Two years after the elements of harmony defeated Muerto Titiritero and bring an end to Discord's game. Celestia and Luna finally found the breach the spirit of chaos used to come back to Equestria. Unfortunately closing the interdimensional hole wouldn't be as simple as what we through.
We need two guardians one for each worlds to close it, the problem is that the breach constantly change of plane of reality to tear a hole in. So we have only two weeks to find a god and make him close it before we're stuck in this new land forever, this is our last chance if we wait any longer the magic left that wasn't suck in these worlds won't be enough to make us live. But will this new dimension help us? Or will they try to kill us with every fiber of their being for what we are?
This is a side-story of The Shareverse this story happen between the first and second Act of A Good Share of Lives reading the prequel isn't necesary to understand the main plot line, but you risk to be a little confused about the introduction. I will write this fic when I feel like it, so don't expect this to be update as much as my main story.
Hi there! My name is Winter Song the most awesome Pegasus of the Crystal Empire! Ok there not that much Pegasi here, but still I’m the most cool one! If you’re reading this by accident close this book immediatly, but if you still want to read go ahead just don’t be surprised if you woke up one night with you flank frozen in ice.
Anyway where was I? Oh yeah! You might know me from when I saved the entire land of Equestria from Titiritero one of the last vampony still alive. Ok maybe my mom, her friends the bearers of harmony and goddess Phoebe did most of the job, but I still helped!
If you’re wondering when I’m writting this well we’re curently the May 8 3033 A.W (After War) I’m curently fifteen years old. So anyway enough about me let write about what happened today.
Princess Celestia have summon us to the Crystal castle, I think she invite us here because of the renovations in Canterlot. Even two years later we’re still recovering from Discord’s game, but that not a problem to us me and my family live in the empire since we won the fight.
Mom is a little worried that others ancient evil will return and attack Ponyville again, so she decide to move to the Crystal Empire with me and my sis. I miss Ponyvile sometime especially because of Golden Pie but the empire is great once you get use to it.
Oh sure me and my family get weird glances time to time since me and mom are Pegasi and my sister is a Unicorn, but the crystal ponies are a peaceful community most of the time. Oh I was talking about my situation again didn’t I? Sorry I tend to write about anything that is on my mind so get use to it.
At the castle we where greet by Princess Cadence or as I come to call her aunt shipping, I don’t know how many fillies she tried to make me date since I came here, she also tried to put me on a blind date with a colt once.
She didn’t try to make me date any colts after she learn that I was one hundred percent lesbian and also when she learn about my phobia of agressif males. Not that the colt in question was violent but you get the point.
``Fluttershy, Winter Song and Meek Sky! I’m so happy you three could come!`` The pink alicorn greet us with a smile.
``Oh come aunt shipping you made sure we live just in front of your castle of course we will come to your invitations when we’re so close.`` Technically she isn’t my aunt but I consider every bearers of harmony like my aunts since they are best friends with mom and since Cadence is Twilight’s sister-in-law I also consider her part of my family.
The Crystal Princess giggle in response. ``I’m still happy to see you, I invited the other girls sooner than you three, so you don’t have to wait too long they should be here any moments.`` On cue the door behind us open.
The guards quickly present the princess of friendship to all of us, as if we need to be present to a member of our own family. ``Her highness, Princess Twilight Sparkle!`` The first thing the purple Alicorn did was to rush to Cadence before they both perform their little dance.
``Sunshine! Sunshine! Ladybugs awake! Claps your hooves and do a little shake!``
Meh I still prefer the dance me and Fleur de Lis do, ``So, not that it’s not interesting or anything, but you interupt me from my favorite anime. So I want to know what it’s all about.`` I said
``Always disperectful to the royal family I see.`` Luna said strolling in the room with both her sister and her niece behind her. Epona was still wearing a pajama and yawn loudly to show her mother Celestia had woke her up to come here.
Luna huff in direction of the lazy duchesse before turning her attention back to us. ``We have a good and bad new which one do you want to hear first?``
Twilight was the one to answer. ``The good new.``
``The good new is that we have found the breach Discord have created two years ago.`` The girls cheer at that, they hadn’t to worry about losing their magic anymore! ``The bad new is that our guardians weren’t able to close it.`` Imediatly all the joy that been present vanish.
``What do you mean they can’t close it? I through they were gods chosen by the council to protect us! This is the only time they ever move their fat flanks and now they are useless?!`` The rainbow colored Pegasus ask fuming.
``Calm down Rainbow Dash it’s not their fault, the breach became too unstable for them to be able to close it properly, there are only one way to close it at that point.`` Celestia calmly state.
``And that is?`` Applejack ask to the Princess.
``We need a god at the other side of the breach to close it at the same time as our guardians.`` I gasp in surprise how would we ask another guardian to help us? A lot of them are arroguants fools from what I heard. ``I know it’s a lot to ask Twilight but you will once again have to go in a alternate universe.``
``O-ok, I’m ready princess can I say goodbye to my friends first?``
``Why would you have to say goodbye? They can come with you if they want.``
``What? But the last time you said it would upset the balance and I wouldn’t be able to do my mission!`` Surprisingly the princess began to laugh.
``Ahahaha! Oh Twilight I can’t believe you still believe that, there no such things as balance of the universe. I just through six human girls who come from nowhere would attract way too much attention from Sunset Shimmer, but this time we want the opposite, we want to have all the attention we can from the gods of the other side.``
The younger princess couldn’t help but blush after her mentor laugh of her gullible personality. ``A-anyway girls I couldn’t force all of you to come with me, if you want to stay in Equestria I won’t mind.`` The response of the other bearers was immediate.
``Are you crazy Twilight you think you can steal my spotlight by saving our world alone? There no way you’re going without me!`` Dash said proudly.
``O-of course we will come with you Twilight.`` Fluttershy smiled shyly.
``I will not let you go in this new world without some decent clothes darling, of course I will come.`` Rarity state.
``Weee! This will be so much more fun than the last movie!`` Everypony look strangely at Pinkie Pie and shrugh it off.
``Ah couldn’t let mah second family go in there in good conscience y’all can count on me.`` The cowgirl of the group replied.
``I’m coming too!`` I scream for everypony to hear, mom quickly gasp as she heard this.
``Winter you can’t come with us you’re only fifteen years old!`` I gave her my best pupy dog eyes.
``Please! Please! Please! You know I always wanted to see a different world, beside it can’t be much more dangerous than Discord’s game!`` Fluttershy look awkwardly to the other ponies for a suggestion as to what to do.
``As much as I hate to admit it, Winter Song would be usefull for this mission, having an elementalist in your team is always a good thing when you go in the unknown.`` Luna said.
``...Well I guess she can come if she behave.`` Mom finally decide.
``Yes! This is the greatest day ever! Meek Sky and me will be the most awesome team ever!``
``U-um actually I’m not s-sure if I want to go.`` My sister said rubbing her hooves nervousely.
``What?!``
``I-it’s just that... I’m scare! I don’t wana leave Equestria!`` The filly said curling into a ball.
``It’s ok sweetie I’m sure we can find somepony to take care of you while we’re gone.`` As if she said the magic words, Cadence eyes lit up and she look at Fluttershy.
``Me! I want to foalsit Meek Sky!`` She said like a foal at Heart Warming eve, Twilight hide her face with a wing embarassed of her sister-in-law.
