Rainbow and I just crossed the street headed towords the diner. When we entered heads turned and words flowed
"Hey! Who's that!", "what the hell a rainbow colored pony?", "get the hell outta here mate we got no place for horses"
"HEY shut up awlright!! Wees gots paying coustomers".
Everyone stopped talking and we sat down at the closest booth. Rainbows face was all flush red and I was mad at everyone. No one spoke to us except that one employee. I ordered a cheeseburger while Rainbow ordered a salad with red hot peppers and olives.
"Woah these peppers are insanley hot. But they need to be about 20% cooler."
"Rainbow hurry up already! people are starting too look like they want us to go!" I whispered loudly
"Ok ok I'm finishing up"
I payed at the front desk and everyone was giving us both a hard time. One guy pushed me into the wall and said I was a pony loving asshole with no life. Once we exited the diner I decided we would go for a walk in the park, even if it was like 10 degrees, and Rainbow needed her exercise. We saw two guys who both looked totally stoned. One of them had a beer bottle in his hand while the other had a wad of money stuck out of his hoody. They both looked like they were about 28-32 years old, they approached us and went up to Rainbow and said.
"Ohh dude look at this guy, looks like he totally died his hair with a bucket of pastels paints"
"Sha totally dude"
They touched Rainbows hair and I started to get mad. REALLY mad. Rainbow just stood there dumbfounded that these two bums were touching her hair.
"Stop! Get away from her!"
"What are you gonna do little bro? Kill us? Hahahaha"
They continued to stroke Rainbow's mane and i flipped a shit.
"GET BACK! GO THE HELL AWAY NOW BOTH OF YOU.... YOU LITTLE PRICKS!"
"what was that little dude? you want to fight? bring it on"
I swung a punch to the guy's face and he took the blow. These guys were so intoxicated that they totally forgot how to swing a punch. The other guy raised his beer bottle into the air and tried to hit me. He totally failed, he was standing 10 feet away waving his beer bottle in the air screaming *woop woop woop woop woop* and he scuttled away from the battle. The one with the wad of cash in his pocket raised hit fist and swung a punch, At a lamp.... . He recovered from punching the lamp and swung around and kicked me in the chest. Winded of air, I slowly got back up and took his head. Smashing it into the lamp saying.
"who turned the lights out?"
I ran over to Rainbow and looked her in the eyes. She hugged me and said
"Thank you Nick! Im sorry... I could be fully capable of knocking those guys out if i could fly"
"no problem, i mean it's the least i could do to help you."
We walked over to a park bench and took a seat.
"it sure is beautiful" I said.
The snow was lazily falling down onto the ground. The few cottages around the park were sparse, but some smoke was raising from the chimneys. I looked out into the horizon and looked up into the sky.
"I sometimes wonder what it would be like if i were in equestria and i was with you" I said
Rainbow Dash was up against my chest with her feathers from her wing tickling my nose. I couldn't believe what i saw. A fictional character brought into this world with her rainboom. If only we could have more time together, my parents were due back on Monday and it was only Wednesday. Rainbow looked me in the eye and said.
"I don't know Nick, it's just that.. i cant be here forever and if i do.... what will happen to my friends in pony ville?"
I looked into her big pink eyes. I shrugged and we continued to look out into the horizon. She hugged me closer and closer until we were almost one with each other. I looked down at her and she looked up to me. We kissed, now this is no ordinary kiss like when you come back from school waving a math exam in the air saying that you got a 100 on a test and your mom kisses you and tells you how good you are at Math. I hold her tighter feeling her feathers on her wings and her soft fur. Softer than anything i have ever felt. My hands go to her bandage on her wing. Rainbow winces but continues to smother me with her kisses.

I let go of lost dreams and I embraced new ones when Rainbow came into my life. When Rainbow came into my life it became more... Interesting i prefer to say. It was Saturday... I punched my pillow in frustration that my parents were coming home. I wish I could be with Rainbow forever. But i knew that some day in some way Rainbow is going back with or without me. They say that a Huge storm is coming from the Gulf of Mexico to New York. I hope that snow bury's us into this house never to be seen again. I know that it wont happen.

I went to the supermarket with Rainbow today and all i saw on the shelves was.. well nothing. The paranoia about the storm is actually starting to scare me it's supposed to hit tonight. I don't know what they said but it seems like an ice age is going to happen again. All flights were cancelled, the whole U.S.A basically shut off, like someone went to the white house and flicked a switch or something.
