Message from: Sky Hooves: *relieved sigh* I though you wer... Discord: And thats number two. Kit: Yeah. I hope they will like her new home and her new parents. (evil giggle) (That could be a good start for the first chapter^^)
Message from Night-Mist: (Hmm, using the conversation to start it off. That would be a very interesting start. I like it.)
Meanwhile, in another dimension... Two figures sitting on a couch and looking in a T.V. as the two humans going to bed. "I think it's time, isn't it?", asks one of the dark figures with a evil smile. The other tilted the head to his companion with another evil smile and says: "Yes it is.", and with a snap of his claws, the two humans disappeared from there beds.
Another Dimension... again... but this time in the present... "Nnngghhh... whewe am I?", I ask as I feel that I was moving. But... I was in my bed the last time I remember falling asleep. I open my eyes and look around. It is dark and I feel I like I am lying on a soft material. A blanket was above me and I try to pull it back. But my hand couldn't hold it and I look at them. Except, there where no hands. I begin to panic a little as I realize what it is what I am staring at... hooves... little hooves.
"I think they are starting to wake up, honey.", I hear a masculine voice say. "You are right. I hope they will be happy here.", called a soft, female voice. The blanket is take away and reveal the two people who were talking. Except they weren't people. They were ponies! And I know these ponies. A pink alicorn lowers her head and nuzzles my head with her nose. "Good morning, sweetheart. Your brother is not up yet. I hope you two will like it here.", she says in a whisper tone. To say I was a bit confused would be an understatement. I look to my side an see a white foal with a black mane with grey streaks in it. I think I know this pegasus but couldn't remember from where. The foal slowly opens his eyes and starts to look at me with a bit of panic. The pink Alicorn, Princess Cadence, says, "Well, it seems like your brother is awake now too. Then I will show you both to your new home."
I suddenly feel a little tingling under my back and then I was lifted in the Air. Together with the other foal that looked now more confused, we where lifted to Cadence and she cradled us in her hooves. "What in da wowld is going on?", asks the white pegasus. I look at him and say, "I not know. I was howping you could answew me dat." We hear a little d'awww from above us and saw, Cadence wearing a little smile. "So cute. They are talk to each other. I wish I could understand them. What do you think Shiny?" The white stallion with the blue mane comes over to us and looks at us a bit worried. "I don't know Cadance. I know you wished to have foals, but two? And what about the fact they were in a basket on the doorstep by the Castle?"
'Aha! So that was it.' I think to myself.
"Soundw wike da start of a fanfwiction," says my Companion.
'Hold on... fanfiction? How does he know about that?' I ask in my head.
"Is it possibwe youw name is... Night Mwist?", I ask him. His Iris shrunk to the size of little pin heads.
"How do you know my nicknwame?" He asks a little in panic.
"It's me! Skwy Hoowf! Aftew we done tawking, I went to bed wast night aftew you did and den I wake up here wit you. What do you think has happwened?" I ask wanting to know how we got here.
"I don't know," he says trying to think it over like I am. We then look in each others eyes as the realization comes to us and we both began to scream:
Night Mist and I where now crying and we couldn't stop!
Stupid Foal Brain.
"Shhh, shhh, my little darlings. Everything is alright. I will take good care of both of you. Don't cry, I'm here", Cadence says with a motherly tone in her voice, as she cradles us in her hooves.
We both stop crying and make a few sobs, as we cuddle into her fur. The sound of her heartbeat was really calming and we both start falling back into a light sleep.
Cadence cradles us for a few minutes before she pust us in a white crib which stands in her and her husband's bedroom.
She puts us on the soft mattress and covers us with a blue blanket. We both snore lightly as she leaves the room with her husband... who was sure there was no crib in the room this morning.
Normal point of view:
"Cadence? What are you doing?", he finally asks his wife. He was not so sure about this whole situation as his wife seemed to be.
"What do you mean?", she asks confused.
"What do you mean, 'what I mean'? I talking about the foals. We cant keep them. We have a kingdom to guide.", says Shining Armor.
"Yes, and?", retorts Cadence.
"...", comes from Shining.
"...", comes from Cadence.
"I have no real chance in winning this discussion, have I?" asks Shining with a raised eyebrow.
Cadence smiles at him and says, "No, not really."
Shining sighs, knowing he is beaten and goes to the hallway alone.
"Where are you going Shining?", asks Cadence curiously.
