It was a day like any other, I would go to school. Same boring classes, being friendly, and pretend that everything was alright. Then I would eat lunch, finish classes, and finally go home and start the cycle all over again. I put on my jacket and headed to the bus, I grabbed the seat about four seats from the front because I was the first stop
" Hey,hows it going buddy? " Jake said sitting next to me. Jake has been my friend for as long as I could remember and would not have anyone else beside me. Jake seemed to always have my back, he was a good friend that way.
" Usual bullshit, failing math, but why should I bother? Its’ fourth quarter and I know I will need summer school anyway. " I said in my unenthusiastic tone.
" Yeah, well it ain't all bad, in some places they give homework on weekends! " Jake said trying to make me feel better.
" Jake we are one of those places, " I said then thumped my head against the bus seat.
"Yeah i know,but i also said id tutor and you decide to go on your lonely walks. Did you even talk to your mom about your depression?" Jake replied. The way he spoke at first was in a joking voice but his concern for my well being seemed to shine through,however i found his question rather annoying because i had tried many things to cope for my depression. My mom wanted to get me a therapist but i refused. The fact of the matter it wasn't as much of depression as more as i felt so out of place in the world. If could give my best idea of the feeling. It was like when a fly gets stuck between the space in the window, like it just bonks back and forth on the glass and you cant figure out how it got its self trapped there. well that's me i'm that fly.
"Hey!,Alex...earth to Alex!! wake up!" I woke suddenly, i had fallen asleep on the bus again. i'd happen to do that from time to time school wore me out. i rubbed my eyes i looked to see my younger brother Cayle. he had his hand on my shoulder and he was shaking me. Jake was already standing up waiting to get off the bus.
"Oh...sorry" i replied then picked myself off the seat. Kids in the seats behind me were snickering. Cayle snapped a sharp look back the bus went silent.
"Thats what i thought" he said peering through the crowd as if he was reading a text book. I pulled my hoodie up and followed Jake and My brother off the bus
" See you guys later, i gots home work " Jake yelled as he crossed the street
"we still going to the mall this weekend?" i yelled back
"yeah man"he said gave a wave and went inside his house. I looked over at Cayle.
" I'm going to-," I was cut off by Cayle.
" Yeah I know you're going for a walk, be home before supper okay? " He said heading inside. I looked at the trees for a long time and then headed into the woods. I tried to think how awesome it would be to talk to animals and see how life was in the wild. I figured that would never happen, like the idea of me ever going to another world or seeing a UFO in the sky. Even though when I was younger, I swore I saw one. My mind was always occupied by random thoughts. and fantasies that in my own mind feel real. sometimes they were cool and other times they were dismal. The calm woods was where i could just i don't know how to put it, but i was just able breath better. i spent a while walking. i picked up a fallen branch and used it as a walking stick. i headed deeper into the woods when i heard a loud boom and the wind started to blow so hard the leaves shot of the trees in my direction. i fell on my butt and shook my head.
"what the hell was that!?" i said trying to calculate what just happened. my ears were ringing and i could have sworn a bomb just went off. for most people this would be the point in which they'd run and tell there mother what happened,but instead because you know the old saying about the cat. my curiosity had gotten the better of me. i walked into a clearing of sorts it looked more like all the trees in a ten foot radius had simply fell in all directions and in the center was this pale clump.
" That's odd, " I thought to myself as I approached the thing, I realized it was a girl. She had soft pink hair and I noticed right away that she was naked.
" Of all places to fall asleep naked, this girl chooses here, " I thought to myself, then thought. “ What if she is hurt and needs help, the weather is getting a little chilly outside, so hypothermia would be a big deal.” I took off my black military jacket i had on over my hoodie and covered her up. I slowly started to pick her up, she was actually pretty light, she looked about seventeen or eighteen, nineteen at the most. Being a boy, it was hard not to stare at her breast. They were actually pretty big which made me carrying her a whole lot harder. Then weird thoughts came into my head which instantly shook away, now wasn't the time, this girl whoever she was, needed help and fast. I kicked open the door and headed down the stairs to my bedroom which happened to be in the basement. Yeah, I live in a basement, I'm not a vampire OKAY!, I laid her on my bed and put a T shirt on her and slipped some of my pajama bottoms on her because I didn't want to go through my mom's clothing, that's just disgusting. I wrapped her in my blanket because her body temperature was really low. I tapped her on the nose to see if she was even alive.
" Hey lady, you alright? Are you hurt? " I got no response except for her swiping my hand away and turned to lay on her side.
" Whew, I don't have to call an ambulance, " was my immediate thought. I sat down in the chair. i'm not a very active person so i was pretty exhausted and on top of that i had already fallen asleep on the bus. i closed my eyes for a second and passed right out. I awoke to a soft sighing, the girl must have been really tired because she was now making a full on snore, but it was soft as a kittens mew. I walked up stairs to see if my mom was home, there was a note on the fridge, that read.
" Alex, me and Billy have gone out for the night, Camron and Trenton are with grandma, make sure you and Cayle eat. There is leftover pizza in the fridge, cheese because I know how pepperoni gets to you, love~mom ". Cayle had nodded off on the couch, he was out before I even got back. I decided to wake him up and tell him what had happened in the woods today.
" You what?! " Cayle asked in shock, that was the reaction I expected to get after saying I found a naked girl and brought her home, she is laying in the bed down in the basement. So yeah that was expected.
" I'm serious, this girl was just laying there and it was cold, I couldn't just leave her there to get sick. " I replied
" She was naked! Did you touch her boobs? " Cayle asked being his usual perverted self, I gave him my disappointing face.
" Grow up!" I said.
" There is pizza in the fridge if you want to heat it up, " Cayle said but what he meant was get me a piece of pizza I'm hungry.
" Yeah i'm not really hungry, I think I will give mine to the girl when she wakes up, I feel like I know her from somewhere but I can't place my finger on it, I know she is not from school. " I said heading down the stairs and clipped the corner of the wall and fell down the stairs. Cayle just laughed and went back to watching television, I pulled a muscle in my leg, when I stood up I felt pain, I could tell it wasn’t broken because the pain wasn't agonizing. I hobbled into my bedroom, the fall must have made a loud noise because the girl had awoken and she looked confused and afraid.
" Oh did, I wake you sorry, my name is Alex, what's yours? " She squeaked and pulled away, when I brought my hand up to shake.
" W...wh..where am I?" she spoke in a soft scared tone. I sat down in my computer chair and began to explain what had happened.
" This is my house, I found you in the woods and carried you home because I was afraid that you would get sick. I found you naked, so I put clothes on, you I promise that's all I did, " bringing my hands up in defense, my face went red with blush, she observed her body and tried to stare at her back.
" What happened, where are my wings? " She panicked, I stared at her in confusion
" Wings? " I asked.
" Yeah, wings, you know? What us Pegasi fly around with, " she said still trying to look behind herself to see if the wings were even there.
" Um a Pegasus is a flying pony, you're not a pony, did you hit your head in the woods or something? " I said then started thinking this girl had serious problem, if she thought she could fly.
" WHAT? " She yelped, she looked at her hands and feet closely and grabbed her newly found chest. I tried my best not to stare at her groping herself, she stood up and looked at my brony shirt she was wearing to see the black and white rainbow dash
" What am I and why is Rainbow Dash on my stomach, " she said poking her belly then pulling on the shirt a little.
