The Game Shop

View Online

Pinkamena walked along the back wall of the shop, eyeing the games.

"So, you run a game shop, huh?" she asked, poking at a game.

Zack stayed behind the counter. "Uh... yeah."

Pinkamena looked over her shoulder at him. Her face had two areas where a large chunk of skin was missing. One was around her mouth which showed her jaw bone. The other was a strip from her cheek down her neck that showed her muscle. She wasn't really bleeding, though.

"So..." she said with a smirk. "You like games, huh?"

She began approaching the counter.

"Um..." Zack said hesitantly. "I guess?"

Pinkamena stopped at the counter, staring into Zack's eyes.

"Something we have in common." said Pinkamena. "We both like games."

"But your games are real." said Zack. "Mine are digital."

Pinkamena circled around to the back of the counter. Zack backed up as Pinkamena approached him, stopping when he hit the counter. Pinkamena stood in front of him.

"You gonna kill me?" he asked.

"Kill you?" asked Pinkamena. "Why would I kill you? You did everything I asked... so far."

"So far?"

Pinkamena nodded. "I have so much more planned for you?"

"Like what?"

"Your next five customers are to be given to me so I can regain my strength... and my life."

"Give them to you?" he asked. "You're gonna kill them aren't you?"

Pinkamena let out a laugh. "Of course. How else would I be able to steal their life energy?"

"I won't do it." said Zack sternly.

Pinkamena's eyes narrowed as her smile faded.

"Excuse me?" she asked.

"I won't do it." Zack repeated.

Pinkamena let out a yell as she forced Zack backwards, pinning his head against the counter top. He caught a pretty good view of Pinkamena's sharp, metal teeth as well.

"LISTEN UP AND LISTEN GOOD!" she yelled. "DON'T LET MY FRIENDLINESS MAKE YOU THINK I WON'T KILL YOU, UNDERSTAND?! NOW, DO AS I SAY OR I WILL KILL YOU!" She let out a sigh. "If I was you, I think I'd wanna stay on my good side. Am I right?" Zack nodded, trying not to cry. "Very good. So can I expect you to play along?" Zack nodded again. "Fantastic." Pinkamena quickly glanced over at the door. "Our first customer." She darted into the back room. "You know what to do."

The customer was a grey mare with a pink mane.

"Hello." she greeted.

"Morning." said Zack, sweating as he turned to face her. "Need help?"

"Nah, I'm good." said the mare.

"Do it now." he heard Pinkamena whisper.

"What do you want me to say?" Zack whispered back.

"Make something up."

"Aw, you're out." said the mare.

"Sorry?"

"The game I was looking for. It's not on the shelf."

Zack gulped. "Perhaps what you're looking for is in the back. Why don't you look?"

"Can I?" asked the mare.

"Sure. Just don't mess anything up."

The mare began walking to the back room. Zack suddenly felt an urge.

"Wait. Don't go back there."

The mare stopped and took a step back. "Huh? But you said--"

"I know. I know. But you can't."

"But, wh--"

"Just go!" yelled Zack, without thinking how it would come out.

The mare took a few more steps backwards before turning to run for the door, bumping into the pink mare. Pinkamena put a hoof around the mare before biting into her neck. She then tore a large chunk off. Blood poured out of the wound as the mare's body collapsed to the floor. Zack moved out behind the counter.

"No." he whispered, looking down at the body.

He then looked up at Pinkamena's face. She looked pretty angry.

"You're the second one that's tried to screw me out of a good meal." She began moving towards Zack. "Only Fern succeeded."

Zack began backing away. He lost his balance and fell to his knees. Pinkamena stopped in front of him

"I'm sorry." he cried. "Please forgive me."

Pinkamena knelt down in front of him.

"You do realize that my self control is the only thing keeping you alive right now, right?" Zack nodded. "And you don't want me to lose my self control, do you?" Zack shook his head. "ANSWER ME!"

"No." said Zack softly.

"Better." said Pinkamena. She stood up. "Now do we have an understanding?"

Zack nodded, then looked up at Pinkamena. She had a frown on her face and her eyes were narrowed.

"Yes." answered Zack.

Pinkamena smiled. "Good."

Fern knocked on the door to Sweet Apple Acres. Applejack answered.

"Well, howdy, Fern." she greeted, less cheerful than usual.

"May I see Applebloom?"

"Of course."

Applejack and Fern headed for the little filly's room. Fern opened the door.

"Apple Bloom?" she asked.

She stepped inside. Apple Bloom was still asleep in bed. Fern let out a sigh.

"Still asleep?" asked Fern.

"Yeah." said Applejack. "She sleeps all day and has nightmares at night. And when she's not sleeping, she just stays in bed."

"Poor thing." said Fern sympathetically. "Pinkamena really did a number on her."

"Just be glad we don't have to deal with her again." said Applejack.

Pinkamena sat in a chair in the back room of Zack's game shop. She was reading the instruction booklet to one of the games when Zack appeared.

"What are you doing?" he asked.

"Reading." answered Pinkamena. "I honestly don't know how you colts can play these things all the time without forgetting the controls."

"We have years and years of practice. Some of us play our first game a few years after we're born."

"Is that so?" asked Pinkamena, setting the booklet down.

"As far as I know."

"Uh-huh." said Pinkamena, almost mockingly.

Just then the bell on the front door rang, signaling a visitor. A shiver ran down Zack's spine. Pinkamena stared at him until he left the back room. Pinkamena waited to hear the right set of words, but they never came.

"You're finally here." said Zack. "And with a box."

"It's the new games that just came out." said a mare's voice. "I'll just go put them in the back."

"The back?" asked Zack. "Wait."

"I'm not gonna wait, Zack. This box is really heavy."

The mare stepped into the back room. She then set down the box and turned to head back out front. Pinkamena ran up behind her and pinned her against the wall.

"OH, MY GOD!" yelled the mare.

"Surprised?" asked Pinkamena.

Zack ran into the back room.

"Don't hurt her!"

Pinkamena scowled at him. "I thought we had an arrangement, Zack."

"Not her, though. Please."

"And what's so special about her?" asked Pinkamena. She stared into his eyes. "Oh. I've seen that look before." She let out a giggle as she turned her gaze back to the mare. "And what's your name?"

"Kit Kat." answered the mare, frightened. "B-but everypony just c-calls me Kat."

"Kit Kat, huh?" asked Pinkamena. "Sounds... delicious." She let out a laugh. "Well, now you must let me taste her."

"No!' yelled Zack.