``W-well if Meek Sky is ok with it...`` My sister immediatly nod in response, the pink princess made a squee noise before she put my sister in a tight hug.
``...Well okay then, are you all ready to go? we mustn’t wait longer than we need to.`` We all nod before Luna escort us to the royal airship.

The airship gently flew above the cold water of the griffins sea. It’s wasn’t long before we arrive at the mouth of the interdimensional hole. ``Here we are let me call Isis we should be close of her.`` Isis who in the hay is- oh wait does she mean that Isis?
Celestia lit her horn and threw a sort of magical firework in the sky. And sure enough the same guardian I was thinking about rose frome the water, except she was a lot bigger than the last time I saw her.
The ursa major yawn as before she blink in the direction of the ruler of the day. ``Hello Celestia, since you’re here that probably mean you are ready to send the elements bearers, yes?`` Celestia nod in response an point us with a hoof.
``Okay like I said the breach is unstable I can retard it’s next jump to another world but only for two weeks maximum. Another thing while I’m concentring at keeping the thing in place no one will produce more mana for Equis, if you fail this mission we probably won’t have a second chance to save this world.``
Twilight gulp at this new, there seem to be a lot more in balance than the last time she had to travel in another world. But Celestia seem to trust her, she would not fail! ``We’re ready when you are goddess Isis.``
``Okay then, when you will be launch in the breach make sure to create a force field around you and your friends. Since Titiritero disrupt the thing when he controled Discord it’s became very unpredictable, I would hate for it to tear you apart.``
``Now ladies if your all ready please stand on the sun symbol in the middle of the ship.`` Celestia said we all follow her order and step on it, I was the last to join the bearers. As soon as I step on it the symbol open wide and we all fell in a black hole as we scream at the top of our lung.
We heard a loud mechanic groan as the hole we were stuck in was lift higher in the sky. Outside of the ‘hole’ Luna stare in shock at the thing that just lift from the ground. ``Celestia... Why is there a bucking giant cannon in our ship?!``
``When you were still stuck in the moon I could get a little bored without any sibling to share my fun and well... You remember that crazy law about lunching criminals in the sea that I abolished when you came back?``
Luna imediatly facehoof, ``I through it was just a silly rumor from the tabloid to give you a bad reputation!`` Celestia had the decency to blush as her sister look at her in disbelief.
``I’m sure you would have done the same thing at my place!`` The ursa major roll her eyes at the scene of the two fake goddesses bickering like schoolyard fillies.
``Not that we don’t have all the time in the world, but can we proceed to send them on their way?``
``Oh yeah sorry about that.`` Celestia respond sheepishly before pressing on a small telecomand. A loud explosion was heard before the seven of us was lunch into the breach. Twilight quickly cast a force field around all of us.
Just in time too, because as soon as she cast it we where thrown in all direction into the vortex. ``Ahhhhhh! We will all die! I should have stay home with Meek Sky!`` I screamed in panic but I totally not peed, nope, not at all I tell you!
The force field Twilight had cast began to crack slowly as we were thron to left and right, soon the entire shield was almost tear apart in two. ``Rarity! I can’t hold everypony you need to cast your own force field!``
``What?! But I can’t you only show me to do it once!`` The white mare cried.
``You can do it we believe in you!`` Rarity look unsure but when she saw the pleading eyes of Twilight she gain some confidence. Her horn produce small sparks before a layer of magic began to protect herself, Rainbow Dash and Pinkie Pie, but quickly the shield broke in pieces.
Rarity eyes widden before she tried to cast the spell again, this time she was able to protect the rest of the group t’ill we reach the end of the breach. The first thing we saw was a gigantic moon, as I look down I gasp as I saw talls buildings with lights in almost every single windows.
We had building like this in the now destroyed Manehattan but there wasn’t that many nor they were that tall. I was shook out of my amazement when a electric sound resonate in the whole shield we where standing in.
``Rarity our force field are reacting like two identical magnet! Break your force field, I will catch all of you!`` But it’s was too late the two identical magic field send us flying to a insane speed through the city. My eyes widden as I saw a building directly in our path, I close my eyes just before hearing glasses shatering.
``-Creating a hole in one of the biggest residential building of Everfree City, there are no doubts as to who the attackers are. The terrorist group who call themself the changelings.`` A dull grey mare said before the camera move the meteo.

``What does Chrysalis want this time? It is unknown but nopony else can cast magic excepted the draconesus but they are almost extinguish from the great magic war, there no possible way they could-``

``Contrary to everypony else I don’t think the changelings would be crazy enough to attack us, even if they are a rare breed. Only a draconesus would be insane enough to attack the biggest city of Trotana.``

I let out a groan as the first rays of sunlight hit my eyes what happened? I look around and notice we had transperce an entire building before we made a smaller hole on the one behind it and now we were unconsious laying in a back alley.
As soon as I tried to stand up a jolt of pain course throught my left hoof. I don’t think it’s broken but I think I should refrain to use this leg for a little while. I open my wings and flap them gently and was lift just above the ground.
I tried to nudge aunt Twilight awake but all I receive was a sleepy groan before she shove me away with her levitation spell. I huff as she fell right back asleep, I decide to go investigate where we are for the time being.
I flap my wings harder and flew above the building we just crash in, the first thing I check was the hole we made with the magical field. I saw that guards where at every corners of the building trying to find evidences of what happened. There a thing I noticed through every single guards who was there where earth ponies, ussually I see more pegasi and unicorns than other things in the guards.
Well it’s probably not a important detail anyway, I quickly flew higher of the building before somepony caught me. When I was finally high enough I look over the city and let a gasp, this was very different from the cities I knew back in Equestria.
Instead of dirt roads or roads made of stone the streets where made of a strange black solid rock with yellow lines draw on them. But that wasn’t the strangest thing on the said streets there was stanges vehicules with wheels that move forward without anypony pulling it! There was also the same type of carriage except they had two metalics wings on each side and flew in the sky without a single pegasus on them!
Sure we have the airships back home but it’s wasn’t as fast as these things, I’m begining to question if we are really in a alternate universe or if we travel in time. The coucil share a lot of different technologies with the different worlds, but it’s take lot more time for Equestria to have it because the magic present in our world often destroy eletric humans technology. But even if we’re more late in technology than other worlds I never heard of these flying boxes thingy before.
My ears twitch as I heard a groan coming from a opened window beside me. I was surprise when I saw a familiar faces looking back at me. ``Berry Punch?! How the hay did you came here?``
The mare in question blink a few seconds as she saw a flying pony in front of her window. As soon as she clearly saw me she shriek at the top of her lung and threw a empty bottle of wine at me. ``Ahhhh! Changeling! Go away monster!``
I yelp in pain when I receive the bottle in the face, ``Berry Punch stop this! it’s me-`` I was cut out in my speech when she threw another bottle, I was quick enough to escape it this time and I finally decide she became crazy and flew back down.
When I land back in the back alley most of my family had arleady woke up. ``Winter Song are ya alright sugarcube we heard screaming.`` Aunt Applejack, but before I could respond mom gasp before she was in my face.
``Winter! Your have a black eye! What happened?!`` She ask fuming arleady about the pony who did this to me.
``Well I think we’re in a alternate version of Equestria because I saw Berry Punch and she called me a changeling before she threw bottles of wine at me.`` Mom gasp before she grit her teeths togethet in rage. Princess Twilight prepare herself to cast a spell in case the yellow pegasus decide to beat the hay out of Berry Punch.
