It was nighttime now and daring do spotted the campsite with her new ‘partner’ they were all sitting eating hay.
“Looks like they decided to have an early dinner before making their way back down the hill to the market place in town” the pegasus stated. Daring do scooped up some mud and spread it across the lower part of her face.
“Oh i see! You’re gonna ambush them like you did in book four at the hayrabian caves!...” the pegasus said as daring do flattened her hat
“Or maybe you’ll do that mean trick you did in book three, where you swoop in and knock down with one swing! Or maybe…” daring do gave her a stare. “... or maybe…. I’ll be quiet now… just watching very quietly heh heh.. Shhh”
daring do put leaves on the part when she put the mud so they stuck to her face. “So what kind of ambush are you gonna use then?” the pegasus asked curiously.
Daring do held up a bag full to the brim with bits. “Wow!” the pegasus said staring at the bag.
Daring do carefully approached the hench ponies and caballeron and laid down the bag. They stared at it in awe. “ i have been lead to believe you have in your Possession and item of significant importance, that might be….. For sale” daring do said in an accent.
“Oh um…. Well i did have another buyer lined up but he’s not here so…. Sounds like we have a deal” caballeron said holding out the ring.
“Grrrrrrrrrraaaaaawww!!!!!!!”
somepony yelled or rather not some PONY,
“CABALLERON!” a blue creature said knocking down trees, he had the head of a jackal and a hand on his tail, with sharp teeth and lots of gold on his wrists and on his neck.
“Ahuizotl!” daring do said under her breath.
“THE RING!” Ahuizotl commanded. With one swift movement caballeron threw him the ring and ran off with the bag of bits daring do offered.
The ring fell to the ground, daring do and Ahuizotl looked at the ring then each other then back at the ring.
Daring do jumped forward grabbing the ring as her fake beard and her hat came off, she had the ring in her muzzle and Ahuizotl didn’t and that was all that mattered.
Ahuizotl yelled angrily and jumped forward for the ring. “The ring daring do….” ahuizotl said crawling forward like a cat “...... give it.. To ME!” Ahuizotl slammed on the ground where daring do was, luckily she did a backflip right before he hit her.
“ now Ahuizotl,....” daring do said “you know i love you but i can’t give you the ring until i’ve properly proposed.”
Daring do then put the ring around her neck. Ahuizotl started to laugh “interesting because my friends here have a proposal of their own” ahuizotl then snapped his tail finger and a bobcat, tiger, cheetah and panther jumped out from behind him, a white house cat then walked up in between ahuizotl and the tiger, hissing and baring its claws.
Daring do was backed into a corner, “bring it!” daring do said holding her ground.
The panther was the first to run up to her at full speed she hit it right in the jaw and it fell backward.
Then the tiger jumped forward but daring do jumped up and daring do landed on its head, she then kicked the cheetah out of her way and it was tooth and claw with the bobcat, daring was kicking away a tiger then a bobcat. She kicked and punched all the cats away when she heard someone screaming she looked up to see the blue pegasus in ahuizotl’s tail hand.
Daring do was staring when all the wild cats tackled her and tied her up, she was defenseless. The tiger held her up in his teeth.
“Don’t worry daring do! I’ll come help you!” the pegasus said before ahuizotl threw her back to the jungle
“Don’t bother!” daring do said as the tiger carried her behind ahuizotl “you’ve already helped plenty!”