"Oh, come on, Zack. If you don't share a bit of your Kit Kat... I may just have to steal the whole thing."

Pinkamena moved closer to the mare's skin.

"Don't!" yelled Zack.

Using the tip of one of her teeth, she created a small cut on Kat's shoulder. She then proceeded to suck out some of the blood. When she was finished, she shoved Kat towards Zack. He caught her as Pinkamena licked her lips. The pink mare looked over at them and laughed.

"You look surprised. Did you think I was gonna eat her?"

"More or less." said Zack, helping Kat back to her hooves.

"This is it, though." said Pinkamena. "No more baggage. The next one's mine." She smiled. "Only four more to go."

Pinkamena's Visit / Kat's Lesson

It was night time now. Pinkamena made sure that Kat and Zack stayed in the shop. She sat in a chair, looking at Zack and Kat who were sitting on the floor. They were leaning up against the wall.

"Now I need to make a little trip." said Pinkamena. "Can I trust that you two will stay here? Or will I have to kill you both?"

"We'll stay." said Kat softly.

"Sorry?" said Pinkamena. "Speak up."

"I said we'll stay." she said louder.

Pinkamena smiled. "Fantastic."

She got up form the chair and left the shop. She traveled to Sugarcube Corner, sneaking inside. She crept up the stairs and made her way down the hall. She continued to the end and quietly entered the last room on the left. She walked over to the bed and stared down at May. She smiled slightly as she ran a hoof through her mane. She suddenly remembered a moment they shared at the hospital.

"Don't kid yourself, girl." said Pinkamena with a yawn. "Tell me what you really feel about me."

"What I really feel?"

"And don't lie because..." She tapped a hoof to her head. "I'll know."

May was about to say something but just sighed instead .

"All right." she said, taking a deep breath. "I think you're evil. Pure evil. No pony likes you and no pony ever will.... But..."

"But?" asked Pinkamena. "Go on."

"But when you're sleeping, you look so peaceful and..." May sighed again. "kind of... pretty." she finished hesitantly.

"Pretty?" asked Pinkamena, lifting her head. "How so?" She almost sounded intrigued by what May was saying about her.

"When you don't have a scowl and your eyes are closed... you look nice." May explained. "And your hair is, despite who you are, very beautiful. It's long and straight and I've noticed how it glistens in the light. I think you were a pony who was wronged in the past and decided to wear her hair over to face, as if to hide herself from the world. And deep down, you long for friendship and companionship, which is why you enjoy... cuddling with me. You want to be loved but, at the same time, feared. Your emotions are what drive you to be who you are. It seems you're filled with rage and vengeance that can only be satisfied by causing pain to others. You want others to feel and share your pain. I have a feeling that, somewhere deep down inside, you wish you could end your killings. To put aside your need for revenge and feel what it's like to be loved again. You miss the old days when you were loved by every pony, don't you?" Pinkamena said nothing. She was in shock by how deep May's words were. And... they were all true. "I think you do." May continued. "I think you want to be loved again." She placed a hoof under Pinkamena's chin. The mare didn't even bother shaking May's hoof away. "You want some pony to be your friend. To care about you." She paused again. "To love you."

To Pinkamena's surprise, May leaned in and kissed her on the lips.

"Oh, May." she whispered. "I miss you."

May's eyes suddenly twitched and Pinkamena slowly pulled her hoof away. May squirmed but didn't awake.

"I miss you, too." whispered May.

Pinkamena smiled and kissed her forehead. She then left the room.

"I'm getting out of here." said Kat.

"I don't think that's such a good idea." said Zack.

Kat didn't listen to him. She left the back room and headed out the front door.

Pinkamena had almost gotten back to the game shop when she saw Kat running away. She scowled and ran after her.

Kat ran around to the back of a building and bumped into Pinkamena.

"Where do you think you're going?' she asked.

Zack looked up and saw Pinkamena dragging Kat into the back room. She threw the mare into the wall next to Zack.

"You're lucky I'm in a good mood or you'd be dead right now." She sat back in the chair. "I thought I had made myself clear." She reached up onto a nearby shelf and pulled a game. She opened it, took out the disc, and broke it in half. "I guess I need to teach you a lesson."

She moves towards Kat, broken disc in her mouth.

"Don't!" yelled Zack. "Do me instead!"

"SHUT UP!" yelled Pinkamena. "You weren't the one who disobeyed." She held Kat down by the neck. "Now open your mouth and give me a kiss." said the pink mare through the disc shard in her mouth.

Kat's eyes widened as Pinkamena moved closer.

"Stop!" she screamed. "I WON'T DO IT AGAIN! I PROMISE!"

Pinkamena stopped. "You promise?"

"YES!" cried the mare.

Pinkamena spit out the disc. "Good. I would've hated to have to hurt you this early in the game."

Pinkamena... Is Back?!

May let out a yawn and sat up. She rubbed her eyes and threw the covers off. She then dropped to the floor. As she did, something tickled her hooves. She stepped away from that spot and squatted down. As her drowsiness left and her vision came back she let out a gasp. She quickly backed up and bumped into someone. She whipped around, letting out a scream.

"What?" asked Dawn. "What is it?"

She spotted the strands of pink hair on the floor. Her eyes went wide with fright. She took off out of the room.

"Here you go, Angel Bunny." said Fluttershy sweetly, setting a plate of carrot cake in front of her pet bunny. The bunny kicked the plate, sending the food flying into Fluttershy's face. "Please eat your food, Angel?" Just then there was frantic knocking on the front door. "Who could that be?" she thought aloud.

She wiped the food from her face and headed to the door. As soon as she opened it Dawn walked in.

"Hey, Fluttershy."

"Dawn?" asked the shy mare.

Dawn stood in the middle of Fluttershy's cottage and whipped around.

"Were you in May's room at all last night?"

"Huh? Wh-what?"

Dawn ran up to her and grabbed her shoulders.

"Were you in May's room last night?!" asked Dawn frantically, scaring Fluttershy.

"N....... no." she said softly.

"Come on!" yelled Dawn, running passed her. "We have to see Twilight!"

Dawn banged on the door of the Library.

"TWILIGHT?! TWIIIIIILIIIIIIIIIIIGHT!!!!!"

The door swung open.

"What?!" yelled Twilight. "What is it?"

"Pinkamena."

Twilight didn't move, frozen with fear.

Twilight squatted down and examined the strands of pink hair.

"You sure this wasn't Fluttershy?" she asked.

"Please." said Dawn. "She was the first one I asked."

