"The Griffon's Goblet huh seems legit" said Feather Heart pulling down a blue covered "Daring Do Series" book from a shelf. The white coated, Pegasus mare walked over and sat at a table inside of her school's library not knowing the dangerous adventure she is about to create.

"I've got to show them this" screamed Feather Heart running out of the library's doors. She began to quickly dodge other school ponies walking down the hallway as she galloped to meet her friends at the cafeteria. Her purple and blue mane flew into her vision as she ran making her bump and crash into other ponies.
"Hey watch where you're going."
"I'm sorry" apologized Feather Heart as she bolted down the stairs to the cafeteria and running over to the circular wooden table where her friends sat. She quickly pulled out a chair and sat down.
"Jeez Feather Heart, why in such a rush?" asked Forte Melody.
"Look...look" said Feather panting as she began to pull out books and paper from her saddlebag.
"Um, it's books and papers?" said Acoustic confused.
"Duh, I can see that, but look closer for what you are about to see will lead us to great fortune!!." said Feather raising her hooves up for great emphasis.
The three other ponies leaned in closer to the clutter that Feather has just brought forth.
"Feather is this another one of your fanfic reasearch because I don't think shipping teachers will lead us to a huge fortune" said Forte staring questioningly at her friend.
The white Pegasus face hoofed herself. "Don't you see, it's the Griffon's Goblet!!!" screamed Feather. The other students that surrounded the four friends stared at the white Pegasus in confusion and disgust.
Feather glared at them, "Huddle in girls we don't want any of these people to take our treasure". Feather wrapped her hooves around the three other girls and pulled them in closer causing them to bonk there heads together. "
It says here that, the Griffon's Goblet was the cup that the great King Beak drank out of when he ruled the Griffons, it was made out of gold and lined with multi-colored diamonds, it says a magic unicorn was once saved by the king and granted him a gift by giving him the goblet, it also says whoever drinks out of it gets good fortune and luck."
"I still don't see what this has to do with us" said Forte blowing her messy, navy blue hair out of her face.
"Don't you get it, we could be the ones who find it, we could be heroes while getting our good fortune, look I did some research and planned out what we could do" said Feather opening one of the books and pulled out a piece of paper folded into a neat rectangle. After unfolding the paper she began to point at a red dot she drew.
"This here is the map of our town. See we start here, where we live" said Feather as she tapped the red dot with the tip of her hoof "And then we sneak to the airport an-".
"Hold a second now who said we were ever going to go find this "Griffon's Goblet" with you. I don't know about you but Spring Break is tomorrow and I don't plan to waste my time to go out and find this so called treasure. Besides "sneaking out" do you not remember the last time we all tried to sneak out Feather. You and those fireworks" said Forte as she raised an eyebrow.
"That was not my fault if Plus didn't trip over that branch and caused me to drop those matches that whole thing wouldn't have got us into trouble" grumbled Feather as she glared at Forte, " Besides Forte my dear don't worry about it, I got this all planned out, see after we go to the airport we go to the mountains and we go and climb it and we go find the ruins of King Beak's castle and we get that goblet and bam we get back home in four days leaving us five more days of Spring Break. Easy peasy."
The three ponies, once again, stared at there friend in confusion and shock.
Forte quickly stood up and pointed her hooves at Feather's chest, "Easy?? How is this going to be easy Feather. We have to sneak out then we have to find some way to get to the airport then we have to find some way to get the money for the tickets and then we have to find some way to get to the mountains and-"
"Now now Forte imagine what will happen when we get to the Griffon's goblet. Didn't you always dream of attending the Canterlot School of Performing Arts, now your dream could come true if we find this treasure."
Forte raised her eyebrow again, "I prefer to earn my way through".
"Oh come on Forte", Feather began to look at her other friends,"What about you Acoustic, didn't you always want that rocking guitar you saw at the mall. What about you Plus, going to the best college ever".
Feather began to inhale and quickly a light blue hoof covered her mouth.
“No singing Feather" said Forte sighing, "What do you guys think".
"It seems like a pretty fun adventure, I mean I have nothing else to do this spring break anyways so why not." said Acoustic.
Forte scrunched up her face and snorted as Feather pumped her fist in a silent celebration.
"Even if that seems like a pretty good plan, the whole Griffon's Goblet thing is just a old mare's tale" piped up Plus hiding behind her braided brown mane.
Forte crossed her arms and smirked at Feather as she huffed in frustration.
"Well it doesn't matter now, who's up for adventure or what, put your hooves in the middle if you are" said Feather quickly placing her hooves in the middle of the wooden table.
Instantly Feather and Acoustic's hands went into the middle of the table, Plus and Forte looked at each other. Plus eventually shrugged her shoulders and put her crimson hoof in the middle. There was a sigh from the blue unicorn and eventually she put her hoof in the middle.