" Eh well you're a human like me, and that is my shirt I let you were because you were nude, like I said before, " I said. I was starting to get the feeling that she was an lunatic that had escaped from some asylum, but at the same time I thought she was absolutely right.
" I'm a.. hu..human? that must explain these, " she said grabbing her breast, she giggled a little and my face went red again i looked away in embarrassment.
" If you don't mind me asking, what's your name? " I asked adjusting in the chair to make myself more comfortable.
" My name? My n..name is Flutershism "she mumbled at the last part.
" I beg your pardon? What's your name? " I asked again unsure what she was saying, she started to act all shy again.
" My name is Flutter... Flutter... Fluttershy. " she said staring Into my eyes, my mouth dropped open. It made perfect sense the soft pink hair, the shy attitude and the whole being a Pegasus and you know what? I believed her. I know I should have been skeptical but no reason not to believe her came to mind.
" You’re Fluttershy? Well my names’ Alex, it's nice to meet you "

" So do you know how you even got in the woods? " I had asked Fluttershy, to get a sense of what happened to make my most favorite fictional character to come to life.
" All I remember is that we were at the Castle with twilight and then a loud boom came from outside,followed by a bright light .then I woke up in your bed as a human " she said then shrugged.
" Wait why aren't you weirded out,by the fact that i'm a strange creature called a human" I asked because that was one of the most odd things you would expect her to be like what are you a hairless ape or a mutant pony, something along those lines but no she was completely okay with human.
" Well, twilight talked about these things called humans and she said that they were majestic,animals with thumbs and fingers. Though i thought she was a little crazy, she said when she went to get her crown from-"
"sunset shimmer"i blurted out cutting her off.
" Yeah, but wait how come you take to me being a pony so well, and how do you know about equestria? "she asked starting to get nervous of me again.
" Well you know how everyone, I mean everypony thought that the mare in the moon was just an old pony tale. Well, that's what we thought equestria was a fairy tale, but apparently that isn't true, it seems that some fairy tales have some truth in them " I said explaining the whole deal in a way she could comprehend.
" Okay that makes sense." she said and relaxed her nerves she laid back down and I heard a loud rumble coming from her stomach.
" Lets get you something to eat shall we? " I asked escorting her to the door.
"Um, thanks " she said heading out the door I followed behind and headed up the stairs. Cayle who had been watching the television eyes snapped right on to fluttershy he stood up and fixed his hair and began to act like a perv.
" Damn Alex wasn't kidding when he said he found a girl in the woods, my names cayle what's yours " he asked Fluttershy she gave me a look and mouth the word help. I came to her aid just in time
" Her name is Shy...Shy..hmm ah her names Shyla "i said then gave myself a mental facepalm thinking what the hell type of name is Shyla. Cayle seemed to buy it.
" Nice to meet you Shyla " Cayle said then gave her a wink. I gave him the don't even think about it look, which I have had to give many times before. He raised his hands up
" Okay i will back off " he said with a slight chuckle,then sat back down and started watching TV again. We walked into the kitchen and I pulled out the cheese pizza and put it in the microwave I turned around and leaned on the counter
" So do you eat cheese or no, because I know you're all herbivores where you come from " I asked Fluttershy because I didn't want to feed her meat she was still technically a pony in mind and spirit so eating meat would be close to cannibalism.
" Nah we eat cheese and drink milk,how do you think we make cupcakes " she said with a small giggle
" Eh good point " I said. Then I heard a ding meaning that the pizza was done. I pulled out the plate and sat it on the table and pulled the chair out for Fluttershy to sit.
"Dinner is served " I said with a small chuckle she smiled and sat down I sat in the seat across from hers she picked the pizza up with her mouth then dropped it
" Ouch too hot " she said then rubbed her tongue with her fingers.
" Yeah you're supposed to use your hands that's why, here like this " I walked over and grabbed her hand. I helped her grasp the pizza I looked down to see her face was red with embarrassment
" Um...sorry " I said letting go of her hand and sat back in my seat.
"Thats alright I know you were only trying to help " she said still red faced. My mom walked threw the door.
"Alex I need help with the grocer... " my mom stopped talking and just stared at fluttershy who was still wearing my pajamas. Then she looked at me.
" Mom its not what you think " i was cut off by my mom at that moment.
" Its not what I think, then tell me what am I looking at her why is this girl in your clothing. and why is she even, with you she seems way out of your league." That little bit stung but at the last part i knew she was making joke for Fluttershy's benefit, you see my mom is never really an angry person,she usually makes jokes to soften the pain she is about to deal you, but i find the jokes more painful because she is just picking on me .
" Mom this is Shyla, I found her unconscious in the woods. I couldn't just leave her there , it just wouldn't be right. so I brought her here and gave her a change of clothes,and so on and so forth." I said trying to relax a little because I was half expecting mom to pull a baby picture of me naked to show Fluttershy just to embarrass me.
" So where do you live, do you remember? " my mom asked Fluttershy and Fluttershy shook her head I jumped to her defense.
" Mom, can I talk to you in private? " I asked my mom nodded and we stepped out the front door. .
" Mom she has nowhere to go can she please stay here until she can find a way back, please? " I begged I would have literally gotten on my hands and knees and would have begged like a puppy if thats what it would have took.
" Alex, where would she sleep, and she has no clothes you can't have her just roaming around in those all day " my mom said referring to my tattered pajama pants and my brony T shirt .
" Mom I have enough money to get her clothes and she can stay in my room and I will just sleep on the couch downstairs.see mom I got this, I thought about this before you got back, mom please" I begged some more this time she caved .
" Alright just no sleeping in the same bed I will be sure to check on you two" my mom said then gave my the im watching you hand gesture.
" Mom you should be more worried about cayle, he is the big pervert of the family " I said half joking half serious. when it came to cayle he was always the one who was getting in trouble about sneaking into the girls locker room or hitting on senior girls when he was only in eighth grade.
" Thats what im worried about,I trust you I just don't trust your actions " she said in a philosophical way.
" Hey philosophy is my thing, you can't just steal it, and what the hell kind of haiku was that you just contradicted yourself over trusting me " I said then laughed.
" The apple doesn't fall far from the tree "she said trying again.
" Yeah if the tree was the same height as you " I said picking on her about how she is four foot nine.
" Alex get out of here before I change my mind " she said trying to threaten me.we walked back inside and fluttershy was sitting on the love seat watching what appeared to be..on no my mind thought please not be my little pony I jumped in front of the screen to see Spongebob and Patrick blowing bubbles I let out a sigh I was unsure how the show would affect her i mean she understood television and the fact that she was from a fairy tale as how I put it, but still did not know how the reaction would affect her. I stepped out of the way and sat down next to her she smiled her softly.
" So? " she asked.
" You can stay here with us untill i find you away back " I said with a smile. she gave me a tight hug.
" Oh thank you thank you thank you " she said the released her death grip. I gasped for air then smiled. her long soft pink hair whipped me in the face as she pulled away the smell of strawberries filled my nose. then I snapped back to reality.
" No problem,this weekend i'm going to go get you some clothes if you want to come with?"I said.
