School seemed to go by faster with Phenia sitting next to me, I actually had a good time which was a first for school. After school I waited with Pheenia for her Aunt to pick her up. When she had left I decided to go home, but before I
could I got stopped by Sweetiebelle.
“Hey we haven’t seen you since you left the hospital, we’re still friends right?” Sweetiebelle said as though she was trying to make herself look cute.
“I don’t know.” I said I honestly didn’t, but that wasn’t the answer Sweetiebelle was looking for.
“what do you mean you don’t know?” She asked
“I just don’t.” I said before walking off.
I walked into the market area of town hoping to score some free food. Then it occurred to me the market didn’t
sell meat, looks like it was back to fishing then. I began my walk to the mansion; I cut through the middle of town.
“HOWLER, OVER HERE.” A voice yelled out from the crowd, I looked around but didn’t see anypony I knew. So I used myy
sense of smell and quickly figured it out, but ignored it and kept walking.
I walked back to the mansion, when I got there it was late at night. Tomorrow was Saturday that was the last
thought that came into my head before collapsing on the old dusty mattress that was my bed. The next morning I woke up
and went down to the pond to get breakfast. I ran into Phenia on the way there, which was odd to say the least.
“I followed your scent I just wanted to see if you wanted to hang out today.” She said while rubbing her foot on the ground
nervously.
“Yeah sure I wasn’t planning on doing anything today anyways.” I said
So we were off, I had no how but we ended up in the ice cream shop, she ordered a strawberry milkshake while I
ordered a chocolate one. That’s when Sweetiebelle walked in with Scootaloo, Applebloom, Rarity, Rainbowdash, Fluttershy,
Pinkie Pie, and Twilight.
“Oh boy ice cream now what flavor should I get, maybe strawberry lemon but that might be to sour, maybe pineapple mango
but that sounds to tropical, maybe chocolate but I got that last time and I never like to get the same flavor twice ohh its just
to hard to chose.” Pinkie said while jumping up and down.
“Pinkie calm down.” Twilight said
“Sweetiebelle are you sure you saw him walk in here?” Scootaloo asked she sounded sort of annoyed, but I couldn’t figure
out why.
“Come on I’m finished lets go see that new movie.” Phenia said
“Okay okay what movie?” I asked
“Oh never mind it came on an hour ago lets go to the umm ummmm.” Phenia said while trying to figure out a place to go.
“Yeah he’s over there.” Sweetiebelle said
“Yeah that’s it he’s over there wait that wasn’t right.” Phenia said who was struggling to remember what she was going to
say.
They walked over to us, I was trying to figure out what to say, to do, I was being overloaded. Phenia was doing any better, which wasn’t to helpful.
“Hey kid we’ve been looking everywhere for you.” Rainbowdash said.
“Are we interrupting something because it looks like you two are on a date?” Rarity said Phenia’s cheeked flash red, mine to.
“WE AREN’T ON A DATE.” We both yelled which caused everypony to look at us who was in the building.
“Okay so what are you two doing here alone?” Twilight asked
“We were just hanging out.” Phenia said
“Wait who’s the wolf girl.” Scootaloo said, Phenia and I both flashed her looks of shut up now or else.
“My name is Morphenia but I go by Phenia.” She said
“Morphenia that’s a weird name.” Applebloom said
“Well it goes with my cutie mark.” She said as she held out her hand relieving s hslf pony half werewolf cutiemark.
“So what about staying with me.” Twilight asked
“Commmmmeeeeee onnnnnnn Rocky road isn’t a real flavor it doesn’t even have actual rocks in it, this is false advertising.”
Pinkie said as she got her ice cream.
“Howler I hope you know my offer still stands just come by when you two are done.” Twilight said as they left. Shortly after
Phenia had to go home and I left for the library I had something I needed to tell Twilight.
I entered the library, only Twilight was there. She put down her book and offered me something to drink I declined.
“Twilight I have something I need to tell you.” I said, I resisted the urge to turn around and run.
“Yes.” She said
“I’m sorry for everything I put you through, I didn’t know…” Twilight hugged me; I embraced it and began to tear up. She did
the same.
“I know Howler.” Twilight said. I began to cry, I never had thought I would over something so touchy feely but I did.
“Howler if you want to continue licving on your own I won’t stop you, just know I’m here for you.” She said
“I don’t want to, it sucks not having a family or friends, its to lonely.” I said as I dried up my tears.
“Don’t worry you won’t have to go back to that.” She said.
That night I stayed with Twilight and Spike, it was comforting to know that she stilled liked me even though I hurt
her, but I couldn’t understand why. I woke up the next morning there was a knock on the door, I opened it there stood
Phenia.
“Before you ask I’m a werewolf to, and if you don’t hurry we’ll miss the deer and turkey.” She said, I looked over at Twilight
who nodded yes I could go.
We left, after we reached the forest we split up took off our clothes and trandformed. We met back up, I didn’t
realize the first time she transformed but her fur color was pink with a few blue spots here and there but hardly noticeable.
We were off and an hour later we ate. I never eaten so much in my life, my mouth and fur were stained from blood and hers
was to. We walked back to where out clothes were transformed back and put them on. We decided to meet up again
tonight since it was a full moon. I walked back to the library, alone since Phenia’s house was in the opposite direction.
I entered the library to find Twilight and Spike gone, so I went back out into town. I walked around aimlessly for
awhile. I walked over by the boutique, when some pony grabbed me and took me in.
“Tell me everything.” A pony said it was pitch black with a light only one me, I tried to identify the scent of the pony but all
the perfumes, cleaning prodects, and beauty products kept me from doing so.
“Tell you what?” I asked.
“About her and you.” She said that’s when I knew the only romantic I knew was Rarity.
“I don’t know what you’re talking about Rarity.” I said
“To me its obvious that you are in love with Phenia.” She said
“Really that’s what this is about.” I said
“Why of course, I mean you are a werewolf and she is a werewolf you’re perfect for each other.” Rarity said while trying to
decipher why I didn’t agree with her.
“I do know a thing or two about werewolves believe or not and it’s pretty obvious that you two already formed a pack.” Rarity
said I had no idea how she figured that out.
“How do you know that?” I asked
“Quite simple actually Twilight told me this morning that you went hunting with her and only packs hunt together, I f you are
wondering how I found that out, its because I read and watch books and shows about werewolves and their romantic lives.”
Rarity said
“ I don’t love her she’s just my friend.” I said as I left, I could only imagine the thoughts going through her head right now,
she pulled me back into the boutique.
“Howler I am trying to help.” Rarity said
“You’re trying to help something that isn’t real.” I said
“Alright fine but if you need help you nay only ask.” Rarity said as I left.
I began to walk through the town, thinking that Rarity’s ideas of me and Phenia getting together were far from
reality.
