"AAAAAAARGH!!! Those Blank Flanks, that lizard, that freak Twilight Sparkle and those friends of theirs!!!"
Diamond Tiara threw one of her toys across her bedroom, extremely angry from the humiliation she got up to now. She lost her friendship with Silver Spoon after cruelly remarking Scootaloo's injury, sicking the Equestrian Devil to get Tough Apple in trouble, ratting Ben Mare out for the Ponyville citizens in the end and being forced to accept the Elements of Harmony actually existing.(1) She and Silver Spoon lost to the CMC in the competition for carrying the flag in the Equestria Games. And what's worse for her, her father Filthy Rich just grounded her for six months in a way of teaching her to respect everypony.
"You are still upset, Miss Tiara?" A voice asked. It came from Diamond Tiara's bodyguard, servant and friend, Maxin Talos.
"Of course I am, Maxin!" Diamond shouted, "I can't believe that I'm grounded severely for saying Scootaloo should die from her injury, and for causing the accident! It drives me nuts!"
"I agree with you, Miss Tiara." Maxin grunted in anger, "I'm punished by Filthy Rich as well for being a part of the crimes we committed, and I hate those dumb ponies as well, especially that blasted Brave Heart for beating us!"
Diamond Tiara flopped her back on her bed as she shouted in exasperation, "We would do anything to get back at those Blank Flanks and their dumb friends! Anything!"
"Anything?"
Hearing this voice- a scary, amplified voice startled the two in the room. They never expected somepony else to be in the house with them, let alone in Diamond's room.
"Who said that?" The snobby filly demanded, yet she looked a tiny bit nervous as she and Maxin looked around.
"That would be me." The scary voice replied.
Suddenly, and without warning, the room turned dark, and it felt like time froze everywhere around the two scared ponies. Then, a cloud of black smoke entered the room before part of it took the shape of the head of a dark gray unicorn with a black spiky mane and a curved, smooth, sharp-tipped horn that gradates from dark gray to red. The head had sharp teeth with two visible fangs and also has red irises in his white eyes.
"Y-Y-You!" Diamond Tiara cried fearfully, "King Sombra!" The pink filly hid in the blanket of her bed as she cried, "MAXIN!! SEND HIM AWAY!!"
"Yes, Miss Tiara!" Maxin said despite sweating and he got into a fighting position with a nervous gulp.
"Do not be afraid, Diamond Tiara." Sombra said calmly, "I'm not going to hurt you, not one little bit."
Hearing this slowly got Diamond to slowly peek out from her blanket as she asked nervously, "You're... you're not?"
"Of course not." Sombra replied, "I am only here in spirit. Nopony else could see me but you two, and no one is even listening to this conversation we are having, even as we speak.
"Oh." Diamond Tiara said, and then she asked a bit hesitantly, "But... then... why are you here?"
"I heard your complaints about the ponies you hate, and I am intrigued." King Sombra said, "You want to get even with Twilight Sparkle and her friends, especially Nyx, formerly known as what you usually call her- Nightmare Moon, correct?"
"Yes." Diamond Tiara replied as she scowled, "They humiliated me for the last time! I want revenge on them!"
"In that case, how would you, your bodyguard and whatever friends you have like to join the organization you've been hearing about; the Apocalypse Ponies?" King Sombra asked with a cold smirk.
"The Apocalypse Ponies?" Diamond Tiara asked in shock, "You're asking me to join the ponies that have been causing problems to Equestria?"
"Of course I am." Sombra replied as he wrapped a hoof around the pink filly, "I could give you the power to destroy them. Just imagine; a world without Blank Flanks, and the whole world would bow to the Apocalypse Ponies, and you."
Hearing this got a mystified look on the bratty filly's face along with a gasp. She never thought about that before. After a long minute of thinking it over, Diamond Tiara's shocked look turned into a devious smile.
"I like it." Diamond Tiara said, "I like it a lot! I'll do it!"
"For Miss Tiara, I will do it, too." Maxin said with an evil smirk, having heard what King Sombra said, "We will make those lowly commoners pay for what they did to us."
"Excellent choice." King Sombra said with an evil smile. Then, his horn emitted a purple glow before he casts a beam of it onto Diamond Tiara, who started levitating as he spoke, "Then I shall give you a copied portion of my powers to make as your own. With these, you will do whatever you heart desires."
Soon, the glow subsided on Diamond after about a minute of it before the pink filly landed to the floor.