"It's true." said Fluttershy quietly. "I was."

"This is just..." Twilight said, standing up. "How could she be back?"

"Why can't she just stay dead?" asked Applejack.

"Her evil must be too strong to be killed be conventional means." said Twilight. "We have to start thinking spiritual."

"Spiritual?" asked Rainbow Dash. "How so?"

"I'll admit it, girls." said Twilight. "This time... I have absolutely no idea where to start."

Pinkamena paced back and forth in front of Zack and Kat. They watched her as she did.

"Not a single customer..." said Pinkamena. "all day."

"Not our fault ponies don't--" Kat began.

"Don't interrupt me." Pinkamena cut in.

"I apologize." said Kat softly.

"You think I like looking like this?"

"To be honest..." Zack started. "you do look much better than before."

"It's because of that mare I killed. Now I need four more to be complete."

"I understand that." said Zack. "But we can't force ponies to come inside."

Pinkamena stopped pacing and looked down at him. He let out a gulp as she knelt down in front of him and leaned in.

"You better hope... for your sake... that we get customers soon. Or you two will have to fill some of the slots."

"NO!" yelled Kat.

Pinkamena whacked her in the neck with a hoof. The mare began to gasp and choke for air.

"Keep your voice down." said Pinkamena.

"What was that for?" asked Zack, holding Kat.

The pink mare shot a hoof out, pinning him to the wall.

"Get back to the counter." she ordered. "Now."

He obeyed and left the back room. Pinkamena turned her gaze to Kat.

"Now it's just us." she said, scooting over to Kat. "What you wanna do?"

"With you? Nothing?"

"Why not?"

"You're evil. And I hate you."

Pinkamena grinned. "Know what I think?" she asked, leaning in closer. "Sexual tension." she whispered.

"What?!" asked Kat.

"Want to relieve it?"

"Back off!" said Kat, shoving Pinkamena away.

The pink mare stumbled backwards and hit the wall hard. Her eye popped out of her socket and rolled over to Kat. Pinkamena glared at Kat as she approaches her eye. Kat scooted back as Pinkamena stopped in front of her eye. She reached down, picked it up, and popped it back in place.

"You're gonna wish you hadn't done that." said Pinkamena, glaring at Kat.

The frightened mare let out a gulp as the pink mare approached her,

Twilight was yanking books off the shelves when Spike came down the stairs.

"What're you doing?" he asked.

"Spike. Where have you been?" asked Twilight. "We have a major crisis on our hooves."

"What is it this time?"

"It's Pinkamena. She's--"

Macy burst through the door. "Twilight!"

Twilight spun around. "What is it?"

"It's Fern. She's awake."

Twilight stood beside Fern's bed.

"Hey." she said sweetly.

Fern slowly looked over at her. "Twi?"

Twilight nodded. "Macy's here, too."

"Macy?" she asked, looking over at her friend. "Wh-what about..." She let out a small gasp. "Pinkamena! What about--"

"Shh." said Twilight soothingly. "Don't worry about that now."

"She's back, isn't she?"

"Uh..." said Twilight. "What makes you think that?"

"You told me not to worry about it now. Why should I worry about it all?"

Twilight wanted to protest but let out a sigh. "You're right. We believe she has come back."

"Well..." Fern paused. "Get her for me, huh?"

"Will do, Fern." said Twilight. She gave Fern a quick kiss on the forehead. "Get better."

"I'll try."

Twilight gave her a smile and left. Macy smiled, too and Fern smiled back. "See ya."

"See ya." replied Fern with a smile.

"No customers yet." said Zack, stepping into the back room. "Maybe we should--"

He stopped when he saw Kat slumped up against the wall, covered in bloody cuts. He quickly ran and knelt next to her.

"Kat?"

She looked up at him. "Zack?"

"Don't..." he said with tears in his eyes.

"She'll live." Zack looked up and saw Pinkamena sitting in her chair, holding a bloody game disc shard. "Don't worry."

"What did you do?!" he yelled.

"She was disrespectful. I had to teach her a lesson."

Zack got up and began charging at her. The pink mare held up the disc shard when he was close enough. He stopped when he felt the shard on his neck.

"What were you gonna do?" asked Pinkamena. "Kill me?"

"Yes."

"Think you could?"

"I'd try."

"Oh, honey..." said Pinkamena with a grin. "I'm already dead."

She quickly slid the shard out from under his neck and swiped it across his cheek. He let out a yell as it cut his skin. Zack reached up and felt his cheek.

"Wha..."

"Don't ever think a weakling like you could take me on." She held up the shard again. "Now, do as I say... or die. Got it?" Zack nodded reluctantly. "Good."

Pinkamena went over to a shelf and grabbed some paper towels and a bucket of water. Zack watched as she went over to Kat and knelt down. She took a sheet from the paper towels and dipped it in the bucket of water. She then began dabbing it on Kat's cuts. Both Zack and Kat were shocked by this sudden change of character. Pinkamena continued tending to Kat's cuts.

"Go back to the counter." said Pinkamena, not taking her eyes off Kat.

Zack nodded and left. Pinkamena continued wiping away the blood.

"Why are you helping me?" asked Kat.

Pinkamena put the paper towel and the bucket of water again and began to gently wipe Kat's face.

"Because... you remind me of my..." She stopped.

"Your who?" asked Kat.

Pinkamena let out a sigh before she told Kat.

Two colts entered the game shop. A red one and a yellow one. Zack watched them, wide-eyed with fear.

"Hi." said the red colt.

"H-hi." replied Zack.

The colts went over to a rack filled with games. Zack took a deep breath and left the counter. He went over to the front door and locked. Zack took a deep breath and looked over at the colts. The red colt picked up two games and stared at a third. The other was looking through a bin.

"Hey." said the red colt, looking up. "Is it a buy two g..." He trailed off when he couldn't see anyone. "Hello?"

He walked to the counter, peeking around game stands as he did.

"What's going on?" asked the other.

"Not sure. He just disappeared."

He got to the counter and peered over. Nothing. He set the games on the counter and turned around. There were three tall game stands and a couple posters as well as bins.

"Hello?" he called out.

No answer. He left the counter and began walking around the shop... slowly. The other colt started looking around, too. The red colt looked around a poster.

"Where do you think he went?" asked the yellow colt, stopping near a tall game shelf.

"Not sure." said the red one.

Suddenly Zack whipped out from behind the tall game shelf and whacked the yellow colt on the head, knocking him out. The red colt let out a yell and ran.

