As soon as we had the plan ready everypony prepared to move out, But we didn't move today.
The Next Morning
"Is everypony ready to move out?" Big Mac asked
"Yea pretty much," Soarin answered
"What does pretty much mean?" Big Mac asked
"Rainbow ain't awake, but since we will stay back here... just tell me when your 10 minutes away," Soarin answered
"Affirmative, Okay then everypony let's move out!" Big Mac said
"Sir, I hope you know she shouldn't be doing this, She needs to rest," A medic said
"I know but she's stubborn if she wants something truly she ain't going back," Soarin answered
"I understand, But please try to give her as much rest as possible" The medic replied
"Will do," Soarin answered
A couple of hours later.
"Here is Big Mac we are closing in, Get ready Soarin," Big Mac said
"Affirmative," Soarin replied
He went over into the tent where Rainbow slept.
"Hey Dashie, Wake up," He said quiet as he shok her gently
"uhh, 5 more minutes," Rainbow mumbled
"Dashie either you wake up now or no more kisses," Soarin replied
"Agh, I'm awake" Rainbow shouted
"*Chuckle* Now get your flank out of the bed," Soarin replied
"And my kiss?" Rainbow asked
"After you got yourself into your clothes and stay outside by the MLRS," Soarin replied as he walked out of the tent
"Ohh, Alright," Rainbow answered
2 Minutes Later
"I'm here," Rainbow said
"AGH! t-that was fast," Soarin replied
"I know," Rainbow answered with a chuckle
"Well like I promised," Soarin said and gave Rainbow a kiss on the cheek
"Okay let's get to work," Rainbow said while she blushed
"Okay we are ready," Soarin said
"Affirmative, Standby to barrage them. And Dash call in that Napalm strike now" Big Mac answered
"Affirmative," Rainbow replied
She switched to the air force channel
"Here is Colonel Rainbow Dash, We need a napalm strike onto coordinates: A-F13-18," Rainbow ordered
"Affirmative Ma'am eta: 15 Minutes
She switched back to the attack channel
"Strike is incoming eta: 15 Minutes," Rainbow told the,
"affirmative, as soon as we hear the napalm go off we will attack," Big Mac answered
15 Minutes later
"Okay everypony charge! Big Mac shouted
40 seconds later
"Okay, Dash MLRS strike onto coordinates: F11," Big Mac ordered
"Affirmative," Rainbow replied
She began to aim onto the coordinates and began shooting.
a couple of seconds later
"That one was off target Dash, Reload and again, they got heavy anti-tank positions up there," Big Mac replied
"Dash normally never misses," Soarin thought
40 seconds later
"Incoming," Rainbow warned
Seconds later
"What the hay Dash, that one was off target again," Big Mac now shouted
"I-I'm sorry, I'm trying my best here, I'm gonna try one last time," Rainbow answered
again 40 seconds later and...
"Dash, what the heck is going on?" Big Mac shouted
I-I don't know, does it miss to the left or to the right?" Rainbow asked
"Left," Big Mac answered
"Okay, that next one should hit," Rainbow replied
40 seconds later
"That one was close, Big Mac replied
"again left, when yes next one will definitely hit," Rainbow replied
"Dash just stop, We will charge them," Big Mac answered
"Okay...," Rainbow replied and let her ears fall back
"Dash everything okay?" Soarin asked
"Yea *sniff* yea I-I don't know what's wrong, It's perfectly positioned on the coordinates," Rainbow answered
"Dash, it's half half," Soarin replied
"What?" Rainbow asked confused
"It's set between F10-11," Soarin answered
"No it's definitely set on F11 is see it right here," Rainbow replied
"No Dashie it isn't," Soarin answered
"Hmm looks like with blurry vision you can't hit shit," She thought out loud
"Soarin need a heavy artillery barrage on square: C8," Big Mac ordered
"Affirmative," Soarin answered
couple of seconds later
"Good hit," Big Mac said
The next 5 or 8 orders where all for Soarin and only heavy barrages
"Big Mac, give Rainbow a try again," Soarin said
"She miss shot 3 times Soarin," Big Mac answered
"Trust me this time she will hit," Soarin reassured
"If you say so, but only 1 try," Big Mac answered
nearly a minute later.