Mom beating somepony is a hard thing to imagine, but when me and Meek Sky are involved you’re never sure what she will do. Fortunately Twilight hadn’t to cast any spell because mom was able to calm herself. ``Okay I’m calm now.`` Everypony sigh in relief. ``When I will punish Berry Punch I need to have a clear mind if not it will be pointless violence.`` An awkward silence filled the back alley at the cold words coming from the element of kindness.
``...Okay so Winter did you find anything interesting?`` Twilight ask braking the silence.
``Well aparently we destroy a batiment and now we have the guards searching for us.`` My aunts and mom gasp at the new. ``Also we seem to be in a strange futuristic version of Equestria but I don’t know much else.``
``Mmm, maybe if we find a library or a computer we could find more information.`` Twilight said.
``Wait maybe I can connect myself with my cell phone! But I’m not sure if it still intact with all the thing we’ve been through.`` Princess Twilight look at me eagerly as I search for it in my saddlebag finally I retrieve it, it was a small blue phone with my cutie mark on the back of it.
I tried to open it but my hooves where too big for the small device, bucking human technology! I usually have Meek Sky to do it. ``Aunt Twilight can you open it with your magic?`` I ask sheepishly.
A purple glow surounded the phone before the screen opened lighting up a good part of the back alley. ``Thanks.`` the most surprising thing was that internet was working, throught I noticed something strange with the date show on the phone. ``May 9 1037 A.B? What the buck does A.B mean?``
``Ah don’t know Winter but ah don’t think it’s matter right now, try to find something about this place.`` Applejack said, I nodded to her in reponse before I search for the recent news.
``Whoa, aprently the night of this world is ruled by Epona.``
``What?!`` All my family cried at the same time.
``Yeah but almost nopony even mention her apart from a few news since she does almost nothing for the country because of her lazyness.`` Well that isn’t that surprising to say at least. My eyes widden as I saw another new.
``Aparently a mare called Sunset Shimmer took the throne of the day after the mysterious disparition of Celestia and Luna who vanished not long after they supported a campaign to save an endangered species of magical plants.``
``Sunset Shimmer!?`` Twilight shout in surprise.
``Oh my goodness do you think she have something to do with the princesses disapearance?`` My mom ask.
``I don’t know maybe.`` Twilight replied unsure.
``Don’t worry sugarcube am sure we can find the princesses. We save the world more time than ah can count on mah four hooves.`` Applejack said confidently.
``No Applejack, as much as I would want to help this alternate version of my mentor. We can’t, we have two weeks only to find a god and return home. That mean we can’t be implicated into the problems of this world.`` The purple Alicorn sigh sadly.
I pass on mode GPS to know a little more about our position. ``Aparently we are in a country called Trotana and we are curently in Everfree city.`` Twilight eyes sparkle at the new.
``Everfee city?! As in the capitol of Equestria before Cantelot was founded!?``
``Not sure, we’re in a alternate reality after all , it could be another version of the place.`` I respond, the princess of friendship seem to deflate a little at the new but still keep a hopeful smile.
``S-so Twilight? What should we do to find the guardian of this world? I mean we do have only two weeks and guardians are not the type to be found that easily in most cases.`` My mom ask nervousely.
``I think we should find Epona, the royal family in our world have a close connection to the council that most kingdom can only dream to have, maybe they are close of the guardian here.``
``Why not find Sunset Shimmer? Not that I dislike Epona but she’s not really the type to help anypony except when she’s forced to by her mother.`` I state.
``Well let just say I had a bad experience the last time with her counterpart I prefer not talk to her unless it’s necesary.`` Twilight replied nervousely.
``Speaking of that ya never told us why you didn’t like that Sunset Shimmer, I through y’all help her to turn her back to good.`` Applejack scratch her chin confused.
Twilight blush and look away from us. ``I don’t want to talk about it.`` She said before she trot out of the back alley, I shrugh and decide to follow behind her. I wince as I remembered my leg but kept trotting anyway I didn’t want to slow down the mission because of a little pain.
Finally we walked in the streets of this new city, I was in awe as I saw the lighs and holograms of the stores. It’s was as is we were right into a movie of science fiction with all these new things. Unfortunately I was put out of my dreamy state when I noticed something was amiss. The entire street was deadly silent save for a few murmurs.
I look around to see dozens of earth ponies looking at us either in fear or in rage. Why does everypony scare of us suddently? First it was Berry Punch and now this. Soon something broke the silence we saw two guards flying at us, no they were not Pegasi they were flying with four strange boots who threw flammes from the base. It’s seem like jetpack but in miniature I got to admit it did look awesome.
``Halt! By order of Princess Sunset Shimmer you four are under arrest for taking the form of a pony, illegally crossing Trotina border and worse of all your are accused of using magic!`` Why does this scene seem familiar for some reasons?
``And what is wrong with using magic?!`` Twilight ask clearly offended that her special talent was considered illegal.
``Don’t play dumb with us changeling everypony know magic are use by witches and evil beast who sold their soul to a draconesus!``
``WHAT?! Clearly you two are the most uneducated ponies I have ever seen! Magic is in every living things it’s part of us even earth ponies like you two are using magic at every second you are breathing!``
The guards had enough of the Alicorn and decided to slam a hoof on the back of her head. The purple mare fell unconsious on the ground and a bruise appear on her head. I growl at them before I made explode a wave of water between the two of them.
``AHHHH!`` As soon as they saw my elemental magic the ponies who had watched the scene all fleed screaming in panic. More guards land and encircled us they all held strange type of guns in their mouth. The guns each had large metalic cylinders attached to them. The cylinders began to spin really quickly and produce multiple sparks of electricity.
``Lay on the ground immediatly all of you! Or we will not hesitate to shout!`` As if the elders had send some help themself, I heard screetching of wheels before a car came driving at the maximum speed. The vehicule came crashing on a few guards before it stop to a halt.
Slowly another earth pony open the door of the car, she had a cyan coat, magenta eyes and a rainbow mane and tail. ``Rainbow Dash?! What the hay is going on?! And where are your wings?!`` I shout in shock.
The mare simply look at us for a second before she open her mouth. ``Come with me if you want to live.``
Inside of the car I saw that Rainbow Dash wasn’t alone. Beside her was the famou DJ PON3 or more know in Ponyville as Vinyl Scratch. The difference from the one I knew was that like Rainbow Dash she was an Earth Pony instead of being a Unicorn.
Dash put a hoof on a small light blue square made of glass before the screen lit up and the words ‘welcome Rainbow Dash’ where the first thing to appear before the vehicule made a strange noise and a detailled map of the city show up in the screen.
Two metalics wings appear on each side of the vehicule before a huge blast of magic was heard from behind, throwing us to an extremely high speed in the sky. ``AHHHHHH!`` Me, Applejack and Fluttershy all scream in panic. I don’t know how but Twilight was still unconsious.
``Oh calm down you pussies we’re just flying!`` Vinyl said snickering at us once the turbulence calm down.
``I like to fly just as the next Pegasus but that was insane!`` The two ponies look at me strangely.
``You do know Pegasi are only myths right?`` Rainbow Dash ask unsure if I was sane or not. Pegasi myths yeah right the next thing she will tell me that the planet is turning around the sun instead of being controled by magic, as if that was possible.