"I'm sorry." Zack whispered, looking at the unconscious colt.

He looked up and saw the red colt trying to open the door. Zack slowly made his way over, the colt watching him as he did.

"Get away from me!" screamed the colt.

"I'm sorry." said Zack, continuing his approach.

As Zack neared the colt, he started flailing his forelegs. Zack tried to dodge but was smacked in the head. He fell to the floor, holding his head. He looked up at the red colt as a game disc shot by, cutting his head off. The red colt's head fell off and landed in Zack's lap. He let out a gasp and scooted away from it. The colt's body collapsed to the floor. Zack looked behind him as Pinkamena approached.

"You did well." she said.

The mare went over the headless body of the red colt and began drinking the blood from the neck. After she was done with the colt she went over to the other one. He was just starting to wake up. when he saw Pinkamena walking towards him he scooted back until he hit the wall.

"Don't hurt me." he pleaded.

Pinkamena grinned as she moved closer.

Rarity entered the Library and saw Twilight surrounded by piles and piles of books.

"Twilight?" she asked.

"I give up." said Twilight. "There's nothing here that can help us."

"Twilight..." says Rarity, approaching her friend. "You have to stop relying on your books and think."

"Books are all I know. I'm a very logical pony."

"I know, Twilight dear."

"We got lucky before. But, now..."

Rarity put a hoof around her. "We'll think of something."

Pinkamena looked out the window of the shop.

"Night time." she said, turning to Zack. "And I still need two more victims."

"What do you want to do?" asked Zack, trembling.

"You have a cloak I could wear?" asked the mare.

"Y-yeah. I have my father's old cloak in the back. Why?"

"Give it to me." Pinkamena ordered. "I'm going out."

Zack nodded and went into the back. He then emerged carrying a cloak in his mouth. Pinkamena took it and put it on.

"Remember... you leave this building and I kill Kit Kat while you watch."

Zack nodded. "We won't. I promise."

"Good. I'll see you soon."

She put the hood on and opened the door. Pinkamena left the game shop and looked up and down the streets of Ponyville.

"Who can I force to help me this time?" she asked aloud.

To her surprise, Pinkamena saw a midnight blue griffon with ice blue feather tips slinking into a dark shady bar, the glint of silver cuffs catching her eyes.

"Hmm..." said Pinkamena, grinning. "Possible candidate."

She began trotting towards the bar. Once she got there she looked inside. Where the bouncer pony would have been was a bloody smear instead. It led up the stairs to what must be the owner's room. The griffon was nowhere to be seen. Pinkamena eyed the blood trail.

"Somepony's started without me." said Pinkamena.

She followed the trail up the stairs and peeked through the partially open door.Inside was the dead body of the bouncer lying near the door. Near the back wall, however, was the griffon. In her talons was a white mare with an ash gray mane.

"Awww, what the matter, Ash Brew? I said I'd find you no matter where you go."

The mare was in tears. "P-p-please. No more!"

The griffon raised a claw. "What was that?"

Ash flinched back as the griffon slashed her claw across the her back legs.

"Ahhhhhhhh!" the mare screamed before the griffon tightened her grip, choking her a little.

"Now, I spent good money on you and look what you made me do." She held her free talon close to the mare's eye. "Now apologize for making me break you."

The mare sobbed quietly. "I'm sorry, I'm sorry. Please. I'm sorry."

Clapping sounds came from the doorway. Psyche looked over and saw Pinkamena leaning against the threshhold of the door.

"Well done." said the pink mare.

Psyche stared at the hooded mare and then back at Ash. "You know this mare?"

Ash Brew shook her head. "N-no, Psy!"

The griffon dropped the mare and pointed to the couch at the far wall. "Sit and don't move."

The mare whimpered and obeyed as Psyche sat on the mare's bed.

"Well, you're not screaming or yelling for the guards. So, who are you?"

"Me?" asked Pinkamena. "Why, I'm just like you, Psy."

A playful grin crept across the griffon's beak. "And what am I?"

Pinkamena grinned back. "A cold-blooded killer."

"Oh? And what makes you think that? I only came to pick up something of mine that wandered off."

She glared hard at ash brue as the mare cowered away slightly but didnt move from her spot.

"You slashed her legs."

"When a dog wets the floor your rub its nose in it. When my pet runs I make sure she can't run for a while. Simple."

"Is that so?" asked Pinkamena, walking in. She sat on the right side of the couch and looked at Ash. "So, you're also having problems keeping a tight leash on your pet as well?"

Ash tried to lean away from Pinkamena as Psyche grimaced. "No, not really. Just a little miscommunication. But her brother resolved that when he 'jumped off a cliff' after I was 'lost at sea'. That's all."

"Seems like you've had fun, Psy." said Pinkamena, reaching out a hoof and wiping some blood off of Ash's legs.

Ash whimpered and looked pleadingly at Psyche as if to ask to move. Pinkamena brought her hoof to her mouth and licked the blood off.

Afterwards, she let out a sigh. "Delicious."

"P-please, Psy?" Ash begged to move, but the griffon was watching the pink mare with interest.

The pink mare licked the blood from her lips. "Ever tasted blood, Psy?"

"Well, of course." said Psyche. "I am a meat eater after all..."

"Have you ever... savored the flavor?"

"Which one? Cow, chicken, fish,.. pony?" She looked quizingly at Pinkamena.

Pinkamena scooted towards Ash and put a hoof around her, using her other hoof to remove her hood. "Pony, of course."

Her skin was a darker pink, showing signs of slight rot as well as a gash from her left cheek running down to her neck. Bone was slightly visible as well as muscle. Her left eye had a slight yellow spot in the bottom-left corner.

Ash, rather than screaming, just turned her head away and clenched her eyes shut, whimpering, "Don't get up." over and over.

Psyche let out a whistle "Ya look like shit, girl."

"I've been through shit." she said, still staring at Ash. She reached out a hoof and forced Ash to look at her. "But I have two helpers working on making me whole again."

Ash whimpered and clenched her eyes tighter.

"Awww, ain't that cute?" the griffon yawned. She flipped on her back, looking at Ash. "Don't break my things." she said to Pinkamena.

"I won't." said Pinkamena, still looking at Ash.

Ash was trembling lightly as she tried to hold her eyes shut as tightly as she could.

"Don't disobey. Don't disobey." she repeated

"Look at me." said Pinkamena sweetly.

Ash shook her head in fear. "N-no"

"LOOK AT ME!" yelled Pinkamena.