"Dash need a barrage on square: B8," Soarin ordered
"Affirmative," Rainbow answered happily
"Okay think if the aim from your sight is perfect it's only half on" Rainbow thought
Instead of moving it on B8 she moved it between B8 and 9 and...
"That was a perfect hit Dash, Good job" Big Mac said
"Yes!" Rainbow shouted happily
"Good job," Soarin said while smiling
"Thanks!" Rainbow answered, she jumped at Soarin, Soarin got knocked of his hoofs by the force and she sat on top of him and cuddled with him
Several seconds later.
"Ma'am no disrespect but the Captain need another MLRS barrage," A soldier interrupted
"Uhm, Yea hehe," Rainbow said as they blushed, She got of from Soarin and got back to the MLRS
"Okay, I'm back, sorry," Rainbow apologised
"Finally, what did you do, that you went away so quickly? Big Mac asked curious
"I uhm... Cuddled with Soarin Rainbow replied
"Uhm, Okayy... Anyway, we need a barrage on Square: B11," Big Mac answered
"Affirmative," Rainbow answered
Couple of seconds later.
"Good hit, Okay everypony that's it we got the village, and the Chinese and the Russians are falling back Big Mac informed
"And Soarin, I want that you and Dash take the rest of armored units you have and come here," Big Mac ordered
"Big Mac no disrespect, But the doc said she should rest and do as less as she can," Soarin answered
"Soarin you really think Dash is gonna sit around doing nothing?" Big Mac replied
"Good point... Okay well be by you in a couple of minutes," Soarin answered
"Dash we have to go to Big Mac," Soarin shouted
"Yes! More action," Rainbow answered, Soarin just chuckled
A couple of minutes later
"Big Mac we are here," Soarin informed
"Affirmative, Commander briefing in 5 minutes by me," Big Mac answered
5 Minutes Later by Big Mac's tank
"Okay everypony, The Chinese and Russians got a second defence 4 clicks from here, The Chinese got triple A batteries against our choppers and there's only 1 attack route," Big Mac informed
"Wrong," Rainbow interrupted
"What?" Big Mac asked
"The MLRS takes out that triple A and the choppers go over the right mountain and attack from there, Heavy armor forms the first main attack, 5 Minutes after the attack the rest of the army will come in and support them, And I'm sure the Russians will plan a "Surprise" Counter-Attack like always so be ready for that," Rainbow answered
"Affirmative, Is the company lead same as before?" Big Mac asked
"Nope, It's the old one again, So Soarin is in charge of charlie again," Rainbow replied
"Affirmative, Now then you heard her, get ready!" Big Mac ordered
With that we moved again, We didn't had a break or time to resupply, We needed to hit the Russian/Chinese defence while they setted up. It didn't even took 10 minutes to get there
"Okay we are nearly there I'm gonna send the order," Rainbow informed
Change to artillery platoon channel
"Okay we need a MLRS barrage onto coordinates: B5," Rainbow ordered
"Affirmative," A pony answered
couple of seconds later
"Perfect MLRS hit, Keep those coordinates coming," The observer said
"Okay then, Charge!" Big Mac ordered
We charged in and before the Russians/Chinese realised anything, they where surrounded.
"Okay we got then, But don't let your guard down," Big Mac said
"No counter-attack till now, that's odd," Rainbow answered
"Maybe they ain't going to counter attack," Big Mac suggested
"Maybe...," Rainbow figured
It still took us over an hour to get them running, We went after them. We got intel that our friends in the South-West are nearly broken though. But we also received that the chinese are planning to send nukes against America and Germany. We began to push with all our force we where behind enemy lines cut off from heavy reinforcements all at ourselves again. We had a very quick commander briefing.
