I stop looking into the mirror and get into the shower. Must have been partying hard last night to smell like this. I then realize that I didn't pack any soap. Suppose I'll rinse then apply deodorant, then. Five minutes later, I step out of the shower and grab my emergency towel from my bag downstairs. It was around this time Spike woke up. From what I can recall from the show, Twilight normally wakes Spike up. Today must be special.
"Morning Spike," I say
"Morning Byron," he replies
"What'cha doing?" I ask
"Today is Twilight's birthday. So I'm making her breakfast in bed," he answers
"That's nice! Listen, I'm gonna go back to my world for a while. I'll be back in two hours, tops," I say
"All right. See you later!" He says. I grab my things and head towards the Everfree Forest. God, this place looks scary. Good thing I have a good sense of direction. I find the log and crawl through it. When I get out of Equestria, my body reverts to normal other than the fact I can use magic now. I start to leave the forest for my house. Simply because it's my day off doesn't mean I stop working. I had some PC build orders to fill. I open my back door and head to my workshop and start filling orders. Some were gaming, some were Hackintoshes, and few were console PCs. Once the orders were filled, I got to work on a custom build in a white case. I was building this for Princess Celestia. On the sides of the case I painted a sun. On the inside I put in my best parts and installed Windows 8 Professional. The case was small enough so I could put it in my bag. Among the things I packed was a Touch sensitive screen, keyboard and mouse. The screen came off an old Windows 8 Tablet/Laptop combo that had died. It was converted so it took HDMI in.
Once I was certain I was finished, I made my way back to Equestria, following the same steps as yesterday. When I came across the log, I crawled through it. However, it changed my body back to a pony. I guess if I leave in a certain form, I come back in the same form. Noted. My phone vibrates letting me know it sent an automatic text. Thank you Twilight. Seems the Everfree Forest changes everyday. Pokémon Mystery Dungeon anyone? Anyway, I was on my way back when I ran across Zecora's hut, telling me I was on the right path. I see the Poison Joke again, steering clear of it. I suddenly hear a roar and start booking it out of there. I make it to Ponyville with Twilight waiting.
"Hi Twilight!" I say breathlessly.
"Byron! You shouldn't be walking around alone in there!" She exclaims.
"Tell me something I don't know," I said plainly.
"Anyway, what's in the bag?" She asks
"It's a surprise!" I say excited, hurrying to the library. She starts catching up to me, as I start to lose my breath. Damn you Asthma. Haven't had an attack in years though. I'm still not sure if that's a good thing.
We arrive at the library about five minutes later with Spike sitting there wait for us.
"'Sup?" I ask.
"Not Much. You?" He replies.
"I've got a surprise," I mention "By the way could you send a letter to the princess. I'd like here to be here when I unveil it."
"Sure thing!" With in a few minutes Spike burps out a letter. It reads:
"Dear Byron,
I will be there shortly. Please be in human form.
Princess Celestia"
A bright flash fills the room, and I'm back in human form. I quickly go to open the door, and Celestia is waiting. What is she? Psychic? Not hard to believe seeing how she's a magical pony.
"Hello Byron," she greets.
"Your majesty."
"I understand you have something to show me?" She asks
"One second your majesty,"I reply "HEY RAINBOW DASH!!" I belt out a near by window. In a millisecond she flies in through the window I just yelled out of.
"What's up?"
"Can you get the other ponies for me please?"
"Sure thing!" Rainbow Dash is back in five minutes with the rest of the Mane Six. Befor Celestia even says a word I say,
"Wanted them to see it too." She under stands and i start setting it up. Realizing that I have no power outlets, I pull out a car battery that was modified with two power outlets. I plug the power cable into the machine and plug in the HDMI cable to the Screen as well as the keyboard and mouse. As it boots up, the princess asks,
"What is this thing?"
"This is a computer. It does everything my smaller can, but using a lot less power."
"What is it doing?"
"It's booting up an Operating system. Namely Windows 8. Speaking of which," I say, turning around and unlocking it. "Rainbow Dash, Could you please stand in front of me for a moment?"
"Uh, Sure," She replies. I pull out my phone, take a picture, and upload to the computer. I load up an ID creator and start filling in fields.

"How would this help Equestria?"The Princess asks.
"Age checks. You can't say you haven't had foals trying to walk into pubs without adult supervision."
"I suppose that would help. We could make them free to foals 14 and under, 20 bits for everypony else."
"It's a big problem where I'm from. So, who wants a complimentary ID?" They all put their hooves up. Guess I'm gonna here for a while.