Ash tensed up. "P-please. No."

Pinkamena opened her mouth, ready to take a bite out of Ash. A shot glass smashed into Pinkamena's head

"Heal, Ashie." Psyche called.

Pinkamena pulled back quickly and glared at Psyche as Ash darted over behind her, slightly nuzzling close.

"I said don't break my things." said Psyche. "That includes my pet."

Pinkamena grinned and laid on the couch. "My apologies."

Ash was whimpering in fear. "I'm sorry I ran away. I'll... I'll never leave you again. Please. I'm sorry," she babled lightly till Psyche petted her like a dog and she stopped begging. She then laid her head on the griffon's chest.

"Good girl..." said Psyche.

"Isn't that sweet." said Pinkamena. "You shouldn't get too attached to your pet, Psy."

"When they are trained right you can. Ash, be a dear and go downstairs and get me booze?"

Ash immediately got up and left the room. "I can trust her. After all, she did have to be dragged away from me by her brother when I was arrested."

"So you trained her pretty good, huh?" asked Pinkamena. "She'll do anything?"

"She would cut out her own heart and serve it to me on a silver plate if I asked."

"Interesting." said Pinkamena. "Would you?"

"No. One like her takes time to wear down, break, remake, and keep. You have to pick one that already kind of likes you..."

"Hmm... I have one that likes me... a lot, but..." She shook her head. "I wouldn't do that to her."

"She would do as you say. Take care of you, love you and, if you wanted, fear you. It just takes the right ideas." Psyche cooed with a distant smile.

"You don't understand." said Pinkamena, getting up from the couch and turning away from Psyche. "She was the only one who liked me after she found out who I was. She understands me."

"Ash was the same...." Psyche said with a smile.

"Enough of the sappy crap." said Pinkamena, turning around. "It's starting to piss me off."

"Hehehehehehe." Psyche laughed. "I didn't catch your name." said Psyche as the door opened.

Ash came in carrying a tray on her back with two bottles of beer. She trotted near Pinkamena, offering one to her without looking her way.

Pinkamena grinned and picked one up. She then gave Ash a pat on the head. Ash flinched away from Pinkamena and quickly moved to Psyche. She then poured her a glass before laying down with her head on the griffon's chest.

"Name's Pinkamena." the pink mare answered, looking at Psyche. "You're Psy or somethin', right?"

"Psyche" said the griffon, petting Ash and scratching her ears like a puppy.

Pinkamena sat back down on the couch and popped the top of the beer bottle. She then took a sip and some of the booze dribbled out through the gash in her cheek.

"So you like a zompony?" Psyche asked.

Pinkamena lowered the bottle from her mouth and swallowed. She then wiped the booze from her cheek. "Something like that."

"So what abouts brought you here?"

"As you can see, my helpers aren't doing a very good job at finding me victims." Pinkamena explained. "Now, I need two more to become whole again. I need somepony to lure the victims into the store."

"Well, I'm sure Ashie can help with that, can't you girl?"

The mare nodded, murmuring. "What ever you want, Psy..." Psyche smirked.

Pinkamena grinned and moved closer. "You'd help me just like that?"

"Well, Ashies most likely rusty at doing so." said Psyche. "What with two years of no practice. So, yeah. Just like that."

Pinkamena stood right next to the bed and looked at Ash. "Can you get me one tomorrow and one the next day?"

Ash tried her best to not flinch away. "Y-yes ma'am."

"And what will happen if she fails?" asked Pinkamena.

"I'll bring you one and deal with her afterwards." Psyche said with a stern voice. More as a worning to Ash.

"Good. 'Cause if you don't, I will. I have a zero tolerance for failure."

"You hurt my Ash..." Psyche warned. "I will make things very inconvenient for you. Catch my drift?"

"And what could you possibly do to me?" asked Pinkamena. "I'm already dead."

"Well, I may not be able to hurt you but I would imagine you don't want to be found out till you get two more ponys no?"

"And I bet you don't wanna be found out about either, right?" asked Pinkamena.

"Why would that be? My crimes are in Griffanya. Not Equestria. And besides... I'm 'dead'."

Pinkamena grinned. "So am I."

"Well, alls well to know." said Psyche.

Pinkamena let out a laugh and took a step back. "I like you, Psyche. You're my kind of crazy."

"Well, good to know." Psyche cooed with a smirk

"And you have my word... I promise not to break your toy."

"Well, done deal." said Psyche. She glanced over at the dead boncer pony and back at ash "cook that im hungry" ash got up and trotted over to the body

Pinkamena smiled and headed for the door.

The Fourth

Pinkamena arrived back at the game shop to see Zack waiting for her. She pulled off the cloak and threw it at him. He caught it and held it.

"You stayed." she said. "Good boy."

"Did you find what you were looking for?"

Pinkamena grinned and walked passed him. "I did." Zack watched her head towards the back room. "Get some sleep. We've got a big day ahead of us."

The front door of the shop opened and in walked Ash Brew, followed by a colt. Zack watched them enter.

"Pinkamena here?" asked Ash.

Zack nodded and Ash went to the front door, locking it. Pinkamena left the back room and stared at the colt, who didn't notice the door being locked. He was about to say something when he noticed the gash in her cheek.

"Oh, my God. Are you okay?" he asked.

"I'm fine." answered Pinkamena, approaching him.

"A-Are you sure?"

Pinkamena stopped in front of him and grinned. "Oh, yeah."

She opened her mouth and bit him in the neck, digging her teeth into his skin. Blood gushed everywhere as the colt screamed. Pinkamena then ripped a chunk from his neck and he fell to the floor. Dead. The mare chewed the piece of meat in her mouth and swallowed. She then looked at Ash, who took a step back.

"You did good." said Pinkamena, her gash slowly healing. "Tell Psyche I said thanks." Ash nodded and turned towards the door. "Also..." Ash looked back at her. "Don't forget the last one tomorrow."

"I w-won't." said Ash.

She unlocked the door and left. Pinkamena looked at Zack.

"Help me with this."

Twilight rested her head on the picnic table and sighed. Rainbow Dash lowered herself down on a cloud.

"Nothing yet?" she asked.

Twilight looked up at her and shook her head. "You?"

"No." said Dash. "Nothing. I just spoke with the others and they didn't find anything, either."

"Why is it so hard this time?" asked Twilight. "What is she doing differently?"

"Are you sure she's back? That pink hair could've been anything."

Twilight stood up. "Only one way to find out."

"To the cemetery?" asked Dash.

"Yes."