Shining stops in his tracks and tilts his head to Cadence and says, "I go and write Twily a letter and tell her that she is becoming a auntie. The last time I forgot to write her about an important event (namely our wedding), she was very angry with me."
Cadence smiles at him and goes back into their bedroom.
"Okay, and I will prepare a proper nursery for our new foals. They need a change anyway. They had no proper protection as we found them," Cadence states
And with that, they both part to fulfill their tasks.
Sky's POV:
I slowly open my eyes and was preparing to awake in my own bedroom, with the last memories fading away as a nightmare.
The problem was, there are bars around my bed. I look above me and saw a mobile hanging from there. On the mobile where small crystals, pegasi, clouds and stars. all cycling around a big crystal heart.
I facehoof (YAY! still a pony) and look to my side. Night Mist was sleeping tight and sucked on one of his little hooves. I couldn't resist as a little giggle escaping my mouth.
"D'awww. Isn't that cute?", comes the voice from Cadence from behind me. I look up and see her standing above us and she looks at us with a warm motherly smile.
"I think we should change you into proper protection before you two have an accident.", she says and lifts me up with her magic and cradles me in her legs as she leaves the room.
My eyes went big from realization of what she meant by proper protection. We left the bedroom through another door that lead to a room next to the bedroom... (a lot rooms in this text)
The lights turn on and fill the room in a warm, yellow light. What I see in this room is breathtaking...
There was a fully decorated nursery with baby blue walls that have clouds and pegasi on them. Two Cribs, one blue, one pink, standing at one side and a changing table next to the cribs. The ground was covered with a soft, green carpet. Toys lying around the room. LOTS OF TOYS!
There are Ursa Minor Teddy bears, plush timberwolfs, manticores, sea serpents, griffons, colored blocks with numbers and letters, picture books, a few baby-pony-puppets, a little table with chairs and a tea-set on the table and the maybe biggest doll house ever.
My eyes, if even possible, grow bigger then before. I couldn't help myself and reach with my little Hooves to the toys. Cadence notices my eagerness and starts to giggle as I try to reach the toys and says, "It seems somepony wants to play. You can play later, sweetheart. But for now we must change you into something proper to wear."
And with those words, she brings me to the changing table and lays me down on the mattress. She hums a song as she gets everything ready to put me in my 'mobile toilet'. Powder, wipes, cream and a disposable diaper.
"Now, lets get you cleaned and changed into something more fitting." says Cadence with a happy sing-song Voice.
I could only sigh and hope she would do it fast.
She takes a few wipes and cleans my private region. As she is doing that, I feel something weird.
Or better say, I DONT feel something that should be there.
"I cant believe this is really happening. I wished so long for foals and now, I have not just one, but TWO little foals!" She states. She looks at me in the eyes and says, "What do you think? You're also happy to have a new mommy and daddy?"
She tickled my belly with her hoof and I giggle at that.
She giggles with joy too and says, "I think you are happy, too. You are a really cute little filly.
I stop giggling, immediately and I could feel my irises shrink to pinheads and smaller.
"KIIIIIIIIIIT!", was all I could scream, before I wake up and realize I am in a blue crib next to Night Mist and both of us are diapered. I inspect myself to prove I am a colt and not a filly sighing in relief.
Cadence comes rushing in to when she heard me scream and says, "Are you okay baby? Did one of my little colts have a bad dream?"
'I'll get you for that Kit...... somehow,' I think to myself.
Night and I awake in our crib with the sunrise. We yawn and start looking around. I was feeling something wet around my abdomen and look down.
I sigh by the look on the soaked diaper around my crotch and say, "Nice. Wiww dis be my new life? Wet diapew in da mowning?"
I look over to Night Mist who now notices his wet diaper too. He looks up to me and asks, "Do you tink we shouwd caww for mama?"
"You are really fwine cawwing Cadewnce mama. But I tink we can't do mwuch about it wight now," I say.
In this moment, the door swings open and the Alicorn of love enters the room. Followed by her husband with a big pack in his magical grip.
Cadence comes to our crib and looks down at us with this lovely smile that only a mother can have.
"Are my little baby boys awake and ready for there first day in their new home?" she asks sweetly and nuzzles the top of each of our heads. We both start to giggle and reach with our little hoofs to her. She leans down more and we both give her a hug around her long snout.
If we were supposed to stay as little foals we should at least enjoy it and make a mare happy.