"Okay tonight is the time we move out, is everyone ready, remember we meet at the Detrot airport, 'Kay" worried Feather, tapping her hooves on the lunch table.
"Calm down Feather, we got this 'Kay. Why are you so worried you planned this after all" said Acoustic smirking at her friend.
"I know and I'm sorry Acoustic, it's just I've never done this before and I'm worried, it sounded better when I was planning this in my head but I'll be fine. Did you guys pack every thing you need?"
"Yes" chimed the three other ponies together.
"Alright, remember Detrot airport 11:00 p.m., bring fifty bits with you"

The white Pegasus flew through the cool night sky, staring at the beautiful stars twinkling like pearls. When she finally reached the Detrot airport, she began to wait at the gate, she already bought her ticket and gone through security. Quickly sitting down on a empty chair, she fumbled with her saddle bag for awhile looking through her plans again. She knew she shouldn't be the one worried but so many thoughts rambled through her mind. "What if none of them show up? What if the plane crashes and we all die? What if we get attacked by Griffon's", Feather began to grip the edge of the map tightly.
"Hey, your here".
Feather looked up and saw Acoustic trotting over, her pink hair was stuck up in ends. Feather sighed in relief.
"Are the rest here yet?" Asked the green Pegasus.
"No not yet"
Acoustic nodded her head and sat down next to Feather.
Soon Plus came walking over. Her face was filled with regret and sadness. Feather decided to let her be alone for a while. An hour passed and still no sign of Forte.
"Where is that blue unicorn" worried Feather.
"Don't worry, she'll get her, probably just getting food, am I right" chuckled Acoustic nervously.
But all three ponies knew inside of them that something has happened.

"Now boarding to Griffon Village"
It has been half an hour and still no signs of Forte.
"Well what are we going to do Feather" asked Acoustic
"We bought the tickets already Acoustic, I guess we just have to leave without her."
"Let's just board last just in case she comes late"
"Do you think Forte ditched us" worried Plus.
"No, never. Though Forte didn't want to go that doesn't, she never lets a friend down" said Feather trying to reassure her friends.
The three ponies sat there waiting for another 20 minutes. "Last call for boarding to Griffon Village".
"I guess we have to go now, there's no choice" said Plus.
The three friends handed there tickets to the flight attendant and found their seats. Disappointed and grim faced they ignored the safety instructions lecture that they've heard so many times before. Suddenly the opening of the airplane door echoed through the airplane.
"I'M HERE...I'M HERE, DON'T WORRY EVERYPONY" wheezed a familiar blue unicorn.
The three ponies looked over theirs seats seeing their other friend they have been desperately waiting for soaking wet with mud all over her hooves even her saddle bag was dripping water. She slowly started walking over to them, every pony staring at her as she did.
"What happened to you Forte" asked Plus
"Have you ever ran through sprinklers while being chased by five huge dogs"
"Uh no"
"Good don't do it"
The flight attendant just rolled her eyes and went back to her safety procedures while the four friends discussed about their trips, not knowing the obstacles that they may face.