"Hop on." Twilight hopped onto the table and jumped towards the cloud. She fell through it and landed on her face. "Whoops." said Dash with a chuckle. "Sorry. I forgot."

She jumped off the cloud and helped Twilight up.

"Let's just walk." said the Unicorn.

"You can walk. I'll fly."

Pinkamena was staring at the rotting corpses of the four dead ponies when Zack approached.

"Well, that's one more." he said. "Feel any different?"

Pinkamena turned to face him. The gash on her cheek was gone but her skin was still rotting a bit.

"I don't feel anything. How do I look?"

"Better." said Zack. "Though you still look dead."

"Well..." said the mare with a smile. "One more should fix that." She trotted over to Kat who was standing near the back wall. "How do you think I look?"

"G-Good." she stammered.

Pinkamena patted her head. "Good girl."

May Visits The Shop

View Online

Rainbow Dash burst through the front door of the library and skidded to a stop. May ran in behind her. Twilight came running downstairs.

"Rainbow?" she asked. "What's going on?"

"Twilight!" yelled Dash excitedly, turning to her. "We have a lead on Pinkamena."

Twilight ran up to her. "You do?"

"Yes. There have been four disappearances the past few days. All the disappearances have occurred around one area."

"Where?" asked Twilight.

"The game shop." said May. "The one owned by Zack."

"Zack?" asked Twilight. "The one Dawn went to to get your game while you were at the hospital?"

"Yes. Ever since then, he's been like a friend. That would make him..."

"A target of Pinkamena." finished Twilight. "And there have been four disappearances?" Dash nodded. "She could be using him to get her victims. Whatever the case may be, we should pay a visit to Zack."

"I'll go alone." said May.

"No, May." said Twilight. "It isn't safe."

"Look, Twilight. Zack knows me. And Pinkamena wouldn't kill me."

"You don't know that." said Twilight.

"I trust her." said May.

Twilight was about to protest further but could tell by looking into May's eyes that she was determined. So, she just nodded.

"Be careful." she said.

"May smiled. "I will."

She turned to leave.

"Hold on." said Twilight. "I have an idea."

Pinkamena paced back and forth in the back room.

"Where is she?"

"Relax." said Zack. "Going by the time she came yesterday, we still have five hours."

"DAMN!" yelled Pinkamena.

"You've waited this long." said Zack. "Can't you wait for five more hours?"

Pinkamena glared at him. Just then the front door opened. Pinkamena turned to the doorway.

"Is it her?" she asked.

"I'll check." said Zack, peeking out. He saw a red mare with a blue mane approaching the counter. "May?"

Pinkamena pulled him back in and held him against the wall.

"May?" asked Pinkamena. "May's here?"

"Y-Yeah." stammered Zack. "Why?"

"This is bad." whispered Pinkamena.

"Why is this bad? You got your next victim."

"No!" Pinkamena yelled quietly. "Not her. Make her leave."

"Leave?"

Pinkamena pulled him extremely close and narrowed her eyes. He could feel the warmth from her breath.

"Did I stutter?" Zack shook his head quickly. "Good. Now go."

Pinkamena released him and he went back out front.

"Hey, Zack." said May.

"May." said Zack, trying to sound surprised. "What brings you here?"

"Just wanted to say hi." said May, looking around the shop.

Zack went behind the counter.

"Always nice to see you, May." he said with a smile.

She smiled back. "Mind if I look in the back? You don't seem to have what I want out here."

"The back?" asked Zack.

"Yeah." said May. "Is there something wrong?" she asked, moving towards the back room.

"Y... Uh..." stammered Zack.

He quickly walked towards May, getting to her as she entered the back room. May saw a couple tall shelves filled with boxes and games. Kat was putting something back on of the shelves. She turned when they entered.

"Hey, Zack." she said.

"Who are you?" asked May, walking in further.

"I'm Kit Kat. You must be May."

"Why... yes. I am."

May looked behind every shelf. When she found nothing she headed back to the front.

"Sorry to bother you." she called, leaving the shop.

Pinkamena dropped down from the top of a shelf and landed behind Zack.

"That was too close." she said.

May walked away from the shop and joined Twilight and Rainbow Dash near a nearby building.

"I didn't see her." said May.

"Doesn't mean she wasn't there." said Twilight, watching a mare and a colt approach the game shop.

The front door opened and in walked Ash, followed by a colt.

"H-hello?" sh asked.

Zack stepped out from the back.

"Ash?" he said. "Could you come back here for a second?"

She nodded hesitantly. After telling the colt to wait, she headed into the back. She nervously approached Pinkamena.

"Change of plans, Ash." said Pinkamena. "We have to let this colt go."

"Let him go?" asked Ash. "B-But... Psyche..."

"Tell her it was my idea. I was almost caught just now and I don't wanna risk it. Bring another colt here a few hours from now. When it's safe." Ash nodded. Pinkamena grabbed a game from the shelf and gave it to Ash. "Now give this to the colt as a gift from the shop and go."

Ash left the back room and approached the colt.

May watched as the mare and colt left the shop. The colt carrying a game.

"Nothing out of the ordinary."

Twilight approached her. "We're coming back later."

"What?" asked May. "What'd you--"

"Trust me."

A Killer's Boredom

Pinkamena sat down on the floor next to Kat.

"Hey." she said.

Kat looked at her questioningly. "Hey."

"What's up?"

Kat hesitated. "Nothing."

Pinkamena nodded. "Cool."

Kat reached up and grabbed a magazine from the shelf and began reading.

"You wanna make out?" asked Pinkamena.

Kat lowered the magazine and stared at the pink mare.

"Excuse me?"

"Make out." Pinkamena repeated. "Kiss."

"Um... no."

"A'ight." said Pinkamena, looking away.

Kat raised the magazine and began reading. Pinkamena quickly looked at her again.

"Wanna make love?"

Kat quickly lowered the magazine and glared at her.

"What?" she asked.

"Make... love." Pinkamena repeated. "Have sex."

"If I didn't want to kiss you... why would I have sex with you?"

Pinkamena shrugged. "Don't like foreplay?"

Kat let out a groan as Zack entered.

"Hey, Zack." said Pinkamena. "Wanna have sex?"

"What?"

"Sex. Wanna do me?"

"Not really." he answered.

"And what's your excuse? You like colts or something?"

"No." said Zack. "I don't like murderers."

"Will you at least make out with me?"

"No."

"What's going on?" asked Kat.

"I'm bored. All right?" said Pinkamena. "Really bored."

