Sassy knew she was mostly there just to cover for Rarity's absence. Still, she hoped she could do a proper job helping Twilight on her diplomatic mission to the capital of the minotaur lands. It was a first, after all, it was important that everything went well. The trip, it seemed, had other plans for her.
Intriguing. The minotaur homeland is one of those tantalizing details that the show never filled in. I look forward to seeing your take on it.

Same thing can be said about the Zebra homelands as the show never filled us in of what Zecora's homeland was like.

True, though an upcoming IDW comic storyline will take a look at that area.

And I'm looking forward to that and the upcoming Transformers crossover with My Little Pony.
Oh dear...
That last part. The question is whether the leap is logical because it's what one of the Barers would do, or because it's the quickest way to get away from them.
In any case, Sassy's in for a rough time. At least the rest of the delegation is enjoying themselves.
Say what you will about the crabhawks, at least they keep the waspeel population in check.
"... It's more of a hedge maze, really."
So they're fun guys, is what he's saying.

Says the bull who just said they had ways of verifying a mineral's anti-magic properties. Though if that requires exposure to a moose or thallid, then I can see how it never came up.
Oh goodness. I can only imagine the bas-relief for this visit.
Wonderful stuff throughout, and an unexpected but delightful use of Sassy Saddles. Thank you for this, and best of luck in the judging.
Cute, and great world-building for the minotaurs.
I feel you, Silver. Good man. Bull.
Great worldbuilding and a welcome piece on Sassy.
Good stuff.