I extanded my wings in response, ``And how do you explain I have wings if my race is apparently a myth?``
``Well you’re probably a changeling they are the only magic user apart form the draconesuses, they can also change of form at their will making feathery wings wouldn’t be so difficult for any of them.`` Vinyl respond with a shrug.
Now that I think of it, a lot of ponies called us changelings when they saw us maybe this is a world where Pegasi doesn’t exist? I don’t think it’s only the Pegasus race they don’t seem to have Unicorns either. So maybe they only have Earth ponies? But why would they hate magic? Even if most of them don’t use it on a regular basic like the other races. Earth Ponies does have magic like the other ponies races.
``Oh shit!`` Dash sudently cried. ``Hang on, guys the pigs are here!`` The pigs, what sort of expression is this? I heard the blarring of sirens of other flying vehicules behind us. The boxes with wheels all stop in mid-air and formed a circle around us.
``Miss Vinyl Scratch and Rainbow Dash! If you give yourself to the law we might consider letting you two alive for rebelling against the kingdom of Trotana! So please land on the street and let us do our jobs!`` The overbearing voice of Octavia said in a loud microphone.
Vinyl looked at Rainbow they both smirk at each other before they nod into an understanding. Applejack who had stay silent since then voiced her dread. ``Don’t y’all make something reckless!``
They didn’t answer instead Vinyl got into the menu of the small screen from earlier. I couldn’t tell what she made, but I was answered soon enough. ``Miss Vinyl what are you doing?! And what is that thing?`` Octavia ask from her vehicule as she saw a huge blue stereo rising from the car trunk.
Vinyl smirk madly as she respond. ``Oh it’s nothing special miss Octavia. It’s just my motherfuckin’ base cannon!`` She said before slamming her hoof on the screen. Soon enough a loud repetetive music blared through the back of the vehicule. At the same time a large beam erupt from the back of our flying box directly hitting Octavia’s vehicule. The car came crashing down on the street. A few seconds later the grey mare got out of the car with only a scratch on her leg which was enough to made her cringe in pain.
But that was only one of the aspect that this ‘base cannon’ did. It’s also made us go to a insane speed even more than when we first flew in the machine. Rainbow Dash was expertly driving the box between the various building as if she had drive at this speed dozens of time before.
Quickly an invisible cone began to form itself around the machine before a loud boom was heard in the entire city of Everfree. The two insane mares hoof-bumped each other as they broke the sound barrier.
Mom was panicking of the speed we were going and aunt Applejack didn’t do better either. And against all odds Twilight was still sleeping. Soon the two mad mares slow down and land in front of a small apartement.
``Here we are home sweet home. Not much but it should be safe for you four to stay the night.`` Rainbow said confidently.
``Won’t Octavia and the other guards know where you live?`` Mom ask worriedly.
``Of course they know. But they wouldn’t dare come here, it’s the territory of Chrysalis they would be insane to come here for us.``
``Chrysalis Queen of the changeling? Is she some sort of mafia around here or something?`` Applejack ask suspiciously, which result on both of our crazy saviors in bursting laughing.
``Did you live under a rock or something? Chrysalis is the leader of the rebelion. After the disapearance of Celestia and Luna and the coronation of Sunset Shimmer a lot of ponies wanted our beloved princesses back and tried to find out what happen. The ones who had dig into it too far where declared rebels like me and Vinyl.
It’s seem like we would all soon die for finding a bit of true. We moved place to place around Trotana. Sunset Shimmer only killing more of us as the months pass. That when the changelings appear we all through they were extinc from the great magic war but they were still here not in the best of condition through.
Chrysalis offered to all the rebels a way to fight back and a place to finally call home where we could be safe. I would tell you more but you’re all strangers I don’t think outsider should know too much about us.`` Rainbow Dash finish. We all nod mutely, I wanted to know more but she seem to be our best way to survive so I don’t want to anger her.
The two ponies help us inside of their home for a while, waiting for Twilight to recover. Once she’s awake we would begin our search for the god of this mess up world.

Rarity and her two friends scream, while her and Rainbow seem to scream in horror because of the magic bubble who would soon crash and kill them all. Pinkie seem to scream in joy as if she was simply in one of the many attractions of a fair.
The giant buble of magic crash in a lake in the middle of a little park situated in the middle of the city. Rarity gasp in horror as soon as she crawl outside of the water. ``Oh no! My perfect mane! Absolutely ruined by this filthy water!`` She cried overdramatically. Dash rolled her eyes at the display while Pinkie slimply hum a tune, as if she hadn’t just escape a life or death situation.
``Where the hay are we?`` The rainbow maned Pegasus ask confused by the flying boxes in the sky and the overly talls buildings.
``I don’t know but this sure look like the human world. Oh! Do you think we will see bronies?!`` The pink mare ask excitedly.
``Calm down Pinkie. Even if it look like the human world there hundred of worlds who look the same. And I hope we’re not in a world full of bronies. As much as I liked Dream in the past, some of them are a little weird if not down right creepy.`` Rarity shuddered living in a world where the multiverse is a common thing. She met her fair share of her ‘fans’. Some of them where true gentlecolts but other look at her as if she was a sort of goddess or something and some where down right rude and want nothing else than a piece of her tail. Rarity usually like the attention but this was a little too much.
They were interupted in their investigation of the city by a very familiar mare. ``Rarity? Pinkie? What the hay doing with this traitor?!`` Applejack accusely pointed a hoof at Rainbow Dash.
``Traitor? What does it mean it sound like a fun word! And it’s rhyme with raptor!`` The pink mare giggle. On her side Dash looked clearly offended by the accusation.
``Now Applejack why in the wide Equestria would you accused Dash of all ponies of being a traitor? And beside how could you come here so quickly after the accident?``
``Accident? Equestria? What the hay are ya talking about sugarcube? Ah had no accident at all ah had a perfect normal day and ah was going to do mah little walk in the park like ah do each day when ah saw y’all with Dash. Ya know if Princess Sunset Shimmer hear ya are friend with a rebel she could throw y’all in the dungeon.``
``P-princess Sunset Shimmer?`` Rarity could tell there was clearly something wrong with this Applejack but she had no time to ponder when she heard a gasp from the cowgirl.
``Rarity ya have a horn! Don’t tell me ya join the changeling hive! Ah can’t believe it Dash, it wasn’t enough you betray Trotana ya had to take our friends with ya too eh?!`` Rainbow Dash had enough of Applejack antics and was going to charge at her but she was stop by a magical aura.
``You two stop bickering like two fillies! Now Applejack I know this will be hard to believe, but if my theory is correct we are not the ponies you know.`` Applejack took a second let this new sink in before she developed a scowl.
``So y’all are changeling! Ah should have know. Ya darn shapeshifter have no right to take the appearance of my friends!``
``But we’re your friend silly filly!`` Pinkie said.
``No we’re not Pinkie, not right now anyway.`` Rarity replied.
``Awww.``
``Applejack believe us we are not changelings if we could simply explain ourself.`` Applejack look at the blue begging eyes of Rarity before she let out a defeated sigh.
``Fine ya can explain yerself but ah make no promise ah will help y’all`` Rarity nod with a grateful smile. Pinkie was still depressed from not being friend with Applejack and Rainbow simply glared at the apple mare.

``So ya expect me to believe y’all come from a world where Pegasi and Unicorns are not myth but real beings. And that any living being need magic to live and is a thing that can do a lot of good instead of only being a thing to hurt ponies?`` Rarity nodded nervousely at Applejack question.