"And all you can think about is sex?" asked Zack.

"Yeah, why? Got any board games?"

"No." said Kat, turning the page of her magazine. "This sin't that kind of game shop."

"Then let's play a video game."

"We don't have a TV here." said Zack.

Pinkamena stared at him. You're a video game store and you don't even have a TV?"

"We don't have a TV." Kat repeated.

Pinkamena let out a sigh. "This blows."

"Then find something that entertains you." said Kat.

Pinkamena thought for a second before standing up. She went over to a shelf and picked up a game. She looked at for a few seconds before looking over at Zack.

"So, Kat..." said Zack. "Did we ever get that--" He was cut off as a game case kit him in the head. "Ow!"

"You said to entertain myself." said Pinkamena. "I could rape you but I don't know when Ash is gonna show up with my final victim."

"Patience." said Kat. "Patience."

Dusk had fallen over Ponyville and Pinkamena, Zack, and Kat were in the back room of the game shop.

Zack was looking out the back room window. "It's dark out now."

Pinkamena groaned. "Where is she?"

"Looking for something?" a voice cooed as a bound and gagged colt slid from the darkness to Pinkamena. Psyche stepped forward.

Pinkamena looked at her. "What took you?"

"This one was harassing Ash at the bar. Had to find a desperate one." she replied, looking at the front door. "Ash's outside... just in case."

"Not doing anything suspicious, I hope."

"She can be as stealthy as me if needed."

"Good." said Pinkamena, approaching the bound colt. "I don't want any interruptions."

"As you wish, 'friend'." said Psyche.

May and Twilight approached the shop.

"Careful." whispered Twilight. "Don't want them to hear us."

They stopped in front of the door. May was breathing heavily. Twilight put a hoof on her shoulder.

"It's okay to be nervous, May." she said calmly. "I'm nervous, too." May nodded and sighed. "I'll be right here with you."

May smiled slightly. "Thanks."

Twilight put a hoof on the door. A knife flew at Twilight's head. Twilight ducked and stumbled backwards.

"WHAT THE..." she exclaimed.

"Twilight!" yelled May

Hearing the noise, the colt started to scream into his gag. "Mmmmmmmmm!"

Psyche kicked him hard. "Hush you."

Pinkamena knelt down, ready to bite the colt. "No. It's too soon."

"Hm?" asked Psyche. "Who's here?"

Pinkamena's eyes narrow. "Twilight Sparkle... and May."

Psyche smiled "oh her"

"Yeah." said Pinkamena, looking down at the colt. "Her."

The colt managed to loosen the gag and whimpered, "W-what are you gunna do to me?"

Pinkamena looked down at him, hair over her face. "Eat you, of course."

"Oh, goddess. HELP!" he screamed

"Did you hear that?" asked Twilight.

May looked up from the two knives in the ground near her legs. "Hear what?"

"There's a colt in there. He's still alive."

One more knife flew by May's ear, just nicking it.

"Damn it!" yelled Ash. "Hold still."

May winced as her ear began to sting. "We have to stop her."

Twilight ran to the door. Ash headbutted her from the shadows and dashed back into them.

"Stay out!" yelled Ash.

Twilight landed on her flank. "Hey!"

She charged up magic in her horn and fired it into the darkness.

"Heh. Who taught you to aim? A blind goat?" came a sad, whimpering voice.

Twilight charged up magic again and looked for any signs of movement.

Twilight felt a whisper on her neck. "Where are you aiming?"

Twilight let out a yell of shock and accidently fired, hitting the corner of the shop.

Pinkamena looked out the back room's doorway in the direction of the blast.

"WHAT WAS THAT?!" she yelled.

The colt started to squirm and scoot away until a talon touched his neck.

"She didn't order food to go." said Psyche

"Ash better not screw this up for me. I've come too far to be stopped now."

"She's doing what I showed her. How to play with their emotions and staying away."

Pinkamena pulled the colt back to where he was. She then leaned forward and bit into his neck.

"AH--" The colt's dying cry was cut short by the blood filling his lungs.

Twilight and May both looked at the door.

"No!" yelled Twilight. "We're too late!"

"Yes, you are..." the voice whimpers back, just behind May now.

May whipped around and fell backwards onto her flank.

"You girls keep that up and you'll get all dirty." Ash cooed as there was the sond of rain falling

Twilight charged up magic again, turning around cautiously, looking everywhere.

"You really think you can find me Twitles?" asked Ash.

"You bet I can, Ashie."

"So, now you know." Ash called in a sorrowful tone.

"What happened to you, Ashie?" asked Twilight, looking around. "You weren't always like this."

"No. But I have been since my Psy made me hers..." she cooed in a admiring tone.

May scooted towards the door. A wire wraps around May's right back hoof, pulling her toward the dark.

"I caught you." said Ash.

May pawed at the ground to try to stop. Twilight dove for her and grabbed her forehooves.

"Don't let go." said May

The cord pulled the two away from the door and cut loose. "There. Much better."

"Let me in." said May, stumbling to her feet and slowly moved back towards the door. "I have to see her."

"Psyche said no!" yelled Ash, hurling a cleaver at May.

May turned and ducked as the cleaver sailed over her head. "I HAVE TO SEE HER!!!"

Twilight fired a magic bolt towards Ash.

"AHHH!" Ash screamed as she was caught off guard and fell to the ground.

Pinkamena looked up while still eating the colt. Then eyed Psyche. The griffon walked toward the door.

"No pony fucks with my Ashie."

Pinkamena quickly sat up, blood dripping from her mouth.

Psyche bashed the door off its hinges.

Twilight looked towards the door. "Uh..."

Psyche sees Ash on the ground and Twilight's smoking horn.

"YOU!" she yelled. "YOUR ASS IS MINE!!"

"Aw, crap." said Twilight, backing away.

"If she's dead, you'll only wish I would kill you." she roared, moving closer. "The things I'd do with my new pet..."

Twilight continued backing away until she hit the building across the street.

Psyche was half way to her when she yells, "So, what's your prefrenc mares or stallons

"Huh?" asked Twilight. "What?"

"Will I have to break my new pet already!? Stallions or mares, bitch!?"

Twilight cowered against the building. "S-s-stallions."

"Wrong. You will like whatever I tell you to, bitch!" she roared in Twilight's face, putting a claw just under her neck. "Got it, pet!?"

"Y-y-yes." whimpered Twilight.

May took this opportunity and snuck to the game shop. Psyche started to slide her claw down Twilight's tummy, heading for her nethers.