"How do you feel, Miss Tiara?" Maxin asked his mistress.
"I feel..........GREAT!!!" The pink filly yelled ecstatically as she jumped up and down a bit.
Feeling glad of what he did, King Sombra started circling the now empowered filly as he spoke, "Nice... very nice. You, Diamond Tiara, have the same blackness in your soul that I have. Now, Diamond Tiara, what is your destiny?"
"I will join the Apocalypse Ponies...be among their ranks." Diamond replied with a dark look in her eyes.
"Yes! What have you learned your whole life in Ponyville?" Sombra asked as he started turning into his black hazy form.
Unfazed by the king's transformation, Diamond replied menacingly, "Twilight, her friends and the Blank Flanks are the enemy."
"And what must you do?" King Sombra's face asked from the smoke.
Diamond replied to his question with a psychotic look in her eyes and a creepy smile on her face, "I must... KILL THEM!!!"
The instant she opened her eyes, they now revealed the one thing King Sombra usually has; the whites of her eyes are now a lurid green with a purple haze. After her statement, as Sombra disappeared, the evil little girl lets out a very loud, derisive, maniacal laugh with Maxin grinning in approval and evil delight. In fact, as it happened, despite Sombra completely disappearing, the black smoke was still in the room as part of it wrapped around the big stallion's body, which began glowing with a lurid green hue. The glow then faded out, and in place of it was an armor that is a mix of King Sombra's armor and Princess Luna's royal pegasus guards. The theme color of the armor was black and blood red with the symbol on the armor the same as the one on Sombra's crown.
While finishing her maniacal laughter, Diamond Tiara walked up to her mirror before she glared evilly at it. As she was doing that, she began to sing an evil song that comes to mind.
I didn't get where I am today
By letting myself get pushed around!
As she sang, Maxin dressed Diamond up in what looks like a red version of Nyx's Nightmare Moon costume, only without the wings and helmet. These make up her very own personal evil villain attire.
No pony nor beast or kitty cat or doggy
Is going to drag me down!
Maxin lets out an evil laugh after this verse before Diamond glared at her butler/bodyguard in annoyance. "Shut up, Maxin." She snapped, and the big brute immediately complied.
Then, the conniving brat resumed singing as she started having a vision depicting a severe thunderstorm looming over Ponyville.
The lightning will be flashing
The thunder, it will roar
She could imagine pillars rising around the village with all the pathetic ponies and other creatures looking around in fear, especially the Mane 6, Spike, Brave Heart, Big Mac, Cheerilee, the Cutie Mark Crusaders, the other blank flanks, Nyx, Phobos and that traitor, Silver Spoon. Why, they could even see her giant demonic face appearing in the sky, scaring them with her sick and twisted glare and grin.
They'll never know what hit 'em
Wait'll they see what I have in store!
Oh, how she would love to watch those ponies try to run away to safety, only for a temple to block their path with her giant pink form scaring the so-called heroes of Equestria.
Big and loud!!
It will be big and loud!
When they fall, they'll really fall!
Why, perhaps she could even have them fall off a high, steep cliff into a roaring river, trying in vain to swim for shore.
And they're gonna fall big! (Big!)
But it would be no use for the Blank Flanks and their friends to escape as they would fall down a dangerous waterfall.
And they're gonna fall loud! (Loud!)
Finally, those dumb, sissy, disgusting twits would get sucked into a whirlpool, unable to break free and drown to their sad, suffering deaths.
They're gonna fall biiiiig... AAAAAAAND...
Seeing all this in her head got Diamond laughing evilly as she, in reality, stomped on the hologram of the whirlpool where the ponies and dragons were sucked in, envisioning her crushing their bones. Now that she and Maxin are members of the Apocalypse Ponies along with Diamond's newfound friends (and replacements of Silver Spoon), none will get in their way, and Ponyville will soon belong to her with all the Blank Flanks and their dumb friends dead and gone forever. Maxin also joined in the laughter, loving this vision as well. With all this power he, his mistress and her friends have, he would never be scared of Brave Heart again!
"Shut up, Maxin." Diamond snapped to Maxin in annoyance, and the bodyguard willingly ceased his laughter.
All the ponies in Ponyville, Canterlot and all of Equestria better beware, for along with the Apocalypse Ponies, they will soon face the infamous, heart-stopping, apocalyptic wrath...