``Ah can’t believe ah do this but ah will help y’all`` Pinkie Pie made a whoop in the air before she put Applejack in a bone-crushing hug.
``Whoo! Does that mean you believe us?!`` She ask with a giant grin.
``Am not sure if ah believe y’all just yet but ah would feel bad if ah didn’t help if all ya said was true.``
``So Applejack I don’t want to be rude be we’re a little lost and confused here.``
``I’m not!`` Dash said proudly.
``Well we are almost all lost and confused so could you be so kind of telling us where we are?`` The fashionesta tried to hide her annoyance with the Pegasus.
``Well this world is called Equus. We’re in Trotana a proud county of Earth Ponies like myself. Y’all are curently in the Everfree city the capitol of Trotana. It’s was a peaceful place to live fer centuries since the end of the magic war. But then Celestia and Luna disapear and suddenly Queen Chrysalis formed a rebellion with the ponies who want Sunset Shimmer out of the throne, way too conveniant to be the hasard if you ask me.``
``Yeah, yeah Queen Chrysalis is a big jerk and all that. What I want to know is where is the guardian of this world so we can go home!`` Rarity glare at the lack of class from Dash. But she had to admit she wanted some response about the guardian too.
``Ya mean the old Helios? Am not sure the last time we saw him was in the great magic war after peace return nopony heard of him. A lot of ponies believe he’s just a myth to make our ennemies afraid of us but ah believe he’s out there looking for us.``
‘Well that a nice through Applejack but that’s not exactly helping us.’ Rarity silently through to herself. The ears on the cowgirls perk up as the sound of an alarm resonated in the whole city.
``Oh no! The curfew will begin in a few hours! Come on y’all you can stay with me t’ill morning, the guards will search everywhere during the night in search of rebels and if they see any of you with a horn or wings they will assume y’all are changelings.`` Dash was about to protest that she didn’t need to be protected but Rarity was quick to put a hoof on her mouth.
``We’re grateful darling, if we can ever repay you for your kindness tell us.`` Applejack smile for a second before she ran in direction of her home the three mares where quick to follow behind.
Twilight eyes flutter open and immediatly groans as she felt the pain coming from her head. ``Twilight yer finally awake! We were worried sick sugarcube.`` Twilight blink in surprise at the familiar voice of Applejack. She didn’t expected to wake up with ponies in her room this morning. That was when she remembered what happened last night.
``What happened?! Did the guards got us?!`` She cried in panic grabbing the apple mare in her hooves. She release her with a bright blush when she realised how close her face was from Applejack.
``Rainbow and Vinyl counterpart save us from the guards after ya were knock out and we decided to stay the night t’ill ya recover. We also got some responses from them. The place we’re currently in is controlled by the changelings.`` Twilight eyes widden in alarm in this new.
``Aparently in this world they are rebels who fight against the tyrany of Sunset Shimmer. Ah don’t know if it just an excuse to get the throne but fer now we will let them help us if we need it. Also the guardian we’re looking fer is called Helios we don’t know were he is for now. But some rumors say that he’s hiding somewhere living the life of a normal mortal.``
``What happened to Rarity and the others?`` Twilight ask slowly.
``Am not really sure we didn’t see them but we hope they’re alright``
``Wait! Maybe one of the girls came with one of their cell phone did you try to call them?`` Applejack facehoof in response.
``Ah knew ah forgot something! Winter! Can ya come here?!`` They hadn’t to wait a long time before they heard my hoofsteps.
``Hi aunt Applejack! Hi Princess Twilight!`` Twilight instantly frown at the greeting.
``Winter I told you I don’t want you to call me Princess. You are my niece and I don’t want to be treated any differently than your other aunts.`` I roll my eyes at her. Why is she so insistent to be treated like a normal pony? I mean after all she done with the other elements you would think she want some recognition .
``So why did you woke me up of my bed? It better be a good reason.`` I said fighting the urge to yawn.
``We were wondering if you could try to phone Rarity maybe she have her cellphone with her.`` Twilight said slowly, I look at her blankly for a second before responding.
``Sure why not.`` I took a while but I was able to open the phone on my own this time. I had to wait a few seconds but finally somepony responded.
``Hello who is it?`` A familiar tired voice ask.
``Rarity! It’s me Winter Song. How things going since we’ve been separated?`` Twilight and Applejack shared a relieved look as they heard me talking with my aunt.
``Well it’s seem we have met Applejack counterpart. She was gracious enough to let me and the other girls stay at her home for the night. So... How you and the other girls doing?``
``Well we got attack by some guards yesterday.`` I heard my aunt gasp dramatically at this. ``They knock out Pri- I mean aunt Twilight. Fortunately through Rainbow Dash and Vinyl Scratch counterparts saved us. We’re curently hiding in the changeling territory.``
``That may be a problem. The Applejck we’ve met seem to dislike changelings for some reasons. I don’t think she would like to acompany us there and I don’t think I could find my way in this gigantic new city... Oh I know! You and the girls can come at the mall-``
``The what now?``I ask in confusion.
``The mall! Applejack said it’s a place like our small market in Ponyville but bigger. Where we can buy almost anything we want! Me and the other girls need to buy some things to survive in this place. So we decided we would go see it today.`` I groan at this, of course aunt Rarity would jump at the occasion to go ‘shopping’.
``I will talk about it with the other girls and mom I will call you later.`` With that I end the call. I spun around to find Twilight and Applejack giving me hopeful smiles.
``So what did she say?`` The cowgirl was the first to ask.
``I think we need to talk to the other girls apparently Rarity want to meet us at the mall. Whatever this is.`` They gave me a strange look but quickly shrugh it off. They proceed to go call the girls downstair so they could talk about what we will do. Since this is surely a ‘grown-up’ matter I decided I would take a quick nap t’ill they finish to talk.

We were all nervous to return in the insane vehicule of Rainbow Dash. I’m still wraping my head around that they’re two versions of my aunts in this world. The ride to the mall was surprinsingly calm.
No guard chase us. Rainbow and Vinyl didn’t pull any crazy stunts and everything was alright. Okay, almost alright. My mom was still nervous even through we were rolling at like thirty miles per hour.
We finally in front of a huge white building with many and I mean many publicities showing all the shops that was avaible inside. ``Now you three, don’t fly or at least don’t take off too quickly and keep the magic to a minimum. Nopony should jump at your throat for your magical abilities, but it still look down upon especially in Everfree city.`` Rainbow Dash state.
``But the guards attacked us yesterday! Why wouldn’t they attack us now?`` Twilight ask worriedly.
``Yesterday you blew up a part of one of the biggest building of the city. Which could be easily mistaken for a terrorist attack. Ponies tend to jump the gun when their city is treatened.`` Rainbow deadpan back at the Alicorn. I slowly open the door of the ‘car’ as Vinyl as been calling it and the rest of the girls followed behind.
Twilight was kind enough to open the door for the rest of us with her magic. The ground of the mall was completely white. I could see myself when I look at it. I was interupt of my revery by a loud metalic beat coming in our direction. I look up and was surprised at the metalic thing before us.
It looked like a pony but instead of being made of flesh and fur. It’s was completely made of steel. It’s eyes were glowing with golden magical energy. ``Welcome to the Everfree’s mall have a great day, friend.``
His voice wasn’t what I expected. I expect a emotionless robotic voice like in those sci-fi movies. Instead it was only a emotionless voice as if somepony was boringly reading a text it had pratice thousand of times before.