As we stayed in this hugfest for a little while, Cadence starts to sniffle and then looks at us and asks with a fake serious face, "Have some foals used their diapers? I think they have. Lets put you both in something clean and dry."
She levitates us out of the crib and over to the changing table where Shining Armor put a pack of diapers away. Cadence looks at her husband and levitates me in front of him and says, "I think it's going to be faster when you help me with our sons."
Shining looks a bit unsure about this and is about to protest, but his wife is faster and says, "And don't even think about any excuses. You fought Sombra and Windigos. So don't tell me you are affright about a diaper change at your own son."
Shining sighs defeated and takes me gently in his magical grip. My little wings flapped and I was giggling as the aura tickles me. Shining smiles at this and lays me down on the soft mattress on the changing table.
I could see he was unsure about this whole changing thing.
... I know exactly what daddy was feeling.
Oh Celestia. Now I'm start to think of them as my parents too.
The opening of the diaper went well. Daddy was a little clumsy with cleaning with the wipes, but after a little help from mommy he did it great.
The powdering next, is funny. Daddy takes too much powder, sneezes and covers my whole body in white. With my blue mane still blue, I look a bit like him, aside from the fact he was unicorn and I was pegasus. I couldn't help but laugh as I saw daddy cover mommy with the white powder, too.
After a fast cleaning with the wipes (again) and with the right amount of powder (after a second accident) comes the diaper flowing to me. Daddy gently takes my tail through the hole in the back of the diaper and lead the front side through my legs and placed it on my little belly. After he attaches the adhesive strip from the sides on the front area from the Diaper, daddy looks me over and makes sure, everything was fitting alright.
He takes me again in his magical grip and levitated me to mommy who was lying on a thick blanket in the room and watching Night Mist playing with some of the toys.
Daddy places me beside Night Mist and then lays himself beside mommy and watches us play.
"I think you are a wonderful daddy," says Cadence to her husband.
Shining looks over to his wife and a little smile comes to his lips. "Thanks. But I'm still unsure if we did the right thing. I mean, there was not even a letter in the basket. We know nothing about this foals or where they come from." He sighed and then continues, "I just don't want it to be that, someday, their parents are standing before our door and saying, their foals where foalnapped and they where looking everywhere for them. I know it would break your heart to give them away. Even though we had them for just two days, you grew very close to them and they to you."
In this moment, Night Mist and I roll a ball to Shinings hoofs. He Looks at the ball, then at us. We were sitting there with big smiles and looking hopefully to him.
He lightly kicks the ball to us and we catch it with our own little hoofs. We started to giggle and another smile comes to Shinings lips.
Cadance sees it and nuzzles him on his cheek before saying, "I now your biggest fear is not that they could be taken from us. You fear you could be a bad father. You fear you could make a mistake like the one at our wedding when Chrysalis captured me and brainwashed you. You fear you could make a mistake like you did with Twilight."
Shining had now tears in his eyes as he remembered the horrible thing he says to his Sister. Cadance take him in an embrace and hold him as silent tears flow done his cheeks.
Night Mist and I hear what they are talking about. We look at each other and decide in silence, we had to do something. We crawl over to daddy and hug his front legs. He looks down to us with a bit of confused look as he sees us clinging to his legs. Cadence had a proud smile on her lips.
We look up at him and saying, with a BIG smile on the face, in unison "Dada!"
Shining looks in his wife's eyes to make sure he really had heard what we had called him. A smiling nod from his wife was all he needed to clarify he was not dreaming. The foals, no longer then two days had been with them, had called him Daddy.
He looks back at us on his legs with a happy smile. He then cradles us in his hooves and gives everyone of us a kiss on the top of our heads and says, "My little boys. A stallion can really be proud to be your daddy. And I promise you both, I will give my best to be the B.D.E!"
"B.D.E?", asks Cadance with a raised eyebrow and me and Night Mist tilt our heads, confused at the abbreviation.
"Best Daddy Ever.", explained Shining.
We all share a good giggle and laugh at this. But something interrupts the moment. Two rumbling tummies.
Mommy and Daddy look down at us and we get a little blush at this.
Cadance takes us in her Magic and levitates us in front of her Face.
"I'm very sorry. I forgot completely about your breakfast. Come here, my little boys. Mommy has nice, warm milk for her little babies."