" I'd love to " she said softly. it started to get real late fast so i had to show her accommodations for her stay.
" You will have my room for as long as you're here, I will be right out here if you need me. " I said she smiled and slipped under the bed covers.
" Thank you " she said and that made my heart melt, things were moving too fast for anything to set in but when it finally did i couldn't believe it. I was helping fluttershy the real fluttershy she was staying in my house .I smiled at her and nodded then laid on the couch and dozed off to sleep. around three, three thirty i was shook awake by Fluttershy.
" What,what's wrong " I grumbled still half asleep.
" Im scared to be alone could you come lay with me until I fall asleep "she asked and gave me sad puppy eyes
" Alright until you fall asleep " I said then got up and followed her into my bedroom i covered her up and laid next to her.
" Fluttershy? "I asked
" Yeah? " she replied and turned to face me.
" Can.. I play with ,your hair? "I asked it was something my mom did, when I couldn't sleep when i was younger so I wondered if it would work on her.
" Sure?" she said quizzically and rolled back over. I slowly began to run my fingers thru her long soft hair. Not before long I heard her kitten mew of a snore. I smiled then fell back to sleep awaiting the new days to come where just as sweet.

I had gotten up this morning expecting that every thing last night was a dream, but instead I awoke to Fluttershy staring at me doing a little dance.
" Oh thank goodness you're awake, Alex I have to go to the bathroom, but I was too afraid to wake you up or leave the room " she said while she jigged up and down. I looked at her and tried not to laugh, that dance she was doing was pretty funny.
" Sorry, you could have woken me up. here let me show you to the bathroom " I said and headed out the door and around the corner to the downstairs bathroom.
" Here you go, right in there " I said to Fluttershy the bathroom was a grey color and was covered with big ladybug wall sticker which mom thought were a good touch.
" Please wait out here for me? " she asked giving me her signature puppy eyes. My heart pretty much melted twelve times over.
" Alright I will be right out side, now hurry up, you don't want to pee your pants " I said scooting her in the bathroom and closed the door. I heard Cayle running up the stairs, he had his clothes in his hands, he was ready to take a shower obviously.
" Can't go in there " I said blocking his way from the door.
" Why? " he asked trying to push past me but I jumped back into his way
" Flut.. I mean, Shyla is in there, so you will have to wait " I said hoping Cayle didn't catch my slip up.
" Um, ok I'm going to go sit down, you just do whatever you’re doing " he said then patted my shoulder and went into the living room. A couple minutes passed and I heard no noise in the bathroom, but then I heard a flush and a yelp. Frantically Fluttershy burst through the door, tripped over her own feet, and landed on me.
" Alex, Alex! The toilet growled at me when I pushed the button, then everything made slurp sound so I got really scared and ran. Thanks for catching me " she said sitting on my stomach, I tried to catch my breath after having the wind knocked out of me.
“ Yeah, thats supposed to happen, it means you flushed “ I said with a chuckle, my mom stepped out from her bedroom and gave me a angry look.
“ Its not what you think, she fell, I swear ” I said. My mom just turned away and ignored me. I turned my attention to fluttershy who was laughing at me. I gave her an not so amused look.
“ Heh sorry ” she said then stood up and lent out her hand to help me up. As we walked into the living room the the news was on the tv talking about strange storms up in the north east right around our area. They say its something that they have never seen before that it appeared out of know where. I shrugged it off, I didn’t care much of the weather though Fluttershy was glued to the television.
“ Hey Alex, how do you guys make the weather, that man said that the storm just appeared. How is that possible? ” she asked me as we walked into the kitchen where the smell of pancakes and maple syrup filled the air.
“ Well you see, here in our dimension we don't have magic, pegasus or unicorns for that matter. I mean we have ponies but they don’t have aspirations they're more of pets than anything,um no offense to you or your friends. We use machines and technology to pinpoint when a storm will hit, but sometimes we can be wrong. We say clear day, and it ends up raining cats and dogs, not literally but metaphorically. ” I explained evolution, the rise and set of the moon and the sun, and how our nation is run on monkeys with cymbals. I grabbed two plates one for me and one for her, I grabbed a pancake off the dish and set it on the plate then repeated the step over for my on plate. I grabbed us forks and knives out of the drawer and set the table. I started to eat when I noticed Fluttershy was having trouble with the silverware.
“ Do you need help? ” iI asked, she gave me a nod and I started to cut it for her.
“ See this is how you do it, you stick the fork into the pancake then slice it with the knife. Now here comes the easy part, you pick up the piece you just cut with your fork and wala! now you try. ” I said giving her a smile
“ Like this? ” she said cutting the piece of pancake.
“ Yep, just like that, now pick it up and eat it ” I said with a chuckle she stabbed the piece with her fork and pulled it up and ate it.
“ Yay! I did it ” she cooed softly then clapped her hands together then stopped when my mom walked in, Fluttershy started to giggle and my mom just smiled at the both of us. She grabbed a cup of coffee and sat down at the table.
“ So what are you guys doing today? Anything ‘fun’? “ she said putting emphasis on fun, I gave her a look as if saying don’t go there. But she just gave me a wink.
“ No, we’re going to get Shyla some new clothes ” I said with a nod, Fluttershy giggled, I think she still wasn’t used to being called Shyla.
“ Yeah its going to be ‘fun’ ” Fluttershy said softly mimicking my mom and I busted up laughing, I looked at mom who also couldn’t help but laugh. Fluttershy started laughing because I was laughing, so it took awhile for all of us to calm down
“ What are you going to wear there? You can’t wear pajamas, they will laugh at you. here lets see if I have anything you can put on before you guys leave ” my mom said grabbing Fluttershy’s arm and dragging her to her bedroom. I waited about an half hour for my mom to find something for fluttershy to wear. During this time I started texting jake about coming to the mall with me, I told him I would pick him up when I was ready.
“ We’re done “ mom said from her bedroom then escorted Fluttershy into the living room, my mouth dropped, she was wearing a yellow loose neck sweater with a white tank top and green skirt.
“ You're beautiful ” I blurted out not even thinking. Fluttershy blushed a bright shade of red.
“ You really think so? ” she said observing her new clothes. She looked pretty excited to hear that.
“ Yeah, I mean it . Now we should get going, if we want to reach the mall before lunch “ I said looking at the time on my phone. We headed out to the car and fluttershy was skittish to get in. “ What? ” I asked
“ What is that thing? ” Fluttershy said then, started to approach the window of my car
“ this my dear, is our means of transportation, it's like a carriage but with a motor. It’s safe I'm a great driver. ” I said getting out. I opened up the passenger door for her to get in.
“ I trust you ” Fluttershy said then sat down in the car. I drove over to Jake's house, Jake had been waiting outside. He walked up to the door and noticed Fluttershy and gave me an odd look.
“ Hey Alex, um hi I'm Jake ” Jake said, jake said reaching his hand into the front for Fluttershy to shake. At first she was skittish because he was someone new until I gave her the ok with a gentle nod.
“ N..nice to m-meet you my name is ….” She said but didn’t finish she had already forgotten what her alias was. She started to panic and gave me a hard stare. “Jake I can trust you right?” I said looking in the rearview mirror, While keeping an eye on the interstate.