I quickly trot pass him not wanting to see his creepy stare any longer than needed. ``Yoohoo! Over here!`` A voice called us from afar. I squint my eyes before I recognise who called us. In one of the tables of a small looking restaurant was our favorite fashionesta with the two other missing ponies.
When we pass through the mall a few ponies gave us wary looks but liked Dash assured us nopony attacked us. My mom zoom past us and happily tackle Rarity on the ground. ``Rarity! I was so worried!`` The white Unicorn grimaced as she saw how the ‘attack’ mess up her mane, but smile back at her best friend nonetheless.
``I’m glad to see you girls too. I reserve a seat for all of you, now that we’re together we can plan how we will find this guardian we’ve been-``
``What in tarnation?`` The fashionesta was interupted when Applejack saw...
Another Applejack?! ``Who the hay are you and why do ya look just like me?`` Applejack- I mean the other Applejack stare at her with a curious frown.
``Ah should be the one that ask that. Y’all are the ones who stumble into mah world afterall.`` I blink and confusion and look at the two of them.
``This is weird. They are completely identical they even have the same hat. Hey! Isn’t it dangerous to see your own counterpart in a alternate universe?!`` I ask bluntly.
``Of course not Winter. It’s not like we’re the first one to see a counterpart of ourself with all the worlds there is around there probably thousand of ponies who saw their counterpart at a moment or another.`` Oh jeez I shouldn’t have ask. Now Twilight is in her lecture mode. ``Now since we will probably pass some time together we should find some way to name the two of you so we will not be too confused when we talk to each other.``
``Ah suppose since we’re technically the aliens here, y’all can call me AJ`` Our cowgirl said.
``And ah will simply be Applejack.`` The counterpart agreed with a nod.
``I’m Dash!`` The Pegasus version of the rainbow colored mare cried. The Earth Pony version huff in annoyance.
``I suppose simply Rainbow will have to do for now.`` It was now that Applejack took notice of Rainbow and glare coldly at her.
``What does this traitor doing here?!`` The scream raise a few heads in the restaurent. My mother visibly shrink at the attention.
``You’re still on that? I told you a hundred times I fight for the good of Trotana. How can you really believe we’re really the bad ponies when it’s Sunset Shimmer of all ponies who brand us as traitor?`` Rainbow countered with a glare.
``Ah don’t care about this fraud of Sunset Shimmer! Didn’t ya think for a second that being a criminal of the country could have put yer friends in danger?! We arleady lost Twilight do ya want to lose Fluttershy and Rarity too?`` Rainbow growl at this. A few of the ponies around us took a shocked expression when the cowgirl treat the new princess as a fraud.
``Exactly we lose Twilight! I won’t stop my attack t’ill we have her back. And even when we will save her I will continue because Twilight would want to have her mentor back!`` Rainbow scream back.
``Miss?`` A waiter politely ask.
``WHAT?!`` The two angry mares turn they’re glare at him.
``i-I will h-have to ask you t-t-to leave the restaurant, you are disturbing the patrons.`` Rarity glare angrily at the two barbarian for having ruined her deligtful moment but had no choice to follow the rest of us.
``Well this day could have gone better.`` I said when we were outside. ``We should try to come another time. I wasn’t interest at first but I’m curious to see the other shops of this place.`` The others simply stayed silent. I roll my eyes at them, adults can be so boring sometimes.

A lavender mare was being ‘escorted’ through the now corupted halls of the castle of the royal pony sisters. When they arrive at the throne room one of the guards kick her in the flank and she was sent sliding on the floor like a miserable rag doll.
``Ah! Twilight Sparkle. I hope you’re finally over with the thing I ask you to do.`` Twilight tried to hide her grimace as she heard this horrible voice she came to loath. In the throne was a beige pony with a yellow and red mane she wore a smirk that tell her she enjoyed seeing her miserable like this.
How could she have come this low? A few years ago she was surounded by good friends and was becoming one of the prodigy of the magical industrialisation. Now she was simply the pet of this new tyrant forced to research every changelings or sign of magic. It was a cruel fate to work against the ones who she support the most in this civil war. But she had no choice if she wanted to keep her friends safe as long as she could.
``It’s seem this new source of magic that disturbed our most advanced magical radar came from a sort of wormhole that was formed eighteen hours ago. I also assumed the two ‘shooting star’ that destory the building came from it.``
Sunset Shimmer took a concerned expression at this. ``Throught the maw of magic, the seven daughters of Kira will appear from the starry sky and lead the world back to it former glory.`` She frown harder. ``We have to stop these ponies right now.``
``GUARDS!`` The Queen call angrily the two guard cam trotting quickly in the room. ``Tell the other to take the magic detectors and find ponies with strange source of magic in the city.`` The two of them salute her before they began to gallop to their captain.
``Are you sure it’s wise to go head first into this?`` Twilight ask trying to buy some times to these new ponies. Whatever legend Sunset talk about she had to make it happen it may be her last chance to get out of this hole.
``Shut up pet, you can go back in your filthy lab I don’t need you anymore.``
``Yes your majesty.`` The mare said through her grinding teeth. Before trotting out of the throne room. She had to find a way to warn her friends that something was brewing up.
Not much happened after we got kicked out of the restaurent. As much as Rarity would have like to stay with Applejack who had helped her since then. Applejack agreed that the changelings territory was more safe from Sunset Shimmer and her guards, even if she dislike the rebels.
We through we would have a calm day today. Me and my aunts would relax while Twilight would look at every rumors concerning where this ‘Helios’ could be. That was until a familiar wall-eyed mare drop off from a car and drop some letters for Rainbow and Vinyl.
I didn’t notice since now but there was something slightly off about Rainbow’s cutie mark. Like Dash her cutie mark was a rainbow colored lightning bolt, but she hadn’t the cloud that go with it, weird.
Rainbow looked through her letters with a bored expression. ``Bill, bill, estrous weekly... I think I will hide that away.`` She blushed and look nervousely in our way before hiding it, seeing that nopony seem to have notice it. ``Whoa! Vinyl we have a letter from the Queen of the hive!``
The white Earth Pony ears perk up at this new. ``Really? Awesome! She didn’t send any message to us for at least a month! What does she say?`` Rainbow quickly tear the envelope open before quickly scanning the content.
``She want to see us today and she said to bring our guests.`` They look nervousely at each other at that new. They were interupted by a loud knocking at the door.
``This is the royal guards! We know there ponies in here open the door or we will be force to enter by force!``
``Ok! Ok! Don’t get your panties in a bunch.`` Rainbow called back with her best nonchalant voice. ``Vinyl hide the other girls. We can’t let them see them! I don’t know why the guards would dare come here, but it’s nothing good that for sure.`` Vinyl nodded before quickly instructing us to hide in the basement.
The basement was not really something spectacular to see. Their was a dim light suspended in the middle of the room. The floor was made of ceramic, on the dusty old shelves was multiple trophy and medal of sport competition all to the name of Rainbow.
Back upstair Rainbow opened the door to face to guards in golden armor. ``What do you want?`` She ask rudely, not in the mood to deal with these novice who through they were above her. The guards seem unimpressed at first glance, but Rainbow noticed a nervous twitch coming from the one on the left.