She spread one of her wings and levitated us under it. She scoots us gently to her hind legs where two nipples waited for us. Night Mist was the first how suckle on the nipple to get his milk after showing some hesitance. I was a bit more hesitant but I also knew, as well as Night Mist, that as babies we can't eat solid food and need breastmilk. I gulp and take the nipple in my mouth and begin to suckle. I was rewarded with nice, warm milk filling my mouth. It tastes REALLY good. I suckle more and after a few moments it was feeling natural to suckle and drink the milk.
Cad... Mommys wing was wraps around us and held us beneath it, keeping us warm. It was one of the best feelings we ever felt.
'Maybe it's really not so bad to be a foal' we thought simultaneously.
Chapter 3 A Peacefull Day... maybe (Part 1 edited)
The sun rises about the horizon of the crystal mountains. The light falls into the chamber, where the two new prince's of the Crystal Empire were sleeping together in their crib. It was the start of the second day since Princess Mi Amore Cadenza found the two little sleeping brothers in a basket outside the front doors.
The light falls slowly onto the faces of the baby brothers, causing them to rub their little eyes and awaken. Night Mist was the first awaken. He rubs his sleepy eyes with his tiny hooves and looks around.
"And stiww in a crib wit a sowggy diapew. Will dat be my new liwfe?" Night Mist sighs.
"I not know. But you awe not awone here, wittwe bwodew.", says a voice next to Night.
Night Mist looks to the voice and sees Sky Hooves is awake. The light brown pegasus with the sky blue mane who was sent with him here by Discord and Kit and now his brother and fellow prince in the Crystal Empire.
Sky Hooves looks around as well and then to Night Mist. He places a hoof on his shoulder and says, "Don't wowwy. I have a sowggy diapew, too. We awe just babies here so it's nowmaw for us."
Night Mist gave a little smile by the comforting words from his brother. They both do their best to ignore the soggy diapers and start playing with the stuffed toys they have in the her crib. The door opens and Cadance enters the room. She says, with a sing sang voice, "Good morning my little prince's! How are my little baby boys today? Are you Hungry?"
Night Mist and Sky Hooves look to the Pink Alicorn Princess who was now the mother of them both. She enters the nursery and walks towards their crib where her baby boys were playing with the stuffed animals. She looks down to both of them and leans in to give them a quick kiss on the head and they both giggle happily. She takes them in her Magic and levitates them to the changing table where they get freed from their soggy diapers and get fresh ones on their bottoms after she applys some baby powder to avoid diaper rash. After the change was finished Cadance lays down on a few cushions and brought her boys to her teats where they get their breakfast once again covered by their mother's massive wing to keep them warm and avoid a scene from any unexpected visits from the castle staff.
After they finished their breakfast, their mother levitates them over her shoulder, giving them a few gentle taps on their backs. After an EARTHQUAKING burp from both, Cadance giggles sits them down in front of her.
"So, my little angels. Mommy has some work to do this morning and daddy is inspecting the Crystal Guards. So you can come with me for a while or I can let you two stay here with one of our castle staff. I do have a meeting later, so you can play in the throne room if you wish to come with me. So, what do you want to do?", she asks.
They looked at each other and discussed what they would do.
Sky sayd "I wouwd wike to go wit mama. It could be fwun to see some odew ponies. And I tink we could learn a bit, I mean, we awe technicwy pwince's and have to rule someday."
Night replies, "I tink you are wight. And maybe we can make some mowe fwiends if we see odew foaws, and I not want mama to weave us wit castwe stawff. I not wike it when she has to weave."
They look back to their mother, who follows the discussion but naturally didn't understand a word. Soon they reach for her with big smiles on her faces indicating they wanted to go with her. Cadance soon got a smile on her face and packs a saddlebag with a blanket, some toys and two pacifiers. Then she takes two bottles with her milk in them from a little fridge in the corner of the room. This was of course for emergencies in case somepony else had to feed them if she couldn't. After she levitates the saddlebag onto her back, she then straps a foal carrier made to hold two foals onto herself and levitates her sons into the carrier and trots out of the room.
