Two weeks... two immensely exhausting weeks have past since Storm proposed to Nightmare and Luna. During that time Rarity almost had a heart attack when the princesses asked her to make their dresses. Pinkie threw the wildest bachelor and bachelorette party's equestria has ever seen. And the rest of the girls conveniently overdrank and couldn't do anything until the wedding. And all the planning and stress all of it finally came to frustration when it all fell in place the night before the wedding.
And then the big day finally came to find Storm standing at the end of the throne room in his suit Rarity made. Standing next to him was Celestia who would be performing the ceremony. To her left were Luna's and Nightmare's bridlemaids Cadence, Twilight, Rarity, Fluttershy, Rainbowdash, and Derpy. And standing on storms other side are all his groomsman Spike, Big Mac, prince Blueblood, and Shining Armor. Blueblood being the strangest of the group considering he practically forced his way into the ceremony. With no one entirely certain why and apprehensive due to his reputation and the way rarity tried to castrate him when she saw him. But all that aside Storm and Celestia were chatting quietly as everyone got into place then all was silent when the wedding march began to play and Nightmare and Luna made their way down the isle. Nightmare was wearing a black dress that flowed behind her changing from black to a dark blue the farther down the back you went. Her ethereal mane somehow kept to one side with a crescent moon earing on each ear. Luna was wearing something similar except her dress went from dark blue to a light blue that matched Storms scales. Their were many silent ohhs and awws as the two made their way further into the room their gaze locked with Storms as the three seemed to forget all were present as they admired the others appearance. Nightmare and Luna had made it about half way to were Storm stood when they were snapped out of their collective trance by a loud "I object". The entire room went quite as all gathered stared slack jawed at Blue Blood who stood between Storm and the girls holding his hoof up dramatically. A long pregnant pause passed as all stared at Blue Blood as if he lost his mind though the silence was quickly broken by a good natured chuckle from Storm.
"Well were I come from we usually wait to object until the one overseeing the ceremony says 'speak now or forever hold you're peace'. Or something like that but ok Blue Blood why don't you enlighten us on why you think we three should not be wed?" Storm said a smile on his face though his eyes were burning with fires hotter than the deepest pits of hell. No one could question Blue Blood had balls as he turned to Storm not even flinching at the look in his eye and said.
"To put it simply you are a beast, a monster and you don't deserve to marry my auntie Luna" Blue Blood watched Storm expecting some form of lashing out or rage but was surprised when he chuckled and said.
"Beast, monster those are harmful words coming from one of my groomsmen Blue". Storm said holding a hand over his chest as if he was wounded smiling down at Blue Blood" And I don't contest the fact Luna and Nightmare deserve better than me but I asked and they both said yes so my bestial nature isn't a good enough reason to stop." This caused Blue Blood to double take slightly he just insulted this creature and yet he went so far as to agree with him. But no matter Blue was determined to stop his precious auntie from making this mistake as he said turning to face Luna.
"Its strange you agree with me dragon but I didn't say anything about that witch Nightmare Moon. No you two are perfect for one another. Both of you being monsters you should be wed and then thrown out of the kingdom." The temperature seemed to drop drastically as Blue Blood spoke. The looks on many ponies faces went from shock to scorn to plain out horror the longer he spoke. "So please auntie Luna stop this nonsense we can find you a good stallion and you can live happily together what do you say?" Blue Blood finished by holding out his hoof to Luna a confidant smile on his face. Until a nearby candle stick was sent careening into his face lit up with Luna's magical aura a look of pure hatred and revulsion on her face. Blue Blood was about to make a snide remark when he was cut short by a sizeable foot planting itself in his flank sending him flying to land a few feet behind Nightmare and Luna.
"Everypony you attention please" Storm said as he began to walk down the isle towards Blue Blood. "I respect that you all have you opinions of me and of Nightmare. But I will not tolerate anypony slandering her name based on her past." As the last part was said Storm reached the fallen prince and grabbed him by the back of the neck holding him at arm’s length facing him.
"Now you all should know that I have seen, done and are capable of things that make Nightmares threat of eternal night look like a five year old's temper tantrum." Their was a collective gasp of horror as Storm said this but he ignored it focusing on the quivering form of Blue Blood in his grip.
"Thanks to a great deal of help from Luna I am past those ways but." Storm said pausing dramatically and letting all his rage and hatred for Blue Blood to fill his voice and eyes as he spoke again.
"Should anypony continue to insult either one of Nightmare or Luna for their decision here tonight. Their won’t be enough magic or distance in all of equestria to stop me from hunting you down and having a lovely medium rare pony stake do I make myself clear?" The entire room was dead silent even Nightmare, Luna and Celestia shocked by Storms proclamation. The silence was finally broken when Blue Blood quite whimpering enough to say.
"y..yo..you wouldn't dare do you know who I am"
When he heard this Storm threw back his head thunderous laughter filling the room. Until he looked back at Blue Blood with a grin that sent shivers down the princes back.
"I know exactly who you are Prince Blue Blood nephew to my soon to be wife and sister-in-law Luna and Celestia." Storm said leaning in close to whisper in Blue Bloods ear " But even those two plus Nightmare will not save you if you continue to insult my wife. Now be gone you are no longer welcome in my wedding." As if to emphasize his point Storm reared back and booted Blue Blood out a nearby staff entrance. With a contented sigh Storm turned back to Celestia and patiently waited for everyone else to get over his little upset. Slowly the precession continued all the way the point where Celestia said.
"I now pronounce you mares and dragon Storm you may now kiss the brides."
Storm turned to face Nightmare and Luna either one facing him at a angle and all three leaned in for a kiss. When the three lips met their was thunderous applause though it quickly stopped when Storm was enveloped in a white light. Only the outline of his body was visible. All gathered their let out shrieks and screams of shock as the light grew brighter and brighter. Then again all went quite when Storms outline began to change and morph into a more pony like shape.
