Chapter 2: You’ve Got A Friend
"Can you believe Diamond Tiara invited us to her cute-cenera?" Scootaloo asks. “As if I have any interest in going anywhere near that building.”
"Good for you," Sweetie pouts.
“What’s the matter Sweets?” Scootaloo asks.
“My sister is making Diamond's dress so I have to attend." Sweetie answers.
“What does your sister making Diamond's dress have to do with you attending the party?”
Sweetie rolls her eyes. "Mom says it would be bad for Rarity’s business if I don’t show up.”
“So she’s making you go?” Scootaloo asks.
“That’s about the gist of it.”
“I’ll go with you then.”
“Really?” Sweetie asks excitedly.
“You’re my best friend Sweets,” Scootaloo says. “I’d do anything for you, including dealing with Diamond Tiara’s antics.”
“Oh thank you.” Sweetie says as she hugs Scootaloo.
“You don’t have to make a big deal about it.” Scootaloo says.
“Sorry,” Sweetie says as she detaches herself from Scootaloo.
“Come on, let’s get this thing over with.” Scootaloo says.
“I got to go home and grab the gift my parents are making me give her first.”
Scootaloo grins looking at her scooter. “Want a ride?”