As they walk along the corridor of the Crystal Castle, the two brothers just look in sheer amazement about the beauty of the Castle granted some parts blinded them by the reflection of the sun onto the walls. They passed some guards and servants and everypony bows before their Princess and wishes her a good day trying to hold back their cooing of her two little passengers. The Princess greets them back and wishes them a good day as well. After about five minutes, they come to a very large door and the guards in the front opened it for them. In front of them stands a big Crystal Throne. Cadance gets up the stairs unfolds the blanket onto the large floor leveled with the throne itself. Then she levitates her little Night and Sky (hehe Sky Night) onto the blanket and brings the toys out. Sky and Night crawl over to them and play with some blocks and stuffed toy animals. Sky plays with a Kraken stuffed animal and Night finds a toy Godzilla for himself. They build with the toys a few towers and then destroy them with the stuffed animals. This made Cadence coo at her little troublemakers and the guards couldn't help but crack smiles of their own. As the two brothers play there was a knock on the doors and the guards open them.
A very familiar looking purple mare enters the room. Sky and Night stop playing and look to Twilight Sparkle as she entered the Throne Room with a foal carrier strapped to her side. Followed by her friends and nearly everypony had a foal carrier with a foal.
"TWILIGHT!", says thier mother with enthusiasm and runs to Twilitht.
Twilight just finished to unstrapping her foal carrier as she and Cadance do her greeting dance.
"Sunshine, sunshine
ladybugs awake,
clap your hooves
and do a little shake!"
As Sky and Night watch them both do this dance, they start to giggle at the silly side of her mother. Fluttershy comes over to the Throne and her eyes got big as she spotted them. "Oh...My, aren't they cute little babies!", she says as she comes directly to them. Night tries to hide behind his brother and Sky just sits there and looks at the Element of Kindness coming to them.
"HEY! Whats abowut us, mama!?" asks a little raspy voice from Fluttershys side.
"Yeah! Aren't we cute too!?", asks another voice from the other side.
Fluttershy unstraps her own Foal carrier and cradled her little babies in her forehooves. "Oh, sorry. Of course you are cute too. You are both my special little girls," coos Fluttershy as she kisses Rainbow Dash and Lightning Dust on the head.
Sky just sits there and watches as Fluttershy coos at the two fillies and then sets them on the blanket and they both look over to Sky and Night, who was still trying to hide behind Sky, and then crawl over to them. In the meantime Rarity and Twilight come over too and sit their foals on the blanket. Even Pinkie Pie comes over. Sitting in front of them now was Rainbow Dash, Lighnint Dust, Trixie, Sunset Shimmer, Onyx (aka. Super Stallion), Pound and Pumpking Cake and a griffin baby. Sky and Night just look with hanging jaws to the baby griffin how was sitting a bit away from them.
"Say, Sky...", begins Night.
"Yeah?", asks Sky.
"Is that who I think she is?", asks Night.
Onyx crawls to them and looks at them with curious eyes.
"Sky Hoowf? Night Mwist? Is that really you gwuys?", Onyx asked.
"Jeepers! Hi Onyx!", says Sky with a cheerful voice.
"Hi Onyx.", come Night's Voice from behind his Brother.
"Did Difcord and Kit did this to you both as well?", asked Onyx.
"And a second time right. You are good in guessing, Onyx.", says Sky.
"Hey you two! Are you coming to pway with us?" comes the voice from Rainbow Dash how plays with some of the toys.
The others of the group look to the trio of colts and wait for them to come over to play. The trio crawled over to them and Sky pointed to the little griffin and asks Onyx, "Hey, Onyx. Is dat Gilda ovew der?"
Onyx looked where Sky points and says, "Yep. Pinkie fowund her in de evewfwee fowest as she was gowing to give Zecowa an invitation fow a biwthday party for us foals. we not know how she get wegwessed but I tink it could be Discowd. Pinkie decided to take cawe of hew. As you can tink, Gilda was not weally appy abowut da situation. But aftew a few days (and a dangerous accident), Gilda called Pinkie mommy and since den they wive good togethew. She is stiww a bit shy about da whole baby ting. But she not bad behawving."
Onyx continues, "Sometiwmes, when she is wit us, she enjoys pwaying wit us. Especiawwy wit Wainbow Dash."
The rest introduced themselves and then go over to play with some of the toys. Their mommy's looki from the Tea-Table at how their little boys and girls are playing and getting along. "I'm so happy for you, Cadance. I know it was your biggest wish to have a foal of your own and now you get two cute little boys," says Twilight.
Cadance with a big smile on her face, looks over to Twilight and says, "Thanks, Twilight. I'm happy, too. I just know this little guys will bring a lot of joy in our Family Life."
This is not a Chapter. I just want to tell you all I put this story on hiatus so I can concentrate on other storys. I dont know how long it will be in hiatus and sorry if I disappoint my readers with this news.