The guard on right though seemed less nervous and immediatly confronted the mare. ``We were ask to search anypony who emit unknown magic. Since you are record of treacherous actions in the past I wouldn’t be surprise to find something on you.`` The guard spat.
Rainbow laugh in the face of the guards which seem to only confused them. ``Being a traitor would imply I ever been loyal to this cunt of Sunset Shimmer. She deserve none of my respect or loyalty she’s a tyrant and I wouldn’t even be surpised to find that she was behind the disparition of the two princesses.``
``Watch what you’re saying little brat we don’t have short memories.``
``Yeah, yeah, whatever do your thing and get out of my sight. I have a busy schedule .`` The guards didn’t respond and simply place a rectangular device in front of the mare. The object made a soft ‘ting’ noise before a green light lit up on the device.
``Changeling magic mixed with natural magic, she’s one of these fucking rebels, catch her!`` The guard from the left exclaimed and was about to jump at the mare. But the one on the right stop him.
``We’re not here for that, Queen Sunset Shimmer specified she wanted to find strange magic only. Changeling magic is not strange just unusual, as much I would want to put her in jail we can’t right now.``
``As if any of you bed wetter would dare attack the rebels alone`` Rainbow scoffed, the guard grit his teeth but didn’t sastified her with a response.
``We need to check the rest of the house, you could hide a pony in there.``
``Sure, not like I have anything to hide to two pussies like you two.`` Rainbow responded coldly. The two stallions glance at each other and shrug, Rainbow waited that the first one passed behind her before passing to the action.
Her cyan hoof connected with the muzzle of the first guards. In a panic the novice of the duo aim his weapon at her and shoot. Rainbow used the body of the knock out guard as as shield against the ball of lightning coming from the gun. The older guard let out a yelp as the projectile touch him before slumping back into unconsiousness.
The metalic turbine attached to the gun lit up with magic and began to spin faster generating more lightning. Rainbow narrowed her eyes and grab a knife on her table with her mouth and threw it at the small object. The guard’s eyes widden in alarm before electricity got out, he cried in pain as lightning ran through his body before his eyes rolled in the back of his head and joined his friend in unconciousness.
``You could say this was a shocking turn of situation`` Rainbow state with a grin.

``Those bastards!`` Vinyl screamed in rage. ``They completely drain the magic out of the car! It will take at least one entire day before it can go anywhere!``
``Wait a minute those vehicule are powered by magic?`` Twilight ask in confusion.
``Yeah why?``
``But I through you ponies hate magic and also how can you have magical technology all of you are Earth Ponies! No offense.``
``None taken.`` Rainbow responded. ``You see the ponies doesn’t really hate magic what they really hate are spell casters, as for how Sunset Shimmer came with magi-tech without the help of changelings or a draconesus is anypony guess, but we would be crazy to not use it against her.``
``What will we do now that your ‘car’ is damaged?`` Dash asked and Rainbow looked in her direction.
``I guess we will have to trot or fly in your case.``
``Are you sure it was a safe idea to just tie the guards in the guest room?`` Rarity suddenly ask with a frown. Rainbow rolled her eyes in annoyance.
``I don’t care if they are free or not they didn’t see you guy and me and Vinyl are arleady ‘terrorist’ of the kingdom anyway. All they would have to report is that I’m way too awesome for them to handle!`` Different world same mare, I through with a roll of an eye. ``Now as much I would just love to answer other boring questions we shouldn’t make Queen Chrysalis waiting.``
``Ah still can’t believe she’s a good guy in this world`` AJ state.
``Oh please, she’s not exactly what I would call a good pony.`` Vinyl said. ``The ponies have opressed her species for centuries since the end of the great magic war. When she saw the rebels she saw a way to gain loyal soldiers at her side. She may do all this only to get food more easily, but she’s still a better Queen than Sunset Shimmer will ever be. And she’s the last ray of hope we have left since the princesses disappeared.``
``Ok we lost enough time as it is! We can talk but do it while we walk.`` Rainbow yell at us, we looked at each other and shrug before we followed the two rebels. As we turn the first building we saw several posters of Sunset Shimmer posing heroically in front of a dead army of changelings. I stiffle a laugh when I saw a graffiti in form of a dick was on one of them.
‘Changelings are the most dangerous parasite of ponykind, if one of your neighborhood turn out to be one of these monsters, please contact the royal guards and we will sure make this beautiful country safe once again.’ Were the words written in small letters on the posters. Yeah right because you’re so much better than them.
``It’s weird, the last time I saw Sunset Shimmer she was just a school bully and now she’s a tyrant controling an entire kingdom how could she turn so bad?``
``Give a beggar a fortune and she will eat her portion of bread. But then she will soon realise she can have much more with it.`` Rainbow responded.
``Why would she need bread? There grass everywhere in the world she could easily just eat it instead of buying stuff.`` I said.
``It’s a saying!`` She replied annoyed at my logic. I rolled my eyes and took off in the sky hopefully the sky will be less boring than walking on the ground.

After almost one hour of walk we finally arrived in front of a beach hut that seem completely out of place in the urban environment of Everfree city. ``That it? We made all this way for this small thing? Hard to imagine that the Queen of the changelings live in this place.`` I said in disbelief.
``You’ll see.`` Vinyl Scratch replied simply, but I could detect the hint of a smirk forming on her face. Twilight was the first to enter since she had magic that could help her open the door. Rarity wasn’t far behind, one by one we all entered.
The inside didn’t look like I expected, instead of a small room the entire construction was hiding a big elevator. ``w-What?! Who would construct an elevator here?`` AJ was the first to exclaimed.
``Nopony would expect to find the Queen here it’s the perfect hiding place.`` Vinyl responded, before pushing the button to go down. When we arrived at our destination it was pitchblack , fortunately Twilight was kind enough to cast a light spell.
We were in a large cave of sort I didn’t see most of it for the moment. But I had the impression it would be big if all the changelings are hidding here. Rainbow looked at the Alicorn of the group with a smirk.
``Show off, I arleady had a lamp you didn’t had to do this. Anyway Chrysalis is waiting she shouldn’t be too far she usually visit the children at this hour,`` we followed the wall of the caves for a short distance. A spiritual orb was floating around me lighting up my passage. Twilight was arleady lighting most of the cave for us but I prefer having my own magic ligthing my way in the dark.
Not that I was afraid of the dark or anything! That would be stupid, it’s not like there could be random stallions jumping on me and throw me in a lake... Ok maybe I’m a little paranoid but it’s arleady happened once who to say it won’t happen again?
In the back I could see mom and aunt Dash begining to freak out, I was confused by this for a while before I realised why. I was so focused on the dark of the piece that I didn’t notice how small the space between the walls were. I tried to disctract myself.
The most common phobia among Pegasi is claustrophobia.We are a race that was made to be free in the sky and when we’re not able to see it we tend to panic. Most of the time the fear wasn’t as strong as somepony who truly have a strong claustrophobia. But it was always there in the back of our head each time the sky wasn’t in our view.
Me and mom weren’t that nervous of not being in the sky, afterall we were on the ground most of the time taking care of animals. Dash on the other hoof is always in the sky even her talent have to do with flying, so you can understand why her claustrophobia is stronger than us.
``Will we leave this place soon?!`` Dash yell after a minute of silence.
``What the matter with her?`` Rainbow ask
``Pegasi tend to be claustrophobic.`` Twilight responded simply, Rainbow cast a worried glance at her counterpart before nodding.
