Connor and I walked out of the hospital. I turn to Connor.
"Now we get the sand?" Said Connor.
"Yes, But I have strange feeling that we will not get it easily." I replied and started walking back to Ponyville with connor close behind me.
As we walked back into town, I started to look around. Looking around at this place, It was a lot better then what i saw from the castle. So many ponies, all in different colors. I stopped. There to my right there was a store. A general store! Yes yes yes! That will work! I walked in closing the door behind me.
"Hello! Can I help you?" Said a voice.
"Yes.....I need sand, do you have any." I said looking around.
"Hmmmmm, let me check." The voice said as I heard walking.
There was so much stuff that was from the local farms. Lots of apple things. Jams, cider, and lots more. I walked over to the counter as I waited quietly. I told Connor to go get Scoots so we can get out of here when I find what i was looking for.
"Ah here it is." Said the voice coming back with a bag, in its mouth and set it on the counter. It was a mare with pretty yellow hair and her eye color was a cute shade of green. "Will this do?"
"Yes, that will. How much?" I asked.
"63 bits please."
"Bits?"
"Yes bits."
"Hmmmmm can i see what one looks like."
"Sure, You look like your new here." She said as be opened up a cash register and picked up a small circle of gold. "This is a bit."
"Hmmmmm Gold hm?" I pull out a bag from my backpack. It was full of caps, Bottle caps. I set 63 down.
"These won't work." She said. Looking up at me.
"Oh i know. Now look." I said.
She looked down and was in shock the bottle caps turned into golden bits. Silver to gold. I grabbed the bag of sand and walked out.
"Have a nice day." I said
She said nothing as see looked at the bits. Confused but she put them into the register. Money is money. I looked around trying to find connor. You would think a tall guy in a black coat would be easy to find. But connor some how made it like he was a shadow, a ghost.
"Hi!" Said a voice.
"GAH!" I fell over dropping the bag of sand which was sealed and rope luckily.
"How are you? Are you ok?"
"I-i-i'm fine, i just got scared a bit." I said getting up slowly.
"Oh I am sorry, I just saw you at the hospital and I didn't have time to say hi to you."
"Ah hello, what's ya name?" I asked dusting myself.
"Pinkie Pie! OH, I almost for got to get a party started for you!"
"Party?"
"Yeah! I throw a party for every one who is new to Ponyville!"
"Thanks but I have things to do and I think I-."
"Oh nonsense you have to come!"
"I just want to get home, I have a job to do."
"Aw please, It would be fun!"
I said nothing and sighed heavily, maybe a break from working on this computer would be a good idea, I was working a bit hard on it. Some down time could work. I turned behind me picking up the bag of sand. I the pony, pink with puffy mane and tail, and her body pink too, the only other colors were Blue, and Yellow. That was the color of her cutie mark. Cutie mark.....hehe sounds a bit cute.
"Well after thinking for a bit, Sure i will come to the party. Miss Pinkie." I said kindly.
"Thank you!" She said hugging my legs. "You will not regret this!"
"Oh My name is-."
"KoJack I know Twilight told me." She said happily she turned around and hopped way like a kangaroo. "I hope to see you there bye!"
"Bye!" I said back smiling a bit.
"She's a tad bit odd." Said connor who was behind me.
"Yes, yes she is." I turned around to face him "Did you get scootaloo?"
"Yes, shes on my back." He pointed to a bit of fur that was poking out.
"You gave her a piggy back ride?"
"Yes is that a problem?"
"No.....I was just asking."
Connor pulled scootaloo from his back and handed her to me. I hold her in my arms as she gave me a hug.
"I am so glad to know you are ok! Where's Rainbow? Is she out of the hospital?" She asked looking into my eyes.
"No....she is still in there, she was badly hurt. If it was not for you. I would have killed her."
"Oh........" She said looking down a bit from my eyes.
"So KoJack what did i miss?" Asked connor.
"I got the sand, and I was invited to a "welcome" party."
"A party? I think i have never been to one before."
"Ah please, you will be fine. Lets get going back to canterlot. I need to get dressed."
"Right."
