And thanks for the knowledge. The story is for sure going to updated on both sites. I do not like having to hop between sites for one story. So I am not going to do it to my readers. *ehem* News stories, *cough, cough*

You are allowed to post the story on two (or more) sites, no worries. The only thing you are not allowed to do is post, say, the first chapter of the story and then say "If you want to read the rest of the story, go read it on Fanfiction.net". The rule is essentially that readers should never have to leave Fimfiction to read a story that you post here, so as long as you post all chapters of the story on here, you're 100% fine.

Best of luck on your story! As a word of advice, something Fanfiction.net doesn't have that you'll want to make use of here is groups. If you join a group (say the Fluttershy group since she's a big part of your story), you can add your story to it. That'll notify people in the group that there's a new Fluttershy story, which will help you get readers. Try to think of as many groups as possible to add your story to, it'll help a lot! There are groups for pretty much every character, most ships, different genres, AU groups, OC groups, new user groups, groups for people looking for reviews, lots and lots and lots of groups. Explore around and try to find ones that fit your story to get more eyes on it! And as another tip with groups, when you join you can go into the group settings and turn off notifications from the group if you want. Say, you want to join the Fluttershy group to post your Fluttershy story, but you don't want to be notified every time there's a new Fluttershy story. Leave notifications on for groups that are relevant to your interests, but feel free to turn them off for other groups that you join just to throw stories into (lol unless you like having tons of notifications every time you pop in).

Thanks for the kind welcome! And if you are able, here's a question for ya:

I already am working on a story on Fanfiction.net and so far so good. Though as a first-time poster I would like to feedback on my work. Grammar, story plot, character continuity, etc. However, that site doesn't have a comments section for me to get such feedback and the only source is through reviews. This is fine and dandy, though it may be an obstacle for users and discourage them to comment. Something that I feel is happening. Though I do want that more feedback to get better.

Since I've enjoyed many stories on this site, I remembered this site has a comments section to stories and thought about posting it here as well. Though I'm worried about violating the reposting story rule. It will be on two different sites, don't want to leave those who are enjoying my story behind , and I'll be keeping both areas up to date. Is this a violation of those rules?