“ Yeah of course, why is there some thing you need to tell me?” he asked looking back and forth between me and Fluttershy. He gave Fluttershy a closer look, something dinged in his head but he couldn’t place what it was.
“Jake I would like to introduce you to Fluttershy, I found her in the woods. She will be staying until I find her a way to get home. “ I said looking at jake, I pulled off the interstate and headed down the road to the mall. Jake’s eyes were real wide and he didn’t say anything for the rest of the way there. I finally pulled into the mall and found a really good parking space. I decided to wait for jake to come back to earth.
“ Cool ” he said all composed and collective, I looked at him in shock.
“Thats it?” I said but I spoke too soon, he screamed at the top of his lungs .
“ This is so friggin AWESOME, I was unsure to believe you at first, but it adds up. “ he said quickly unbuckling him self. Fluttershy who fell asleep during the ride was now shaken awake by Jake’s outburst of joy.
“ Sorry Fluttershy I didn’t mean to wake you im just really really excited to meet you ” Jake said with a smile plastered on his face. I guess he was in a state of shock because Jake didn't act like this usually. When I took the news it felt kind of normal like I had seen this happen before even though the possibility of it happening was slim, I always knew it was going to happen, I just can’t explain how or why I knew.
“ Thats alright, are we here? ” Fluttershy said only seeming to care about the mall. I ruled it off that she was eager to get new clothes or or something along the lines. I gave her a nod and we headed inside the mall. She clung to my arm, as we walked by people they gave me looks weird look not mean weird but jealous weird. Jake gave me a smile and a thumbs up, i shot him my look. The same one i use on cayle, and he stopped. We stopped at a clothing store and went inside. My mom made Fluttershy a list of what she needed.
“ Um Alex what are underwear? ” She asked giving me a quizzical look. Of all questions she needed to ask me it had to be this one i thought, then forced an explanation
“ It covers your downstairs ” I said pointing down
“ What? ” she asked. I face palmed
“ Your girl parts? ” I said trying to keep calm this was one conversation i didn't want to have.
“ Oh ” fluttershy said then blushed. I laughed she then gave me puppy eyes.
“ can you help me find some? ” She said in her shy cute voice. I almost fell over dead, one from sheer cuteness. The second reason is helping a girl find underwear was one of the most embarrassing things I would ever have to do in my entire life. We found all the clothes she wanted and she went into the dressing room. I waited a while I heard bumping around like she was struggling. Jake had went to go check a game out a gamestop and had not returned though he said he would be a while. I knocked on the door.
“ Um fluttershy? You alright in there? Do you need any help?” I asked.
“ Yeah im fine, I almost fell trying to put on some ‘pants’ ” She said. After we were all done shopping and we met back up with Jake. We decided to get something to eat , we sat at a nice new restaurant ,maybe not new but new to me. I ordered some french fries and gravy. Jake had almost ordered a cheeseburger but I talked him out of it and he got a pizza with only cheese. I didn’t want Fluttershy seeing us eat meat she would think im a monster. There was a salad bar in which she had a field day, because every saturday had been free salad day. Time passed by really fast, we stopped at some other stores I got fluttershy a cell phone and with and we got three thousand free minutes for being the three thousandth buyer. On the way home jake and Fluttershy talked about life in equestria, some of the stuff I wanted to know came up. I didn’t talk much, because of driving at night I needed to be most concentrated. We didn’t get home till very late I dropped jake off, then pulled into my driveway. Fluttershy had fallen asleep in the car once again, so I picked her up her head rested on my shoulder, and started letting out sighs that would have made my knees buckle from my heart being melted. I laid her down on my bed,as I turned to go and get on the couch she grabbed my arm.
“ Don’t leave, please lay beside me? “she asked I didn’t fight her well one fact is I couldn’t it would too sensitive of me and the other was, well I really want to lay next to her.
“ I'm not going anywhere without you ” I said and got to the bed I started stroking her hair softly she slipped back into sleep and I quickly followed after.
Author's note: Hey everyone that time has finally arrived it's a little late but i was waiting up on last minute corrections, i would also like to introduce my editor and Best Friend Jake but you may see him as Darkstar0z his comments may pass in and out through the story um i couldn’t have gotten this far without him, i would have most likely been booed off the stage so to speak. and again i thank you for your support and patience over the last couple days. i have school again so the chapters have been being delayed for a little while but it's better late than never. thanks for your support comments and like are much appreciated ~ Xexal
I thought this weekend would have lasted forever. Sunday I had to work at the gas station, so I decided to bring Fluttershy along with me because everyone had left and leaving her by herself was something I promised I'd never do. It was around noon when a strange woman walked in with a crazy look in her eyes and she wore a creepy trench coat. All she had bought was dog treats and I don’t think they were for her dog. she took one out and started to eat it as she left the store she glanced at fluttershy and smiled revealing sharp and crooked teeth. Fluttershy and I both shivered as she left and disappeared in the foggy afternoon. the weather had been a menace for me, the fog was so thick you could attempt to cut it with a knife and your knife would stick thats how thick it was. It resembled a grey concrete wall. When my shift finally ended we stopped at the nearby store to get groceries. Mostly things that fluttershy needed because my mom and stepdad were carnivores and ate a lot of red meat. On the walk home she grabbed my hand and held it, her hand was warm, I looked at her and her soft eyes, I pulled her in for a kiss and she kissed back. If you were going to tell me I would fall in love with a humanized pony,Ii would have laughed at you, but now, right now it felt right.
“ Alex? ” Fluttershy asked for my attention, I had a red face after what had happened. I was a little dazed, I lifted my head to look at her.
“ Thank you for everything you have done, you have shown me so much kindness and it makes me feel warm in my heart to have ever gotten to meet you. I just wanted you to know my feelings. ” she said. My heart was completely melted. We held hands for the rest of the way home. my mom had already been home which was odd because she was supposed to be at work. We approached her and she jumped like she was caught breaking into a house or something.
“ Um mom? Are you feeling well? ” I asked reaching my hand up to her forehead, she wasn’t running a fever.
“ Uh?- I mean, I'm alright I just came home because I had forgotten something ” She said quickly looking around for something.
“ What did you forget? ” I asked trying to get her attention, Fluttershy went down stairs to relax, I had woken her up early this morning. “ I can’t remember? ” She simply replied blankly. I gave her a, are you sure you're alright look, but she ignored me.
“ Oh can you bring out the trash for me? I really need to find what im looking for.” My mother said handing me a big bag of garbage.
“ Yeah... I guess so” I said not really enjoying the fact that the garbage smelled like a dead cat. I headed out the door. while I was outside I noticed a pair of emerald green eyes on me. Then a shrill laugh and last thing I knew I was out. I awoke with a pounding headache, I checked my surroundings, I was still at home just a little after nine o’clock.
“ Oh no! Fluttershy “ I said jumping to my feet and running inside, every thing was a mess. There were chairs and pictures ripped and thrown everywhere. The house was trashed, I bolted down the stairs into my room to find nothing but a note saying, “ You want her? Come get her. ” Then there were two simultaneous laughs from the front of the room. There were two Fluttershy staring at me with crazed grins
“ What's wrong Alex? don’t you love me? ” They said in unison. My head started to hurt as if my energy was draining.
