistic people we have an emotional check in. I wright : today I am happy becuase I just am. Then I put it in this box we have in the corner of the room.
When the whistle blows we have five minutes of transition. If we don't get to our seats in the five minutes we have we are considered tardy. So you are aloud to talk to your friends and go to the bathroom but you have to be in your seats when the whistle blows or your tardy.
The whistle blows and we sit down. We then get up and go to the computer lab for typing. You know what let's skip the rest and go to lunch so we can get to why I'm telling this story. But I will say after typing we have SSH then we have Science then half an hour of home room which we do in the science classroom with other students. The other half is lunch.
So we are at lunch. Nick Robert usually doesn't sit by me. I usually sit by Shaun, Harold (who is also one of my friends), and the Nick from Ninth Grade. But today Nick Robert sat by us.
"So how is it going guys?" I ask.
"Good, I played more guitar hero with my brother James." Harold said.
"Yeah today was good!" Said Nick.
"Today was Good! Like a BOSS!!!" Said Nick Robert.
He is one of those guys. But hey, me and Nick Robert have lots of things in common even though that we have totally different personalities. So we talked for a little while. After talking for a while the whistle was about to blow.
I feel very warm. I feel my hair. I feel two pointy stubby things coming out of my head and they are getting BIGGER!?! Good thing the whistle blows, and also a good thing for them adding in a private bathroom for the students. So I run to the private bathroom. I go in and lock the door. What I see in the mirror makes me almost pass out. I see two white ears coming out of my head. My normal ears shrink into my head.
I start to panic. But not loudly because that will attract attention. Even if I'm in the private bathroom. My normal ears are replaced with pony ears!?! Then i see a white fur coat growing on me. Going all around my body. Then I feel two new appendages growing out of my back. They break through my shirt. Which by the way there is a dress code and the colors are only black and white.
So back to the story. What I saw were dragon like wings with red on the ends of them. Hey wait that looks familiar. It looks like one of my pony creations that I call Theseous.
I look back in the mirror to see red on the top and bottom of my right eye. Yep this is defiantly my creation. I see my eyes are growing and changing in color. The right eye is black surrounding my now red pupil. On my left eye it is green surrounding my now red pupil. I am now covered in white fur. I hear the whistle blow. Then I see a horn rise out of my forehead.
I then see my once brownish blackish hair replaced with a red and green mane. The mane looks kind of like my hair style when I was a human. My horn finally stops growing. You can see it going through the front part of my mane in a round way instead of straight.
I then see a muzzle growing out from where used to be my mouth. I just could not look at it. So I tried covering it with my hands. But what I saw were not hands they were hooves. I just sit there in the private bathroom. I bet my friends are going to freak when they see me and I bet there wondering where am I right now.
I feel my feet turning into hooves as well. They finally turn into hooves and slide out of my once perfect boots. I take off the shirt because it was getting uncomfortable. I see that my entire body is covered in a white fur coat.
"Why is this happening to me!?!" I say but what comes out doesn't sound like my voice but a deep pony voice. Wow I didn't know that my pony character I made up sounded like this but whatever. So my muzzle stops growing. I have been waiting there for almost a half an hour to stop changing. I took off my pants and underwear too because they where starting to get uncomfortable. What I see also amazes me. But not as much as the beginning of this transformation. I see a tail that has the same pattern and color as my mane but it kind of looked like the shape of Rainbow Dashes tail.
Then I start to shrink till I get to the size of a normal pony from My Little Pony. I then look down at my flank to see a cutie mark, and it has my Youtube Symbol on it!!!
So I'm surprised that didn't even hurt at all. Because normally when you shape shift it should hurt but nobody has ever shapeshifted before until today so yeah I guess that makes sense. I then pass out from all of this.
One and a half Hours Later...
"John! Are you in there?!" Asked my Math teacher knocking on the door.
Surprisingly I have Math as my last class. I look at my self in a look of disbelief. What the Buck happened to me. Oh great now I'm talking like a pony from Equestria now. My tail flicks to agree with me. I look in the mirror to see Theseous, my fan-created pony character.
"Yeah?! U....m! Ye....ah, yeah!" I reply back hearing Theseous's voice.
"Are you okay?!? You sound way off!!" Says my math teacher. I have to go out there I don't know how long I have been out for but I have to go out there.
"Yeah...uuuuu....uuuuummm. I'm.. Okay...ye.....ah I'm okay." I reply back to him. I have to go out there. I don't want to be in more trouble than I already am. I get up and I quickly learn how to walk on all four hooves.
I go to the door and breathe in and out. I then open the door with my magic. When my teacher saw me he had a look of disbelief on his face. He fainted. I shaked him to wake him up. He wakes up.
"Jo....hn...!?! Ho...w ...joh ......n!?!" Said my Math Teacher in disbelief. I couldn't blame him. If I where him I would be doing the same thing.
"Teacher! It's okay! I would be the same way if it where you. I am not going to hurt you!" I said to him.
He gets up and replies. "Oh okay?!? But what happened to you?!?"
"I don't know I just transformed and passed out. So let's get to class." I reply back.
So we go to the class room with one minute left of transition and we head in.
"Okay everyone! Stay calm. Because I passed out." Said the teacher. He motioned me to enter.
The students heard the clop clop sound that my hooves make as I entered. I got many different looks and reactions.
"Joh ......n!?! Wha...... What happened.....to you!?!" Said Nick Robert in disbelief.
"You don't want to ask." I answered.
The rest of class was fine except everyone was looking at me most of the time. I hope l learn how to fly too. I do know how to use magic though. It's pretty easy you just have to concentrate on what you want to do or pick up and it will work.
So we headed to our home room. I remembered the key thankfully. I used my magic to pick it up. I unlocked my book back and I used my magic to carry it into the class room. I got many looks out in the hallway too when I went by.
I get my IPad Mini out and put in the folders and stuff and closed my book bag. I walked out of the class room to the room I was just in before. Because that is where my dismissal is. I sit down getting a bunch of looks of disbelief again. We then head down to the vans and get in. I am the first one into my van. I got a look of disbelief from my van driver as well. I gave him my book bag with my magic. I then go sit down in the back. I buckle up with my magic.
Speaking of which I see a lot of those signs and stuff saying buckle up. But anyways I turn on my IPad Mini and start playing on it with my magic. We start to head home. When we get there I said to the van driver see you tommorrow. I then head towards the house. With one question.
How will my mom react to this.
