The squad storms into the engine room. They find two aliens trying to break the engines. Thunderbolt shoots down the helmet and turns on the flashlight to burn them. Rainbow Dash does the same thing. An alien aircraft has launched a rolling ball that can destroy and cut its way through metal. Twilight realizes this. She says to the operator "Load and fire the cannons to those 3 rolling balls now!". The operator does what she said and tells to the loader: "Load cannon one and cannon two and aim to starboard side.". They quickly load the guns and aim to starboard and said "Awaiting orders.". The operator replies: "Fire the cannons at the three rolling balls. Hurry, we have 10 seconds!". They quickly fire the cannons directly hits the 3 rolling balls about to destroy the ship. They didn't realize the alien aircraft dropped a bomb. The bomb explodes on Cannon 4, destroying two of the cannon's barrels. Meanwhile, two ponies are already killed in Thunderbolt's team. They go on and find a wounded crew member telling them "Aliens...in the...........gene...rator room...." before dying. They we're too late. The ship's electricity goes out. They switch on the flashlights. Investigating the generator room, They encounter an alien wearing armor and holding a disintegrator rifle. It fires rounds, Thunderbolt and her team dodges quick but a crew member is hit, killing him. Thunderbolt shouts "OPEN FIRE!". They shoot the alien. When it died, Rainbow Dash said "How do we get the power back on?". Thunderbolt reveals a backup generator hidden behind the wall. She turns it on and electricity was restored on the ship. It wasn't over yet, another alien squad has dropped on the ship's stern. "Great, now we have to deal with more aliens. Split up everyone." Thunderbolt says to her team. The team splits up as Thunderbolt and her first mate takes on the Aft Cabins. Rainbow Dash and Applejacks takes the kitchen. The rest goes to different parts of the ship. Applejack finds a shocking discovery, she finds a bomb on the kitchen, she says to Dash " 'Ah we should get outta here..." and Dash realizes the ticking bomb. They run out of the kitchen. The bomb blows up and damages the ship. Thunderbolt hears the explosion but can't leave her dead first mate's body. The aliens attack Thunderbolt. Thunderbolt, Applejack and Rainbow Dash have met. They quickly attack the alien squad. Leaving Applejack a wound. The aliens left the ship. The damaged ship has been abandoned by the aliens.