“ What,have you done with Fluttershy? You bastards! ” I said clenching my fist, my eyes stared them down, one of them laughed.
“ Alex, what ever do you mean? I am fluttershy, see? ” It said, then mocking me with another laugh. My eyes now burned with hate, I wanted to hit them but I couldn’t, not when they looked just like her. I stepped forward, and tripped over my bass guitar, it clanged on the floor. I had left the amp on supposedly, or Fluttershy was messing with it before she got kidnapped. The loud noise caused the two imposters to scream out in pain then fall to the floor, I would have cheered but my ears were practically bleeding from that loud clang, not to mention the amp was right by my ear. I stood up and pressed my fingers to my forehead before remembering the two fakers laying on the floor. I looked down at two ponies, well not ponies, but they had the same likeness. I believed that they were called changelings, but I when I watched the second season finale, I missed a few parts, but that's what Jake called them. I tied their hooves to the bed so they couldn’t get loose even if they could they wouldn’t get far, I locked the door and i don’t think they could open it any way without hands. they also seemed so drained of all their energy from trying to keep human form.
“ Hey wake up, yeah you where the hell is fluttershy don’t make me use my bass it will get so much loader in here ”i said looking them in the eye.
“ You wouldn’t dare, the effect will hurt you to. You will go deaf ”one of the changelings said with a cocky smile, I let out a laugh then brought my ear up to reveal earplugs
“ What did you say? I couldn’t hear you ” I said then took out the earplugs and smiled.
“ Anything else? No? Ok, now tell me, where is Fluttershy?” I yelled getting ready to strum the bass on full blast. The sound would rattle the support beams in the house causing it to shake and could make a guy go blind from how loud it was. Even though you can’t go blind from hearing loud things, well as far as I knew.
“ Oh nononononononoNo we will talk. Our ladyship took her to the circle. ” They both said in unison.
“ The circle? What the hell is that?” I asked setting my bass down. I pulled my computer chair so I could listen.
“ The circle is a sacred place where that of magic is performed, my ladyship wants the heart and beauty of the mare.” They said spilling their beans all over the floor. I soaked up all that they said, I felt like I knew what they were talking about but unsure why it was the same feeling when fluttershy told me who she was. It was a sort of deja-vu feeling.
“ Wait, how did all of you get here anyway? Fluttershy said that a bright light brought her here ” I said giving them my stare of death.
“ We have no idea ourselves, as well we had awoken here not but a few days ago after the mistress was defeated by twilight sparkle and her five friends. All we remember is a big bright light then, poof, here we are in the circle where our mistress now calls home. We can show you if you spare our lives. ” They spoke in unison, I couldn’t tell if they were twins or if they were just all creepy that way. I chuckled at sparing their lives
“ You thought I was going to kill you? ” I asked, I only fight when defending myself and never looked to kill anything but I must have scared the droppings out of them.
“ You mean you're sparing us? ” They asked. Their holy ears perked up with joy. In a way, they had their own kind of cuteness, not like Fluttershy’s kind of cute, but they are cuddleable. I smiled and nodded, they didn’t seem evil just misguided, but if they pulled anything, I wasn’t afraid to bass them into a comma.
“ Thank you master.” They said in unison, they bounced on three hooves and giggled a little.
“ Master? What?! Ah never mind, yeah I’ll be your master. “ He said, “ Damn how did that even? Ah what ever, best not fight it” I thought the, I figured that they were ok. I unhooked their handcuffs, but I slapped electric dog collars on them. They were ones that my step dad bought to try to get the dogs from running away. He never even put batteries in them for it to even work. He threw them away but I retrieved them, and me and Cayle would play jackass like the television show. I would put it on and cayle would shock me at random moments, but I grew out of immature things like electrocuting myself for fun. This seemed appropriate for the time even though I can't stand to hurt any friggin animal I see, but I couldn’t take any chances when dealing with these two.
“ Now what are your names?” I asked. Well if I was going to be their master I needed to know what their names where. They had the same face and body but their eyes were different colors not green like before, they were blue and pink. I found it odd, maybe they were being controlled by the queen or something along the lines.
“ My name is Evangeline, but please call me Eva. “ The one with pink eyes said, which I now assumed was a girl. I looked over to the other, he was a little uncomfortable with the collar but he seemed to deal.
“ My name is Troy, our names are unusual because we are not ponies or any real creature, we have many old books in the hive back home. We got to choose our names, these seemed appropriate. If you want them to be changed, please do not hesitate” Troy said then bowed. They acted a little too formal, I had to break the awkward tension for them.
“ No, your names are alright, but please, lighten up, act as I do, calm and relaxed. Be yourself. ” I said putting my hand on their shoulders, they let out a nice comfortable sigh. I called jake and told him what had happened so far, he told me he wanted to help so I could save Fluttershy.
“ Jake, make sure you bring your bass, some ear plugs and your amp because we are going to drop it hard on them ” I said being as serious as ever, though the pun fit the moment so why not. I asked Eva and Troy to clean up the mess they made upstairs. The house was spotless within minutes. I figured loyalty was a big thing for them, but I also wanted to see if they were lying before about the whole master thing, I was still unsure. When Jake got there, he jumped at my new found servants I figured they should blend in, I placed a few punk teen magazines in front of them and told them to have a field day with their transformations. Eva had chosen long blond hair with a ripped pink t-shirt with a skull on it, long black skinny jeans and combat boots. Troy wore a black military jacket almost close to the one I had, he wore a grey shirt that had a picture of a one up mushroom from mario saying get a life, which I thought was a nice touch. He wore black cargo shorts with a chain and wore black converse.
“ Wow, you guys look pretty badass, nice work. Now lets go get Fluttershy and be home for supper. ” I said, we busted open the front door and headed right to the woods
“ Now, where is this circle? ” I asked Eva who was in the lead of all of us. I had never even seen this part of the woods before, it was past the sand pit in which I had traveled and thought about it being a perfect place for a fallout movie. We stopped at a big clearing and in the middle stood an odd stonehenge just like the in the United Kingdom just way smaller and less prehistoric. In the center was a hole that had a rope ladder attached to it. This place had the same familiar feeling.

The smell of mildew and dust filled Fluttershy’s nose causing her to snease and awaken from her unconsciousness. She looked around the dim lighted room. Green flame torches light the room, a raggedy bed of where she had awoken, a couple of old bookshelves, books written in a language that she couldn’t understand. She set her gaze at the door. Two changelings in human form guarded her way, they had their back to her and had not noticed she had even woken. Fluttershy had to think of a plan to escape this room and find Alex. The touch of his lips were still fresh on her mind. her heart sank, hoping that he was alright. Fluttershy brought her mind back to her current situation.
“ There must be a way to get out of here, “ she said to herself. She noticed a old iron cauldron. it was small enough to carry heavy enough to knock someone out .Instantly Fluttershy put herself in action, she grabbed the pot and creeped her way up to the guards.
“ Um, excuse me? Can you look over here for a second please?” She asked the guards softly. They turned to look then bam, she had swung the iron pot knocking the first guard out. The other was so shocked he had no time to react as fluttershy slammed the cauldron down on the top of his head.