``We’re almost there.`` True to her word we arrived in a large opening, I gasp in wonder at what was in front of us. Dozens of batiments stood proudly in the large cave in front of us. But what was weird was that the building were glowing with fluorescent green color.
``Welcome to the Hive.`` Vinyl said with a dramatic voice.
Queen Chrysalis wasn’t really hard to find Like Rainbow said Chrysalis was with the kids teaching them the art of sensing emotions. When she saw us she gave us a smile, her fangs sent a chill in my spine.
I had never see a real changeling before. The only one I have seen was Leaf the son of my old Equestrian teacher Fleur de Lis and he’s half pony.
``Welcome to my hive, my you really look like Rainbow’s friends that is fascinating.``
``How do you know we’re not from here? Are you psychic?!`` Pinkie Pie asked narrowing her eyes.
The Queen decided to not dinified the question with an answer. ``So you are the six mares and the filly who have raise an alert in the entire city and made us take the blame, eh?`` We cast a worried glance to each other. ``I have to thank you for that, I don’t know why this accident had more effect than the attacks we did, but Sunset Shimmer became completely nuts and have send guards searching for you in all the city.``
``And why in the world would that be a good new?`` Rarity ask with a raise of an eyebrow.
``Because now that she have send all the guards in the city the castle is now with more than half of it’s defenses removed. This is the perfect moment for us to strike.`` Of course, we just so happen to stumble in a world at the time every major events will happen, could this become more clichée?
``We also received a message coming from Twilight Sparkle.`` We look at the Alicorn of our group in confusion. ``The Twilight of this world,`` Chrysalis flatly said to us. ``Anyway apparently she want to warn us of the guards which was frankly unnecessary since I have spy everywhere in the city. But she also wanted to share a text that came from a old legend.``
Rainbow scoff at that. ``Seriously? I love Twilight and would do anything to save her but she’s crazy if she think a prophecy will save us.`` The rest of us didn’t respond we knew that some prophecies were true, Luna and the elements were proof of that.
``Anyway it’s go like this ‘Through the maw of magic, the seven daughters of Kira will appear from the starry sky and lead the world to it’s former glory’``
``This prophecy must be wrong we’re not here to save a world and even if we want to. we don’t have the time to do so. We have a mission to save our land!`` Twilight exclaimed.
``The right mares in the wrong place can make all the difference.`` Chrysalis responded. ``But I’ll tell you what I don’t really expect you to change this world like this prophecy say, that would be just ridiculous. But sometime legends hold their seed of truth. Since you arleady help me with this attack I will help you if you tell me what you came here for.``
``We’re her to find a guy called Helios or something. We need his help to close the portal that lead to our world before all the magic leak out from it.`` The Queen blinked repetedly befoore she chuckled.
``Wow, I expected something big for dimensional travellers to come into our world. But not that big, good luck finding this old Helios he dissapeared along with the princesses a long while ago.`` Twilight’s ears droop down dejectedly. ``Buuuut, it’s just so happen I have heard some rumors about him. Apparently some ponies have report seeing a stallion looking like him around the mall and Everfree high school. Nothing concrete but it’s the only lead we have.``
``High school,seriously? Why is high school so important to the multiverse? Is it a running gag or something?!`` Twilight cried to herself and we look at her in confusion. ``Anyway since Winter is obviously the appropriate age to go to school she will go there with two other ponies and the rest of us will search the mall.`` I groan in protest.
``I just finished school back in Equestria two years ago, why should I go back there?!``
``Don’t worry it’s not like you have to care about your grades this time, you will be only there to find Helios.`` Twilight reassured me. ``Ok so who will go to school and who will go to the mall?`` The Princess of friendship ask us.
``I think you should come with me aunt Twilight you have some experience with school in alternate universes.``
She nodded. ``And I think Pinkie would be a nice addition if we want to have informations of everypony quickly about Helios. Rarity you have experience with the mall and you should go with Applejack, Dash and Fluttershy.`` Rarity was about to agree but Fluttershy cut her.
``No! As much I would like to go with Rarity I want to be with my daughter.`` I roll my eyes, of course mom wouldn’t want to left me ‘unprotected’.
``But if too many students drop out of nowhere at the school it could raise some suspicious`` Twilight disagreed.
``Twilight I respect your inteligence, but they’re no way my foal will go alone in this insane world!`` I groaned, great mother bear mode activated. Twilight open her mouth but chose wisely to close it.
``Fine, but if we do this you will need to act a lot less protective of Winter, during our trip to the school you will have to pass for her sister and not a protective mother.``
``I think this might help in your quest.`` Chrysalis interupted us by levitating seven small stones. glowing with green magic. ``Those are changing stones. They are enchanted with changeling magic to cast minors transformations. It should be enough to hide your wings, horns, change your age quicker than the old candle technique and also the ability to change of gender if needed, not that any of you will need the last option.`` And they call that minors transformation?
``Now I know your ponies love your daylight but I think you should all stay the night here. The guards is still searching everywhere in the city and the school is close since it’s the weekend. We have a small guest batiment for occasions as such I will see you tommorow for breakfast.`` She look at me and lick her lips at the last part, I chill ran through my spine.

The changeling hive look cool at first view but it’s not so cool once you pass a few hours in it. Everytime I pass through the streets I felt like I was watched by dozens of hungry eyes. Not to mention that a few changelings tried to lure us with attractive transformations of ponies.
I still shudder when I think of that changeling who tried to flirt with me with the appearance of Daring Do. It might been attractive for other ponies. But for me all I could see was my grandma trying to kiss me.
The only good thing I can thing of this place is that it’s look cool. I woke up that morning and for once I wasn’t woke up with the bucking sun of Celestia, that make two things good about this place we have some progress. I felt a shift in the bed, confused I turn my head. Only to come face to face with the head of a giant bug.
``Ahhhhhh!`` Before it could even explained what happened I had the changeling frozen on the wall of the bedroom.
``Aww the little filly didn’t like my little present, pity.`` I jumped slightly at the unexpected voice. And glare at the grinning Queen.
``I’m atracted to mares, this changeling isn’t even a pony!`` I replied rudely before I melt the ice I had created releasing the now unconscious bug.
The Queen was engulfed into a green fire and when she reapeared in a pony I didn’t think I would see in this world, the mare in front of me was a pale yellow color with a long orange mane that covered all her neck, her green eyes was sparkling like two diamonds.
``g-Golden Pie? How do you know about her?!``
``I have my sources, now what do you say you and me take this to your bed. I’m hungry and you’re inexperienced in mating. It’s a win-win situation.`` She said with a smirk before licking one of my ear. I quickly push her away.
``There no way I’m having my first time with you! When I will do it, it will be with somepony I trust, beside I’m too young to do this!``
``Aww come one you’re just one year bellow the age of conscent, what is the arm in doing it a few months sooner?``
``If you don’t back off you will become the frozen Queen of the changelings.`` I replied menacingly.
``Fine have it your way, but one day you will regret having turn down someone that could have fulfilled your wildest fetishes.`` I rolled my eyes as she leave the room with her unconscious subject.
The rest of our stay in the hive was just us eating breakfast and making plans for the day, so I will not bother you with it. But I got to say the changelings really know how to cook pony food even if they don’t eat it. Not so surprising for a race that is made to blend in many situations.