"We'll see about that/" she said with a sick grin on her face.

Twilight knocked her claw away. "DON'T!"

"WHAT WAS THAT!?" roared Psyche, pushing her claw passed Twilight's hoof. "There! How's that!? You like that?!"

"NO!" yelled Twilight, squirming. "GET AWAY!" She began kicking Psyche.

Psyche slashes Twilight across the chest. "MOVE AGAIN AND I'LL GO FOR YOU NECK!"

Twilight grabbed her chest. "AHHHHH!!!" Tears filled her eyes. "STOP!!! PLEASE!!!"

"YOU KILLED MY PET! NOW YOU REPLACE HER! WELCOME TO SLAVERY BITCH!" Psyche roared in Twilight's ear before biting it.

"O-O-OWWWWW!!!" cried Twilight. "I... I DIDN'T..."

"What was that 'pet'?"

"I DIDN'T MEAN TO!!! I'M S-S-S-SORRY!!!!"

"Oh, you're sorry!? Well, I payed good money for her and now she's gone so I guess you're free!" she roared as she grabs Twilight's right forehoof and carved a "P" into it.

Twilight whimpered. "LEAVE ME ALONE!!!"

May looked around the main room of the shop and saw nothing.

"IS THAT A WAY TO TALK TO YOUR NEW MISTRESS?" she back clawed Twilight. "I'm your mistress. Now say it, bitch!" she finished carving a deep "P" into her hoof. One that would never go away. "Say it."

Tears flowed from Twilight's eyes as she whimpered even more.

Psyche pulled Twilight to her face. "I said 'say it'!"

"Y... You're my... m-mistress."

"Good. Now beg me not to punish you more or doesn't my pet like it?"

"Please... Don't hurt me. I'll... I'll..."

Psyche leaned closer "You'll?"

Twilight sniffed. "I'll do anything you want. Just don't hurt me. Please."

"And what could a pet like you do?"

"Any... Anything you... want. I just don't wanna die."

May entered the back room and put a hoof to her mouth to keep from vomiting. The body of the colt lay in a pool of blood.

"Tell me what you value most."

"M... My friends."

"Good, good. Now if you ever leave me, I'll take your friends and make them kill each other while you watch. Then make you eat them got it? i call you come? i comand and you?" she asked

"Do what... you say."

"No. You obey. Say it right." she growled, pulling her ear.

"AHH!!" screamed Twilight in pain. "I will... obey."

May heard a noise in the main room and went to investigate.

"Good girl--" She was cut short by a coughing noise behind them.

"M-mistress" called the weak voice of Ash

Twilight let out a gasp. "Oh, thank Celestia."

"Pet... heal Ashie. NOW!" roared Psyche, dragging Twilight over to Ash by her mane.

"Heal her?" asked Twilight, struggling to ignore the pain.

"Now!"

"I'll... I'll do my best." Looks at Ash and closes her eyes. Her horn starts to glow as she touches it to Ash's chest.

Ash's breathing returned to normal and she calmed down. "Thank you, Psyche." Ash cooed.

Twilight exhaled deeply as she felt some energy had drained from her during the spell.

"Now, pet... lick Ashie's wounds."

"Lick them?" asked Twilight, still with her eyes closed.

"Are you questioning an order!?" Psyche scraped her again.

Twilight cowered and opened her eyes. "N-no... mistress."

"Then get to work!"

May reached the other end of the store furthest from the back room. Nothing. She turned around and let out a gasp.

Twilight closed her eyes and leaned in. She began licking one of Ash's wounds.

"Oh~ Are we keeping her, Psy?" Ash asked, petting Twilight's head.

Twilight continued licking.

"Isn't that right, pet?" asked Psyche.

Twilight nodded hesitantly while still licking.

"But we will leave her to her friends for a time so she may enjoy her last moments with them as a free pony. Isn't that kind of me, pet?" Psy coos, gesturing for Twilight to come and be petted by her.

Twilight turned from Ash an sat next to Psyche. "Yes, mistress, Thank you."

Psyche's pets seem to be doing something for Twilight for she starts to lean into them, like she can't get enough.

"And it looks like this whole Pinkamena thing's gonna hit the fan soon, so good-bye for now, my pet. And tell any pony of your master's intentions to come back... I'll feed you your own tongue."

"I won't, mistress. I promise."

With that, Psyche and Ash left, leaving Twilight alone in the dark streets of Ponyville. Twilight took a moment to take in what had happened. After she snapped out of her fear-induced trance, she ran to the shop.

"May." said Pinkamena. "It's been a while."

"Pinkie." said May.

Just then Twilight ran into the shop, standing between them. She looked at Pinkamena and let out a gasp.

"Run, May! Quick!"

"No!' May yelled back, walking up next to Twilight. "I'm not running."

Pinkamena grinned, holding a knife by her side. "You should listen to your friend, May."

May took a couple steps forward. "You won't hurt me, Pinkie. I know you won't."

Pinkamena walked up to her. May didn't move. Twilight watched in anticipation. Pinkamena then wrapped a hoof around May's neck ad held the knife blade under her chin.

"Pinkie..." said May. "Please, listen to me. You don't have to do this."

"I know." said Pinkamena. "But it's fun."

"Pinkie..."

"What is it now?"

"I love you."

"This again?" asked Pinkamena. "I know you d--"

May knocked the hoof with the knife away, leaned in, and kissed her. Twilight stared, mouth open in shock. Pinkamena started to raise the knife, but ended up letting it go. She wrapped her hooves around May and closed her eyes. The two kissed for another couple seconds before parting. Tears came to Pinkamena's eyes.

"Oh, May..." she said.

"Pinkie... stop all this. Stop now and come away with me."

"Wh-where will we go?"

"Somewhere where nopony knows you or what you've done. We'll start all over in a new city. What do ya say?"

"May, I..." Pinkamena started.

She feel to her knees and May knelt down with her.

"But first you have to release the darkness inside your soul. All your rage... All your hatred... Let it go."

Pinkamena looked into May's eyes.

"Y... You really want to spend your life with me?"

May nodded. "I do."

Pinkamena hung her head and cried. May leaned in and held her.

"May..."

"Yeah, Pinkie?"

Pinkamena pulled away and looked May in the eyes.

"I... I love you."

May smiled. "I love you, too."

They leaned in and kissed again. Twilight smiled, feeling tears coming to her eyes. She left the shop, allowing the two mares some privacy. She looked at her hoof with the engraved "P" and then up at the moon.