“ When someone blocks your way, make them pay, ” Fluttershy said with a small giggle. She set the caudron and politely tiptoed away. She slid through the halls with ease; it seemed the other guards had other things to do. A loud laugh could be heard from far down the hall. It sounded that of a witch. Fluttershy jumped at the laughter hiding behind a stone statue of a man in a cloak, she observed that statute. It had an emblem of a sun and a crescent moon overlapping making a mystifying effect to the statue. In a way the statue reminded her of Alex, they seemed to have that same aura. Though, the guy in the statue did look more beefed and looked about forty. The sound of hooves came through the hallway and a erie voice followed with it.
“ This universe is quite an odd one, these ‘humans’ seem not much of a threat,” the voice came from the queen of the changelings, Chrysalis. She passed down the hall levitating a very old and odd book. Fluttershy hide behind the shaw of the statue’s cloak. Chrysalis turned and looked at the statue.
“ Its been a long time since I’ve even seen one of the Guardians of the Nexus. They have been dead for four thousand years and there is no evidence of them existing here or Equestria, now I will make them pay for you breaking my heart, ” Chrysalis said angrily to the statue. Fluttershy didn’t understand what she was talking about. What the heck was a Guardian of the Nexus and who broke Chrysalis heart. There was so many things that just didn’t add up about this mess, but she knew somehow she was involved if she wanted to be or not. Chrysalis stormed off down the hallway, the statue had really triggered a spark in her or something, but it wasn’t good. Fluttershy snuck down the rest of the hallway to two big wooden doors. She pushed them open slowly so they wouldn’t creak and get her cover blown. Fluttershy entered the main room it was a huge library and in the center was an altar where a book was placed, it had the same symbol as the statue in the hall. Fluttershy tiptoed her way over to the book. She flipped it open. It had the same writing as the books in the room she was held in, though this time, there were some parts she understood.
“ Our pact to the sun and the moon to live together with day and night, the harmony between the universes, the nexus of might. As we guard the worlds never know that in which this bloodline flows. We are the Guardians of the Nexus, the Creators of the elements, protectors from dismay and chaos.” she read out loud
“ What does this mean? The creators of the elements? Protectors from dismay and chaos? ” Fluttershy said looking through the book but the rest was in the same random gibberish as before. She flipped through the pages, she stopped at a picture of a boy with three Alicorns standing beside him. They all seemed to be laughing and smiling the, first two Fluttershy ruled out as Princess Celestia and Luna. The other Alicorn was beautiful and have soft green eyes. The boy had a strange resemblance to Alex. They had the similar facial features and long brown hair. How was Alex connected to this place Fluttershy wondered. The door swung open to find a very enraged Chrysalis.
“ What do you think you're doing?! ” She said, then gave a sinister smile. Fluttershy stood in fear, frozen with fright in her eyes, glued to the Queen of the Changelings.
“ I was wondering where you would turn up, I have something special for your little friend when he arrives. I wonder what it would be like to make the first ever human changeling? He would be my slave forever, ” Chrysalis said with a chuckle. Fluttershy clenched her fist and gritted her teeth.
“ I will never let you lay your nasty hooves on a single hair of his head, ” Fluttershy Threatened. Her eyes burned with hate, fear no longer in her mind, just hate and a defensive switch when Alex was mentioned.
“ Oh? So you are in love with the human? ” Chrysalis asked Fluttershy Blushed at the question but was too embarrassed to say .
“ This will be more easy then I thought, “ she said with another laugh this time, this time it seemed more of an insult to Fluttershy then the last. Chrysalis stomped her hoof and a few guards came from outside the door.
“ That’s sweet, I will make sure you watch as I suck all the love out of him, ” Chrysalis said then headed out the door.
“ Take her to the dungeon, it seems her regular accommodations were not to her fitting, ” the Queen said then left the room. Fluttershy didn’t resist any of the guard when they shackled her arms and lead her down into the dungeon.

I decided not to post the two together because I have been procrastinating and final exams ugh!, don't get me started and I haven't posted shit in a while. yeah the reason I wanted to post the two chapters together is well because this one is very fricken short. it was also i wanted to try a chapter from Fluttershy's perspective. “ We are here, “ she said pointing to the hole. Of all places they take Fluttershy, it was here. I have claustrophobia and arachnophobia which from the looks of it both were becoming a major factor inside this hole especially since it was covered with moss and cobwebs .
“ The things I do for love, ” I said then started to descend into the darkness. Troy was second to follow, then Eva and lastly Jake who didn’t mind the spiders, he was just really afraid of the dark. I noticed that Eva and Troy's eyes glowed in the dark causing a blue and pink light, just enough for Jake to make the way down. When I kept my eyes closed in fear of seeing some tarantulas or something of that nature. When I finally opened my eyes there was glowing green flames all around the room, no one seemed to be there but I heard a faint cry coming from another room.
“ Hold on Fluttershy! I'm coming for you, “ I thought as we stepped off the rope ladder. I noticed a few things that were odd. one was that everything seemed familiar, I almost felt as if I created the place, I knew almost every aspect of it. I could tell that the place seemed more than five hundred years old. Me and my small group pushed through an iron door. I walked by some pretty peculiar statues, they seemed to glow with some sort of aura that held me strong. I even swore they told me directions at one point. Jake was right next to me, he was just glad we were out of the dark and into a nice seemingly safe room. I followed the path of the statues to a big theater room and on the stage was a big stone arc with symbols that glowed a variety of colors. I hoped it was just for decoration, the cries kept getting louder making me even more nervous. I bolted down the hall to the source of the noise coming face to face with my worst nightmare.
“ So you have finally arrived, well it was about time, we have been waiting forever, “ Chrysalis said pulling me forward with the her magic.
“ Where is she? Where is Fluttershy? “ I yelled, I clenched my fist and tried to move but was being held back by magic.
“ Awe the boy wants his little pony, Bring her out, ” she yelled threw her teeth. Two angry men walked out dragging chains that linked to Fluttershy’s arms and legs. Her eyes were swollen from crying. She lifted her head up and gazed into my eyes. They were filled with fear. Me on the other hand was filled with anger. In my past I was an angry kid, breaking school windows and other thing I'm not proud of. I learned to control my anger, no one could get me mad even if I was being picked on for being a brony. I would just smile, but now when I couldn’t hold it in much longer eight years of anger and pain flowed into my body and began to shut me down and everything went black. I awoke chained up next to the Arc portal thing. My eyes were sore and blood shot, I looked around the room, there was no one around except the two guys that had brought Fluttershy out. A woman dressed in a black dress walked out, her appearance was breath taking, her aura stunk of anger and lust that of evil. Her eyes burned at me even though she had a content look on her face, I knew she wanted to rip my head off. It didn’t take me long to realise who she was, in fact it was quite obvious. she crouched next to me and whispered in my ear.
“ You do what I say and I let them go, all of them, your family and your precious little pony, er human, whatever, deal?” She said with a content look still, her eyes looked as if she was going to bite a chunk out of my neck. I looked at her with confusion. she had kidnapped my family as well, it hit me, how long have they been missing, the changelings acting as my parents and brothers. All of this seemed way too personal to be about Fluttershy. They wanted me, for what purpose did they need me for? It didn’t matter, if it meant everyone to be free and safe I would do it. I looked up at her.
“ You're going to let everyone go if I help you and I mean every one? My mom, my step-dad everyone? ” I asked.
“ Of course darling, everyone may leave here untouched, I promise, “ she said with a smile, her fangs showed through. I understood taking human form was harder than it looked. I nodded.
“ Fine, it’s a deal ” I said with a stern look on my face. She stood back up and used her magic to unlock the chains on my hands. I rubbed my wrist, they had the shackles to tight.
“ Do you know about your history with this place? ” Chrysalis asked raising an eyebrow. I gave her a quizzical look.
“ I have no idea what you're even talking about lady, ” I said, she rolled her eyes and handed me a very old book the, scent and feeling was familiar.
“ Do you know what that book is? ” She asked.
“ It’s the Codex of the Nexus, the grand spells only readable by the Guardians. The creators of the elements and the defenders of the Universes, ” the words just fell out and I had no idea how I knew, but I realized one thing, this book should not be in her grasp. It’s was just too dangerous, I don’t know how, but I just knew. I looked up at her, her glowing green eyes stared down at me. She smiled.
“ Now we may continue with the plan, ” she said. Her succubus like gaze pulled me into a trance. I was now no longer in control of my body.
“ Go, to, sleep,” she said. Then her eyes glowed and I Slowly started to shut down. then everything went black once again. I felt my mind sink into darkness.

“ Boy, hey, you boy! Wake up now please, ” a gruff man’s voice said, it almost reminded me of my grandfather’s voice. I opened my eyes and looked at my surroundings. At first there was nothing but black, but slowly the background and everything started to form. I was in some weird room with a fireplace. I looked around to see a man with a long beard and cloak, he almost reminded me of Dumbledore from Harry Potter. Though he had a jolly twist to him, almost like a buff Santa.
“ Where the hell am I? ” I asked the man, he started to laugh.
“ You're up here boy, in your cranium, ” he said tapping his head with his finger. I got up off the floor and he gestured to a seat near the fireplace across from his own seat.
“ Okay then, who the hell are you? ” I said sitting down in the chair in front of the fireplace, He smiled.
“ I’m you, and you’re me. We’re distant biological relations; I’m sort of how you say your great great great great... very great grandfather, ” The man said said to me with his very jolly smile.
“ It would be impossible for you to even be alive right now, ” I said trying to disprove the man, but from all thats happened in my life I can't really argue. There still was that major possibility.
“ You’re unsure? Heh thats just like me, always being a bit indecisive about what's real or what’s not. Your perception on life is that saying something is not real is just words, and that in the vast universe and space and beyond it, you say that it would be very very lonely for us to be the only existence ever. Deep in your heart though, you know that there is something bigger than our universe and it’s impossible that it would be so empty. You know here and here, ” the man spoke his philosophical words. They were that of my own. I could have sworn I told jake the same thing a few years back. The man pointed at his head then at his heart, my hand moved on it’s own and I touched my head and my heart at the same moment he had started doing so himself.
“ I still need to understand how is it that I’m your direct descendant but my dad nor grandfather never brought any of this up, wouldn’t it be passed down through generations?” I asked, the man nodded softly.
“ You're a Guardian of the Nexus, ” he replied.
“ Um, what’s the Nexus?” I asked confused, I had never even heard of the nexus other than in League of legends.
“ The Nexus is a vast dimension that links all the other universes. The Guardians of the Nexus are a group of beings sworn to protect the gates of the universes so there are no interdimensional war. We are the creators of the Elements of Harmony, the items that helped against the war between the major universes and have been sent to one universe the Guardians could trust. The group of beings chosen are through the Code of Genetics, the strand has to be exactly like it’s descendant making the new being almost an exact replica of the founders, ” a voice said from the fireplace. It was what seemed to be a living fire, the color would change to blue whenever it spoke and it sounded like that of a woman.
“ Thank you Jewels, ” the man said.
“ You’re welcome Alex, ” Jewels replied. I shook my head and looked at the man.
“ She just called you Alex, so that means that I’m your exact copy, name and everything?” I asked this just barely clicking for me.
“ Not everything. We have different likes, different parents, and lived different lives. Though I watched you grow up and know more than anyone else. You're a vegetarian because for some reason meat always made your stomach upset. Back in my day there was no choice, it was eat or be eaten, ” the older me said. I was about to ask more questions when he raised his hand up for me to stop.
“ You don’t have much time, you need to break yourself from Chrysalis. Her grasp on you grows more and more as we talk. “ He said, he then pushed a button on his chair and I, started to glow green and felt as if my body was being pulled downward into the chair.
“ You need to believe in the Spark, may it give you courage, ” He said as everything started to fade white.
“ The spark of what? ” I yelled as the room disappeared and green light swirled around my body making it hard for me to hear.
“ The spark of love and friendship, ” he replied as his voice grew faint to nothing but a whisper.

Chapter seven : Hope

Jake looked around the hallway then at Eva and Troy, they must have lost Alex somewhere. Jake figured he would be alright, or at least he hoped. The trio had walked on for a while then they heard a loud crash of noises and really loud creepy laughter. Everyone stopped and listen to sounds around them.
“ Shit, I shouldn't have played Amnesia today, “ Jake thought to himself, the sound was coming from the main room, they peaked in the door to see Alex suspended in air surrounded by an eerie green glow of magic. there was heavy black bags on his eyes, he was not awake though his eye’s were still open. Chrysalis had an very grim and evil smile, she was reading a chant from a very old book. Alex groaned in pain.
“ We have to do something, she is going to kill him. “ Jake said turning to the the cowardly changeling siblings. He snapped his fingers softly, but it was loud enough to get their attention.
“ Oh, ah, sorry she really scares us, ” they said in unison.
“ We need to find some way to... ” before jake could finish his sentence, a loud girly scream was heard from the room below.
“ Fluttershy, ” they all said then headed down a corridor and down a flight of stairs, stopped by two changeling troops in their way.
“ Well if it isn't drone-173 and drone-174, the Queen will be displeased that you both are still alive, ” the first guard said.
“ Our names are Eva and Troy and we don’t follow the Queen’s rule, we are here to free the prisoners. “ Eva said bluntly, Jake just shrugged and rolled his eyes
“ So much for the element of surprise, ” Jake thought to himself. Troy looked back to him and nodded his head in the direction of the doorway to the dungeon. Jake nodded back in agreement, he wasn't going take the risk and run for it. Eva and Troy were distracting the guards with meaningless jabber. Jake gave the guards the slip, they were fighting back and forth with Eva and Troy like they were siblings they most likely where. Jake pushed open the door revealing cell blocks. “ Fluttershy? ” Jake asked then gulped hoping he hadn't brought any unwanted attention.
“ Jake? ” A woman's voice called, it was Alex’s mom
“ Brandy are the others with you? ” Jake asked, she nodded slowly then nodded over to a figure in the corner crying. Jake put his face up to the bars to get a closer look it was Fluttershy who seemed to be holding Camron, Alex’s little brother, he was badly bruised but alive.
“ She blames herself, she told me everything, her being a character from My Little Pony, how Alex kept her secret to protect her. I believe her, I mean, I knew all along, there are many things in my life that I have left behind, but they all seem to catch up eventually don't they? ”Brandy said lowering her eyes to Trenton who had fallen asleep in her lap, his eye had dried tears
“ Where’s Billy? ” Jake asked, mom pointed to the cell across the room to show a man shackled to the wall, his head hanging and his spirit broken. Jake gasped, the man seemed exhausted.
“ He tried to break out, almost made it till that monster of a mare came back and drained him, then Camron yelled stop and...” Brandy started to cry then took a breath and looked around behind Jake
“ Where is Alex?! Is he here, is he alright?!!” She said grabbing the bars and shaking jake looked down, Fluttershy turned her attention to Jake
“ Chrysalis has him, ” Jake said with his voice almost sounding like it was broken glass. Fluttershy stood up and walked into the light revealing a small cut on the side of her head.
“We n-need to help him, Alex would never abandon us, I mean he came here to save us right? So lets return the favor by saving him. “ She said giving a slight smile, Jake nodded, he looked around the room and found the keys where in the hands of a sleeping guard. His head laying on his hands and a fist clenched tight around the keys. It was like in the classic western movies. Jake sighed, he slowly and gently removed the keys from his hand. Jake was usually a bull in a china shop, heavy footed and very clumsy, but in his exact moment he was completely silent. He then tiptoed his way back to the others and unlocked the door, Brandy ran to Billy, who was still locked by the shackles on his hands. He lifted his head for one moment and mouthed thank you to Jake, he simply nodded then unlocked the bound man. Fluttershy carried Camron out of the cell. Trenton clung to his mother’s leg with both hands as she dragged him along to talk to Fluttershy.
“ Listen, none of this is your fault. We WILL save Alex, but we all need to stay strong for me, you, Alex and the others.” She said resting her arms on her shoulder. A tear fell from Fluttershy’s eye.
“ Yes all we need is hope and love, ” Fluttershy said then sniffled. Jake coughed.
“ Look guys, its really touchy at the moment, I get it, and understand but this isn't exactly the time for it, this is the time to act” Jake said, the others nodded at Eva and Troy as they entered the room.
“ You would have talked to him for ages if I hadn't hit him over the head. ” Troy said to Eva she had a pouting look on her face.
“ I didn't get to make my point, we are free to do as we must, so why do they keep following Chrysalis? ” She said as if she believed her point of view was better.
“ I don't know, we don’t have time to research it either. ” He said, Jake looked at his new Changeling friends.
“ Okay, I need one of you to help the family get home and the other will help me and Fluttershy with getting Alex. ” Jake said, they both nodded.
“ I will go, ” Eva said stepping forward. Alex’s mother walked up to Jake from behind.
“ I will be going with you, I can help out. I have been in situations like this before. ” She said to Jake with a very serious look on her face, Jake looked at her wide eyed.
“ What? ” He asked in shock.
“ I will tell you another time, like you said, this isn't the time for talking. ” She said then looked down at Eva.
“ Keep my family safe, ” she said to Eva. Eva gave her a nod then headed off to the exit with Billy and the kids..
“ Now lets get going, I’m going to kick that dumb mare’s flank, ” Brandy said leading the group of teenagers. Jake, Fluttershy and Troy looked at each other with a shocked face, but didn't bother hesitating the angry mother’s request. She pulled a two handed sword from one of the statues that kind of resembled her in a way. The funny thing was it was a real sword and not a one made from stone. When they came across a locked wooden door, Alex’s mother who was the shortest out of the group would kick it open, well more like kick it off the hinges and down the hallway, (yeah, this mother meant business). They made a turn right and were stopped by three guards.
“ Where do you think you are going? ” One of the guards asked.
“ I'm GOing to punch you in your ugly face, ” Brandy yelled then jumping in midair and kicking the guard on the right straight down the hall like the previous doors behind her. Jake and Fluttershy tripped the guard on the left leaving the one in the middle shaking.
“ Please mercy, ” he plead. Brandy stared him down.
“ I’m not as kind as my son, but I'm not going to kill you,” she said then drew back and knocked the Colt out cold.
“ Remind me to stay on your good side, ” Jake said to Alex’s mom as she cracked her knuckles and headed into the main room where Alex was kept.
“ CHRYSALIS!!!! Come face me! ” She Called out. The mare was standing up on what looked like a stage where Alex was suspended by magic getting volts sent through him. Fluttershy cringed as Alex let out a painful scream then he seemed to chant strange words.
“ Oh hello there Brandy, its been awhile, I think the last time I saw you, you and Celestia kicked me out of canterlot for the first time. Oh look, the tides have turned” She said with a sneer.
“ You were power hungry and we wouldn’t let you hurt Alex, the Guardian blood in him is the strongest know to the group and you were going to use him. Thats why me and the princess agreed to have him live and grow up not knowing his true identity, the duel personality disorder would be taken care of even though there was an actual person in his head, but still made no difference, I had to protect my son from you.” Brandy replied clenching the sword with a tight grip.
“ Use him? He should have been mine six thousand years ago, now he is in love with, with that socially awkward Pegasus? I had waited to long for this, I want to get the old him back. ”
“Chrysalis, its impossible, it will kill him, there has never been a full conversion, it will not only destroy him but yourself in the process. Its not what he would have wanted,” She said.
“ You weren't even alive to see him, and he doesn't even remember me other than what that cartoon has made me out to be!! I will bring him back, I WILL!!” She said then laughed in a very sinister way. Another bolt of magic flowed though Alex causing him to scream. Fluttershy was in tears.
“ Leave him alone, ” She cried out. Chrysalis snapped her head to look at Fluttershy.
“ What are you going to do about it? ” The Changeling Queen nagged.
“ Get very pissed off, ” Jake said to Chrysalis putting a hand on Fluttershy’s shoulder, Troy stepped forward.
“ We are about to show you what happens when you put someone dear to us in danger, ” He said rebelling against his own Queen.
“ YOU, all that I ever did for you and you betray me? Oh you little drone, Alex isn't as much danger as you will be.” She said with eyes like daggers on the discarded Changeling, then out of nowhere.
“ BOOM, BANG, BOOM, ” the load noise of a bass guitar being slammed while plugged in and in a very acoustic room. Stood in the high balcony was Eva, she was wearing headphones to block out the noise from hurting herself but it caused Troy and Chrysalis to fall to their knees.
“ Sorry, my bad, ” She called out to Troy who had his hands on his head. The magic that was controlling alex had fuzzed out from Chrysalis focus being thrown off. Alex fell to the floor landing on his feet he stood up. His eyes glowed green and had black bags under his eyes. h\He cracked his neck then looked over to chrysalis and helped her off the ground.
“ Thank you dear, ” she said with a chuckle.
“ Alex? ” His mom yelled out, he didn't even look at her.
“ The spell took longer than usual but he is my plaything now, ” she said with a victorious tone in her voice.
Authors note: I'm back baby!! This is later than late but its essentially worth it. I'm sorry you guys had to wait for so damn long I have been going through some tough issues and just barely broke up with my girlfriend, I needed time to get a hold of myself again. But I'm back and will be back for good. I may even be having another story come out soon, but who knows? you will have to wait and see :P please comment what you liked about the story so far what you think I should add your criticism is appreciated, my editor and brother, (not really but close enough to be) is now a co writer for the story and I will also be looking for proof reader’s so I can keep this puppy and future puppies rolling.
